Sera

Momo was such a cutie, not only with her current look but her personality was adorable. It seemed that everything Sera did caused her to give some absolutely amazing reaction and she was such a competitive little thing. Sera was glad to finally have made a good girl friend, having someone to mess around with, no expectations and so far they didn't even bicker. It was definitely Momo, she was nice and so cheerful even with all of the little antics that Sera loved to do. Adding her to the game would no doubt be fun and they would have a good time, though Sera was a bit worried about Momo being involved with all the drinking. Who knew, maybe she drank or at least would give it a shot. That wasn't so important though, what was important was getting everyone pumped for the game that was soon to be started. “Phew, I caught up with you!” Sera smiled, watching as her friend continued to say hi to Kei, “Oh hi there Kei!” Her friend was rather cheerful when speaking to Kei but it was quickly turned almost awkward when she turned her attention to Devone. Sera looked from Momo to Devone, it was probably their first meeting. "Momo, that is Devone, she is attractive but a bit mean" The she turned to Devone, "This cutie is Momo, Kei's Junior and one of the nicest girls you will ever meet." She continued to give Devone a look that while not really intimidating did warn her to not even try anything with Momo, not that it needed to be said, Devone seemed to be playing nice.

It was then that Bishop joined them again, right next to her and Momo already drinking, a rookie mistake but not why she suddenly felt bad. He didn't look so chipper and she wondered if perhaps she played a hand in that. He had been with Momo yet she had said nothing to him and snagged the girl away without even considering they may have been talking. Add that to the fact that she had basically blown off his surf offer earlier and it kind of hit her that she wasn't being very considerate. She had honestly spent the whole day trying to spend time with Silas and she still wanted to spend time with him, but as a group activity she wanted everyone ready and excited, Bishop included. She moved a few steps from Momo to Bishop, figuring she would want to say more to Kei or maybe say a few words to the newly acquainted Devone, nudging Bishop with her elbow when she got next to him. "Hey, glad you're here. Can't let Silas be the only good looking blonde at the party." He was a nice guy from what she knew and they were both Junior's so she would get to know him as time went but she didn't want to let him think she wasn't interested in getting to know him now, it was just hard to figure out what to say. Of course she did have one topic she knew he would respond to, even if it could potentially be a sore subject. "I saw you out on the waves earlier, almost joined you but I let myself get carried away. Were the waves good though? I mean I haven't surfed since I was back in England so I have no clue what it's like." She asked the question, trying to get past her absence quickly and on to what it was like out on the water, something any surfer loved talking about, or at least the few friends she knew who surfer never shut up about the waves. So she waited for the inevitable answer, hoping his seemingly shy nature stopped it from becoming a rant of sorts as she had seen before.

Luckily enough, even if her cheer up method failed to reach the full effects she wanted it to, Silas was back and he brought gifts, beer. Sera took one as he began to pass them out but kept her attention on Bishop for the time being, letting him hand them out and their conversation continue depending if Bishop wanted it to, trying not to become so attentive on Silas that she ignored him after trying to strike up conversation. Silas had other plans though, coming in with most likely the same intentions Sera had and he was no doubt much better at cheering people up than she was. "Whoa there Bruder!" "Don't grow up too fast… Wrinkles aren't attractive." That is true, wrinkles aren't attractive, whether or not sulking gives you wrinkles I don't know but just another reason to stay cheerful at all times. "No more sulking tonight! Eh?" "You're too cute to do that, you'll make me cry." Okay maybe he isn't better at cheering people up, he seems more... Mocking. Sera just looked at Silas and shook her head, a small laugh escaping, the ridiculousness of it was rather interested, though that could possibly be the point. "Right Everyone!" Yes, continue fellow attention whore, the masses are listening. She thought, a rather playful grin touching her lips as she thought about it, how everyone was no doubt waiting for him to instruct them further.

"Let's start then. Sit! Sit down-!" Sera quickly took a seat in the sand, getting comfortable and waiting for others to take their seat as well, she was ready to get the show on the road. Besides, almost everyone was here, including another few arrivals she noticed, Varthur and another cute kid (Kaoru). "For those of you who are as of now being initiated, we're playing Never Have I Ever." "Say a statement you have never done, and those in the circle who have done said deed must drink…" As Silas began to speak the rules Sera looked over to Momo and pat the ground next to her in hopes her friend would take one of the side seats, the other could be for whoever but most like Silas or Bishop since they were both right there. She didn't much mind who either, it was a game, being next to Silas wouldn't matter much as she drank. "Think of it as a team bonding exercise. A... "Get to know you."" Or as an excuse to get drunk and get dirt on your classmates. "And since Bishop has a head start-.... He'll be starting!" Sera looked to Bishop, "Go for it." She said with a wink, wondering just what he was going to reveal to all of them.

Kaoru

Kaoru snickered genuinely, “That was a good one, Ice Queen. I guess you have a point.” He winked back. He found it fascinating that she could shoot comebacks at him so swiftly. She’s.. enjoyable. Kaoru thought to himself, chuckling a bit. She’s going to be one of the numerous entertaining things about this new school. He grinned innocently to the lengthy black haired girl (Devone), his eyes lighting up as he remembered something, possibly a challenge. “I never caught your name.” he reminded her, “Can I know now?” He tilted his head lop-sided abruptly, big sapphire eyes gazing over at her, anticipating her reaction. He was really good at exploiting his boyish appearance. He was used to using his young exterior on girls to break the ice. She seems to have her mind on something, does our little frozen rose (Devone) have some troubles as well? “What’s so interesting about the moon? The party is down here.” He chimed in a taunting voice.

Koaru blinked at the look (Silas) was giving him, fighting off the urge to scowl and ask him what his problem I know exactly what you’re thinking.. His eyes narrowed as he stared at the fire. Just because you’re enormous doesn’t mean you're making me nervous. He let out an extended sigh, closing his eyes for a moment. When he opened them he was back to fun-loving, hyper Kaoru. He had a problem with guys like (Silas). He already came across to him as confident, attractive, tall, and popular. He didn’t play well with guys like him. It felt like a competition already and to beat it all? He didn’t even catch the other guy’s name yet! Blondie, I’m not sure if I like you. He seemed to have a connection with Varthur, because he sent him a smile that somewhat resembled friendliness. I guess you could call it that.. I'm not so good at reading other guys. Kaoru moved his thoughts around to the rest of the group. His eyes halted for a moment when he caught a glimpse of pink. He looked over her, but tried to hide his disappointment. He didn't want to offend her after all. She was a cute pink haired girl (Momo) that resembled the one he met earlier, but it definitely wasn’t the same girl.(Miami) This one seemed much more shy and sweet. It kind of depressed him in a way, but he turned his attention to the cocky guy (Silas) again. (Bishop) Ah.. so it’s started already. He knew that the overconfident blonde was still giving him the stare down, but he overall ignored him. You’re not going to intimidate me, I know you're trying to express some sort of silly Alpha male dominance because you're a senior.. He smirked a bit to acknowledge that he could see him looking through his peripheral vision. He rolled his eyes as the blonde (Silas) ignored his question. Like that is going to hurt my feelings or gain an amusing reaction for you. Kaoru felt his lips twitch into a smile as he shook his head. Gotta do better than that. Are you the one feeling intimidated, or do I just interest you because I’m practically the shiny new toy in the third grade classroom? He wasn't exactly sure. This guy is like an enigma, or a rubix cube. His eyebrows raised at something the blonde (Silas) said, something he also agreed with. Hell yeah the girls can take off their shirts. His eyes shifted to the slightly shorter blonde (Bishop) Hmm.. he doesn’t look as sure of himself. Interesting. Total opposite ends of the spectrum these two are.

Kaoru blinked when the boy said his Never have I ever. What the hell does that mean? Is this some sort of code? He took a beer and cracked the lid off. He had never drunk a drop before now so he was kind of tentative about playing this game, but he took a swig hastily. He didn’t want anyone to realize his uncertainty. Immediately he felt the urge to wrinkle his nose. This is awful! Why are they drinking this crap!? He kept his facial expression as blank and calm as he could manage, but it was certainly clear on his face he was a first time drinker the instant he got a good taste of the beer. What is with this guy.. was it a joke I’ve not been clued in on? He looked around, face still confused. Did everyone else understand? He could help but find his mind wondering what the next question would be. Crap. I don't want to embarrass myself!! Am I going to turn out to be a lightweight drinker? His attention snapped to the slightly shorter blonde when the taller one (Silas) associated a name with the face unknowingly for Kaoru. So.. the shorter blonde's name is Bishop..

Sera

"Ahh.... Thanks, though I don't see how I compare to a guy like Silas." Well her first attempt hadn’t worked so well, casual flirting did make him blush a bit but at the same time he was still down. "Yeah.... It was great, the current was perfect for the time I started and nothing too rough. Just easy and simple, which is good for learning.." At least the talk about surfing cheered him up, as she suspected it would. She was a bit surprised when his second response was in English but it was a pleasant surprise to which she responded in kind, English being easier anyhow, ”Well I am probably in need of an easy ride, it has been awhile and I am surely out of practice. If there is time before we leave tomorrow you must let me take you up on the offer.” She was sincere and she shot him a smile before it had all moved along, Silas coming over and Bishop being told to go first and at least his reaction was cute as opposed to depressing or sulky which was a good thing. It would be no good if the starter of the game and one of the members of their little group wasn't having fun.

Silas seemed to have something he wanted more than the game to begin, "I didn't get the memo tonight was "No shirts allowed."" This night is just getting better and better… Drinks and shirtless guys… "Common' boys, don't be shy -Off with 'em." Kei removed his shirt as well and she was sure peer pressure and maybe some need to show off would lead all the guys to becoming shirtless before long. “And Ladies…" "Feel free to do so as well…" Sera smirked, looking over at Silas and winking, reaching up and pulling her shirt up over her head, she was still wearing underwear. “Have to be fair don’t we.” She looked over to Momo and giggled slightly when seeing her expression, “Don’t worry, you don’t have to, I just like to show off.” She said poking the girls nose gently before turning to Bishop. "Never have I ever....." Sera was quite eager to hear what Bishop would start with, how he would get the games going, especially now that he was in a better mood. She nudged him on, until he actually said it, "Been spoken perfect Japanese to able do fish...." It was a joke, she didn’t understand it or anything so it was not exactly hilarious but a joke was a good way to start. She could respect the light way of starting the game, giving him a small laugh. Silas gave the joke a much bigger laugh but Sera didn’t find it so funny as to warrant such a reaction, cute and smart but not absolutely hilarious by any means.

“Psst.. Sera..?” Sera turned back to Momo, looking at the cute girl, her head tilted to add to the adorable look. “What was the never have I ever.. again? I didn’t quite understand..” Sera leaned in and whispered, “It was a joke of sorts, not exactly funny in itself but he was just trying to keep things light hearted I suppose. If you want to know precisely what he meant I suggest you ask Bishop. I would start thinking about what you’re going to say on your turn though, see how many people you can get.” “I will go next.” She shot Momo one more smile before looking over to Kei, figuring she would be interested in what Kei said as well. Sera was surprised that Kei would go next but very curious as to what strategy the built male would choose, her eyes looking at his body as she awaited what he would say. She smirked, eye candy while I wait, between all the good looking guys at this school, plenty of them were in the circle, and it kept her eyes busy. “Never have I ever…” She waited as Kei paused, eager to hear what he would say, “Been so drunk that I forgot what I did the night before.” Sera laughed, “Well damn.” She quickly took a drink of the beer in her hand, looking at Kei and trying to figure out why he chose that out of all the options. She really couldn’t figure it out but she was kind of curious who else would be drinking, surely Silas but who else got that drunk.

