Description || A lively and energetic girl from the haunted block, Ritsuka often mans the front desk whenever Cel is away. Has a fondness for rumors and gossip. One of the oldest residents of the dormitory.

She attends St. Gabriel's Academy though her lenient schedule allows her to stay around the dormitory much more often than Cel, leading for her to take over the job whenever the latter's away.

She runs a small coffee and refreshment shop on the second floor and is the go-to person whenever someone wants to use the kitchen.

She's a distant relative of the Katsuragi Family, the family who owns Blue Lotus Residences, allowing her certain privileges around the place.

Face Claim || Archer of Shinjuku from Fate/Grand Order

Description || A man shrouded in mystery, the Proprietor of Blue Lotus is a rarely seen face around the dormitory. What is known about him is mostly based from accounts from the staff and older residents.

He gives off an aura of a very strict man yet, judging from the kind of residents he lets inside the dorm, others would claim otherwise. He owns several buildings and establishments around Castle City. He often drives around in a chaffeur-driven Mercedes Benz yet isn't known to be snobby.

He has various quirks as testified by some of the residents. One is that he has an obsession with having the tallest building in the streets. Another is that he supposedly has a fine eye for detail when it comes to model kits and often judges competitions both local and national.

Rumor has it that he was descended from a powerful daimyo and supposedly has ties with the yakuza. Some say that he keeps weapons around though much of this is left to speculation.

Description || A very relaxed man often lounging around in casual clothes and a cigarette. His rather relaxed nature leads many residents to think he is unreliable in his charge compared to either Cel or Ritsuka.

According to some of the residents, the only time they ever see him around is when he's blackout drunk in the unit given to him. Otherwise, he is often outside whenever he is sober. No one has ever actually seen him don a security guard's uniform so even his status as one is quite questionable. Surprisingly, no one actually dares to mess with him for some reason.

Description || An all-too excitable and spunky girl, Akame seems to never run out of things to do- it's incredibly rare to see her slacking off. She has a tendency to get off-track when speaking to someone, and can be a bit of a shopaholic. She frequently drags friends around to accompany her on trips to the mall, usually with the excuse that she needs to buy things for her project.

Not everything she buys is for herself, though. When she has the time, she likes to give her friends and acquaintances gifts she bought for them, especially if they were dragged along on one of her trips.

She currently seems to get along with Kanade due to meeting up at a club at one point.

Description || The eldest son of the Katsuragi family and the man poised to take over Ryota's expanding empire. When it comes to running the dorm, he tends to be stricter than Ryota on some things but a lot more lenient on others, making him a bit of a mixed bag among the people in the dorm.

He does carry a rather friendly air in his casual time and can easily be approached with whenever he's not busy. He's also been observed to be more favorable towards females than males.

He won in the War Gunners World Tournament once.

Kurogane Technical possesses a College Student Council. This body is the highest student government within the insititute and is primarily responsible for formulating and implementing policies, rules and regulations pertaining to the welfare and interests of the student body.

Much of the decision-making powers are still left to the Board though the council does hold some degree of say in the matter.

Description || A rather charismatic individual, it is pretty easy to see how Taichi managed to land the position. Friendly and outgoing yet mysterious at the same time, he tends to be quite popular among the ladies which form over 60% of the student body.

He is rather reliable when it comes to talking things with the administration and the board given that he can be rather persuasive. More than once, he was able to pull the council out of some disadvantageous spots leading to some people thinking he is even more capable than the President in some aspects.

Face Claim || Yuigahama Yui from Oregairu/Oregairu Zoku

Description || The former Kurogane High Student Council President and a student enrolled in the Creative Writing course, Seki managed to land the position due to her background and the fact that she is quite friendly and approachable, which also makes her popular among the students.

Along with the executive position given to her, she is also a feature writer and sports writer for their college publication. Her work generally involves PR work in and outside the school as well. She's also the council's main negotiator, along with Taichi. She's good friends with fellow student council member and writer Makoto Itsuna.

Description || From his initial looks, one wouldn't really expect Makoto to be part of the council itself and at a key position at that. While he is quite lacking in popularity and charisma that the likes of Seki and Taichi has, Makoto was able to gain the administration's consideration in the position due to his academic performance and contributions to the college paper.

Upon the publication of one of his stories in Kingfisher's Thirteen Nightmares, he was able to use it to propel himself and land the position as the Chief Historian in charge of recording and documenting the school activities.

Description || Mikoto is the mousey girl who is a classmate of Hotaru Emirsdottir's. She's very quiet and doesn't like to speak up too often during class. She's not that smart and has failed a lot of her assignments yet surprisingly does well during tests. She only just arrived to Kurogane last month.

She doesn't know where she wants to go once school is done but she is thinking about it. For now, she sticks around Hotaru as she seems to be the most well together and thinks of her as a senpai of sorts. She tries to do things with Hotaru after school like go see movies and what not but due to her schedule, that comes and goes. When they do hang out, Mikoto makes it as fun as she can.

Description || Eri used to be a psychologist but realized that she liked helping out children so much that she decided to get a job working with college students. She's the one who introduced online classes to students as an opportunity to help students with one on one teaching. She's never married but she does own a dog named Minato and takes care of him very well.

Her most recent student is Menou Koizumi and she's particularly fascinated by her as she's never quite encountered a shut in. That said, Eri does wish to bring Menou out of her room someday to show her that the real world isn't quite so bad. For now, she'll focus on teaching her.

The Alligator Lounge's very own live band. A fan-favorite among the many regulars and customers of the bar, their live music offers- especially on the Lounge's special Musicara night- remains one of the best within Castle City. Though...the band can be rather strange...

Description || Described by his bandmates as a stray dog lost in Castle City- likely a call out to his being the only foreigner in their band-, Arthur is a rather laidback and frivolous young man. He's mostly caught in the mornings prowling the city to admire the sights, and hangs around the streets at night to enjoy the nightlife. This landed him the idea to start a live band for his favorite bar, the Alligator Lounge.

He seems to look out for his bandmates and treats them as his friends rather than just coworkers. Arthur's also a bit of a showman himself, knowing what's best to rile up a crowd.

Description || A tough guy who wears his heart on his sleeve- that is, when he's even wearing sleeves. Ruido, commonly known as "Daru" in Stray, is an extremely flirtatious and excitable man. Commonly caught working out in the mornings and practicing drumming (and the numerous other physical activities he does) in the afternoon. After gigs, he's always the first to approach the crowd and seek out someone who can put up with him for the night.

That being said, Ruido is attached to his bandmates, treating them like family. He even calls their lead guitarist his "brother in spirit".

Description || A quiet girl who doesn't talk much- and has an affinity for anything sharp. Kohaku, despite being rather young, was an early member of Stray as she was one of Arthur's first acquaintances within Castle City. Despite being seemingly cold to everyone, Kohaku appears to loosen up a little around her bandmates due to their differing personalities- and the fact that they're almost the only ones that can stand to be around her with her like of sharp things.

Description || The newest member of Stray- though she seems to have already fit in quite well. Eccentric, and described as borderline "crazy" by her bandmates, Kanade has a massive ego that can only be matched by her love for machinery and fine liquor. She affectionately nicknames her instruments- even calling them by their given nicknames around the band.

As mentioned, Kanade has a rather positive relationship with the rest of her bandmates and even with the rest of the staff and regulars at the Alligator Lounge.
