The magical universe (Great Britain)

Malice smiled warmly, glad to be engaged with people for once. "Hello Max and Blake. Malice Errenhall. Nice to meet you," she said. Malice was sincerely glad that she'd met with more of her fellow Slytherins. She looked at Dioda. Her first friend seemed trouble. Malice felt bad about saying the comment about Harry Potter. She'd save the subject for another time. After all, it was hard to lose a parent. Malice couldn't imagine losing a loved one. She never had. 

Cassiopeia soon left the compartment her brothers were in, seeing they were soon joined by others, and found a compartment where some first years sat. One had platinum blonde hair, clearly a Malfoy, but she ignored this as she sat next to her distant relative. Very distant relative.

She said nothing, choosing to tune out the world and the chattering of the others as she stared out the window with bored golden eyes.

Upon reaching Hogsmeade, she went with the other first years into the boats that would take them to the school. Cassiopeia found herself to be in the same boat, literally, with the young Malfoy. She quickly grew tired of his silence, " You're a Malfoy, right?" His cool grey eyes turned to the brunette in surprise. " Scorpius Malfoy," he said quietly with a nod to her, " You?"

" I'm Cassiopeia Potter," the girl answered, quieting as she said her last name. She hated when others judged her by her father and family name. Scorpius said nothing in return and their conversation ended, although Cassiopeia was quite pleased to know her assumption had been correct. As usual.



When they entered the great castle, the first years were ushered into the Great Hall where most oo'd and aw'd over the ceiling and overall enormosity of the room. They were soon sorted and Cassiopeia was pleased to see Albus sorted into Gryffindor before she was called to try the hat. Sitting on the stool the teacher lowered the hat to the girl's head and it began to speak to her.

" You're another Potter," the tone was unsurprised, " hmm, how interesting. Yes..." Cassiopeia glanced upward, seeing the dark brim over her brow. A few moments of consideration and its decision was called out loudly for everyone to hear, " SLYTHERIN!"

Cassiopeia stood and removed the magical hat herself, handing it to the surprised teacher before making her way to the Slytherin table. Cheers erupted although she knew some were probably fake but this didn't disappoint her as she sat on the bench, a smug look spreading across her features as her golden eyes found her brothers at the Gryffindor table.



Scorpius hadn't even sat when the teacher placed the hat on his head, where it didn't stay long. " SLYTHERIN!" The hat called out, having barely touched the young boy's mind. Malfoy's were famous for never having been in another House. Ever.

He was quite pleased as he stepped from the platform and strode over to the Slytherin table where the 'snakes' of the school clapped, some cheering. He sat next to the girl he'd met on the boat and, after giving a small smile to her, turned to watch the rest of the sortings.

Potter's, Weasley's, blah blah blah. These were children of the men and women his own father had gone to school with, and bullied, and one was his own House-mate.

Blake smiled. "Hey. Blake black." he said. Blake smiled, he went to get food, he came back with a bounty of meat and potatoes. Blake looked at Dioda, she was a first yearer from last year, he knew her, she was Voldimort's daughter. Blake was weary of her, he had relations with Harry and his sons, and his grandfather tried to help kill him.

Bl;ake just sat with his friends, he ate his food in silence. "So who wants a party for Slytherin tonight?" Blake asked.

Charlotte heard some of the other Slytherins talking but she wasn't really sure if she wanted to talk to them. Slytherins didn't have a great rep and the one she had spoken to had been stuck up, to say the least.
"Hey. Blake black."
She heard someone say, and her head automatically snapped towards the voice, excited for any new information. Her own plate was already full and she was eating happily as she watched the boy with his friends.
"So who wants a party for Slytherin tonight?" He asked, much to her delight. That could be so much fun! She shouldn't get into trouble on the first day thought, it would annoy her sister. That was the first thought of her sister since they'd separated on the train. She looked towards the Hufflepuff table, but couldn't separate her sister from the mass of other people. Oh well, she went back to eavesdropping on others conversations.

"So who wants a party for Slytherin tonight?" Stephen heard Blake say, Stephen who was exited and in high spirits from the party chuckled and replied a few seconds later:

"Me!!!, name the time and the place."

"I like this kid!" Blake said with a smile. "Hey let me tell you, you need to bunk with me." he said with a smile, he needed a buddy to mess around with, he needed, a.. partner in crime. Blake liked jokes, he got in trouble alot, he was a smart kid, he didn't even need to study for tests, he just did them, so he had a lot of time to goof off. Blake smiled. "Tonight Slytherin home room, PARTY!" Blake yelled out, a bunch of other Slytherin kids all cheered, Blake smiled, it would be a good year.

Malice cheered and clapped along with the other Slytherins. This was the first time she'd ever felt like part of a group, and boy did it feel amazing. It was like they were all good friends, though they'd only met recently. There was a feeling in the air. A feeling of... comradeship? it was spectacular. Malice felt a light feeling in her chest. Slytherin was where she belonged. She tapped Dioda's arm. "Can't wait. How bout you, Dioda?"

(I'm confused as where we are time wise, because for at least some of us its after the feast. Can we try to keep sync here?)

Dioda watched with a small smile before looking at Malice. ''Yeah, can't wait..'' she said and smiled at Malice. She looked over at Blake and then Stephen who seemed to have the greatest fun in the world but as soon as it came, the feast ended.

Charlotte clapped with the others, grinning as she realised they were attracting some attention. She could see the twins watching her from the Ravenclaw table and made a face at them. Laughing as they did the same. Quite suddenly it seemed, the feast ended. Charlotte looked around, looking for the prefect she knew she was supposed to follow to the Common room. She had some sweets from the train hidden in her robes, she was planning on keeping a stash in her dormitory. You could never have too much sugar, especially if it's chocolate.