Bishop Trander

”Well I am probably in need of an easy ride, it has been awhile and I am surely out of practice. If there is time before we leave tomorrow you must let me take you up on the offer.” He nodded, glad to find her so sincere, and the English was refreshing. What surprised him was that English accent of her's, which made Sera more interesting to say in the least. He had no idea she was from England, and was a cool piece of information to have. Maybe she did realize, and this was her approach at it. No sense in bringing up sore feelings, just moving on with life and making up. "Yeah... Momo said the same thing. Maybe tomorrow if we have time early enough." He turned his attention to the new kid Kaoru who tossed his shirt off, followed by Kei. His expression was that of confusion, wondering what spontaneous happening forced them to do that. Of course Silas had to challenge everybody's ego. "I didn't get the memo tonight was "No shirts allowed." Common' boys, don't be shy -Off with 'em." His brow furrowed, and he watched Silas join in, and turned blinking as Sera took her's off too. Thankfully she had underwear on, but still!! He had to refrain from starring, and realized he was the only guy with a short on, and slowly took his off too without saying a word. He didn't want to be a stickler in the group.

Bishop shut his eyes closed thinking over what he said when he realized he actually made a mistake after hearing Silas comment. His cheeks turned further red, as he thought it over. <Wait did I just say fish?> He chewed the words over, and bowed his head realizing it. <Oh no!! I added those extra syllables, and it turned into the word fish.... That totally messed up the meaning!!!> He kicked himself for actually messing up a joke of miscommunication, by miscommunicating. He knew he looked stupid now. <Lesson of the day.... If you're going to tell a joke, learn how to speak properly.> He just took a sip to punish himself, for messing that up. The junior opened his eyes, and looked down then over to Momo who was whispering to Sera the two very confused. He owed them an explanation.

"I... Actually, messed that up." He spoke more carefully this time in a whisper, feeling that buzz feeling from the alcohol to which he blamed on for his totally screwed up Japanese. "I added extra syllables, and didn't mean to say fish... I meant to say, that I've never been able to speak perfect Japanese. As you can obviously tell...... Sorry." He glanced back at the two (Sera and Momo) then looked down again, working over the embarrassment. He needed to read that translator book of his. Looking around, no one seemed to be confrontational about so that was a good thing. But he would work on just playing the game instead of being smart, that wasn't his specialty really. But he hoped that some people would cut him some slack because he had already downed two bottles of beer. He was sure that everyone here was smarter than him, his parents stressed the fact that as soon as he was having difficulty in class he was to let them know so they could get a tutor. The classes in Japan were much more advanced than the schools he went to on the American bases, and it was only a matter of time... Rather short time, that he would get overwhelmed. He had the language barrier to break through, plus all the class material to digest as well.

"So you "do" fish Bruder? Wundervoll…" He couldn't help but laugh, Silas getting the wrong idea but that guy always got him smiling again. "Right- Now we all know what Bishop actually does in the water... Who's next?" Already on the move Silas was either covering for him (which would be greatly appreciated) or he as just that amped up. He looked around to see, if anyone could pick the tempo back up. “I will go next.” He looked to Kei getting curious to see what he would say. He didn't really know the guy, so this would be interesting. “Never have I ever…” He waited patiently. “Been so drunk that I forgot what I did the night before.” He smiled, that one being unique and clever. Of course he saw Sera drink, and looked around to see who else in there group would drink to that. He's forgotten certain details about the night before, but never the whole night so he didn't drink. He looked to Momo and noticed her awkwardly holding her drink, and leaned over again. "Umm... I can, get you a different drink if you want?" He smiled a bit sheepishly, just being kind. He didn't want her to fall to peer pressure.

Sera

As the games began Bishop gave them an explanation of what happened, an innocent mistake and funny because it meant nobody had to drink. It was still an easy way to transition everyone into the game, a harmless first round. "I added extra syllables, and didn't mean to say fish... I meant to say, that I've never been able to speak perfect Japanese. As you can obviously tell...... Sorry." Bishop quickly explained the mistake as well, his embarrassment kind of cute and much better than sulking. Sera just nudged laughed, "Come on now, no need to be sorry about a simple mistake." She could understand mistakes, she had been studying Japanese for awhile but she still made some mistakes, Japanese being her secondary language just like it was for Bishop. Of course he had drank a bit more than her at this point as well but regardless of why the mistake was nothing major. She quickly moved past it and on to other things, although it seemed she had stirred it up a bit by actually taking her top off as the guys were. Not that she really cared, she didn't mind the staring so much and it wasn't like it was that much different than a bathing suit, although her underwear was a bit sexier than a mere bikini top. As she looked around the circle there was only one person who seemed to be really uncomfortable with the whole situation and that was the clumsy cute one, Varthur if she remembered correctly. He was bright red and Sera just smirked as she gave him a small little wave before looking to the next person to speak.

“Never have I ever..” It was the new guy speaking, Kaoru, the small Junior. He was adorable, like a kid or younger brother but when he continued she realized his size didn't necessarily reflect his innocence. “Hooked up with an older girl.. or guy in the ladies’ case.. ” It even came with a smirk and Sera just looked at him kind of curiously. Just who are you little one... I think I need to get to know you. Sera smirked, she wanted to get to know him and she would, but for now she had to drink, his never have I ever not a never for her. So Sera once again raised the bottle and took a swig, taking a second swig as she thought about how she wanted to commit that particular sin again. Of course hooking up meant different things but she had to drink regardless. Unfortunately with her rather large drinks she was running low, maybe one more and she would finish off the bottle in her hand so she needed to make it count. Then again she had to drink every time so far, the three that had already gone all saying something she had done, except for Bishop whom nobody had to drink. Perhaps it was the punishment for being so experienced, her tolerance may be high but she had to drink every time. Drinking was a part of partying, at least the usual type of party, this one included, and it usually led people to do things they wouldn't normally do. For her there wasn't much it would push her to do but it did allow Sera the opportunity to really have some fun and get to know people she wouldn't normally get to know well in a quick manner. As for the others changes would soon be seen, heck they already had Kei coming out of his shell a bit more and Devone actually joining in with the group.

With all of the different people attending and with the night only just beginning, the game had to continue and it seemed it was her turn up to bat. So she gave it a good bit of thinking, trying to decide if she should just throw something out there or try and target a specific person or people. She could of course target the more innocent of the bunch, perhaps get those with a low tolerance drunk, but that would include Momo and she didn't want to get her friend too bad, even if it was tempting to get Varthur and perhaps the new guy Kaoru a bit drunk. There was another way though, she could target males specifically, try and figure something out. Of course she kind of wanted to get Devone to drink as well but she could only pick one and she would go with the larger group. So she searched her brain for some sort of never have I ever that would get the guys in. It was hard to do with her experience. Eventually she came to a conclusion on what to say and sat forward looking around the circle. "Alright looks like I'm up, so here we go." She took a deep breath and then finally "Never have I ever..." A little bit of silence and then with a smirk, "Used the bathroom from a standing position." She grinned, shaking her bottle up in the air, "Come on people, drink up if you've done it!" She knew she had all the men, she wasn't sure if any woman had ever attempted or succeeded at such a feat but personally she never had and it was a home run as far as the guys go, all guys used the bathroom standing up and they did it every day, or at least most of them.

Momo

Etto… I almost don’t believe it.
Sera had done it, she’d tossed off her shirt and her bra was in full view, and not just any bra.. “Have to be fair don’t we.”Sera giggled and Momo joined in, only nervously. She really didn’t want to take off her shirt. It was cold tonight for her at least, feeling goose bumps creep up her skin. Momo was already not fully comfortable with the social setup and taking her shirt off would just beway beyond her comfort zone. “Don’t worry, you don’t have to, I just like to show off.” Sera reassured, poking her nose. “Ah..okay..thanks.” Momo muttered, eyes staring downwards at the tip of her nose that had been poked. Some more time passed and Momo was slowly settling in; time just had that effect and freaking out about the people with shirts off just became tiresome. Besides, the strange first never have I ever had occupied the most of her mind that she had almost forgotten, had she not needed to look Sera’s way again to hear the explanation for it. “It was a joke of sorts, not exactly funny in itself but he was just trying to keep things light hearted I suppose. If you want to know precisely what he meant I suggest you ask Bishop. I would start thinking about what you’re going to say on your turn though, see how many people you can get.” Momo nodded, her attention still more focused on the actual game than anything else. It was a challenge of sorts, and that was good enough to keep her state of mind peaceful despite the other circumstances like the partying, drinking and bare chests. "I... Actually, messed that up." Bishop intervened the conversation to Momo’s delight, wanting to hear it straight from the ‘horse’s mouth’ as the old saying goes. "I added extra syllables, and didn't mean to say fish... I meant to say, that I've never been able to speak perfect Japanese. As you can obviously tell...... Sorry."

Momo felt her brain’s worth of material shatter. How could she have missed something so simple like that? It had her gobsmacked! “Oh..right..thank you very much Bishop.” she managed to whisper back before leaning away, blinking a few times trying to register that she had failed to comprehend an error so simple in nature. “I will go next.” The never have I ever gone felt as if it was moving too quickly, Momo was kind of nervous about her own turn. She didn’t want to sound dumb when it came time to come up with something but right now she was all out of ideas. She figured if she kept listening to her peers’ examples, she could find a common pattern and continue it. It wasn’t that Momo didn’t want to be unique or was scared or intimidated of being different, but she did want to play the game correctly and not ask a question so randomly based. The goal was to get as many people to take a sip.. sounded easy enough, she had barely done anything besides play music and study for the most part of her life. Everyone else seemed so interesting and daring compared to her.. “Never have I ever…” Kei paused and she wondered what he would say, being more curious as he was her senior and had known him longer compared to anyone else in the group. “Been so drunk that I forgot what I did the night before.” Well that’s a relief.. she thought, heaving an inhale and staring at the bottle in her hand feeling quite lucky she hadn’t had to open it yet. Maybe she’d survive the entire game without a single sip. She looked over at Kei for a moment, contemplating why he had chosen that statement over all things. Was there a reason behind it? Sera laughed, lifting her bottle and for sure Silas would be doing the same thing although Momo hadn’t caught sight of it, again distracted in her thoughts of what to say when her turn came around.

"Umm... I can, get you a different drink if you want?" Momo turned as Bishop addressed her, it was a really kind offer and hard to turn down. That was what she really wanted to do, but it didn’t feel right to send him away from the fun to fetch her an appropriate drink and before she could really answer, the newcomer Kaoru had gone ahead with his turn. “Never have I ever..” “Hooked up with an older girl.. or guy in the ladies’ case.. ” Momo sighed with relief, once more she was off the hook. She turned to Bishop when there was an opening to talk again with a smile, feeling more relaxed. “That’s really kind of you.. but I don’t want to be unfair to the others.” She shared her opinion, staring at the bottle again as she continued. “I guess I’m rather curious too.. in some sense but thanks again!” And you would miss out.. I guess I could go grab one myself but it would be.. unequal of me to. That other junior (Kaoru) didn’t seem to like the beer either.. it would be unfair if I got away while he drank, right? She thought over, placing the beer beside her for the moment. Momo was glad to have attended the party even with those few anxieties popping out with many things she wasn’t used to being around, but nonetheless she was glad. There was a genuine happy feeling that started to overwhelm her minor insecurities. Bishop had been looking out for her, though they hardly knew each other; that was very comforting and she was thankful. Sera and Kei were also there, further supporting her by just being around. It would be a night to remember; her first party and she was glad it had been spent with such kind-hearted friends. "Alright looks like I'm up, so here we go." Sera said, taking a deep breath before starting. "Never have I ever..." "Used the bathroom from a standing position." Momo couldn’t help but laugh. That was a funny one, definitely pinning down all the males in the group. "Come on people, drink up if you've done it!" she said encouragingly, raising her beer to the air. Momo poked her chin, trying to think of something to say. Her friends had their turns already, so it only felt right to have hers now. “Uhmm if I may?” she asked with a head tilt, politely looking around at every person to make sure no one else wanted to take their turn before continuing. “Etto..uh..” she poked her index fingers together shly, staring down at the two fingers with concentration as if they had all the answers. “Never ever have I..” she hesitated, before nodding more surely. It didn't fit the pattern but it fitted the goal. “Yes.. never have I ever drank alcohol.” She giggled, “Got you all!” she exclaimed with a cheerful fist pump. ”But it may not be true for me for long..” she muttered the latter thoughtfully. staring down at her lap.

