Obviously, I am a new face at this wonderful community of yours. I am mrmiffmiff, a gamemaster and occasionally a player. I currently have a great campaign in mind that I would like to open up. I'm not sure how many people here play D&D 3.5, but it can be adapted to be freeform as well, so there's that. Any information on what I should do would be most kind of you.

Hey, I'm a newbie as well and so far from my view this seems a good place. I've had a lot of experience with forums and I like look of this one. I like DnD but unfortunately never played a game, I've played the likes of Baldur Gate 1-2 and Planescape Torment, which is no doubt inspired by DnD rules, more Baldur Gate. I wish I could have a shot of a game though on the board, but not enough people in my area into it. For my preferred class, Paladin or Cleric. But I like mixing it up sometimes depending the classes in games.

Welcome to Gateway, mrmiffmiff. We're glad to have you as part of the community.

I've come across a lot of members with quite a bit of D&D experience. Although I don't claim to know the differences between the different editions of the tabletop game, I'm sure that you will be able to find some players with similar interests. I suggest that you check out the Interest Checks and perhaps post with the general style of game that you're looking for. It's a great way to see who else is looking for the same thing.

If you need anything, don't hesistate to contact a member of the Mentor team. We're happy to help in any way that we can. If you need, you can always find us hanging around the Role Play Academy.