Winter glared down the table towards the first years, and the other student how'd decided to sit with them. Why must they be so loud? Do they have no dignity? He huffed in irritation, by far preferring his own company. They may only be second years but they were years more mature, apparently.
The feast ended and Winter prepared to leave, he wanted to get to the Common room before the rush of the first years.

Felix and Gaius laughed along with Charlotte despite being at a different table. As the feast wound down, the two boys prepared to head for their Common room. Tomorrow was going to be a very entertaining day.

Blake was surprised the feast ended so quickly. he got up from his spot and followed their Slytherin House student council to their common room. Blake talked to a couple of ghosts from last year, there was one ghost he had teamed up with to prank all of Gryfindor that they were haunted last year. Blake smiled at they arrived in Common room.

Blake loved common room, it was like a huge living room, and hi favourite, there was a gaming center. It had pool tables and ping-pong. Blake smiled, he watched as the First yearers were in shock and a huge happiness. Blake went to his own dorm, it was a big bedroom with a living space with a pool table in the living room side Blake smiled, he threw his bag on the ground by the bed he had used last year, he had put a spell on is so it stayed extremely soft, Blake fell onto in and laughed.

(no...just no. No technology we havn't seen already at Hogwarts. This is a school for magic, not technology)

Eena sat quietly at the table as the hat called out all of the students new houses. She let out a deep breath and rested her head on the tabe. She was feeling a bit sick from all of the train riding and she really had no patience for this. She felt as though she was about to gag all of her food out. Vladimire was sitting on her lap, his black body curled around himself. She glanced up for a moment, seeing who would be apart of RavenClaw.

When she got to the compartment wher ethey would be staying, she didn't knwo who she would be with, just that she claimed a random for her own, in the RavenClaw comparment. She burried her face into her pillow, and tried to sleep.

((I edited my post, I hope the Ping pong and Pool tables are okay, I saw them in the movies and i reflected on the books to see that they had table games like these.))

As the midnight time arised Albus yawned with guilt."James,james wake up the map we need it before daylight".James turned over."Oh,come on james you said you used to do this,so get up and come on i have the cloak".Albus never knew that the cloak belonged to the faction of the deathly hallows and he never knew of its great legacy and worth.

James was already holding the map. Where he hides it he doesn't say, but its a safe bet there is some sort of secret pocket somewhere on him at all times. Most likely a magical one. When it came to magic, he was pretty good with various Offensive spells, with a bit of skill in transfiguration and illusion. So, he got up, making sure not to make a single noise. He had made sure of that. He then added "And don't lose Dad's cloak then. Its one of his favorites...."

He then made sure no one else was up, and told Albus to stay close. You see, all throughout Hogwarts there are secret passages. James then activated The Marauders Map, making sure no one was moving or getting close, as he led Albus to one of his more favorite secret passages. If anyone started to get remotely close, he would know.

Dioda stood up and walked out of her bedroom. She wasn't really tired and didn't want to stay there so figured to wander around the castle and maybe scare some Gryphindors. That would actually be funny. Maybe she could even get the blood of Potter she needed for her father. Than atleast she had everything she needed to bring him back and when he was back, the Potters would die, if they wanted it or not. She had enough of their famous name and thost two stupid boys called James and albus. She was going to enjoy watching them die and would help them die in the best way she could. This year would be the last year of the Potters on Hogwarts for they would be killed this year, even Harry Potter himself. He would die too after he figured out that Voldemort had returned. He was no longer a Horcrux so he could easilyh die now, and she would help and laugh.

As she wandered around the castle, she had this strange feeling that Albus and James were on the move. She knew about The Marauders Map and that Albus had that Cloak of Invisability. Maybe she could follow them once she had found them but she knew she would be seen, still she would follow them. A Cloak wasn't going to help them stay away from her.

Stephen really wanted to sleep but he simply could not, today had been something special of the kind he had never before experienced in his life. Stephen felt at home in this great castle, so far away from his grandfather's house and its hard discipline. Stephen actually took comfort in the knowledge that whatever discipline this school commanded he would be able to take it, at least here he had equals to talk to. Stephen heard a noise from the common room and decided to go investigate it having nothing better to do. Years of sneaking to his friends houses at night from his grandfather's house gave him some useful skills for this sort of thing so Stephen didn't wake any of the near by students, Stephen saw Blake move in his bed but he didn't think Blake was awake and continued his slow journey.

Stephen didn't see what had caused the noise now but decided to explore Hogwarts any way, he was up and about so why go back to bed? Stephen wondered the area for a few minutes before seeing some one ahead. Stephen sneaked closer for a better view and saw that it was Dioda, deciding to play a little game with her Stephen continued to sneak behind her wondering were she was going.

Blake saw Stephen sneak away. Blake smiled, he pulled out his wand



Blake did a little whirling of his wand making it do a couple little light spells to practice first Blake was now ready. "Geminio!" he whispered not to wake anyone, he felt a little energy come out of him, it flowed to his wand then out, Growing out of Blake's wand was a duplicate of him, it went and laid in his bed. Blake smiled, he could venture off now.

Blake followed Stephen then decided to scare him "Quietus." he then said more energy coming out, he now had no sound coming from his foot steps, Blake smiled, he had been practising his magic and it was paying off. Blake smiled, he sneaked up behind Stephen then jumped on his back.

Dioda cocked her head and smiled. She turned around and looked at Stephen and Blake, holding back her laugh. She knew she had been followed by Stephen but never heard Blake. He must have been using a spell so they couldn't hear him. That was quite impressive and maybe that could help her. She knew the spell, had it used before and it had helped her back than. You would make no sound and you could easily sneak up behind someone. It was a usefull spell.
