Erm, at risk of sounding rude and probably disrespectful (though I have no intention of sounding such): Why does everyone have to resubmit? Usually that request follows some kind of explanation because plenty of people spend hours perfecting a character. For instance, you accepted my angel, who I haven't completed yet, but have not accepted my demon- who I spent two days on. Did you just not get our applications? If something is wrong with said character, I haven't received any notification about it, so I can't possibly know what to fix, if that's what you're suggesting...
