a part of “X-Men: New Recruits”, a fictional universe by Starlight77.

After mutant powers have been exposed, there have been many different, new beings getting invited to the X-Mansion. The teenagers must learn to harness their powers and got to a normal high school. (Mostly Literate)

I guess the FC would be Baki Hanma from Baki the Grappler, minus about 80% of the muscle. The name is John Anderson. His powers are the ability to fix or build anything he wants if he knows all of the parts and where they go, so his mutant handle is Tinker.
