Hm, this sounds interesting. I haven't done a historical RP in who knows how long. Got some roman ruins not far from where I live, as it happens.

I'm trying to think of character/characters... I was considering a slave, possibly a gaul or some other 'barbarian' culture who works doing domestic duties for Publius, as supposed to anything gladiatorial. I had a female character in mind and I think while gladiatrices did exist, most female gladiators were actually high-class women looking for thrills.
