This is an X-Men Fan Fiction. It is not my original Idea. It belongs to the legendary Stan Lee of Marvel Comics. And Jack Kirby http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X-Men
The original X-Men are all dead. But the world of Mutants are in need of a group of heroes again. We are mutants of all different looks and abilities, We have been called forth from the school. The 8 strongest kids in the school. To become the new Heroes. Fighting against bad mutants, Human soldiers that capture our kind, and corrupt politicians. We are the worlds best hope. And will fight to save our race as well as normal humans. From any evil that befalls them. We are X-Men!!. The world has fallen under attack by a new menace by the name of Nexus. And now even the normal Humans have to admit they need our help against Nexus and his army.

-A sunny dad at the school. The school yard is filled with students of all ages laughing and playing-
Angelus: -Dribbles the basket ball. Running toward the net. he picks up the ball taking two steps jumping into the air. Flapping his massive wings to fly and slam dunks the ball- "And another point for me" -He says and chuckles-
Mika: -The little girl he is playing against giggles- "No fair your way taller and you used your wings"
Angelus: "We dident say no powers little sister" -He says before flying over to hug her-

Violet sat down on the bench next to the schoolyard. She smiles a bit at Mika and Angelus and then she started to practice drawing while closing her eyes. Violet opened her eyes when she finished her drawing. It was a horrible drawing and she crushed up the paper and threw it away at the trash can next to her. Violet started to draw again, this time with her eyes opened.

Tyler sat on a bench on the opposite side of the court. He closed his eyes and focused on the ball making it float up in the air and making it fall in the net. "sweet" he said to himself "my telekinises has gotten ten times better." He said

Jordyn sat under a tree with a sketchpad in her hands. She was drawing another chapter of her comic. It was a superhero comic called Metal Artist. She was concentrating on the ink in her pen, it had traces of iron in it. The pen broke open and the ink formed a comic scene in the air. It changed into a tree. She concentrated and the ink turned into another violent comic scene. She dropped it on the paper and it made the picture on the paper. She smirked and pulled out a package of colored pencils. She began coloring in the comic scene.

Rowan watched the others playing or amusing themselves and wondered if she would ever be able to become like them. She had learned much in the last couple of years she had been at the school but still had a long way to go. She sat by herself under a tree and simply watched and listened, with her keener senses she could easily hear the conversations going on around her. She used this to try and remember how she used to be when interacting with others had come so naturally. She also watched the game going on between Mika and Angelus wanting to join them but was unsure on how to ask or what was an appropriate way to join the game so she contented herself with watching it.

Another fight began to escalate among two of the younger students just outside the basketball courts. One of the boys had just been pushed to the ground and rushed back to his feet, allowing spikes to protrude from his entire body on the way up. The other boy was larger than the first and his fists already were covered in the thick metallic shell. Anyone looking on would have easily bet money on the larger boy to mop the floor with the porcupine; but this was a mutant fight, and the outcome of such a fight was never sure-sided. Fights involving the use of powers were also against the school's policy...
A single glowing playing card shot between the two youths and stuck into the cement. The card shown for only an instant longer before exploding, causing the two aggressors to take a step back from each other. Jesse drew another card, the Ace of Spades, and drew back his arm ready to charge another throw. "I think you boys are about done here, Right?" The larger boy looked as if he might charge either of the others at any moment. "Right?" Jesse said this with a bit more force than he intended, but it had the intended result. Both boys glared at each other for another second and then stormed off in opposite directions. Jesse slid the card back in his deck and walked back to his seat where he had been watching the others on the grounds.

Angelus: -Watched the ball sink itself and looked at the boy with a happy look on his face that showed he did it- "Nice Shot" -He says with a Warm smile before hearing two guys fighting. He turns to stop it. But sees it's already being taken care of. He looks at the boy that stopped it and nodded to show respect- "Mika lets continue the game" -he says and looks at Tyler- "Wanna play with us?"

"you two wouldn't stand a chance against me" Tyler said nicely "but if you really wanna play then sure you two vs me" Tyler said levitating the ball to his hand then tossing it to Angelus "you can even start with the ball" Tyler said

Angelus: -Smiles- "Game on. Just be careful of the little one" -He says before dribbling the ball. He passes it to his Sister-
Mika: -Starts dribbling the ball, Her eyes glowing white as she looks at the net. Her heart beats becomes very rapid, then her eyes glow red and her heart slows to a rate normally reserved for a dieing human. To her the world is slowing down around her, She locks eyes on the net and it starts pulsing like her heart. With every pulse the net moves closer.Until finally the net is right in front of her in her mind. to her it feels like she just drops the ball in the net. but in reality she shoots the ball int the net from the complete oposet side of the court. Her heart speeds up back to normal as she smiles and cheers because she mad the shot- "Did i do good?"

Jesse sighed as he walked the path that led around the basketball courts. That had been the third fight in the past hour he had broken up. He didn't know why, but that was more than usual. He remembered when it would be rare to get more than one in a week. Seemed like everyone was growing more and more anxious subconsciously. He felt it too, like something was gonna happen soon...

