Invitation to The Game

As soon as the girls got up to leave Julias began following them. This was likely the time they'd need his help most. He seriously doubted they'd armed themselves with anything more than a knife.

Beth followed Moira quietly, listening to the steps behind them. They belonged to a man, but she had decided that he meant them no harm...otherwise he wouldve attacked them by now. She watched silently as someone got mugged and wished she knew how to use weapons, self defense didn't always come in handy.

Haden watched as Julias got up to follow the two girls and she decided to follow. "Why not.." she mumbled to herself. She had nothing better to do anyway. She walked beside him in the dark night, her attention also fixed on the girls. Around them the usual activities were taking place. Haden may be used to the constant fights, theft and murder but that did not mean she was comfortable with it.

She tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear and looked about her. It was the same as every other night.

Beth turned to Moira and whispered "Hey there are two people following us....I don't think they mean any harm, but what should we do?" she asked. She hadn't minded being followed by the man, but now a second set of footsteps could be heard by Beth, these belonged to a female. She was worried that maybe they did mean the two woman harm, but were just waiting for the right moment.

Moira looks to Beth and sighs, "Maybe they're guardian angels." she says and keeps on down another alley.
