Interesting premise, but the execution of it doesn't look very promising. If you don't mind me critiquing a bit, you might want to have the other roles you expect for this story defined out so that anybody joining has an idea for what they want to do.
Also, and I mean this with no offense intended, but... punctuation? The lack of periods make what you've written look like blobs of running text.
