Setting
After a few moments of watching and thinking, the Ocean Dragon began a lazy spiral downward, eventually landing on the sandbar with a dull 'thump' and a small cloud of sea-fog. He lowered his head in a draconic bow while projecting his thoughts.
As the dragon came down, she came back onto her feet, one hand still touching the precious wood. "I did not mind so much, though I believe Shui might be a bit taken aback," she told him, ever-smiling even in the presence of the beast. "I am Siana, an undine, another spirit of the water. It is wonderful to make your acquaintance, really, it is."
"But we have found you instead. Quite interesting, seeing as I have not found a dragon in a while. Not even in Madeva do we have them anymore."
"It is a sad thing that you cannot share, though that is something I can understand. I think we all have secrets we must keep locked away. For how long is the question, however." She said, nodding. "Tinethus? I have not heard of that place in all my travels. I would not know how wonderful it would be going by the name 'Death's Gates.'"
His entire body began to ripple, as though a stone had been dropped into a small pond. The Size of his body shrank drastically, until where once had lain a dragon stood a deeply tanned man with hair to his waist.
"A bit better, but it's been a while," he muttered to himself. "So, how about we go and search for this Siren then? You two probably have a good idea where she might be, from what you know, and I've been swimming this shoreline for almost a year now, so I've found many of the smaller hiding places."
"I did not know you had a more human form, as well. I suppose I learn something new every second," she said, fingers sliding down the wood of the gondola. She could exit the water, but could Shui? She did not think so. She did not think they would need to, either, as they were looking for sirens, but that meant she would need to suppress her own magic.
"Oh, I believe so, Shui." She said, voice easy reaching the spirit and the dragon. Her voice was easily transferred through water. "Enough splashing should peak some ears if they are not too afraid. Just listen to a voice more charming than my own. I may be able to start a spark..."
Before their eyes, it would seem Siana disappeared again. In reality, she had swam far down to the bottom as a current, another preferred form. She reformed there, crouching onto the sand as if she were on the surface.
"Let us see what we can do..." She placed her hands on the ground, and the dragon and the nek might have been able to feel a strong power emanate outwards.
After minutes of silence...there was singing.
