GOBLIN
Main Trait: Elusive
Life span: 115-130 years
Average Height: 4'10"-5'8"
Average Weight: 120-170 lbs
Goblins are a pain in the backside of the civilized nations, their hordes constantly roam the land, invading, pillaging, and burning as they go. Goblins are a nimble and elusive race, who are able to slip away from danger more easily than most. In combat, goblins often use this advantage to sneak up on enemies and deal them a blow from hiding and then slip away before they can be retaliated against. Goblins, like Orcs and Ogres, have a commonly short temper. Leaders among the race often come to power through betrayal or aggression, rather than by more peaceful means, or as clerics of the goblin gods. As such members of the race are more easily provoked than individuals of most races and often take sadistic pleasure in exacting revenge once crossed. Goblins who turn away from evil often find it difficult to overcome this short fuse and have a sense of greed that makes it difficult for them to act altruistic.

ORC
Main trait: Ruthlessness
Life span: 90-115 years
Average Height: 6-7 ft
Average Weight: 180-240 lbs
Orcs have poor temperaments and are given to anger more easily than some races. Easily offended and impatient, orcs generally prefer violent solutions and rarely consider multiple ways of approaching a problem. However, in spite of this many orcs are excellent at getting results, since they are creatures of action, not thought. Traditional orcish culture is extremely warlike and when not at war the race is usually planning for it. Most orcs approach life with the belief that to survive, one must subjugate potential enemies and control as much resources as possible, which puts them naturally at odds with other races as well as themselves. Most orcs don't build cities of their own, instead relying on those left behind by others and improving their fortifications or operating out of small camps and dens, often in natural caves. Orcs can manage ironwork on their own, as well as stonework, though their tools are often inferior to those of more disciplined races.

OGRE
Main Trait: Selfish
Life span: 220-235 years
Average Height: 6'8"-7'4" ft
Average Weight: 210-240 lbs
Ogres are a species of giant. They are giant brutish humanoids that delight in brutality, rape, savagery, and torture. They revel in inflicting misery on others. They are considered bastards by the other giant races except for trolls. They stand between 6 and 7-feet tall and can weigh up to 210-240 lbs. They tend to be lazy and brutish, preferring to rely on ambush and overwhelming numbers in battle. Ogres often work as mercenaries, hoping for easy plunder. Ogres appear as giant humanoids with strong bodies, large heads, and a voracious appetite. They love to feed on humans; especially young children. They favor overwhelming odds, sneak attacks, and ambushes over a fair fight. They are intelligent enough to fire ranged weapons first to soften up their foes before closing, but ogre gangs and bands fight as unorganized individuals. A typical Ogre is an angry creature. He trusts no one, assumes that those who are nice to him are only trying to use him. He, in turn, bullies everyone around, believing that the only way to stay alive is to be the alpha male (or female, as the case may be). Even that very rare exception who is raised in a nurturing environment -- say, a monk's abbey -- is constantly at war with his bestial nature. He has a quick temper, always fighting the urge to react with his fists. Conquering the monster within requires incredible discipline. On the other hand, if he does manage to harness all that strength and anger toward a noble cause, he can make a huge impact.

Snakeborn(also called Serpent Folk
Main Trait: Deseptive
Lifespan: 115-130 years
Height: 5'0"-5'6"
Weight: 120-160 lbs
Deceptive and ruthless, the Snakeborn are probably the most sinister of the outcast races. They care little for contact with other people, even their own race, and prefer pursuing knowledge and power. Even the purest Snakeborn will endeavor to gain more power at least once in their lives. Snakeborn are snake/human hybrids caused by the misuse of dark magic. They are shorter and smaller than normal humans, with a height of 5'0"-5'6", and weighing around 120 to 170 pounds. They have scaly skin which dries and is completely shed every 3 or 4 months. This skin comes in a variety odd colors and patterns, ranging from a ruddy, brick-like red or dark brown to navy blue, or even green. Their heads resemble that of a snake, but some have heads resembling pythons, while some others are more cobra-like. All Serpent Folk have long two-pronged tongues, which gives them strange, slithery voices when speaking. They are also unique in that they are born like other reptiles, not mammals.
