Many eras ago a prehistoric form of amoeba we call Homospores were sent into the abyss to create a parallel universe to the one humans know and inhabit today. They were created by The Architect to evolve and progress in roughly the same way and same speed as the way you and i know.
From what we have been able to judge they experienced Centrifugal forces beyond that of which our technology,or even our brains can process. As they reached the center they travelled at approximately between 10^385 - 10^400 times the speed of light into a a blank canvas.
Time went on the Big Bang came to pass,and consequently, both universes inherited extreme carpets of mass in the form of Rock, Ice, Gases and any other form of anything you can possibly picture, forming Galaxies, Solar systems and the whole of space itself.
The Nth, as we call it developed a touch faster, and the worlds conducted themselves, in appearance, differently. For the complex formulations of evolution together with the Big Bang were too complex for even The Architect to calculate without minor error.
The millenia came and went, and spores dispersed randomly across existence, creating what exactly, we don't know.
However a small yet seemingly large, number of Homospores found their way to a planet now known as Desteri, situated in the Nth. Here the spores survived to evolve into a race of humanoids.
The Sanctum Council was founded some 800 years ago by a small group of the cities population, in answer to the growing disruption caused by the criminal behaviour of so many. Civillians had been tortured and killed in response
The sanctum declared justice to all perpetrators and the majority were executed or exiled, while the rest fell back into submission.
As years progressed, technology advanced, and science and industry improved, and today the sanctum overule the day to day buisness and formailities of Nth society with thier expansive military formed by coverting the many quadrants of the Nth. There are next to no quadrants in the Nth now not dictated by The Sanctum.

The Litun'ai or the sanctum high-ruler, who kept peace and stability among the planet Destari, has not long perished. The Sanctum Council have just elected Rex Logan to the seat.
His bloodthirsty aptitude,and violent methodical sense have rendered societies view of him as unjust. Rex had plans for war in the Nth which some believe are vile attempts of warmongering to satisfy his hate for other species and quite coincidentally a rip in the Nths dimension walls have caused him great pleasure in the thoughts of new worlds to conquer new races to rule. His Goals are resetablished into that of becoming the first multiversal leader.
Weaponry standard
The Sanctums PD9 is a weapon almost anyone could use, if it wasn't for the Flesh Detection System (FDS). At first glance, it may appear to be a simple assault rifle, but it is so much more. By using the gun’s alternate fire, you can tag any enemy with a tracer round, made primarily from Tirrant energy. (an adapted energy source created from the astral energy of thier four moons mixed with the physical properties of Ice). Once they’re tagged, all you have to do is start unloading, and all your shots will hit. You can even curve bullets around corners or over cover, making the PD9 deadly even when firing from a safe location. This is one of the fair amount of settings the PD9 is capable of.
As for more close quarters the Sanctums FR Pistols are more appropriate. usually used in pairs these pistols have an enormous firing rate and are able to hold 24 bullets each before a reload. these can be infused with various chemical darts to enforce different effects at the click of a button.

Sanctum Armour (Standard)
With an increased technological advancement, and a thourough knowledge in the art of war, the sanctum soon sought out thier weaknesses. They intended to find away to eliminate the damage of bullets and so dragonskin inspired armour was created.
dragon skin armour is a basic kevlar vest with an inner layer of overlapping scales that spread the surface area the energy from the impact spreads over. In doing this the penetrability of bullets was next to none. They soon discovered that this could be made to be flexible and cover not only the torso, but the legs,arms and neck of the soldier.
They then looked at electrical and plasma weapons that they found forces of the Nth were using to combat the recent developments... in doing so they added a layer on top of the dragon skin that is a layer of an Nth Alloy 'Litutinium' that almost breathes in the pulse of electricity or plasma and transmutes the energy into the ground through vulanised rubber soles.
MAP-D5 - 'The Adjudicator'
(MAP-D5) Mobile assault platform.

6'' Ti'alloid plates are bolted onto a 12'' Flay'dar metal base structure. The multiple layers in the atomic structure of the Ti 'Alloids means its invulnerable to AP attacks let alone normal bullet penetration. Also the extremely high melting points of these metals reduces any damage from incendary attacks.
Movement
A gentle giant, the MAP-D5 sits atop of eight tracks opposed to just 2 this increases traction across the ground and spreads the huge mass over a larger surface area and incredibly can reach speeds of up to 50 miles per hour.
Entry Points
The main entry point is at the front hull dropping down on Ti'alloid cables.
Transport statistcs
The MAP-D5 can carry up to 3000 personel and requires only 50 to be fully operated.
It has the ability to carry 50 small vehicles.
Technology
Not much is understood about Sanctum technology but this tank seems to have many components. As well as the Armaments afore-mentioned this unit has the ability to send out EMPs, Smoke, Oil, Tear gas, Nerve toxins... other capabilities arent yet known.

A sage from every sanctum planet/district is granted a place in the Sanctum council to discuss Civil/ strategic matters. They then distribute information guidelines and so on to the civillians of there planets.
Sanctum Sage (Aurelia Minor) Sages may direct districts on different planets and are usually a had of a group of priests.
Sanctum Priest individual towns or cities may have 1-5 priests dependant on size.
