General NPCs can be created by anyone and help to shape the story. General NPCs can be reoccurring maids, trainees or trainers, rebels, elite, townsfolk, and the like. General NPCs are created by the writers involved in this RP and can used by the writers without permission, unless they are going to do something to majorly alter said character. Valarie is a known rebel and perceived Leader. She is known for her ingenious street smarts, bold personality, and stubborn ways. Being extremely loyal to the Rebel cause she has been the "known" Rebel leader for the past year and a half, running from the elite government and throwing them off track. She has recently been captured by the High King and his men. There has been no news from the Rebels spies of what is becoming of her.