Bishop Trander

Bishop was watching Sera and turned to Momo just as Sera nudged him laughing bringing his attention back to the tanned girl. "Come on now, no need to be sorry about a simple mistake." He nodded, and chuckled lightly the alcohol making him care free once again. Momo seemed to hear him finally commenting, “Oh..right..thank you very much Bishop.” He nodded, looking to his other pink haired friend. "It'sh no problem.... Sorry for messing that up." He gave a full hearty smile, slurring one of the words. He was a on a slippery bath down to getting drunk. Kaoru came up with his 'Never have I ever'. “Never have I ever..” He watched and waited, hoping that the person didn't make himself look out to be an idiot like him. “Hooked up with an older girl.. or guy in the ladies’ case.. ” His cheeks instantly flared red, and he looked down scratching his cheek. <Well.... What does he mean by 'hook up'?> His cheeks were a more noticeable red, just thinking back. Older girls thought he was cute.... It was usually much older, not crazy like his parents old. But hanging around his dad, girls thought he was adorable looking like a little version of the handsome man. "Like... Hook up hook up? Orrr....?" He mumbled quietly, and looked at his bottle of beer realizing it was just under a quarter empty. Bishop blinked thinking he needed to slow down. "Well.... Maybe?" His first kiss, was by an older girl. But that was back in Australia..... Did that count? He looked around to see who would drink, unsure who to wager would drink to that exactly. "I don't remember the night myself, but they say I did.. I guess it counts.." He blinked a little shocked, but also not. That girl was hard to read for him. "Alcohol wasn't my friend back then." Bishop just tilted his head like a confused puppy, and looked around more seeing who drank and who didn't. He sighed, giving in and decided that since his first kiss was a big event. He had to say yes. Bishop gingerly brought the bottle to his lips, and took a largish sip of beer before sighing as he brought the bottle down. Would he slow down? Well now yes, because that was the pace of the game. But he had a good buzz going, and wanted to have fun!!

After [kaoru's turn, and his mental ordeal Bishop looked to Momo as she addressed him about an alternative beverage. “That’s really kind of you.. but I don’t want to be unfair to the others.” He nodded, admiring that point of view for the game. He was about to comment, that no one was going to force her... And that maybe some sober people wouldn't be a bad idea either but she got the jump on him. “I guess I’m rather curious too.. in some sense but thanks again!” Bishop waved his hand, and closed his eyes smiling widely. "Like I shaid... It'sh no problem Momo, whatever you're comfortable with. I could go over and get a different drink in just a few sheconds. But if you'd like, the offer shtill shtands..." With that, he nodded the signs of intoxication showing on the eager yet inexperienced drinker. He smiled as she (Sera) started up on her turn. "Alright looks like I'm up, so here we go.... Never have I ever.. Used the bathroom from a standing position." He smirked, and laughed lightly. So cheesy, that being a cheap shot to all the guys but she had'em. Bishop tilted his bottle back and took a swig as Sera berated them. "Come on people, drink up if you've done it!" Bishop sighed, the mood being good and everything was feeling right with the world. He didn't even care or think to care about any of the teachers coming out to the beach. Despite the big.... Literally a beacon of all the underage kids drinking around a fire.

“Uhmm if I may?” To his surprise, and glee actually Momo stepped up to take her turn. Bishop thought the girl as being smart, so he was eager to see what she did. Momo would probably succeed where he failed, getting everyone in a harmless matter that he had intended to do... He probably would've done it too, if he hadn't downed all that beer so quickly. “Etto..uh.... Never ever have I.Yes.. never have I ever drank alcohol." Well Bishop couldn't help but smile, and nodded his head. “Got you all!” "Well I feel like a fool...." He took yet another swig, and closed his eyes nodding his head. "That waszz good Momo.."

Devone

Oh..my. Devone thought as Kei took a quick sip of his beer beside her to Kaoru’s never have I ever statement though her expression remained neutral. It was just interesting, that’s all. Her jaw didn’t need to drop to the ground or to some effect similar. Unlike most of the group, she wasn’t very expressive of her emotions so it was always hard to tell what she was thinking. That’s what made her a good pretty little liar. Kei had caught her staring, but she just smiled back all the same. It was so nice to be sitting in a circle with such differing individuals, half of which seemed to be on her case already like Akira, Silas and Kaoru. Sera didn’t seem to mind her despite their not so friendly introductions as well as Bishop. Momo and Kei were the much to close clueless ones. Well.. not entirely clueless. Momo had heard from Sera that she was ‘mean’ and Kei had probably heard from Akira that she was bad news as well but kind people don’t judge without solid evidence, not unless the crime was committed before their eyes otherwise it’s just gossip.. just accusations where the accused could be another victim in the scheme of things. Reality could be like that, twisted and corrupt. But there was really no point in Devone revealing her true nature at this point in time, not when things had gotten all the more interesting. She wasn’t there to make friends anyway, just there in the game to be entertained and she was getting just that by both those who opposed her and those who accepted her despite it all.

"So Devone, any special reason you attend Airdalen?" Devone’s smile cracked. That was one of the worst questions someone could ever ask Devone. The true answer she was just simply ashamed about. How could her senses have been so dull, weak and emotional that she had made such a rash decision? Loneliness had made me so vulnerable.. having to go to such lengths hoping to find a friend. How stupid was I? she thought, looking down at the bottle in her hand not hiding the fact that she wasn’t very happy about the question. She sighed lightly, a true sigh. Some of the best lies though are shaped by truths, at least in the emotional aspect. “Well..” she started, as Sera’s turn was concluded. Her blue eyes turned to Kei’s again, not having to put on an act for this one. “There was only one at the time.. I was hoping..” she paused, looking away a moment. Thinking it over, she had never told anyone why Airdalen of all places. It was her little secret, yet she was going to share it because she knew Kei wasn’t going to use it against her. No, he wasn’t that kind of person. Mysterious yes, but not in any way like her.. a person who would use information to make ends meet in her favour. It was just obvious in the way he treated others, even though Akira was irrationally avoiding him then begging him for a dance, he hadn’t been annoyed at how she was behaving or laughed at her desperation. He had just played along without being rude. It was simply something Devone would be unable to do.

She looked to him again, her cracked smile forming a small frown with saddened eyes she didn’t even have to force. Her past had been a very lonely one. She had people around her for her wealth, beauty and status but nobody she could really relate to and who enjoyed talking to her, for just being her.. not like her penpal back then. “I was hoping things would change if I moved to Japan, if I started taking my studies here.. but it didn’t.. not really.” Devone answered, turning her head while playing with her business shirt's collar though continuing to look at Kei out of the corner of her eye if he had something to say. She really didn’t like thinking about the past, and who she used to be. She wasn’t always cold and calculating.. but with the way she acted and oh so naturally, even she had come to forget that; that such a side of her existed once upon a time. Her answer had been vague, but true. It was ironic that the very reason was sitting right across from them in the circle and all she could see her penpal (Bishop) now as was a worm crawling from a bird. He was getting drunk quickly, losing himself and being dopey in general. What on earth did I think I was befriending? she thought, cupping her cheek moodily right before Momo the pink haired junior said her part. “Yes.. never have I ever drank alcohol.” Devone lifted her bottle to the air before taking a small sip, lips lingering at the rim depressingly after being brought back to thoughts of the past. It wasn’t like she had to hide her mood from Kei anyway. Her goal wasn’t at all to make him feel bad, not that she would care if he was.. but it seemed, being a ‘nice person’ would mean contradicting the rumours and showing there was some warmth beyond the coldness people talked of her. Right now, it was rather easy.. letting her emotions flow for the moment. Having emotion was enough to show she wasn’t that bad a person, or uncaring at least. She did think of it a bit like an experiment, she had never tried to fool someone by being a little truthful.

"Never have I ever blackmailed someone." Silas took a turn that brought Devone back to her mischievous senses. Her past seemed to fly out the window, at least mentally. Well thank you.. what a nice challenge. she thought, wanting to smirk but refraining. It would be no good to put so much effort in being truthful to her sensitive side only to be knocked back to the Devone everybody spoke bad of far too quickly. She slowly picked herself up, starting with her posture by moving away her hand from her cheek and sitting upright before resuming a small smile, not a big one or her best smile, but one of a girl who was down but trying to be strong for the game and sake of appearances. That’ll do.. she thought in her head, eyes narrowing as Silas looked at her, his eyes locked in return and she knew he was aiming for her to fess up. She remembered his warning of lying but even though.. I don’t have to drink to this in Akira’s case.. she ‘offered’ her services to me in exchange for your whereabouts and I accepted it, I didn’t blackmail her to do so.. though I did lie about those specific whereabouts.. but surely, everyone in this group has lied at some point in their life.

For the sake of amusement, her fingers crawled up the bottle neck to the rim as Silas flashed a smile. Oh delighted are you? Silly boy.. she thought, lifting the bottle not once looking away. If you insist.. She took a sip slowly with her eyes closed. Oh how the suspense was probably building up of what she had to say about it. It would be no surprise if no one else drank to this so all eyes would probably be focused on her. Well then.. let me set the stage for you gullible pigeons.. she thought cunningly as the bottle dropped from her lips to meet gazes. She shrugged as if it was nothing before talking to explain herself or reason for doing so. “I had a black cat I loved dearly when I was 9 who went missing.” True story, certainly not what Silas was after. She shrugged again. “My parents offered to buy me a new cat but I didn’t want a new cat.. some things just can’t be replaced but they didn’t understand.” She continued, dropping the bottle entirely to her side as it was empty before leaning back to make herself more comfortable. “So.. I made my demands; that my cat be found or I’d hold my breath till I pass out.. they didn’t believe me at first but.. you get the picture. I suppose that counts as blackmail; demanding something.. or else.” Her eyes turned to Akira, offering the girl a smile. It didn’t matter if people caught it, everyone knew Akira was a loud mouth and a smile was just that, a smile. Devone could be smiling as if to say she was over the rumours that the girl had started. It could mean anything.. Have I got a never have I ever in store for you..

Bishop Trander

Momo's Never seemed well received by everybody, which was good. This was her first party ever, and he wanted her to be well integrated. The mood to another turn for the worse with Silas' never had I ever. "Never have I ever blackmailed someone." He blinked, with wide puppy eyes at his blonde counter-part wondering if he missed something. He stare was directly at Devone so he looked at her too. He noticed that she was looking more attractive than more, but that was just the alcohol taking effect. Still, a beautiful woman looked at through drunken eyes was..... Like starring at a goddess! His cheeks were red, as he looked on forgetting about the Never but sooner or later snapped out of it when she spoke. “I had a black cat I loved dearly when I was 9 who went missing. So.. I made my demands; that my cat be found or I’d hold my breath till I pass out.. they didn’t believe me at first but.. you get the picture. I suppose that counts as blackmail; demanding something.. or else.” He had his mouth in a small 'O' shape listening to her amusing story. Bishop smiled being able to relate actually, being the somewhat innocent, but mostly intoxicated young fellow he was. He fell for the story, believing the Devone he knew through only letters. Before he could chime in Akira stepped in the lighten the mood with her Never. Bishop nodded, luckily never having to do that... He almost did one year, but no he actually went. So he didn't drink, and finally came in for Silas' Never.. Albeit late. "Well... If that'sh the case then I've blackmailed shomebody too!!" He smiled, and nodded closing his eyes with a little laugh oblivious to the slurring and accent he carried. Not comprehending the true gravity of the situation, he was likely to get some stares but he didn't notice. Bishop was just telling a story, like she did. All for the sake of a good time, and having fun.

