Cara glanced over at Darcy, smiling slightly at her. "I'm rooming with Lacey and...some girl I've never heard of before. She must be a freshman. Her name's Ashley." She looked over at Gameboy Girl and wrinkled her nose, deciding that the girl was probably Ashley. She shifted her gaze back to Darcy. "What about you, who are you rooming with?"

A sound came from Gameboy Girl's direction, and Cara snapped her attention to her. Her voice was quiet, but it sounded as if she asked Cara "who was that guy" and if she knew him. Cara wrinkled her nose. "Oh, Jacob?" She asked. Cara wondered if she had made her attraction to him completely obvious, and her cheeks blushed a reddish pink. "Jacob is..." she bit her lip. "Just a friend of mine." For now. She thought to herself. Cara looked back over at Darcy, wondering if she too had noticed her looking at Jacob. Thinking it about caused her blush to deepen, and she bit into her lip harder.

14:00 - Canteen

Darcy's heart froze for a second as Dehlilah turned her head and raised her eyebrows accusingly at her. She looked down immediately, feeling her cheeks burn red. She knows. She knows that I like Mike.

"-rooming with Lacey and...some girl I've never heard of before. She must be a freshman. Her name's Ashley." Darcy looked up as Cara answered her question. Lacey was nice, and a freshman would be easy enough to ignore. Darcy would trade room mates any day. She noticed her gaze turn to the girl playing on her gameboy, before adding in, "What about you, who are you rooming with?"

"Err, Dehlilah.. Dehlilah Dane." Darcy bit her lip as she said this, looking down at her purple converse. She kicked her legs back and forth awkwardly. She wasn't looking forward to sharing a room with a girl who seemed to hate her.

When she looked up again, Cara was talking to the girl with the gameboy, blushing about something. Darcy focused her attention, trying to hear what she was blushing about. "...Just a friend of mine." Damn, she must have missed the start of the conversation.

The bell rang, signalling that everyone was to go get their books for their next class. Darcy stood up, brushing up her ripped jeans and purple lace top, before grabbing her bag and getting ready to leave.

The bell has rang, meaning finish up your conversation in your next post or so, and then go get your books for the next class, depending what grade you are in. Junior and Senior lockers are downstairs, Freshman and Sophomore are upstairs.

Mike nodded about going to her room. But alas the bell rang. He shrugged it off since she needed to change and it was his fault she was like this anyway. He started walking her down the hall, but stopped since he didn't know where her dorm was. "Where is your dorm babe?" Students started flooding the hallway so they could get there things. He started walking again to get out of the way.

Mike nodded at some people and said 'Hey' to other jocks like himself, but hus main focus was to get Dehlilah out of the hallway and into the saftey of her dorm. He walked towards the girls dorms, but stopped right outside of it. "The forbidden sanctum." He chuckled at his joke.

((So sorry! Forgive me oh great GM for my short post. I will do better!))

Jay looked over at Lacey acting pained, “you drive a hard bargain,” he said finally, hoping she’d reconsider. The bell rang out, signaling that it was time for them to put their conversation on hold. Sighing he stood up slowly and stretched out his arms, he had almost fallen asleep for a moment there when she was writing in her notebook. ”Fine, then I’ll fix my guitar, then you’ll let me read what you wrote. Yeah?” Jay asked as he leaned down, extending out his arm to help Lacey up.

“What have you got next then?” He asked as they made their way towards their way indoors and towards their lockers, they both had lockers downstairs this year. It definitely sucked that he was in the year above Lacey though, it meant that they didn’t have classes together. Of course that and the fact he would have graduated this time next year. They didn’t really talk about that though, it was like the elephant in the room, they saved that topic for the dark nights.

It almost felt cold inside now though after spending most of lunchtime in the sun, he was definitely not feeling like returning to classes. Thankfully though he had PE next so hopefully, he could make it through the afternoon, at least he had already tackled his least favorite subject; geography, earlier in the day. It wasn’t that he hated the teacher or anything, he just didn’t get geography and refused to even try to understand it, it was more a stubborn thing. He hated geography at one point in time and so now he refuses to give it a second chance. Like those annoying people who claim to hate food they have never in fact tried.

