Because I was curious, I went ahead and added him to Izzy's first post so that I could see what his character sheet looked like (Go ahead and think of him as one of the guys Izzy socked in my intro. Conveniently, he's also in Boston too). Which brings me to a revelation.

Those abandoned characters from finished RPs? Turns out I can go to the old RP tab, edit the character into one of my posts, and the press it to bring up the character sheet. Sure, it won't let me edit it, but it's better than starting from scratch. I saved one of my old characters (Caine) like that, and now his soul is safely saved away in a Doc in the bowels of my hard drive. Though looking back on him... I kinda sucked at writing character sheets

Anyway, just my little discovery.

Wouldn't that skip through the whole "getting to know each other" part? It can work but then you have to PM pretty much anyone you think necessary to establish exactly what happened, then coordinate that with everyone else, and so on.

I'm not really posting now because I feel like my character would have just interrupted her halfway through the speech, but I didn't really get the chance to do it and now I'm left with glazed eyes and empty thoughts.

Yea, Im not sure I want to skip anything as of yet, but I'll take a vote.

All in favor of me writing a training montage and skipping to an action-y scene, say "Stfu already".

All opposed, say something equally clever.

I'd rather play out a bit of the training with everyone, because I think the reactions between the group and the abilities of the individual would be interesting. "The 5 foot Spaniard is our tank? Lolwut?" Izzy eviscerates a punching bag with a stoney fist. "... Right."

Course, that would require a small time skip to the next day (training day)