"Yep! You shee.... Back in Aushtralia, my dad'sh favorite thing in the world wass.... Veggie-might! Bishop didn't know if 'Veggie-Might could be said in Japanese (which it probably can't) so he just said it in English. "He alwaysh had hiss own sheparate container in the fridge, that no one wass allowed to touch. Well one day, mom took the lasht bitss of hiss container for hershelf thinking that nobody noticed. But I shaw everything!! Sho, I made her a deal! The deal was, I wouldn't tell dad she ate hiss veggie-might if..." He smirked, and paused for dramatic effect just like last time.... But was it going to be disappointment? Or something not so... Foolish? "She let me go to a beach party that weekend!" Bishop laughed lightly reflecting back with a soft smile. "Buut..." He combed his fingers through his hair, his tone changing. "Dad came home that day with a new container of Veggie-Might and offered mom, the last of his......" He turned his head to the sighed, sweat dropping as he rubbed the back of his head. "So I didn't get to go....... At first anyways." With that, Bishop tilted his bottle back and finished it off grabbing another one and twisted it open. "Things don't always work out...." Bishop was happy, and having a good time. He nodded, smiling widely at everybody just taking things easy. "And.... Shorry for being late." He took another gulp as a self punishment, then sat there contently looking around at everybody.... And checking out Akira and Sera every now and again, nothing creepy. Just being a 16 year old drunk teenager.

Momo

This isn’t at all what I thought it would turn out to be..
Momo managed a solid and warm smile even as Bishop’s words became less and less clear as time went by. "Like I shaid... It'sh no problem Momo, whatever you're comfortable with. I could go over and get a different drink in just a few sheconds. But if you'd like, the offer shtill shtands..." Momo nodded and muttered a quick “Thanks” as the game continued. When she had heard about alcohol being involved in the partying festivities, it originally sounded more like a nightmare than a good time; something illegal (the alcohol), something new (first party), something important (her friend’s impressions). All her nervousness had halted and died down until it was seemingly non-existent. It made her wonder what she had worried about in the first place when she had good friends surrounding her that she could rely and depend on, not at all like her past. She continued to chuckle light-heartedly as all the guys in the circle drank to Sera’s turn, not the least bit miserable of Varthur being there too as he was so quiet she had almost forgotten he was there. The scent of alcohol was still strong and unpleasant, that didn’t change. She had always feared walking past bars filled with drunken people, afraid of what they were capable of in such a state. But now, she realised that could be classified as judgemental thinking. Bishop must have been drunk to get his words out so slurred, but he was still the same person for the most part. He was still considerate of her situation as a friend should be so it made her relax more that her friends were still her friends whether or not she would drink and whether or not they were drinking. After her turn, she felt even more joyful. She had managed to fit in well being herself without messing the game up, it was a blessing. The ‘getting everyone to drink’ was just a bonus to her high spirits being the goal of the game after all.

"Well, if that wasn't ingenious.." she even caught the blue-haired new arrival (Kaoru) compliment as he took his sip. "That waszz good Momo.." Almost nothing could wipe the big grin off the little girl’s cheerful face as the compliments followed, just glad enough to have earned most if not all of everyone's approval for her first try at the game. “Thanks Bishop!” she replied with closed eyes while her small hands gripped onto piles of grains of sands situated by her sides, still grinning even as she looked away with self-confidence she rarely showed that had been gained from fulfilling the game goal to the utmost. "You definitely won, getting everyone at once." Sera smiled to her other side, making Momo’s eyes light up at the very mention of achieving victory. "You know, if you don't want to drink, I can drink for you, I don't mind." Sera suggested, poking her beer bottle that she had lost all interest in. Oh.. but. Before Momo could rebuttal that it wouldn’t be fair, Sera beat her to it. ”So you don't have to drink that if you don't want to, just think of it as your prize. Make sure you have that never have I ever for if we ever play again." Really?! Momo was starry eyed at her friends being so nice to her; willing to do her favours and watch her back. I’m so happy.. she thought, her heart throbbing with genuine delight. Kei had looked out for her with the Varthur incident, Bishop had looked out for her too after Chris.. and he and Sera were still looking out for her now. "Thanks heaps Sera, I really appreciate it."

I’m so fortunate.. she counted her blessings; always having wished to have friends and feeling like she had found the best of the lot life could offer her. She couldn’t ask for anything more, in that instant.. everything was perfect. Well, maybe everything except the strong alcoholic scent she still was far from being accustomed to floating in the air but that was just a minor detail not worth complaining about. "Never have I ever blackmailed someone." But just like the sand that slipped so easily through her fingers, her joyful thoughts escaped. Her head turned at Silas’ booming voice as he looked one of the girls in the group immediately as he took his turn. It was that black-haired senior Devone that Sera had warned her about and who also seemed to be getting chatty with her own senior Kei. There was built up tension in the circle that Momo wasn’t sure about but could pretty much sense as the two seniors (Silas and Devone) made eye contact. Blackmail.. ? Her grin slipped from her face as her own got serious, looking back at the blonde (Silas) who was so cheerful himself just a few moments ago. Momo didn’t really get along Silas which was obvious in the way they had interacted in the last few days, and she wouldn’t go as far as to consider him as someone she knew well or as a friend but… this just wasn’t like him. Even as they bickered in the past about manners and other things he had just tried to get on her nerves, he had never worn such a serious expression. Momo looked over again at Devone as the girl drank to say she had blackmailed. Whatever was going on between the two, it must have been serious.

The pink haired junior curiously looked around at her friends who seemed to have quieted down and gotten serious too. Was Momo missing something? A headache started forming. She would definitely have to ask Sera about her ‘mean’ comment later. Maybe that had something to do with it. As much tension as Momo had sensed prior to Devone drinking, the story that was laid out didn’t sound as serious as she had been expecting. Kei even laughed to it, continuing to talk to the senior (Devone) but Silas was evidently displeased. Although Momo wasn’t really friends with either of the two (Devone and Silas) and so it was none of her business, it just wasn’t a generally nice feeling sinking in her gut at the confusion. Her senior (Kei) didn't look so phased so she tried not to worry about it.. “I guess that it’s my turn..” Akira snapped Momo’s attention back to the game but then she noticed the senior wasn’t wearing her top anymore. Sera and Akira..etto.. Momo froze up, looking at the ground for a moment wondering if everyone in the circle would eventually be topless and she would be the last one.. or the only one not to as what happened with the drinking standard. “Never have I ever paid a visit to Summer school.. ” “Thought I’d lighten things back up.. it is a party after all.” Momo looked up from the ground at the senior across from her in the circle, bruises in plain sight that made her bite her lip. That story though she thought she knew and heard about already, the mafia.. and Maya. Maya hadn’t returned to school since then..Only Kaoru and Varthur drank to attending summer school, Momo had studied during summer vacation of course but that wasn’t the same to attending summer school so she was once again free to skip a drink. Looking around, it didn’t appear to be that many turns left anyway so her worries were easily subsided, only Devone left.. and Varthur. Well Varthur might try to mess with me again.. she thought negatively for a moment but the concern easily washed away knowing Bishop and Sera had her back.. as well as Kei. It was so strange thinking in such a way, after all her experiences she had gotten familiar with being independent and believing in herself to handle things.. yet here she was now, believing in others too. It made her happy again.

Bishop out of the blue, a little delayed started relaying his own blackmail story which greatly surprised Momo. "Well... If that'sh the case then I've blackmailed shomebody too!!" The fellow junior (Bishop) even smiled as he said it. Well it’s probably something not so serious too.. she thought right after seeing the smile as her shock faded away to listen attentively and respectfully. "Yep! You shee.... Back in Aushtralia, my dad'sh favorite thing in the world wass.... Veggie-might! Oh that got her. What is.. Veggie-might? A vegetable that.. etto.. Momo’s hands moved off the sand as she dusted them off in front of her lap as she looked around exchanging glances, wondering if anyone else knew what Bishop was talking about. As the story continued though, she still couldn’t figure it out. Bishop had just been admittedly so confusing, from the fish error to now this uncommon ‘veggie-might’ term. All she had managed to pick up was that it was kept inside a container that needed to be kept in cool temperatures since he mentioned it being in the fridge. But besides those hints, she couldn’t pick up what it was. She let out a slight sigh at the confusing events of the night as she was normally aware of what was going on from observations and quick thinking as well as being studious but it appeared there was still so much to learn for a junior like herself. She smiled onward as Bishop finished his story, it being kind of funny rather than as serious as the word ‘blackmail’ could be interpreted as. He did look a lot happier too compared to earlier.. even though Miami hadn’t shown up in all that time. Looking around, she couldn’t spot another blob of pink hair in any direction either.

Sera

The little things really made all the difference, especially the happy look on Momo's face when Sera offered to drink for her, "Thanks heaps Sera, I really appreciate it." Her cuteness knew no bounds and Sera just reached over and gave her a small little hug, "No problem, just hand it over when you would have had to drink." She released the girl after a short hug, smiling brightly at her friend. Even if it meant getting in a bit over her head by drinking too much she would keep her friend away from it, if she wanted it, and it seemed she did. Silas' never have I ever made the atmosphere take a steep dive and it seemed everyone just kind of paused for a moment. Sera saw Devone drink, she was sure most of the people had been looking that way, but of course it was followed by a cute little explanation of why she had taken a sip, and she told the story quite well. Few would probably believe that her story was the true reason she was taking a sip, but a specific nice guy probably would. No doubt that was part of her facade for the night. Not that Sera cared all that much, Kei wasn't an idiot and hopefully nothing back would happen from the exchange of words, although it couldn't be ruled out. Regardless, she didn't like staring at someone and soon turned away from them, inspecting the rest of the circle, only then realizing that she wasn't the only shirtless girl in the group, Akira had joined her. She was pretty confident she had Akira beat in terms of sexy, but she was a cute girl and showing it off could be a very powerful thing indeed, especially at a party and when she usually hid her femininity. It was actually quite impressive what lay beneath the usually boyish exterior, and no doubt with a bit of polishing she would be quite cute.

She even got the fun going again after Silas' never have I ever with one of her own, cheering him up in the process, or at least taking his mind off of Devone, the bonus of being close friends. “Never have I ever paid a visit to Summer school.. ” “Thought I’d lighten things back up.. it is a party after all.” Sera smirked, nodding a bit and leaning back, luckily Sera had never been part of the Summer school crowd. Varthur seemed to have another opinion of Akira's mood lightening attempt. “Yeah that’s great…” He muttered and even seemed agitated, something that was very strange to see coming from the shy and awkward guy. “Guilty. Every summer..” The guy even went as far as to stare at her for a moment before finally saying something that surprised her completely, “You're hot, you would make a good model.. ” Sera just stared at him for a moment, trying to make sense of what he had just said to her but there was no sense to be made. He was not the shy guy who tripped over himself, he had been taken over by a completely opposite man who seemed to have no problem telling her she was hot and consuming alcohol, though she did give him a quick answer, "Thanks, I appreciate the complement, and you're just as cute as ever." Her tone was a bit more amused at the moment but she had called him cute before and that hadn't changed. As if that wasn't enough, Bishop was quite tanked as well. It was funny seeing the lightweights go down so quickly, Varthur and Bishop hilarious as of yet, even if a little odd. She was a bit surprised that Devone was still good and Kei was going surprisingly strong, but then again he was a mystery. Then there was Silas, she expected him to be fine, Akira was kind of an unknown, and she expected the new kid not to last long. It was going to be an interesting night.

