She pondered, "Uh, is it okay if I could stick with you for a while? My family's been murdered, you see." She was hoping he'd take her to a place where the humans feasted, so she could feast herself. "I promise, I'll not be a bother." She let off her scent, a smell of rose-velvet. She grinned at the man, and looked back to Lethalis, and grinned. She wouldn't leave unless she had food, and a place to stay.

Stopping he closed his eyes, a scent reached him, sweet and fresh. Resuming his patrol he changed course heading for the scent. Something smelt delicious though he had no idea what it was or where he was going. Something drove him onwords, without will.

She smelled the same scent. She mentioned she'd be back, and she ran towards it.

Finally, after running for a good distance, she bumped into a man that was running in the opposite direction, sending her flying backwards. She got up, and hissed at him. Baring her teeth, he smelled of...nothing? Odd. She slowly crept towards him. "..May I ask who you are?" Her teeth, still bare, and the amounts of saliva could drive anyone insane.

Salvin looked at her, snarling. This was unexpected, how could he miss this one?

"I'm Salvin, Leader of Zaria Kade Pack," he barked at her, fur still on end. "I'm.......I'm sorry for running into you like that. May I ask who you are miss?" Though he must look like a mangy mut he stall had to remember his manners.

Werewolf. She snarled, "No, I'm sorry myself. I should have watched to where I was running." She had..smelled the same scent? This was a werewolf! A normal vampire would have already attacked the beast, but she didn't bother. Maybe...instead of the other man, this one would lead her to safety. "If I can, may I follow you?"

Sin watched as Van made her way towards her destination and just glanced from the distance. His eyesight was much better than that of the human because his race. He glanced at Lethalis and said "If you have no more rooms then I'll take shelter outside, I'm sure my wings can protect me from the nights rain and wind."

"Join me?" He snorted, shaking his large, black pelt. "I am on no such quest that can provide anything but darkness and battle. If you wish for an escort somewhere or a bounty to be fulfilled I can aid you with that. I am in no such hurry to get where I am going for death awaits me surely. You wouldn't understand."

"Why would a girl like you need a werewolves help anyways?" He lifted his head, standing on his hind legs he looked down on her.

"But you see, I am all of darkness and battle," she began. "I need help because my...league has been murdered. I am on my own, and human or werewolf, I need a place to straighten myself." Could the werewolf she was a maniatical vampire already? Surely enough, she almost attacked the poor dog.

Lethalis nodded slowly, agreeing to allow the stranger to live with the little fairy girl..
He did'nt really know what to make of thier verbal tennis, he did'nt care about the spoiled beauty, only that his people were drivin from thier homes. As a demon, this was'nt an issue, but considering he was a powerfull psycic, thier collective mental(and vocal) whining was ready to drive him out of his mind.
He looked up and grunted, seeing that the weather was turning bad..always a precursor to an attack, or an attempted one. He quickly signaled for the guards to ready themselves, they all knew there was only one way up the plateu-a 20 ft wide 300 ft long canyon that they survivors had filled with traps, both magical & mundane. The enterane was also guarded by several animated statues & a few living guards. He turned to Sin and explained the incoming attack before shifting back to his demonic form & flying to the sanctuary side of the valley.

"Ah, I see. My story is related. Long ago I was the great leader of my pack, a proud and powerful force. This was up until the darkness overshadowed us, driving me to a decision. We fought but lost, I paid with the lives of my pack mates. I sent them to death," anger ceased his mind as he continued. "Now I'm stuck, nothing but a dapple on a leaf."

He growled," I am not sure where I am heading but I know it is somewhere with nothing for me. Better than the suffering I am sure." Turning away he sighed, "I know what you are, no need to hide. Our kind have never come together unless in claws and teeth, this is why I am wary........." He looked back at her, with a look of helplessness in his eyes.

She felt sorrow for the poor wolf. She spoke, "Then, I will company you throughout your journey. ...If you'd like me to, that is." Secretly, she admired the werewolf, gazing at his kind. She'd come to face many of wolves, and killed them with ease, but something stopped her from biting him to pieces. She thought of her family being murdered. She needed someone, anyone to be in the presence of. Even if it was forbidden..

Sin took one last glance at Van then followed Lethalis to were he was going, after he finally got there it seemed like Lethalis was a demon and a pretty good one at keeping it hidden. "Setanial!..." he spoke his voice sounded angry while he waited for them to appear.

Bowing low he smiled, "It would be nice to have a companion on such a quest." He dropped onto all fours, looking at his new friend. "If there is any place you would like to go before we start on out pathless journey, I wil be happy to acquaint you there."

Scenting the air he stopped, rigid. He managed to snarl, "The darkness has come to meet us, a barrier. The Setanial is here."

Lethalis smirked at Sin's apparent suprise at his true nature, but quickly focused on the task at hand "Indeed..thankfully they are'nt to smart..and while there seem to be unlimited amounts, most are human level in power.The senior ones though, are equal to the likes of yourself or I..physically at least, they have'nt shown much magic ability, though im sure some have it..how else would they've gotten here?" Lethalis gestured out to the seething horde of ravening humanoid demons, with a few more monsterous ones working as apparent captian.

She didn't have a place to go. Every one of her family members. Dead. Gone. Forever. "No," she spoke, "I have no place to go." The scent of blood filled her. She was thirsty. She NEEDED to eat! Control it, she thought.

She knew about the Setanial. Crouching down, she hissed once more. Her eyes compelled to the darkness. The barrier...hissed once more.

"They will die!" he was now anger that the Setanial had decided to attack the last safe haven. "Do you wish to takes these or shall I?" Sin asked in a deep voice. He stared at the darkness and saw the demonic hordes rush forward, but he blocked out the image of them in his mind all he could see was red, the blood which was spilled would be theirs. His wings seemed to glow and a small ball of light appeared in his palm, he was ready for them and they would pay.

Moving away he spoke, "We need to go. Something calls." He ran the opposite way, through the darkness into light to stare at one of the most bone chiling scenes that could ever be displaied.

She ran after him. Her speed was...incredible. She was as fast as a speeding bullet. She challenged anyone to see if they could outrun her. She kept her pace with the wolf. Growling as she did so. Her thirst became somewhat painful.

Lethalis snarled under his breath as the horde drew near.His hands burned with a molten purple energy, he mental growled the incantation, and thrust his claws out, sending arcs of purple energy into the front ranks. Whereever a bolt struck, it divided itself by two, the bolts themselve's carving 8 inch holes into them.
He watched as dozens of the setinial fell with gaping,bloody holes in them, grinned, he waved for Sin to show his stuff, knowing that that chained death spell was one of his weaker spells..no use wasting all his energy on fodder troops.

Sin just glanced before holding his arm out straight and pointing the ball of light towards the oncoming hordes. Without a word it shot from his hand and as it travelled it seemed to gather more energy which only made it bigger. The ball hit on of the Setanial and exploded on contact which the burst into small projectile of light. The after effect pierced other Setanial and caused them to stall their advance, this would not be enough to stop them but his next attack would cause some server damage.