Lacey

Lacey laughed at how dramatic he was being about the be he made with her. The bell rang out and he sighed. She allowed him to help her up and she held her notebook close to her chest. "Yay. I look foreward to your guitar. But can I listen to it in your dorm. I want to avoid my room mates for now." She smiled and walked with Jay towards the lockers.

He asked her what class she had next and she thought for a moment. "Buisness? I think. All I know is it isn't english and I am going to be bored." She hated every class pretty much except for english. If Jay shared some maybe she wouldn't have been so bored. But of course he was a year older and had no time together in class. "Skipping souds pretty good about now." She laughed. She would never skip in a million years.

They reached her locker first and she opened it revealing how neat and orgamized it was. It was filled with pictures of her, paramore and some of her bestfriend, Jay. She played the notebook in her loker and grabbed her textbooks for her next class. She shut her locker.

Demetria Collins' town car, or Demi as she preferred to be called, had just entered the premises of FMH. She had to skip the first few periods and lunch since she just flew back in from her vacation. Her parents had notified the school boards and she knew everything is okay. Her red and black strapped high heeled sandals were the first to peep out from the car as her chauffeur opened the door for her. And in a matching red and black outfit, Demi emerged gracefully.

The red Jackie O eyeglasses were perching from her nose while a red satchel hang from her arm. Her ears, neck and wrist were glistening with the set of pearls she her parents just brought from their trip. Demi was the picture of perfection- just the way she liked it. She tries her best to channel Jackie O in her wardrobe, an idol she had since she had her mind of her own.

The chauffeur had finally drove off as soon as she walked into the old hallway of FMH, her luggage were already shipped two days earlier so that was least of her problems but as she walked towards the female dormitories and to her assigned room she was shocked to see her best friend drenched in what appears to smell like juice.

"Dee! Wha- what in the world happened to you?" With shock in her voice she quickly walked up to her best friend. Hastily pulled the sun glasses off her face and looked at her best friend from bottom to top. "Ignate? What have you done to her?" She quickly gave her best friend's boyfriend a mean look then returned her gaze at Delilah.

"Who did this to you? I've been just gone for half of the day and you already managed to get Dee in trouble?" She blabbed like Dehlilah's mother with a disappointed tone in her voice. She then removed Mike's jacket to see the damage. "Oh my god!" When she saw Delilah almost naked. She pulled her best friend away and in into the girl's room.

"Get in the shower now!" Once she opened the shower for Dee she walked back to where Mike was left and then poked her head out of Dee's room and gave Mike a scowl and coldly said, "Get out of here before I report this incident to the Principal."

Seriously, why does Dee always manage to clash with trouble when she's not around?

She went back inside her best friend's room and closed the door behind her. Went through Dee's clothes and picked an outfit for her. Guess she'd have to miss another class then. "Dehlilah Dane, what have you gotten yourself into?" She spoke from outside the bathroom as she checked her reflection in her friend's mirror.

Out in a secluded corner of the FMH cafeteria, a guy in a plain black shirt and over used jeans (so over used that the tattered parts were actually due to over use and are not purposely it's design). He decided to remove the bell peppers from his mini pizza and munched on the remains. Everyone else were seating with someone all except for him, Tyler Neemson. He never really found out if people were just too shallow to really believe the rumors about him that they were so afraid of hanging out with him but none the less he was glad he was spared by their immature behavior.

Speaking of immaturity, the popular posse had just decided to catch the whole school's attention and did a cliche food fight. Are they serious? They were like freaky drones that had blasted out from the TV show like 90210. He shook his head and continued to munch on his mini pizza. The populars continued with their food fight until he noticed that Dehlilah, the head cheerleader and Demi's best friend went furious as everyone else could see her bra through her soaking top. Tyler wanted to chuckle but kept the humor to his self. It would look weird he if would be laughing by his self.