"Hey, who hasn't gone yet? 'Common, speak up." Ah yes, who else. I don't think Varthur went yet... Probably not a good thing actually, now it is going to be much less innocent. "Let's have a good one." Sera shrugged, Yep, screw it, keep the party going and don't think about what Varthur is going to say and enjoy the thrilling ride as he descends further into his drunken stupor. Besides, it should be fun, everyone is going to slowly lose it. She couldn't help but think that maybe by the end of the night she would be altered a bit as well, her personality shifting a bit as more alcohol entered her system, it wouldn't be too much more, she was already feeling pleasant from her current consumption and knowing her tolerance drinking for herself and Momo would eventually get her there. Harmless fun was all it was, and with a nice nights sleep and extra slumber on the ride back would make sure she was good as new by the time they all made it back. She took another drink with that in mind, smirking before removing it from her lips, fun was just around the corner.

Devone

Devone sighed feigning pity for the topless girls in the circle. It was simply amazing how far women could go to be appealing to men but then again, they were possibly drunk leaving them a little more vulnerable to their inner most desires. Eye candy for Silas no doubt? she assumed keeping a nonchalant expression as Akira smiled back at her. Smiling back are you? Let’s see how long that lasts sweetie.. especially in your drunken pathetic state of mind, you’re just asking for trouble you can’t handle. She thought confidently as she turned away from Akira’s gaze just as Kei reacted to her story with a chuckle. Devone turned as he looked over at her with a pleasant smile upon his face and returned the gesture. "Sounds like you were a troublemaker as a child." he added before drinking more beer leaving her to her thoughts for a moment. Not as much as I am now.. she replied in her head but keeping up the friendly smile, turning to catch the other reactions of the group with a bit of curiosity. Her former penpal Bishop was oddly staring at her, red faced and all while Varthur was being awfully emotional, crying with actual tears and wiping his eyes with his shirt whilst Silas was the very opposite of them all, not the least bit moved by her story.. just disgusted as she heard him clap, drawing her attention right as he said "Ja… Some things just can't be replaced." If looks could kill or if Devone wasn’t…well Devone, the look Silas gave would be quite intimidating. It said it all; he was out to get her back for this and Devone could well enough read the message in his eyes crystal clear but was not going to grace it with a reaction. As far as she was concerned, she had it all in the bag and nothing to worry about. Even the texts she sent Akira wasn’t proof of anything besides her ‘acting concerned for Silas’ and of course a fake location and fake spotting, but it could have been a misunderstanding right? She could have seen someone who looked like Silas be taken away by a gang… and the truth wasn’t so far-fetched from it, being a mafia. Close enough.

"So tell me, since you said you moved to Japan. Where did you live before that, if you don't mind me asking." Devone looked away from the others as Kei asked her yet another question that drew her attention back. She hadn’t expected him to make much effort talking to her and especially in getting to know her beyond what she gave out in conversation on her own so it was a surprise. He had always given off the shy tough boy impression through the school years and the scars on his body being exposed from being shirtless like the other guys matched that idea perfectly. Akira.. I think you just lost your most valuable bodyguard. Devone thought, figuring Kei was some kind of experienced fighter. She had never really looked much into his mystery but even though they were seniors now, it was far from too late to find out. What had her on pause in replying was mostly the fact he was asking her such ordinary questions. She couldn’t remember the last time someone asked her such ordinary questions without an unpleasant tone behind it or before it… much like how Kaoru asked for her name but had to be an annoying twit first. Kei was just asking questions without showing any bias. It was pleasantly refreshing and oh so interesting to tamper with. She was about to reply, still wearing a perfect smile to match whilst he stared up at the sky until he added, "And just so you know, you don't have to answer if you don't want to, I know I am being nosy." Devone was about to raise any eyebrow in question but restrained. Thinking it over, she had noticed he had drunk quite a fair bit tonight. He’s either a tad drunk or far too honest.. she contemplated on his choice of wording being so polite. Kei wasn’t showing any behavioural signs to giving in to alcohol, he wasn’t slurring his words or being dopey like Bishop or being emotional like Varthur or anything as extreme at least. If he was drunk or had drunk a fair lot like she thought she had seen him drink.. he wasn’t so bad at holding it like her. She was impressed. Although of course he had given a bit away being honest but then again maybe he was naturally an honest bloke. It was so difficult to tell with him being such a mystery. “It’s fine really, it’s refreshing actually to be asked questions like this.. “ she spoke honestly, grabbing another beer bottle from the center in case the game called for it. “It makes me feel accepted you know?” she said with a chuckle before landing her eyes on him again. “I used to live in America, how about you? Have you always lived in Japan Kei?” She casually tossed the question back playing polite as well. It wasn’t like she only wanted to talk about herself, information for information as business goes.

Akira’s Never Have I ever was brought into play interrupting her hearing out Kei’s response. No matter, no rush darling.. “Never have I ever paid a visit to Summer school.. ”“Thought I’d lighten things back up.. it is a party after all.” Devone didn’t have to drink to this so she kept the bottle by her side neatly positioned upwards, tapping her knee covered stockings. Kaoru and Varthur drank to Never have I ever Akira stated but Devone wasn’t really paying attention as it wasn’t the most interesting of queries. Such a nice outfit and I’m sitting in the sand.. she thought for a moment before dismissing it just as easily. She knew she had tons of outfits to change into anyway, and it wasn’t like the price mattered to someone as fortunate in wealth as her. It wasn’t long before she caught onto the conversation of Varthur and Sera tossing compliments back and forth. Not that I can blame him for going for the more appealing topless one available.. this is rather amusing. It was hard not to have heard of Varthur, the ‘genius’ senior.. yet here he was losing himself and becoming anything but the responsible and bashful goody-two-shoes rep he showed in school. I can’t wait to see what everyone else turns into.. she thought, eyes lighting up slightly at the possibilities. It was already happening so she deemed all she had to do was sit back and enjoy the show, it would be starting soon. Bishop suddenly coughed up his own blackmail story, making Devone smile even more. Even though she was rude to him at their first meeting since the letters, through his actions tonight.. he was acting on her side or at least a little supportive of her story. Oh how beer works wonders.. she thought amusingly as the boy (Bishop) talked about blackmailing with Veggie-might. It was a strange nostalgic feeling that surged through her, listening to him tell a story again after the stories she had read off paper that inspired her to come to Japan when she was young. It wasn't the same of course, him being drunk so the quality was off but there was a nostalgic feeling no doubt. And Devone hated it. Gosh I was so stupid.. she shook her head but played it off by combing her fingers through her hair.

"Hey, who hasn't gone yet? 'Common, speak up." Silas grinned, his moods lifted up again or at least putting on a good show of not caring so much about what had happened anymore. "Let's have a good one." “I guess I’ll go.. uhmm..” she said pretending to think aloud, eyes rolling upwards as if she were thinking about it though her mind cackled on. She knew exactly what she wanted to say, and it was more amusing that it would take place so soon after Silas had tried to pick on her. “Never have I ever…” she paused, licking her lips innocently in the cold. “This is tricky actually.. I guess I’ll just say whatever first pops in my head.” She pretended to think aloud. “Never have I ever killed someone.” She covered her mouth quickly as soon as she said it as if she had made a mistake but of course it was intentional. Akira being her enemy had been someone she had kept an eye on. Information was power and so she had to have it. Having Atsushi do his part, she knew parts of the girl’s history.. her anger management problems and the consequences that led to.. back in England. I owned up to mine.. won’t you?

Bishop Trander

Bishop was glad that his story was received well around the circle, and the junior nodded happily stepping down from the spotlight to let everyone else have a turn. Looking around, as everything continued on without a hitch until it was Devone's turn. “I guess I’ll go.. uhmm.. Never have I ever…" He waited with baited breath, smiling softly to his old pen pal curious to what she was going to say. He really had no idea about who she really was, or what her life was like so this was fairly interesting to him. “This is tricky actually.. I guess I’ll just say whatever first pops in my head.” Bishop nodded, adjusting his posture as he sat in the sand watching and waiting. “Never have I ever killed someone.” Bishop blinked shocked, and his eyes widened.... No doubt, the reaction was exaggerated do to the alcohol but he was still surprised none the less. <What the piss kind of question is that?> His eyes darkened just slightly, as he came into a deep thought just wondering where it came from and what she was exactly up to. Of course it wasn't common for ANY human being to have killed someone, so it wouldn't have done really any good for anyone to bring the subject up.... Unless she was targeting someone?

Bishop's suspicion was confirmed when Akira piped up, and he looked at her bewildered and curious. ”Ever killed someone? He attacked me after dissing me and my dead parents for weeks.. If I could go back, I’d of let him kill me instead, but this is real life. He didn't deserve it. Though, you never realize how scary that situation is until you're in it..” Bishop sighed, and nodded his head very solemnly and slowly. He understood.... Bishop understood very well, what Akira was talking about as she went on. “You can’t go back and erase your mistakes. So yeah, I guess I’ve killed someone. It was an accident, but that doesn’t make it right, nor will it stop people from judging me for protecting myself.” Bishop took a deep sigh, and combed his fingers through his blonde hair and looked up at the stars. This whole thing made him think of his father..... At a very young age, after watching the news Bishop asked his dad if he had ever hurt anyone. He was about 8 at the time, and his father sat him down to have a talk. He explained everything as best he could, making sure that his son understood what life and death was. That's when he fully realized what his dad's job was and the scope that it played in the world. "Too much..... Too much." Bishop quietly whispered to himself, thinking about Akira's situation now. Everyone has been giving her a hassle today, no one deserved treatment like that.

He lowered his gaze and looked to Devone, his drunken nature transforming in a manner of speaking. His lips were in a soft frown watching the girl sit there. This shed new light on Devone, he wasn't sure if it really was on purpose. But something wasn't right, and his gut was going with that feeling but he kept his gaze none hostile and not even sad really. It was more like he acknowledged her...... He couldn't even describe the word for it. Decisiveness? Completely neutral, and even on the friendly side. She had done nothing wrong to him, so there was no real reason to dislike the girl. As well, he had no pieces to put things together so ultimately he was on no ground to call anybody out or even comment. He just attempted to make his presence known and then turned his gaze back to Akira hoping that he would catch her eye and took a big gulp of his beer then sighed. He smiled a bit, and stirred his bottle lightly. "I do get a bit carried away on Call of Duty." Bishop spoke a bit on the quieter side feigneing his little nudge of support for Akira off as something completely fake, that was probably going to be seen right through. Changing a real 'someone' to a video game 'someone'. His eyes casted over to Devone once again and he rose his bottle in a subtle cheers, a more mature look in his eyes. Was he trying too hard? Probably, but he was drunk so who really cared! Worst case scenario, someone would just call him a drunk idiot and forget about what he just said. He looked to the side to see what Momo and Sera were thinking on the subject. He glanced as Kaoru and his senior Varther were having a little discussion, being a bit surprised to see his senior so... Different is the word? Something about the guy had changed. Had he drank a lot as well? That definitely could be so, but there was no way to tell really and Bishop really didn't want to have to yell from half way across the circle.

Bishop blinked as a random girl tripped and fell onto Varther's back. He saw her blue hair first, and looked to her curiously as she apologized. He smiled thinking her as nice enough. She even gave out candy!! He had a childish thought of hoping she would bump into him too, so he could get some candy. But the junior shook his head finding that absurd and watched as the events unfolded. Varthur introduced himself, as well as Kaoru. They even invited the girl to join them, to which he was glad about. But what was up with the moves? Last he saw... Varther was an anti-female magnet and clutz to boot. He shrugged more convinced now that it was the alcohol that made him change. Bishop snapped back to reality, as another Never was called out. “Never have I ever invited a girl to sit with me! Until now.” "Yep...." Bishop drank again, this time taking a considerately smaller sip this being.... His third? Fourth beer?

