Sector one is the old city, the bottom where the diseased, the rejected, and the impoverished reside. Nameless subhumans mutated from the dredges of the city. Much of Sector One's inhabitants join the military in hopes of leaving their poverty behind. It's a concrete jungle, complete with it's layers of life.