He tried to look around if anyone else was laughing when his eyes landed on a very beautiful girl. Tyler had seen her around campus but has no idea who she is. She had her blonde hair in a sort of a bob, She was next to the Darcy girl and had her lunch on her lap. Everything about her made Tyler want to smile as well. Her smile was that contagious and Tyler found his self wanting to know her name.

But he paused and realized that he really didn't have a good reputation with everyone in school. The girl might turn her back on him if he actually stepped towards her and asks for her name. And as Tyler was busy contemplating with his thoughts, the bell for the next class rang. He took his now empty tray towards the tray area and left the cafeteria and headed towards his next class.

Cara grimaced slightly when Darcy mentioned that her roommate was Dehlilah. She then gave her a sympathetic look. The bell rang suddenly and Cara stood up from the table. She grabbed her salad and threw it in the nearest trash can, but kept her bottle of water, which she hadn't even opened yet. She slung her purse over her shoulder and sent a friendly "See you later" wave and smile in Darcy and Gameboy Girl's direction. Then she turned and headed to her locker.

Cara opened her locker and crammed the books from French, History, and Geography into her locker, then grabbed her stuff for business, art, and science. She sighed slightly, wishing the day would go a little faster, then she closed her locker and locked the lock. Just two more hours left of school today. Cara reminded herself. She turned and walked in the direction of her next class, business.

Dehlilah giggled at Mikes comment as they walked. She nodded occationally at Mike's friends. But as Delilah was walking down the hall to her room when she heard Demi's motherly scold.
"here she comes" she said giving mike a sympathetic shrug knowing Demi would blame him? And she was right. Soon Delilah was being dragged away by Demi and diced into a shower. She smiled at Mike and shrugged before entering her room and taking a shower.
"Demi nobody did it we were just goofing off," She said rolling her eyes as she showered. when she got out she applied light makeup and straightened her hair so it was pin straight and hung down to her waist. She changed into a park pink dress and threw on a jean blazer and some nude heels. She loved that outfit since it Was sexy yet sophisticated. She sighed as she put her hoops on and flopped on her bed. Which was currently decked out in layers if covers and pillows and stuffed animals.

"Your so mean o Mike by the way," Dehlilah said throwing a penguin stuffed animal at Demi, from her and Mike's date at the aquarium.
She glared at Darcy's stuff across the room. It all seemed generic. Her and Darcy's stuff seemed to clash completely. She couldn't understand why mike even noticed her when he was dating Dehlilah.

Demi came up to them and automatically blamed him for what happened to Dehlilah. "It wasn't my fault Demi." He and Demi weren't always on equal terms. They got to the room and Dehlilah was forced in the shower. It took most of his will power not to crack a stupid joke.

Dehlilah finished and she came out looking really hot. Mike nodded in approval, but he could tell he was going to rip those off later. He laughed at his thought. Demi asked what he Dehlilah had gotten herself into and her response was Mike. Mike laughed and kissed Dehlilah.

He pulled back. "Now we are all goig to be late for class. Let's get a move on." He wrapped his arm around Dehlilah and walked out of the dorm without Demi. He thought it would be funny to see her reaction as he left her behind.

Jacob Preston
"Sure whatever you want," Jay replied easily to her request about listening to him play in his dorm, though that wasn't to say he wasn't surprised. He didn't claim to know how the girl world worked though so he just shrugged it off with a lazy smile. When she mentioned skipping Jay laughed lazily knowing she would never even seriously consider skipping school. He had skipped a few times here and there, no more than the regular highschooler, Lacey never came with him though. He had to find other friends for that.

"Well, I guess I'll see you after school sometime," he said as they arrived at Lacey's locker. He walked backwards away from her, giving her a small wave, when he turned around to continue walking to his locker though, he ran straight into someone. "Shit sorry," he said automatically, not even looking at who who he had run into, still processing the fact he had pretty much bowled into someone. Once he got his bearing straight he realized the person he had run into was Cara and a warm friendly smile spread across his face. It was always good to see her, even in a situation like this.