Akira

Akira saw Kei talking to Devone, she couldn’t be mad. Well, both of her current worst enemies chatting it up? Of course it put a sour taste in her mouth.. but after chugging a whole beer, she didn’t care. She didn't even acknowledge him. She was fighting back the urge to get up from the circle and take a well-earned leave as it was. There was one thing certain, she definitely needed to change her mindset, fast. She felt her jaw gradually tense as she noticed Kei was seemed to be practically staring a whole into her entire being. What do you want? Curious about the story? Gonna yell at me some more? Didn’t think I could kill someone? Neither did I. She replied to his stare inside her head. If her mind had a tone of voice, this one was definitely bitter. Now that she was paranoid she was being watched, she looked around the circle and couldn't help but notice Momo was gazing over at her for a moment as well. Okay.. do I need to leave or something? Is everyone going to start throwing rocks? Her paranoia was just getting worse so she bit her bottom lip and began chewing on it trying to calm down . She never was going to fix her reputation with her either it seemed.

When she finally decided it was safe to let her gaze rise from the sand, she noticed Bishop took a drink. What? Oh.. Call of Duty. Though, it didn't stop her from blinking a bit in surprise. She.. really didn’t expect him of all people to feel pity for her after everything she’d indirectly put him through. She attempted to play it off like she hadn’t noticed, but his comment about the Never have I ever brought a genuine smile to her face. She even laughed quietly. She’d never actually played that game, or maybe she had. She wasn't quite sure. She’d played a lot of video games at parties, but she didn’t own any. Her grandmother saw it as too big of a distraction for social interactions, her studies, and work. Bishop achieved cheering her up, even if it was just a little. Kaoru did a decent job as well. He brought a smile to her face for the first time since the topic had been brought up by Devone.

Akira just took another drink afterwards. Alcohol numbed the awkwardness, the open wound.. though it wasn’t helping her state of mind. Her thoughts were getting a little too brave. Her head was tingling, so she knew she wouldn't last another beer. Maybe.. that last bottle was a mistake to chug.. she mumbled mentally. Then she smiled gratefully as Momo changed the subject. It was short lived however, the game interrupted by the girl who fell (Yumi) upon the said person (Varthur). She gawked for a moment in surprise. She thought that only happened in bad romance flicks, but she decided to not laugh. She knew a humiliating situation when she saw one. She'd been in enough. She looked her over, the girl was.. extremely cute. Not to mention incredibly noticeable. How many people had that color hair? I wonder if she can prove it’s natural.. she thought smugly in her mind, then she blushed a dark red. EW!!!! Gross! Why am I having borderline lesbian thoughts?! She placed her beer down, a disturbed look on her face, definitely from her own thoughts. It was followed by disbelief, then by shock. No more. No more beer.

She eventually was forced to notice that Varthur seemed to be really angry with her, more than she’d realized. Unreasonably angry mind that. “I repeat.. what the hell have I ever done to you? You’re drunk off your ass Var.” She mumbled to herself quietly, tugging at her hair. She was pretty buzzed right now, on the brink to reaching drunk after her chugging. She wasn't even aware she’d spoke it out loud. Hey, she was getting there too.. it was becoming pretty obvious by now. She... wasn't talking as much. She was spending more time trying to focus on not slurring or babbling. If I keep my mouth shut.. I won't say anything too stupid..Easier said than done.. She was more relaxed and easygoing, no longer comparable to a hot revolver. Varthur was confusing her, attacking her verbally in front of everyone? She didn’t think he’d be the one to turn into a first class douche bag, but she guessed she overestimated him. Akira came to a conclusion. She decided to do just what was pissing him off, ignoring him. If it was attention he wanted, it was attention he would not get until he explained what the hell his problem was. She finally caught on through her buzz that he was shooting all of those at her, “Are you alright?” She blinked innocently towards the new girl (Yumi), completely disregarding Varthur’s existence after his snide comment. You want to be a jerk, I can too. Then he spoke his never have I ever. She wasn’t allowed to ignore that. I’ve invited plenty of girls and guys to sit with me before, I guess I gotta drink. She took one long gulp from her prior abandoned beverage before sitting it back down. I hate alcohol. Then she smirked to herself. No I don't. She looked over at Silas, raising her eyebrows. She wasn't exactly used to checking him out, but tonight she was too drunk to care. She was feeling pretty shameless about her crush on him at the moment. Hey, he's flaunting it like a canvas at an art gallery, might as well appreciate the artwork..

Bishop Trander

Bishop smiled hearing Akira laugh at his mention. That's all he wanted, just to lighten the mood and support her. He felt compelled to have a conversation with the girl(Akira) afterwards, but he was content with being patient. He wasn't feeling pity for the girl, contrary to everyone's belief. It was a deep rooted understanding of her situation, and genuine concern. He was just that kind of a guy. Looking around, he noticed Devone watching him and was curious to what she was thinking. This definitely wasn't the girl he knew only through letters all those years ago, but he did want to find out who she was as a person. Bishop was looking to rekindle their friendship, as his alcohol impaired mind fantasized some movie quality friendship scenes like winning her a stuffed bear at a carnival or giving the girl a special gift for her birthday. Or were those in romance movies....... He pondered that, and mentally cursed his mother for always watching those teenage drama TV shows.

"I have been looking all over for you! You know how badly I wanted to see my beloved Junior?" Bishop blinked looking at yet another addition to their little group, as a girl(Miyuki) clung to Yumi speaking loudly. He was surprised that she looked so much like Akira and he looked back to her (Akira). His gaze went back as she kept speaking, and he sweatdropped closing his eyes. "I'm your Senior that's going to be babysitting you, you're pretty lucky to get such a wonderful person like me. Some seniors would probably eat your pretty face, but I'm much kinder then that, in fact I'm probably the kindest person you will ever meet!" He chuckled nervously, feeling a little awkward as the girl (Miyuki) just spoke about how awesome she was. "Drinking have we? I'm sure we are all under age here, you really shouldn't be doing such a thing for the sake of your health. I wouldn't complain if it was one bottle, but seems you all have been really drinking." <Aw come on seriously?!> He looked at the woman (Miyuki) suspiciously, wondering if she was the party pooper type.

“What the fucking hell, you’re drunk too and I wouldn’t be surprised if you exposed your ass later cause of it.” Bishop blinked totally shocked by this outburst, as he stared at his senior (Varthur). He got nervous looking to Yumi and the girl she was leaning against (Miyuki) hoping that they wouldn't hold this against him (Varther). "Aw come on... There's no need for this." He mumbled in English, as he looked around at everybody. He quirked his lips as Silas laughed, but he didn't want anybody to get hurt so he was concerned. That's when his eyes caught the bloody hand of Varthur clutching a broken beer bottle. “Varthur , you can use my shirt to wrap your hand.” Bishop glanced up as the senior (Silas) casted him an odd glance, that just made the younger blonde blush and sit there awkwardly. He nodded, and stood up. "Right uh... I'm going to get shome water. I'll be right back." Bishop walked off, stumbling a bit in the sand deciding that he was going to finish his beer and that was it. He didn't want to end up like Varthur. He didn't like violent drunks very much, fortunately for him he wasn't one. He went and grabbed 6 bottles, which was probably WAY too many but he thought it was plenty. On his return, he set the bottle down with a soft smile and walked over grabbing Silas' shirt and made his way over Varthur kneeling in front of him holding a bottle of water. "Here... Let me shee your hand." Bishop gently took Varthur's and opened it up. He would remove the glass from his hand and pour water to wash the blood off and took Silas's shirt into his teeth and ripped it. He ripped the sleeves off too, and wrapped the largest shred around the palm tying it securely on the back of the hand, and wrapped the smaller shreds around his cut fingers. "There better?" The job could've been done better, but his finger dexterity was half shot.

When Silas returned he grinned, and stood up holding the shirt and walked over to Silas. "If you would sho kindly lift your arms?" Bishop had a devilish grin, rarely seen on his face and would put the ripped shirt back on Silas. He laughed seeing him on it, and stepped back. The way he had ripped it, the shirt cut off just under his chest to expose his mid-section and the sleeves were gone. He thought it was hilarious!! "Hahahaa!! That look suits you Silas... I think that should be the new soccer uniform?" He grinned, and gave a wink and a thumbs up to the senior (Silas) then went back and plopped down. This was drunk Bishop, still himself but far more playful. He finished off his beer, and opened a bottle of water holding it in his hand. "Oh! Spin the bottle.." He sat up eagerly, and looked around with a wide playful smirk at everyone. He was as playful as a puppy!!

Sera

“I agree, Sera. You should be a model. If you need a photographer... I’m adept at pressing the right buttons.” Sera winked over at Silas, "I bet you know which buttons to push... Of course I wouldn't model nude so the button pushing would have to wait until after the pictures." Sera didn't say anything else to Silas after that because what came next was Devone and her little revelation, whether she knew under the influence Akira would let it all out or she was just guessing, it had worked. As confused as Sera was, and most likely everyone else was, she knew it was hitting Silas pretty hard, hell it was obvious on his face and since that meant he didn't already know... Well anyone could tell him and Akira were close, it couldn't be easy. All bets were off at that point, flirting was put on hold and Sera looked over to Akira feeling sorry for the girl but also a bit mad that she would do that to everyone around her, especially Silas. It was not news you just shared with the world if you hadn't even shared it with a close friend. A sigh escaped Sera's lips as she took another swig of her drink, cursing under her breath and wondering why the night had to go downhill so fast. She thought for a bit, considering getting up and just calling it after that fun filled adventure or going to dance and ignoring whatever else was planned. Ultimately she choose to sit back and drink a bit more after all of the commotion and just see what else would happen and if the peak of excitement, or surprise, would ever rise above the current high points. While that wasn't happening immediately she was watching Varthur and the new girl (Yumi) a bit more closely, her eyes looking the cute girl up and down for a second before looking back to the now fearless Varthur. Another addition in the form of an Akira look alike (Miyuki) kept things lively, the girl quickly grabbing hold of the other girl (Yumi) similar to how Sera did with Momo. The Akira look alike (Miyuki) quickly began talking herself up and chastising where she wasn't really wanted. Sera didn't say anything but it made her lose all interest in the scene and she quickly turned away and looked at nothing in particular, trying to find another interesting scene. It wasn't exactly interesting but seeing Devone actually trying to see if something was wrong with Kei was interested and just as annoying as her conversation with him had been all night. It was the kind of thing nobody could really do anything about because of the type of guy Kei was, not quite gullible but willing to trust people he shouldn't. Devone was a good actress as well, going from mean to nice in an instant and while it wasn't going to change it didn't get any less anyone as time went on. God forbid Kei begins to have feelings for her... Sera once again began to look for a different scene to observe, her eyes scanning the crowd around them as well, searching for anything that caught her eye.

It wasn't her eye that caught the situation unfolding though, her ears got that privilege as she heard Varthur lose it a bit, “What the fucking hell, you’re drunk too and I wouldn’t be surprised if you exposed your ass later cause of it.” Sera smirked, that would be an interesting development, the true question was who it would be if that ended up happening. Akira was drunk so it could be a multitude of people, even a random guy in the crowd, if it happened at all of course. Then again she was aiming for Silas just as Sera was which meant it could be him as much as she hated the idea. Who knew, another one of those time would tell situations. It did seem that Akira was taking a lot of heat but when one acted like an idiot one often found themselves in such a situation. She turned to Momo after a moment and rubbed the girls head, leaning in close and whispering so only she could hear, "This nights become kind of crazy hasn't it?" She leaned back with a smile, knowing that no matter what all happened that she would be returning to her room later and getting whatever sleep she could before boarding the bus. She had thought about trying to chill with Silas all night but the way the party was shaping up she would be ready for normal as soon as it was over, and luckily she shared a room with Momo, which meant normal was what she would be getting, hopefully. It was then that Silas dismissed himself though, getting up and leaving the circle for a moment, and nothing much happened save a bottle being placed in the center of the circle and being spun for the first round of a game she had been looking forward to playing at one point but that point had passed. Sure she would still have fun but it almost seemed forced now after all that had happened. Bishop seemed quite excited as Silas came back, the boy like a puppy as he prepared for the first go. Sera turned to Momo again, "If you want to escape now is your chance, don't think I can take your place in this game." She said with a small smile, not knowing if Momo had kissed a guy yet and thinking this would be the worst first kiss situation in existence. Of course she could probably get away with a kiss on the cheek or something depending on the people.

