Introduction
The White Council is a large worldwide organization of Mage's, and is seen as their governing body. It is controlled by the Senior Council. The goal of the White Council is to protect mankind from the abuses of magic as outlined in the laws of magic. The Senior Council is the ruling body of the White Council. In theory the Senior Council is comprised of seven of the oldest wizards in the White Council. When a member dies the next several eldest members of the White Council are put forth as candidates and one is selected to join. In practice this tenant is not always held to.
Thou shalt not transform others. forbids the shape shifting of other beings. Even if done successfully (it is an extremely difficult spell), transformation of another's body against their will – changing a man into an animal, for example – creates an imbalance between body and mind that ultimately degrades the transformed subject's mind to an animal state as well.
Thou shall not cast with a energy of life, forbids the use of blood magic. Magic of this type take the raw energy of life and twist it to their own purposes. They can corrupt and control, and sustain their power by consuming the health of others, willing or not. The effects can be vile, but this specialization isn't limited to madmen and monsters. Many see it as the only form of magic that is truly free, because it's tied to the physical, not favors to spirits or demons. It remains an undeniably violent and self-destructive discipline,
Thou shalt not reach beyond the borders of life. This prohibits the research and practice of Necromancy, described as the summoning, binding, and exploitation of the unwilling dead (the psychic talent of mediums for speaking to willing spirits is called ectomancy, and is not governed by the same Law). It would also theoretically prohibit any attempt to genuinely resurrect someone from the dead back to true life.
Thou shalt not swim against the Currents of Time. Concerns the use of magic in relation to time. This prohibits any attempt to change the past through temporal manipulation for fear of paradoxes. Even divination of the future is frowned upon in all but the vaguest, most general instances.
Thou shalt not mess with a peace of magic. this prohibits the use of chaos Magic, for its is a magic with out rules and taboos. Its magic is dangerous and the out come is always known. this magic is used to distort the peace of the magic and the magic user.
Types of magic
Elemental Magic- is one of the two base types of magic, the other being Adept magic. It involves the manipulation of fire, earth, water, air, lightning, nature and Ice for both offensive and defensive purposes. While Elemental magic is one of the two major magical disciplines, it is less practiced than Adept, most probably due to the difficulty of mastering the elements. While Adept mages concentrate on developing only one certain type of magic.
Adept magic -is one of the two base types of magic, the other being Elemental magic. Adept mages have dedicated their life and magical potential to a single set of powers, although the scope of these powers might vary. Powers can range from burrowing underground to having an immunity to fire. Based on the concept of there being no gain without loss, many Adepts have weaknesses that may cause trouble for them.
Magi-tech and magical Items: is Magical Items that requires a person to use very little of their magic to produce a desired affect. To use a magic item, it must be activated, although sometimes activation simply means putting a ring on your finger. Some items, once donned, function constantly. one drawback to this, The items have what's called a limiter that will allow only so much of an out put of magic energy. This way so that a magical idem like a spellgun does not destroy a city with one shot.
Spellguns- typically take the form of a handgun or other such fire arms that either fires magical energy or ammunition that is otherwise enchanted so as to enhance its normal properties. Some magic guns work on special cartridges or magical ammunition, and thus need to be normally reloaded, while others have inherent power or draw power from their user, their enemy or the environment.
spellblades- typically take the forms of bladed weapons, but they are not limited to that from. these melee weapons have magic energy woven into this form during its creation so they are limited to certain kind of magic.
ex- the elements are common type of magic to enchant with.
Location: New York city, New York
Guardian crop is a structured organization called a Guild which takes care of magic “hazmat” that has attract the attention of the White Council. Also Guardian crop takes care of protection jobs and any problems dealing with the appearance of any monster, demons, and/or any summoned creatures that maybe running wild.
This building is useful for wizards everywhere. It is for members only. The guild serves as a pleasant place to call home in the members down time and even to train their magic skills. The guild is three floors high. Each floor has something has something different.
First Floor
The inside is the Main lobby in which all of the business is held. Its also has a small bath room for the customers. the walls are white with a seating area for clients and a small office area in the back.
Second Floor/ third floor ( living areas)
The second floor, which holds the kitchen (fully stocked), Living/ dinning room with TV, bath room, locker room includes showers and a bath tub in back part of the locker room.
The Third floor, is the sleeping quarters for all members. Each member will get their own room for complete privacy. they have complete control over their rooms.

When they went over the subject of Roland Seth was very much intrigued, but Mr. Corvain had already known of Roland's release and Notus being the one behind it. The only thing Mr. Corvain didn't know was how Notus had gotten Roland free. Not a single person in the white council new a thing about it, but Mr. Corvain said nothing, Notus always had a reason for what he did and didn't say.
Seth was happy to hear it was a small mission. Not that he didn't trust Aidrid, but he wanted to see what he could do before they faced real danger. Make an accurate estimation of what kind of person he was.

And since my character is lazy, its would make sense for him to use a gun than something that takes more energy to use, like a knife or sword.