"Care, I totally didn't see you there, my bad," he said, with a lazy grin while he scratched the back of his neck. He felt terrible about running into such a caring sweet person, though he hoped she'd see the funny side in it. He hadn't witnessed it firsthand but he heard she could have a bit of a temper. "You are okay though yeah?" He asked sincerely after a few beats. He wouldn't have described her as fragile, especially since Lacey had, had a fit last time he called a girl fragile, but she wan't exactly tall or solid. Don't get him wrong though, in any case other than this, that a was a positive thing.

Looking down at her books he noticed she was on her way to business, he had to hold back an involuntary grimace. If geography was his least favorite subject, business was his second least favorite. "On your way to business I see..." Jay said nodding towards her books, his tone doing nothing to hide his distaste for business, in fact it probably aided in making his dislike more obvious.

Lacey smiled when he said that she could listen to his guitar in his dorm. She wasn't ready to see her room mates just yet. She pulled out her phone and headphones so she could listen to music. She turned and waved goodbye to Jay as he left. She placed her earbuds in her ear and blasted Ignorance by Paramore.

She started down the hall to her business class even thought she hated that class with a passion. She hated math way more though. She looked around for Tyler, but she didn't see him. She would catch up with him in class unless he skipped. She walked into the classroom and took a seat in the back corner.

Her and tyler weren't best friends like her and Jay, but he was cool to talk to when he let his guard down. He was always being mysterious and it was interesting. She didn't ever see him hang out with much people, but she never asked him about it. She would talk to him when she could.

She realized who she had the share the class with and she grew tense. Demi had her class. She wasn't here yet, but she was tensed up anyway. She went back to focusing on her music so she didn't loose her mind.

14:01 - Lockers

Everyone slowly dispersed from the canteen, Darcy trying not to get crushed by the swarm of students making their way to their lockers. She walked along the corridors, smiling at a few acquaintances every so often, until she reached her locker.

The girl crouched to reach the bottom locker, which was just below a tall senior, who's name she wasn't certain of. She glanced at the time table she had stuck to the inside of her locker, notifying her that business, art and science were next. She almost groaned aloud as she stuffed the books into her bag, the weight almost too much to ear. One week into school, and she already had a ton of homework.

The boy who owned the locker above her, which according to the slip of paper telling her who the locker belonged to was named Eoin, was leaning against his locker, talking to a couple of his friends. She stumbled past them, accidentally bumping into one of them who replied with, "Sorry, didn't see you there." She opened her mouth, about to say, "It's okay, no one does. I'm practically invisible," but let it go.

She really felt like talking to Mike now, though of course he as probably hanging out with Dehlilah. If one thing could benefit from sharing a room with her, maybe she would get to see Mike more often. The thought of him made her blush, and she kept her head down. She felt so lonely now that Jessica had moved. No one ever considered her feelings - she was always the go to girl when you're upset, who would listen to you, but who was she supposed to go to when she was upset? She would be too shy to talk about her 'problems' anyway.

She followed a few girls she recognised from her year to business, and patiently waited outside the classroom for the bell to ring.

Demi quickly glared at Mike's back as soon as the boy left with her best friend, she groaned in frustration. If only she could open her best friend's eyes and show her how incompetent her current squeeze is. Besides, who wants to date a guy like Mike? Not her. Definitely not her. If he wasn't as good looking he definitely wouldn't be hanging around the in crowd and often times she suspects that he just dates Dee just so he could be on top of the chain.

She rolled her eyes and went straight to her locker, her presence was enough to cause paranoia on other students. All of them moved sideways, as if she was Moses parting the Red Sea, while she made her way to her locker. She pulled out a few books and shut her locker closed and strutted towards Business Class. The very first for her since she missed the first few classes.

Demi was about to walk inside the classroom just in time as the bell rang, signalling the rush of students to head straight for their assigned classes, when she saw Darcy by the hallway. She rolled her eyes at the girl and intently bumped her shoulder into the girl's as Darcy's books dropped on the floor as she feigned an apologetic look and mockingly whispered under the noise of the hallway, "Ooppss... Sorry" She gave Darcy a pout and continued walking towards her classroom not looking back nor helping the poor girl with her things.