" I'm sure though that this isn't one of those countries you're talking about."

She replied to the miss ( Devone) who spoke of how it was legal to drink at their age in some countries. Miyuki wasn't quite informed when it came to laws in different countries, so she decided to trust the information provided. However, she knew well that drinking at their age here wasn't exactly encouraged. “Speaking of which, that’s such a cute swimsuit. It fits you perfectly and in a knick of time.. I care for my junior too and he had a little wish before you arrived.” Miyuki smiled at the complement, enjoying the attention the girl ( Devone) was giving her. It wasn't every day someone would openly complement Miyuki, especially with her large ego. ' Wish...?' she was puzzled by what she meant, perhaps the wish that she would bestow the greatest wish any man could want, a complement from her? " Thank you, I'm glad you noticed. However granting wishes isn't something I often do, you have to be quite amazing to have a wish granted by me." she spoke as if she was some sort of higher authority, one could only imagine if she did somehow come to some sort of leader role.

Miyuki shook her head to the girl's (Devone) offer of a drink, she didn't plan on drinking, especially with a bunch of people she hardly knew. She did take the offer as an invitation and sat next to Yumi, squishing her a bit between both her and a black haired boy ( Varthur) who had greeted her earlier. " I will do my best to look after you during the school year Yumi, but be prepared for the unexpected."
“What the fucking hell, you’re drunk too and I wouldn’t be surprised if you exposed your ass later cause of it.” ' Drunk for sure.' she couldn't help but hope that these people weren't like this sober. " Let's calm down now, is this how you treat guests?" she said in a playful manner, hoping to create a lighter atmosphere . " My name is Miyuki Yoshida by the way."
Stretching her arms out she took notice of a comment coming from one of the other males ( Silas) "Akira. Who cloned you?” she wasn't thrilled by the comment when she took notice of the girl (Akira) he aimed the comment at. She had short hair, much like her own but brown, sadly she was taller then her. What caught her attention most though, was the fact she was topless, it made sense what the boy ( Varthur) meant by exposing. Although most of them seemed drunk, so Miyuki would try her best not to judge too badly. " No one has the capability of cloning me, it's impossible to copy this perfection." she smiled rather arrogantly. " I'm sure however, it would just be the same for her. " ' I probably shouldn't talk too much, I may end up making enemies more then friends.' she directed her attention towards Devone again, this time observing her for a brief moment before she decided to speak. ' I think...' she interpreted her own thoughts with her speech. " You seem pretty familiar, I think I heard some students talk about you at some given point. The name escaped me, but the description is spot on." ' Then again the topless look a like over there seems pretty familiar too, perhaps this explains why some people thought I was some one else recently.' she pouted a bit, she didn't enjoy being mistaken for some one else. It only meant no one cared to talk to her much once they found out who she was.
"Oh! Spin the bottle.." Miyuki quickly zoned back in, were they all going to be playing spin the bottle? Miyuki only smiled " I don't mind the game, it happens to me family favorite." Miyuki wasn't quite aware of how odd that sounded, but she meant between her sister and her. They played it a bit differently though, instead of kisses it was favors. ' I guess I will have to play it the normal way.' she thought.

Is it getting colder or am I just shaking because I’m nervous?
Momo thought as she looked around the circle and noticed things that were different like Varthur talking a lot more than he usually did, Silas and Kei unfocused and quiet in comparison since Akira’s story. She clasped her hands together and entwined her fingers, resting her chin on her knuckles as her eyes saddened and her lips formed a small pout. Why did my first party have to go downhill so fast? “Uhm.. just in case you didn’t hear it before, I’m Kaoru. What’s your name?” Momo squeaked in surprise as she was pulled out of her thoughts. Kaoru didn’t look sad at least, in fact he was grinning with closed eyes as he waited for her to answer. Momo paused thinking over what Sera said: "You don't have to say anything, unless of course you like him and then you could say thanks, although since he likes your cuteness then he most likely enjoyed your response." Momo started laughing a little nervously as she recalled what Sera said, still not knowing how to interpret the situation. She knew she had already seemed silly enough hiding behind someone when receiving a compliment but it had been an impulsive move. “I’m Momo..” she said as soon as she managed to stop laughing, pointing at herself and blinking a few times. Etto.. I can’t help but think I was nervous for nothing. She dropped her finger and started to rub the palms of her hands together, looking about in random directions. Maybe it’s just cold.. really cold. "I do get a bit carried away on Call of Duty." Momo caught Bishop say as he took a sip that made her smile. He seemed to be the type that was always looking out for others. She respected that.

“Thankyou chica, glad SOMEONE remembered me.” Varthur suddenly said as he stood up, rising with his beer. Momo’s eye twitched in reaction as she stared at her lap fixedly. Did the bumbling idiot just call me a ‘chica’? For some reason or another, she really didn’t like being called anything but her name from a boy which was evident in her first bad impression of Silas. What made it worse was that it was Varthur; one of her old enemies from elementary. Before she could decide whether or not to react to it, a girl (Yumi) entered the circle from a bump. All the girls at Airdalen are so much preetier than me.. she thought out of insecurity, looking down at her ordinary looking clothes and comparing. Maybe that was why people bullied her.. because she was nothing special. “Never have I ever invited a girl to sit with me! Until now. Varthur announced as many in the circle took their drinks. “Wish I had a cute girl sitting with me.” Momo heard Kaoru say as the new girl introduced herself as Yumi. Etto.. I overreacted didn’t I? It seems he says that to quite a few people to start conversation.. she concluded, patting the top of her pink head as if reassuring herself how silly she had been. Momo turned her head noticing Sera was looking at her. Oh.. right the game.. Momo remembered and looked down at her lap thinking the statement over. I don’t think I have asked a girl to sit with me.. I’ve just asked to sit with other girls.. but they didn’t want me to join them. Momo’s head lifted upwards as she waved a hand gently at Sera to signal she didn’t have to drink to this for her because it didn’t apply.

" Drinking have we? I'm sure we are all under age here, you really shouldn't be doing such a thing for the sake of your health. I wouldn't complain if it was one bottle, but seems you all have been really drinking.” I haven’t drunk anything.. Momo thought as a (Miyuki) another girl from out of the group approached them. She had her arms around Yumi so Momo guessed she was protective over the girl and didn’t like the idea of Yumi hanging out with them when some were in a drunken state. It was understandable but Momo knew her friends were harmless drunk or not, they were still the same people and had good hearts. However that wasn’t something you could just say and expect someone to believe. "Aw come on... There's no need for this." she heard Bishop mumble beside her in English as she sweat dropped smiling. Momo didn’t want her friends to get in trouble and this girl (Miyuki) may just tell on them. Devone beat her to words though and soon enough the second newcomer (Miyuki) joined them as well. “I’m Momo by the way.. it’s nice to meet you two.” She said politely, bowing her head respectfully at where Yumi and Miyuki were before looking up with a small smile as common courtesy. While she was introducing herself, she heard a bottle crack and turned to see Varthur looking angry and glaring daggers in Akira’s direction. He screamed something at the girl but Momo hadn’t heard it, a bit shakey seeing the bottle pieces scattered in the sand. She narrowed her eyes disapprovingly. You’re not ruining my first party with violence.. Her and Varthur were enemies for a reason and with that, came her own perspective of who he was as a person. She wouldn’t hesitate to put him back in his place if he decided to go more nuts than he already was.

Silas stepped in, laughing at Varthur’s outburst before leaving with a few kind words “Eh, don’t insult the ladies. They can show as much skin as they're comfortable with. It’s only your ideals that make it uncomfortable for you.”“Varthur , you can use my shirt to wrap your hand.” Momo blinked almost in disbelief as his voice of reason entered the conversation. It was true for her in a way; her ideals of women being conservative and drinking only when legal did make her uncomfortable in the group as well but she had managed to look past that. These were her friends and they were good people and if that’s what made them happy, then she wouldn’t ruin it for them. Momo had decided it wasn’t her choice and that she had no right to dictate her beliefs on others. She would just be there for them when they needed her.. like if the alcohol had reached ‘too much’ causing drowsiness. She would make sure they got to the cabins safely.. each and every one of them. What do you know.. even Silas can be responsible when the need arises.. haha.. she thought, sweat dropping. Maybe he wasn’t as bad as she had originally thought but either way, he was a big flirt nonetheless and she would be upset if he hurt Sera with that.. Not to mention he still dragged me out to the ocean in an utterly embarrassing display.. she thought as her hands reached up to pull her hair at the sides irritatingly, her head falling in between her knees. She didn’t like Silas but she couldn’t hate him either. She was completely at a loss of what to think. "Right uh... I'm going to get shome water. I'll be right back." Momo heard Bishop, causing her to look up and stop pulling her hair. What an idiot.. why is he so angry when people care so much about him. she thought getting irritated and glaring at Varthur some more. She was aware that his alcohol intake may have influenced him to be over the edge but still, the others were also drinking and weren’t reacting so badly.

Momo closed one of her eyes as she felt someone’s hand on her head, turning to see it was Sera. It was probably obvious how deep in thought she was. "This nights become kind of crazy hasn't it?" Sera whispered to her. “Yes..” Momo agreed with a quiet nod, catching sight of Sera smiling. Momo smiled too, she couldn’t help it. If her friend was happy then she would be too. “What about spin the bottle hey hey?” Varthur’s mood lifted somehow after the incident of his hand had been taken care of by Bishop. “Well done.” Momo said with a closed eyes smile in Bishop’s direction appreciatively. The bottle Varthur put in the centre started spinning and Momo’s eyes widened in more confusion. Wait I don’t know.. how to play. she thought panic-stricken. "If you want to escape now is your chance, don't think I can take your place in this game." Sera warned her with a smile making Momo sweat drop. “Should I escape?” Momo asked laughing nervously as her hands squeezed her legs together shifting uncomfortably, unknowing what to expect. Is it really.. that bad? Should I run? Momo thought wishing someone had told her what it was about before it happened. The bottle was already in motion for whatever reason it served in the game. I can’t believe I’m saying this.. but I actually appreciate Silas for telling me how to play first back there with Never Have I ever… She slapped her hand against her forehead in hopelessness. She would just have to find out the hard way. " I don't mind the game, it happens to me family favorite." Momo’s eyes glistened with hope as the girl (Miyuki) spoke up. Family favourite? Then I guess the game must be okay! Momo thought, sitting upright and waiting for the bottle to stop spinning. Just as Silas returned, he looked at the bottle in the centre then at Devone, seeming confused himself. “So… What’re we staring at?” He inquired. “Oh.. Spin the bottle..?” Momo replied, waiting to see what would happen so she could pick up how to play the game.

Kaoru

“Nice to meet you Momo.” Kaoru grinned a bit after she squeaked and laughed off her nervousness. Sera was right, he did like her reactions. Though he wasn’t going to come on as strong as he would enjoy, he didn’t want to impose on her or make her uncomfortable with him. At the very least he might make a friend. That’s what his sights were set on. A little honest flirting never hurt however. He stretched his arms, then sighed to himself. He was finding it hard to be tactiful when his greatest obstacle at the moment was wiping the floor with him, alcohol of course. He laughed a bit, “That game is awesome.” Kaoru agreed with the more reserved and drunken blonde (Bishop). He attempted to fix his now incredibly spikey blue hair. Kaoru remembered playing Call of Duty a lot in middle school. Now that he was in high school, he was glad that it wasn’t considered one of those “Lame” kid games. He was pretty decent at it, so he was glad he had that under his belt. Not the best, but he was sure he could hold his own against the average player.

