Do we just suggest any kind of npcs here? Or do they have to be vital to the plot? This one is more subplot vital than anything. Also, I like the use of the dnd alignments.

Name: Meredith Greene

Alliance: Unaligned

Alignment: Chaotic Evil

History: In "life" Meredith was an average school teacher, if a bit emotionally unhinged and mentally scarred. This all changed, however, upon the discovery of her power. This was her death and rebirth, for now she was unbound by the moral code of man. She was free to act upon her base instincts and desires. Now she lurks the streets, targeting any who strike her interests. Recently her sights have been set on little girls wandering alone, weak and helpless to her whims.

Power: Able to create vivid illusions though due to her damaged mind these illusions have hints of surrealism (i.e. Stairs to nowhere, rooms taking other forms, walls melting away, whispers creeping into the back of a victim's skull), Once she consumes the flesh of another being with powers her body reverses in aging, reverting to the form of a twenty year old raven haired woman.

Equipment/Weapons/Items/ect: A large butchers knife, stained a dark crimson.

Other: Due to her powers the world takes on different properties around her. Things are no longer grounded in reality where ever she goes, giving a good indication of if she is close.

For anyone to make a NPC with. On a side note, I couldnt hlep but notice Adrian not having a Reaction to Matthew knowing his daughters name, and he was in close proximity when he said it aloud. Just thought Id note that. Or did I just miss the reaction? Il re-read reguardless.