As she entered, Demi quickly roamed her gaze to find a good seat for the semester and since she was doing exceptional in all her classes, she decided to take a seat at the back, where she knew more people who can keep her occupied and refrain from getting into the boredom zone. A few wanna be's smiled at her, squeaking small hellos and a little wave as Demi went pass through them. While a few boys winked at her, all of them getting the same cold glare from her. Soon she was able to find a suitable seat just in the smack of the middle aisle and as she took her seat, her gaze went straight to her right where Lacey Holden was sitting.

She gently shook her head, she doesn't get why these girls continued to exist in her classes. She then returned her attention to her things and arranged them like the OC that she is. When she wondered where could her best friend be? She should have arrived earlier than I did, Demi thought silently to herself. She quickly pulled her cellphone from her satchel and sent Dehlilah a message:

Dee! Where are thou? This class is being filled by losers! I need you! xo Demi

Cara walked down the hall toward business class when she walked straight into what felt like a wall. She let out a quick gasp from the impact. The person said a quick apology, and Cara realized it was Jacob. A smile appeared on her face as her cheeks blushed slightly. "Oh, it's completely fine!" She grinned. Jacob asked if she was okay. "Yeah, yeah I'm good!" She reassured him, nodding her head "yes."

Jacob noticed the books in her arms, the one on top for business class. He asked her if he was going to business and it was obvious by the tone of his voice that he didn't like the class. "Yeah, I am. I take it the class isn't your favorite?" She asked him, a half smile playing at her lips. "Why not? Is the teacher a bitch? Is there a ton of homework?" She inquired.

"Favorite isn't exactly the word I'd use," he replied, returning her half smile with a half smile of his own. When she asked why he didn't enjoy business though he smile dropped off the edge of the planet. "Nah, the teacher's fine, and there's not too much homework or anything..." He said trailing off at the end, he wasn't sure how to continue or, more to the point, if he wanted to continue. He liked to make people laugh, sure, but continuing would probably only end in him being laughed at by a pretty girl, which was not exactly something he wanted to wittingly walk into. It only took once for a guy to learn his lesson and Jay had already been taught his lesson from Cami Saunders in second grade.

"It's just that..." He said, hesitating with what to say, his eyes drifted over the top of her head and he began rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly and hopping from foot to foot. "Fuck it," he finally said under his breath before deciding to just tell her the truth, he was a guy, he could wear his faults. "I've just never liked it, ever. Like those annoying, bratty kids who claim to hate food they've never tried, yeah, I'm just like that with Business. Geography as well as long as we're being honest." He blurted out quickly, not taking a breath the whole time.

Only after he had gotten that all out did his eyes move back to meet her stunning green ones again. He's not ashamed of anything about himself and it's not exactly one of his biggest secret or anything but definitely not something he enjoyed telling pretty girls about, especially not ones he thought he might have a chance with. Then again pretty much bowling her over in the corridor wasn't exactly working in his favor either. Who knows, maybe she liked spastic, annoyingly childish guys.

Rosalynd Sorbie
Rosa gave up on the canteen in less than two minutes; it was crowded, noisy and full of pretentious dick heads who seriously needed get over themselves. So she was hanging out with the burnouts behind one of the older buildings, cigarette hanging out of her mouth when the bell rang. Sighing she dropped her cigarette on to the ground, extinguishing it with her heel before looking up and the rest of the group. Of course none of them even looked like they were going to start moving to class anytime soon.

"Leaving so soon Rosa?" One of them called out like the bell hadn't just gone, Rosa just smiled though, they were called the burnouts for a reason. "Yeah, I wanna start the year on a good note," replied before turning her back on them and heading towards where he locker was located. Just before she was out of earshot she heard on of the juniors yell out about her missing the first two class. She turned around, jokingly giving him the finger before continuing in the direction of her locker.

She grabbed her generic notebook that she used for every class before heading to Business. She never took anything more than a notebook to her classes, which usually landed her in trouble, but she couldn't be stuffed. Plus, she usually always lost her books anyway, not like how she lost her homework, like actually lost. Arriving at class she saw about half the class had already taken their seats but she paid them no mind, heading straight to the back of the classroom. Hopefully up the back she would be able to avoid questions and getting in trouble for sleeping and not paying attention.