Kaoru frowned when Varthur called her ‘chica’. It seemed pretty disrespectful, especially since Momo didn’t seem to enjoy the nickname. He shrugged it off however, seeing as the senior was clearly out of his mind at the moment. He wasn’t enjoying the stern tone of voice he received from the once friendly senior who was trying to help him. Is this the kind of guy he’d become if he kept drinking? He looked to his beer, then to Varthur before pushing it aside. He didn’t want to get that bad. He sighed a bit, blinking when the blue haired girl announced her name to him. He noticed the jealousy radiating from Varthur, but the damage had already been done. He hadn’t technically been flirting with Yumi, or perhaps it was.. but he’d only purposefully flirted with Momo. It had to of been a natural reaction with her. So he decided to turn his attention away from her for the most part after being civil, “Nice to meet you Yumi.” Kaoru grinned happily. He blinked when he realized he was being observed, getting a little nervous, “Is there something wrong with my face..?” He asked, half joking, half in a state of anxiety. Did he have dirt on his nose? Was his hair too goofy looking after having messed it up in his struggle to keep a grip on himself? Why was she looking? He held back a laugh however when he realized it was nothing to worry about. He decided against pointing out the girl’s growing blush, it would probably just anger her. He wasn’t in the angry mood right now, nor did he want to put anyone in it, “I’ll make sure to remember it.”

Kaoru blinked when there was a piece of candy in his hand. He didn’t eat it often, but when a girl gave him a present, who was he to refuse? He unwrapped it and stuck it in his mouth, savoring the flavor. He was definitely appreciating it much more than the taste of beer. His blue eyes eventually shifted to a girl (Miyuki) who looked much like the brunette who introduced herself as Akira. It was strange. He scratched the back of his neck when she scolded them, he wasn’t really expecting her to have such a fiery personality, but he found it pretty amusing. She seemed to be pleased with him for some unknown reason. It took him a few moments to gather, but after a once over he could safely assume why, but it merely brought a light frown to his face.

The next event however definitely wasn’t something that the azure haired boy had seen coming. How could he? He smirked slightly when Devone tested the waters with the latest toy, but it didn’t actually catch his attention until she mentioned caring about him. Oh bullcrap! He nearly screamed, but kept it inside of his head. The only visible sign he nearly snapped was his body jerking and his eyes widening. It wasn't hard to tell why, every factor about the boy was looking legitimately shocked. What game was she dragging him into? He closed his eyes tight for less than a second, readjusting his expression to a calmer, much more easygoing one. He didn’t want to freak out on an innocent girl over something she had no control over either. He decided to play along. That is what he hoped for after all, he just hadn’t been prepared this time. He was caught with his pants down, figuratively speaking of course. “You mean wanting to sit with a cute girl? Yeah, I said that.” He replied friendly, though he had planned to get up and sit with Momo, but he didn’t want to cause a scene or insult the latest addition. He knew how awkward it was to be the new kid, plus this was becoming a bit of an ego boost if the girl agreed as well. He had his own pride when it came down to it.

Then he received a scapegoat. Now he had a choice! “Yeah, you’re right. I'd mingle better that way.” He decided to agree. The blonde guy (Silas) who seemed to continuously taunt him was actually indirectly and definitely unintentionally helping him out of his current mess. He stood up, dusting himself off, “Though, I don’t think I’ll be taking up the offer..” He smirked back. He wasn’t interested in the tan girl (Sera) or Akira like that. He then looked at Miyuki, glad she finally announced her name, “I definitely wouldn’t mind getting to know someone like you.. but right now I’m switching spots in the circle if the person I want to sit next do doesn’t mind that is.” Then he turned his attention completely away from Miyuki and Yumi, tilting his head at Momo. He was a flirt, but she interested him more. His sights were set at the moment unless scorned or rejected. Sure he got a little distracted by the other girls, but he was fairly persistent for a sixteen year old boy drinking for the first time. “Would you mind?” He asked, ushering to the side of her not occupied by her best friend (Sera). He was progressively getting a little bolder after he wasn’t the “New kid” to the group. Letting more of his own confidence shine. Just what was he going to be like when he'd properly adjusted to them?

Bishop Trander

Bishop grimaced, and rubbed one of his swimming buddy's back as they barfed their guts out. He turned away, ignoring the wretched smell as the sand behind one of the cabins got wet with the sickly concoction. "It's ok buddy..... Just let it all out." He had some practice with this, actually taking care of one of his god-fathers Nigel when he got too drunk. After the sickly affair was over, a few guys from the team hefted the kid up and dragged him to his room. "You know I'm really glad my dad never let me get that drunk..." He sighed, and stepped into his cabin and looked at the time. It was only 2:14, and he figured he could have enough time to have a quiet little stroll on the beach with himself. He grabbed his iPod and headphones, along with a hoody and stepped out plugging his music in and stepped out smiling softly as a song played. Despite the ear-phones he could still hear the ocean, and it was calming to listen to that in the back ground. He looked up at the stars, and smiled suddenly having a want to go up there and explore. Bishop crept close to the surf, not minding the cool water washing over his feet. With a bobbing head, he steadily made his way carrying himself lightly softly singing to himself. "Weep, not, for roads untraveled..."

Bishop paused for a moment, wondering if he would get to see the sun rise over the ocean and with a happy smiled he realized it was true. When Bishop was younger, his parents told him that Japan was called 'The Land of the Rising Sun' and other legends and stories that circled around that. So he was eager to see a place like this and call it his home. He sighed slightly, looking to the moon and reached out to see if he could touch it. He chuckled softly, imagining the kinds of things he would do if that were to happen. Spending time alone like this, was something Bishop rather enjoyed. He liked to float around in his own head, where he was in control of everything and anything could happen. Right now, he was a million miles away from everybody else, the master of his own universe!! But anybody else would be welcomed, it was just his way. Lowering his arm, Bishop started to walk again after the song changed to some Coldplay (his favorite band) and he swayed with the subtle and slow rhythm just being whisked away like a leaf flowing gently down a river. His blond hair shuffled slightly in the cool breeze, coming from the ocean front. He wasn't really bothered by the cold, so wearing just shorts and a jacket while his feet were wet was no big deal. With a step back, he avoided the up coming swell and moved to have a seat in the cold sand resting his arms on his propped up knees just looking up at the stars. He pondered about what his time here in Japan was going to be like.... He pondered a lot of things actually. Just a 16 year old kid, trying to find himself in some way shape or form. Tonight's medium seemed to be the night sky. As if looking up for an answer, his eyes crossed the glorious night sky tracing out constellations he recognized and making up new ones. Trying to decide what was a star, what was an airplane, and what might be a whole'nother galaxy. It was marvelous, and a chill ran up the boy's spine as thoughts, emotions, and feelings all encircled and mashed together through his whole body.

With an odd expression in his eyes, Bishop grabbed a handful of sand and opened up his palm watching it sift through his fingers and back onto the ground. He thought about the logic, and physics behind just a simple act of that realizing his appreciation for being here at all. He wiped his hands clean, and stood up moving back from the way he came his eyes staying up as his hair was rustled by constant gentle wind along with his own motions. In a change of tempo, which accompanied a new song. He smiled, and got a bit of a hitch in his step wondering what he could do within the next few days. He definitely was going to get up early.... Probably in the next few hours, and go surfing before he had to leave. His thoughts went to Sera and Momo wondering if they were going to flake again or not. The hurt part of him, immediately decided on yes. That part couldn't blame him, he didn't really see why any girl would want to hang out with a guy like him. Girls liked tall, dark, and handsome looking guys.... Right? Whatever it was, he felt that he was never in the category of 'boyfriend material'. The negative thoughts, were pushed away as one of his favorite parts came up. Bishop closed his eyes, and silently lip sang as he walked along the beach his path swerving a bit since he wasn't concentrating. Upon opening his eyes, he found that he had drifted further from the surf than he wanted, and went back to get closer admiring the glint from the moon off the surface of the water. Bishop finally deduced to not really concern himself whether with whether or not they (Sera and Momo) would show up. He actually wanted Momo to go explore like he was tomorrow, and he knew that Sera would be making the best of her time here as well. Bishop glanced back, and saw that he was in front of the cabins again which was perfect. He sat down again, and leaned back moving his hands back to support him as he gazed on.

Bishop reached one hand out, and gently struck imaginary piano keys as the end of the song came. His body tensed up, then slowly relaxed letting himself go. He thought the ending was rather sad actually.... As if reminiscing about a friend that past away, or that moment when you had to finally let someone or something go.

He jumped when he felt a hand on his shoulder, and unplugged one ear-phone and looked up to see his father. "Uhh... Dad. What's up?" "Just came over here to check up on you son.... Saw you walking by yourself. Is everything alright?" Bishop blushed slightly at that, realizing that he had been watched. At least by his father to his knowledge, and unplugged the other ear-phone pausing his music. "Uhh.... Y-Yeah, I'm fine dad. Just enjoying a walk on the beach I guess. How was your party?" His father smiled softly, and nodded taking a seat with his son. "Ours was fine... I saw that yours went well too. You kiss any girl?" The larger muscled version of Bishop chuckled nudging the smaller suggestively. The young junior's face flushed red, and he crossed his arms. "Uhh... Yeah. Twice... With the same girl." "That's my boy!! You'll be married in no time!!" "Dad!!!" "I'm kidding... But seriously son. As a father, I am proud of you. Also that you didn't drink to much!!" His father laughed when Bishop shushed him. But the wide smile on his face, was honest. To a father, it was extremely fulfilling to see their child grow and succeed. "Welp... I'll leave you to ponder the universe. Get some good rest, and take care of yourself son. I gotta pick up the troops passed out in the sand, can't leave'em sleeping there all night. I'll see you soon.". Bishop's father stood up, and gave the thumbs up with a masculine wink as he walked away looking back.

"See ya dad..... And thanks.". Bishop sat there, watching him walk away once again being alone. Bishop sighed, and turned back to the ocean chewing his lip slightly. This time without music, his current situation set in and he once again wondered like he always had.... <Why am I alone?> Sure he understood, it was hard to make and keep friends when you moved around a lot. But something about him.... He was sure it was him! That always kept him left out of the group, or thought of last. Not even swimming helped with that, though he was a strong contender in the pool. He put his ear-phones back in and pressed play and went back to his music. With a gentle frown, his mind dove deeper into his current state of mind reflecting back on his past and events that played out. His eyes widened at the sudden realization that, that was the reason why his dad came over. His head slumped, as his knees curled up his earlier mood being somewhat ruined. He thoughts of ways to improve... <Should I be louder? Cooler? How do you even BE cooler? Maybe more like... Silas.... I don't know.>, he realized that he was rather the opposite of Akira. A little sideways smirk grew on his face, but it didn't last for very long. Sure she was 'popular' but a lot of flak came with that as he noticed earlier tonight. He shook his head not wanting that, but also had an urge to talk with the girl (Akira). Maybe another time... With a quick glance up, he noticed that the moon had changed position. He decided that it was time to go to bed, and stood up brushing the sand off of him. He paced back to the cabins, flipping his hood up wondering how Kei managed to balance it out. He probably just as quiet as him, but seemed to get along just fine socially. Not seeing anybody he knew (which was probably about 10 people), he just went straight to his cabin and took a shower so he wouldn't have to tomorrow morning. He dried himself off, and put on his only other pair of boxers and slipped into bed. He set an alarm for only a few hours later, he knew he could sleep on the bus. Looking around, he didn't see anybody else or signs of other people in the cabin with him which made him frown once again. Turning to face the wall, he curled up and closed his eyes to sleep. "Some sleep, and surf will clear my thoughts.". Before he fell asleep, Bishop had a quick thought over Devone. Not that she was the single person he thought about before he fell asleep, but he just wondered what was the reasoning behind her calling Akira out. His father taught him how to sift through bullshit, but he was still a little rough at it. Had his old pen pal really changed? He could remember only so much, but he had thought better of her. Why was she hear anyways? It was all very odd, and before he could finish his thoughts Bishop fell asleep.
