Setting
The city has mostly stone pathways and bridges, being situated around a giant lake, and the roads circle it entirely, providing several good views. Around the city, one can find a Public Market, several small business, and several manors and farms, all aimed at retaining the older feel.
There is no Pokemon Center however, and the traditional Poke Mart is also absent, however, both services that would be provided can be found at alternative places in the city. The Proving Hall provides the biggest tourist draws these days however.
A glimmer of blue was in Grace's eyes as she pointed for Bic again, but said nothing. The shield suddenly fell and the Staryu came launching out, spinning the entire time like a hurled weapon for Bic.
"He attacked me!" she said, retreating towards Adam, who held out a hand to palm her off.
Adam made a line for the door, shoving it violently open. "You," he said, pointing the gun at Bic, "Out."
"She attacked me," He states quickly, the words just spilling forth. "She tried to steal my whistle, then attacked me when i wouldn't let her. I tried Verse. I tried not to retaliate, but she set her slaves against me," He cuts short of the next part, looking away from Verse for a second before looking back at his resolute, "I would have killed her had Adam not stopped me," He grins viciously a dangerous glint in his eye, "I had them on the rope, the little psychic was getting weaker, the star was nothing. But I didn't She started everything, then she lied! Told him I attacked her," He roars, slamming his claws through the lamp post nearby, it leans but doesn't fall three long tears through it's base.
"Why can't they understand!? Why are we not equals!? What makes them think they are better than us!?" Rage and sadness built up over the course of their journey spill out of him, and finally he stops, goes silent and just looks at Verse waiting for his response.
"Let's do it, let's go to space!" They were on there way, as he goes to walk off his stomach growls and he looks over at Verse and the meat he has. "You gonna eat that," He asks, motioning with his muzzle at the steak.
Blake was stumbling backwards from the arrival of the Gallade in front of him, reaching at his belt and fumbling around.