As she approached the back she couldn't help noticing Demi looking at Lacey like you would a fly in your drink, before fixing up her stuff like an OCD freak. Not that Rosa felt bad for Lacey, if she couldn't stand up for herself Rosa wasn't going to be jumping up and down to do it for her. The way Demie walked around like she was untouchable and the big bad wolf just seriously pissed Rosa off. She wouldn't go as far as to say she hated Demi though because that would be sad, Demi wasn't even worth her time. Though of course if she was there Rosa wasn't just going to throw away the opportunity. "Time of the month much Demi," Rosa said sarcastically, fake smiling at the girl before sitting herself down in the seat directly in front of Demi, propping her feet up on the desk.

"Time of the month much Demi," A familiar voice disturbed Demi's thoughts as Rosa took the seat in front of her. She quickly wrinkled her nose and took her VS Bombshell perfume from her bag and started spraying in the air as if she was using Lysol.

"Augghhh! Now I know where that smell came from," She placed the cap back on her perfume bottle and tried to act like she was hyperventilating from a sickening smell. "Do you ever take showers- Rosalynd?" A group of cheerleaders (Dehlilah's drones) laughed at her remark but she quickly turned her head at them and gave them a glare. She then sighed and returned her gaze back at the front of the classroom, just in time to see s. Toban, their Business teacher, arriving with a thick stack of handouts and her purse. "Go on Rosa, turn around and face the teacher and pay very good attention. That way you'd stop flunking the classes that really mattered," She gave Rosa an equally fake smile as her face slowly turned blank.

"Ms. Collins, is there a problem?" Mrs. Toban asked, as Demi realized that her best friend is still no where to be found. Where the heck are you Dee?

So to buy her best friend the time to sneak in the classroom without being handed a tardy slip, Demi decided to keep their teacher occupied, "Oh nothing Ms. T, just trying to know my classmates for this semester." She gave the woman her best smile and continued, "So how was your summer Ms. T? I do have a little something for you by the way." She then pulled out a small white box wrapped with a golden ribbon, she stood up and walked towards the teacher and handed Ms. Toban the small box. "Daddy and Mom, wanted me to give you this. They said it was a small gift for being the best Business teacher here at FMH."

Dee, you better get your ass in here. Demi silently thought as she kept her best smile intact. The lady opened the box to find a gorgeous mineral bracelet, her eyes were the sign that she did like the "little" present. "It's supposed to relieve you of stress. Go on try it," Demi continued to be chummy with the professor, making little glances at the door for her best frien.

Cara smiled as he seemed lost for words when she asked why he didn't like business. He hopped from foot to foot, rubbing the back of his neck as he avoided eye contact with her. It was adorable and made her giggle quietly. When he finally found the words to describe his feelings, she nodded. "I know the feeling," she told him. "I'm the same way with math." She'd hated math since she was little. It was the class she dreaded going to, and the homework she always saved for last. Something about just didn't appeal to her. Not really having anything else to say to Jacob about the topic, she changed the subject.

"So I hear you play guitar," she said with a grin. "I always wish I knew how to play." Her favorite band included acoustic guitar in a lot of their music, and she had always wanted to play the songs on guitar. If she was to learn guitar, she'd probably be pretty good at it. She had a good sense of rhythm and an ear for music. She was a pretty good singer, though she didn't like singing in front of other people. She usually only sang in the shower.

~ Darcy Smith ~
14:06 - Business Classroom

Darcy almost groaned aloud as she spotted Demi walking down the corridor, looking as smug as ever. She rolled her eyes when she spotted Darcy, as if Darcy were just a piece of dirt. Demi made her way to the business classroom, but not without forcefully bumping into Darcy's shoulder, making her stumble forward and drop all the books she hadn't bothered to fit into her bag.

"Ooppss... Sorry," Demi said in a sickly sweet voice, smiling smugly as Darcy bent down to pick up her books. She glared at Demetria's back as the girl entered the classroom, quickly throwing her books in a messy pile in her arms.