Not a good combination to play against he laughed to himself. A woman sat on a bench he was approaching. She was watching the game intently. She looked familiar and a bit older than himself. He had a few classes with her a while back he remembered. She was always kind of shy, more reserved and apart from the main group of socialites. Her name was....Rowan? He approached her bench and indicated to the empty seat next to her, "Mind if I join you?"

Violet walked towards the court and asked, "May I play with you? A telekinetic against a telekinetic seems a bit more fair." Her voice was soft since she had hardly used it. She smiled a little and started to play with her fingers nervously.

Jordyn watched the game of basketball for a minute. She rolled her eyes. She looked down at the cartoon picture of herself. A redheaded heroine hovered a few feet above ground. Jordyn could only hover because of the steel plates in the soles of her shoes... Plus, when she wasn't fighting crime, she preferred to walk anyways. She spotted Tyler a.k.a Quicksilver. She had always wanted to talk to him, but she was shy. Instead, she moved under the closest tree to the basketball court. She turned to a fresh sheet of paper in her sketchpad. She sketched the entire scene fairly quickly.

Angelus: "No no it wasn't your Fault at all. He is telling the truth. Mutants with the speed power get bored easy. please don't be upset. come play with us. We would love your company" -He says and offers her the hand of friendship- "Im Michel Bain, but they Call me Angelus here. Feel Free to call me Angelus, Angel, or Mich"

Violet smiled when she learned it wasn't her fault. "H-hi Mich... I'm Violet. Some people call me Vi, Vio, or Violentious. Its hard to pronounce so people call me Vio..." She blushed since that was one of the longest sentences she had spoken since she had been there. Violet played with her fingers again and then she smiled again as she looked down.

Rowan glanced up in surprise when Jesse addressed her. she had heard him approaching of course just as she heard everything whether she wanted to or not but had assumed he would walk past. Many of the students avoided her unnerved by her more animalistic tendencies and her slightly too formal speech when she spoke. Others found her embarrassing as she would often make a social gaffe because she was still re learning how to socialise around other humans. But the seat beside her was free and so she nodded permission for him to take.

Jesse barely heard her say it, with all the noise around the grounds and everything. But he was just grateful she hadn't told him to get lost. He took the seat beside her and looked back over at the court. The telepath kid was walking away and a new girl had walked on the court, looking a bit confused and a little panicked it seemed. All around, there were mutants playing or relaxing or just talking amongst each other around the grounds of the school. It was peaceful, and the complete opposite from the rest of the world. Mutants killing, being killed, riots, gang wars, and the latest rumors of armies gathering not too far away under some radical new leader. And this was all just in the surrounding cities and states.
He felt odd starting a conversation off with the question, but he kind of felt he had to ask someone. Rowan seemed more mature and possibly alot smarter than most students around these days. "Is it just me, or does this seem to good to be true? Playing, relaxing, just sitting around? Maybe it's just me, but it feels like something is going to happen soon..." He smiled and laughed at how he sounded. "Sorry, a little too serious, huh?"

Theirs a Difference between well linked together. and God Modding. theirs always a way to Dodge or Stop an attack if you look for it. And it only has to break a bone if the floor and roof get him. other wise he will be basically unscathed if he takes a hit

I dident Say he cannot Dodge both beams. T1 Rules State that he is allot to Block or Dodge both attacks. I dident Say it has to hit him. unless he lets the roof hit then no he cant realistically Dodge the floor. but if he wants to he could completely Dodge the attack. and then if he uses a Ranged attack like a Gun. Angelus cannot Realistically Dodge it. it would be an instant hit on Akira. But no. it's two different attacks. but like I said your alloud to Dodge 2 attacks maximum per turn in T1 so he can dodge both and get a free hit i cannot dodge

OK, I have a question pertaining to Angelus's "attack". It says you shot both 'beams' at the same time so in terms of the T1 system, its really just one attack with a ton of branch attacks. So the first dodge would be for that one attack. So in essence, If he dodges the first, he gets out of it all. I mean c'mon, you shot two beams straight at him that didn't split until a foot away from hitting him. Ragnarok wouldn't just walk in the room and plant his hands on his hips waiting for it, he'd probably walk in and start to attack immediately meaning he'd be coming towards you. That being said, all the devastation your attacks would cause would also damage Angelus and Vi as well if you were close enough to hit him point blank. If it was easily strong enough to shoot straight through Vi's barrier, then it would definitely have negative consequences on you two as well. And if it was far enough away that nothing would happen to you two, then he would have time to avoid two beams fired straight at him. Seriously, how far did I have Jesse walk to get a bandage?! I'm not trying to be a prick or anything, but you said realistically he'd be pretty muffed up. I thought the purpose of this system was to find gaps in enemy attacks to make battles more fair, not create situations where you're screwed either way. I'm no expert myself, but that to me is pretty much a godmodded version of it right?
