"I find him...Interesting." She answered, glancing sideways at the woman. Looking at her face for a moment, she sighed and turned to face her. "Listen. I know you come from a happy family with tons of children and you are used to the whole...Physically touching your young ones to comfort them." The nurse opened her mouth to ask how she had known about her family but Tessa just shook her head and continued. " I, however, am not one of your family. I HATE being touched...." There was a pause and then she added as a lie. "I figured all that out before you put this stupid thing on my forehead."
Drawing her legs back up to her chest, she returned to sitting with her chin on her knees, watching that boy as he drew.

He mouthed the words "Ring," towards the girl. wondering if she get it. Lots of people can't read lips. The word 'olive juice' was usually seen as 'I love you'. Roarke let his eyes shift slightly at the nurse and motioned to the girl, meaning 'Nurses, right? Geez.'
Roarke's hand had moved on to the girl's face. She had something in her eyes. Another set of eyes. "Someone else?" Roarke smirked and just finished his drawing. He looked at the girl and pulled the paper out. He nodded motioning that the picture was for her. He then looked at the girl's nurse and raised his eyebrows as if the question 'How we going to do this?'

"Oh well" he thought "I'll just have to put up with it till my nurse returns."
After a small amount of time Jimmy noticed that the boy had stopped drawing him and was now drawing a new subject, a girl with a nurse next to her. After a few more minutes he saw that the artist had finished and was now trying to get the girls attention. Jimmy's stare intensified, finally some entertainment.

He had finished again but once again the picture was different than what he had thought it would turn out. Roarke had drawn the whole body but the actually body part of the drawing was completely black. "Not quite," Roarke said as he examined his own drawing. It wasn't that he colored it all black it seemed the edges color seemed to be sucking everything in, somewhat like a void or a blackhole. That wasn't all of it though. There were faces floating around the body. Anger, Anguish, Fear, and some others as well. Roarke didn't really understand these drawings of the patients that he had been doing. These people were different, like himself. He might be able to escape as well and maybe get a friend or two in the process.
The thought crossed his mind if any of them were as dangerous or more so than him. "I sure would hate having to kill someone else so soon after starting my life over" he whispered to himself.

Turning her gaze to look at her nurse, she rubbed her throat slightly and let out a small cough. "My throat hurts a little. Its really dry. Do you think you could maybe get me some water? Milk just coats my throat." She said softly with a pained look. The woman smiled and Tessa even let her give her a small pat on the hand. As her nurse walked off, she shot a look back at the boy with a smile that showed she was pleased with herself.

When he was finally next to the girl a paper slipped out from his folder.
"Keep it close. Midnight. Look at the picture and concentrate it on it." He showed her the picture of her was still in the notebook. "I'll give this to you later. But you need to keep that one with you.
The picture was of Roarke. You could see his figure within a mass of swirling pictures of animals and monsters that originated from his body and spread throughout the paper to the very end.
"Sorry I'm not better looking," he smirked. "Try to resist the urge to throw it away"
On the way back to the window Roarke dropped off another picture of himself in front of the guy who was staring at him and told him the same thing. Roarke started drawing pictures of the other patients and tried to figure how he would get the pictures to them. He looked at his notebook. "Almost out of paper.I'm gonna have to get more before this plan takes place. But they don't give out the new supplies for another week."
He looked back at the two girls and guy who now had the pictures with them. "Talk to you tonight" worded to each of them.

The nurse returned with her water and she drank it down. It was luke warm which always annoyed her but she pushed past that. "Come on, Tessa." She said looking down at her watch. "Its time for your visit with the doctor." As she was leaving the cafeteria, Tessa glanced back and caught his words. Talk to her tonight? What kind of abilities did that guy have?

It wasn't untill a few minutes had passed that Jimmy realised he was still day dreaming. Now with his concentration firmly back in the room he slowly folded the picture and sliped it into the pocket inside his coat.
The side door to the cafeteria then opened, Jimmy's nurse walked out with a wheelchair and came over to his table.
"Ok Jimmy lets have a stroll round the grounds to get that last bit of syrum out your system then we can go and get your breakfast" said his nurse. As she helped him into the wheelchair he only scowled up at her, he hated being dependent on his nurse.

"You drawing places now?" she inquired. Her tone suggested curiosity but Roarke told himself that she was doing her job and trying to gather information in case he may be more of a threat. He had to play it well enough. He had already hidden the pictures of the "special patients" as she reached around him and took the book. "Mind if I take a look?" she asked with the sound of a little child but her eyes scanned the pictures of the cafeteria and the scenes outside each of the windows and doors. The people were included but they were not very focused due to the fact they weren't important in the pictures. She was trying to decipher some meaning to the drawings. She knew of his ability and the dangers of his "art" could do. But she could see nothing threatening, nothing out of the ordinary, it was just scenery pictures.
"I was simply trying to find something to block all the other noises out," he said trying to reassure her. "I don't like a lot of noise, and the cafeteria was more noisy than usual. I looked out a window and just noticed that I haven't actually walked outside so I thought I could at least draw it. That way I wouldn't have go out. But unfortunately there are angles that allude my vision. I can't get the scope of the whole place." He said, starting to sound agitated. He placed his hand on his head, "If, if only I could see it" he was grinding his teeth now.
The nurse knew this behavior and started talking in soothing tones "Listen, perhaps after your talk your doctor, if all goes well, we can ask if it might be possible for you to take a walk around the whole building, and if you want we could have a walk inside the building as well. You could see some places you haven't yet."
Jackpot Roarke thought. He suddenly started to act calmer and lowered his hand from his head. "I'm sorry," he told her.
"It's ok sugar," she responded." No worries" she looked at him and his past guilt and present guilt welled up inside of him.
Damn her eyes he thought. "When is the appointment again?" he asked.
"He is seeing a patient right about now. We are after her" she remarked as she finally handed the notebook back.
Roarke remembered that the one girl had left down the same corridor he usually went to. "Could we go there now, and just wait outside the door?" he asked sheepishly " I use that time to draw." The nurse smirked and got up and offered her hand. Roarke gathered up his stuff and smiled at her hand. They both knew he his paranoia wouldn't allow him to touch another person's hand, especially one he doesn't trust. It was a cruel joke between the two of them. It told him she had truly not forgiven him for what had happened to her. Roarke was surprised how well she was doing after that incident. She shouldn't have been able to live through that.
Just another puzzle piece to solve, Roarke was becoming a little more excited and thrilled of escaping. Roarke decided he would draw his nurse later and see if she too was "special".
They got up and made their way down the corridor.