The bell rang, signalling that class was starting, and Darcy quickly hurried inside. She managed to sit down, unfortunately at the seat right behind Demi, before Miss Toban walked in.

"Time of the month much Demi," a familiar voice spoke up, sarcasm dripping from her voice. Darcy smiled to herself. Add that to the list of reasons why she liked Rosa: She wasn't afraid to stand up to Demi.

Demi replied by complaining about the smell, or something like that, as Darcy had lost interest now that it wasn't Demi being insulted. Maybe a little mean, but Darcy didn't really care. Demi was a bitch, full stop.

Demi then walked up to the front of the class and presented Miss Toban with a gift, though Darcy wasn't bothered to see what it was. She picked at the white crackle nail varnish on her thumb, waiting for class to start, or rather class to end.

Destery Knight

It had been a long morning for Destery, since he'd registered late. His father signed all the papers, and said his goodbyes. So his senior year would be in a new place. A place he knew no one, and no one knew him. It was a weird reason why he moved, he was sick of the town on top of the fact that the people were as boring as the town. That's not to say that Destery himself was exciting, I guess that was really a matter of opinion. Nevertheless, this new boarding school promised something new and adventurous, and something he was always up for, was indeed adventure.

After getting his schedule, he found his way to his classroom. The bells had already rung, so he sauntered in a bit late. The teacher stopped what she was doing, and he handed her a note. He glanced around the class dully, and rubbed his jaw. His rough stubble brushed against his hand. There was an empty seat towards the back, which he guessed would be his.

"You must be the new student." She said, catching his attention again. "Everyone, this is Destery." she introduced him. He lifted his hand a bit as a little wave, and went and took his seat. He sat beside a dark haired girl, behind her sat a bright red haired girl, and in front of them sat another dark haired girl. He glanced at each of them, and opened up his notebook.

Looks like Dehlilah's still not around so Demi decided to head back to her seat and just as everything was starting to be interesting, a dark haired and unfamiliar guy walked in to their classroom. It was undeniable that Demi followed him with her gaze Ms. Toban introduced him to the class. Hmmmm.... Destery, nice name! Demi thought to herself. At long last a campus eye candy She then smirked as he took the seat next to her. Oh well, Dehlilah has to find a new seat then.

"Hi, I'm Demi Collins. Since you are new, I wouldn't mind showing you around," She confidently spoke and offered her hand for a shake. If only her hair was down she would have flipped it to add a bit of spice.

Jacob Preston
"Yeah, you know, I play from time to time, I gues" Jay replied sarcastically, smiling widely, it wasn't exactly a secret around school that he pretty much was always playing his guitar. "Really? I could teach you the basics sometime if you wanted?" Jay replied, he'd never actually taught anyone else to play before though. In fact he didn't even remember learning to play himself, as far as he was concerned he had been playing for as far back as he could remember. Playing guitar was probably one of the only things his mother had been able to pass onto him before she had passed away. It was always great to find someone who had the same, or potentially the same interest in playing guitar as he had.

Looking up Jay realized he had let time get away from him and the people in the corridor had thinned out dramatically. "And now I've made you late. Sorry, I'd better let you go." Jay said with a smile and a wave before he walked off further down the corridor towards his locker. After he stopping off at his locker, Jay rocked up to gym roughly ten minutes late. It didn't matter all that much though; the teacher hadn't seen him so he just melded into the group of seniors, unseen. He pulled out his phone to text Cara.

To: Cara
From: Jay
Hey, were you serious about the guitar thing?

He finished texting her quickly, slipping his phone back into his pocket. Looking up at the equipment Coach Sanders had set up in gym, he tried to guess what sport they would be doing today seeming as he had missed the instructions part of the lesson. It looked like it was going to be dodgeball. Fun. Truthfully it wasn't that bad of a sport, it's just that Jay wasn't exactly an agressive person. he couldn't just throw a ball at someone, aiming to hurt them.

Rosalynd Sorbie
Rosa just looked disbelievingly at Demi as she was sprayed, more like hosed down, with some sort of perfume. Seriously had no one notified Demi that she had graduated from junior high. She was even more shocked to see some dumb ass blondes laugh at Demi's antics. Demi really needed to learn how to insult someone though, first off, Rosa has absolutely no problem being called Rosalynd, it's just that Rosa is less of a mouthful, so that didn't really upset her. Second of all, Rosa was failing by choice and laziness, and she was ashamed or behind the scenes about it either. It was no secret to anybody that she pretty much ditched more classes than she showed up for. When she did show up though, it was hardly like she payed attention. Demi needed a dictionary quick because insults were meant to insult their target and Demi's didn't even make her blink.

"Great, now I really do smell like teen spirit," Rosa mumbled under her breath as she turned back to the front deciding to not even bother with Demi. It wasn't worth throwing away her sanity. She couldn't even have that though as it wasn't long before her vision was taken up by Demi again. Rosa laughed under her breath though, she really didn't need to bother with Demi, she'd did it just fine all by herself. Buying a teacher a present? God, was Demi created in some 1990's stereotypical high school movie? There were kiss asses, and then there were Demi, she was like in a league of her own.

Rosa began drawing black roses over the back of her notebook not paying much attention to what was going on. She noted that some new kid with a weird name was getting introduced, but she just ignored it, she didn't care. When Demi introduced herself to the new kid though, Rosa couldn't hold her tongue, Demi was just asking for it. "Just a tip to the new guy from a girl that's been here far too long, I'd avoid her, she's completely nuts. Rosa said to the new kid, nodding over to Demi, as she leaned back to talk to him. When she had finished what she had to say she turned back to the front, completely ignoring Demi's presence.

Lacey

Lacey was sitting in the corner and the devil herself came in and took a seat. She would have said some rude comment as usual, but Rosalynd beat her too it. She snickered because all of Rosalynd's comments were hilarious. Demi seemed a little out of it because Dehlilah wasn't here which was fine with her. She took out her headphones and slipped her phone into her pocket. She opened her writer's notebook and she opened the business textbook. She was of course going to write in this class because she writes in just about every class.

She as she was thinking about something to write a new guy walked in and the teacher introduced him as Destery, which was a very unique name. She nodded in approval since she wasn't a people person that actually meant something. Demi of course made her move on the guy and she laughed a bit. Rosalynd told her to steer clear of her which reminded Lacey, why she talked to Rosalynd. She looked over at the Destery. "Since we are introducing ourselves to people, I'm Lacey. Welcome to this uh- who am I kidding, how did you end up in this hell hole?" She smiled at her comment.

Even though she made some friends here she didn't actually like the school. She'd rather go to a regular school and be able to see her parents everyday. And besides there isn't an escape when you are in this place. That reminds me, I need to go and find out who my roomies are. She was at least happy that she almost had her best friend to herself, but he was a friendly person and likes to talk to people. Speaking of best friends.

To: Jay
From: Lacey
I hate Business and Demi is here and I feel like I am going to die. Save me from boredom.

Cara laughed as he was sarcastic about how much he played guitar. She'd heard that he was always playing guitar, and whenever she saw him he usually had his guitar. "Yeah my favorite band plays a lot of acoustic," she explained to him. "Oh my God seriously? You would teach me? I would love that!" Jacob said that he had made her late and apologized. Cara hadn't even realized that the bell had rung. "Oh shoot," she said, but with a laugh. She smiled and waved as he walked off. "See you later!" She said with a smile. She made a right and headed to the Business classroom.

She slipped inside. "Sorry I'm late," she muttered to the teacher, then picked the only available seat in the classroom. She laid her books down on the desk. Her phone buzzed and she pulled it out of her pocket. It was a text from Jay. Involuntarily, a smile spread across her face. She glanced up at the teacher and then, with her phone hidden under the desk, typed up a reply.

To: Jay
From: Cara
Hey! Totally serious. I've always wanted to learn! :)

She stuffed the phone back in her pocket and looked up at her classmates. Demi, Darcy, Lacey, and some kid she had never seen before. Who was he? New student maybe?
