Eden Mae Kelly was a successful photographer & journalist for Vogue magazine. She lived the good life, making good money, staying out late every night with friends, and coming home to a nice loft in the city. She even had the magazine's sweetheart, Jake D'Laine, as her fiance, much to the dismay of other girls. Everything seemed to be going fine. It's funny how things change, though, isn't it?

On February the 19th, Eden was killed in a fatal car crash. Some idiot rammed into the side of her taxi cab, and it ended in a head injury severe enough to cause death. Jake was devastated, but wouldn't you be too if you found out that the love of your life was gone? Forever?

Or... would it be forever?

Standing before the gates of heaven and hell, Eden made a bargain, a plea with God. To have one more chance at life. He granted her what she wanted, but she had to remain in between worlds and prove herself worthy of being given a new life, before she got one. She agreed. The catch was, though, that the only way she could communicate with people on earth was through things like dreams and the occasional thought or feeling. They wouldn't be able to see her, touch her, or physically hear her.

A couple of weeks passed, and then, something shifted. Catherine Wakefield was hired in Eden's place at the magazine. She would now be partners with Jake, as Eden once was. But there was one thing Eden knew that Jake didn't: Catherine was the wanted serial killer Helena Whiteman, only with a completely different identity. Dyed hair, tanned skin, new clothes, a new name. When her and Jake start growing closer, Eden worries to the point that she begins visiting Jake in his dreams, warning him. He doesn't seem to take heed in the beginning, and eventually him and Catherine begin to date. Eden continues warning him in every way she can, that this woman who has entered his life has ulterior motives. Will she be able to protect Jake?

Physical Description Slender and on the taller side of the spectrum, Eden practically towers over her petite friends at a height of nearly five feet and ten inches. Her legs are long, torso curved and the reason she's so lithe is to maintain her appearance for the magazine. Her hair is unnaturally reddish and cut in a shorter style than it was when she was a teenager, her original coloring being closer to blonde than anything. She has dark indigo irises that fool people into assuming their dark brown, and long lashes that are typically coated with mascara. Her smile is bright and sardonic, cheekbones high and the slight indentation of dimples visible. Overall, Eden is a lovely woman, who (might I add) has a keen sense of style, too.

Physical Description Jake is a height of five feet nine inches, slowly creeping up to six feet. The height isn't an advantage, but he doesn't seem to mind it. Jake does a routine run in the mornings around 5 am, a few hours earlier than he needs to be at work so he can shower up. He strongly believes in keeping fit and eating healthy, therefore he maintains a good figure to hold himself upon. Jake's growing beard was from the previous days of depression after the death of Eden, but he's slowly climbing his way from the depressing abyss. His head is covered in dark black hair, trimmed so that it never touches his hair. It's a weekly routine he had began after Eden's death: wake up, eat, run, shower, weigh in, begin day, hair cut before or after work- that way he always looks his best and not messy. Jake has lovely brown eyes and a pointed nose with thin pink lips. Those pink lips formed frequent smiles, which went into decline but are also now slowly reappearing.

Physical Description The given picture was taken over a year ago, approx. 1 month before being diagnosed with cancer. Since this time Daniel has gone through Chemotherapy, losing all of his hair and losing the glow in his skin. It has been a week since his final treatment, though the effects are still there. At this point he's now getting back out into the world, finding a part time job (more like an internship) at the local Zoo as a large cat specialist. With limited physical capabilities, he is mostly limited to paper work and small jobs here and there. All of his muscle from his bout with college athletics has been whipped from his body, though he's looking to change this in the near future. His hazel eyes have lost a little bit of their former glow, though his personality hasn't a single bit. Though he doesn't have his muscle, he still has his height. Being 6'3" is his most dominate trait at this point.

Fears Losing touch with reality - Daniel has had his fair share of experimentation with drugs, though he has cut just about everything out aside from the medicinal marijuana which has almost become part of his every day life. The whole idea of losing his mind freaks him out, knowing at least one person who had a bout with this problem.

Losing his closest friends - Though he doesn't exactly address it, losing a friend is something that he can't really deal with easily. With Jake being his best friend, Eden was a big part of his life as well. He tries to keep his mind shut off from thinking about her by occupying his mind with other things, or clouding it with weed. This may also entail a fear of being alone for extended periods of time, this quite possibly being a reason why he plays video games.

Other Though everything possible has nipped at Daniel, he has been able to take them in stride and go on with his life. He has lived a little more than most 26 year olds have before, or at least seen more of both sides of life. Daniels father died when he was a freshman in high school from a freak heart attack. and his mother a year after he graduated from an intense fight with West Nile, the hospital which she was sent to not able to combat the fever adequately enough before it was too late. Some people look at him differently after they get to know him and learn about his life, and some of the things he has been through. One of the doctors which worked with him during Chemotherapy joked with him, telling him he would have just given up by now. Daniel would always smile and say, "It's been one hell of a ride but I'm not ready to get off just yet."

Just to get into the nickname, when first going to college, Daniel was roommates with Jake in their dorm. After their first three weeks of school Daniel got into a pretty good fight with a couple of frat boys. Daniel was torn up pretty bad but he did a number on the other two. Jake picked him up from the party he had gone to that night, joking about the two black eyes he had gotten, calling him Panda Man for about two weeks before they went away, the name Panda sticking with him. People hearing this nick name would immediately question his sexuality but Daniel is about as heterosexual as it gets.

Hearty brown, straight hair that she curls on special occasions reach her mid-back, and the neutral, dark shade frame her pale features, complimenting her light blue eyes. Long lashes and a straight nose that she often worries about, in her eyes, it's too big. Her lips are modestly full, yet not curved in that feminine sultry way.

She considers her parents who had raised her. Delilah has no idea what happened to her real parents, and neither to her foster parents, they were not given that information. Another issue that Delilah is going through, she has been informed that she cannot carry children. Although she isn't planning to have them any time soon, just the fact that when she does want to, it will be difficult to go through.

Persona Cathie is a bright and cheerful woman with a positive outlook on life. Though haunted by the memory of her ex-boyfriend, she stills manages to live a happy, fulfilling life. Once you get past the bubbly personality, you’ll see a girl worth getting to know. She always has views on every matter but doesn’t always voice them because she is afraid to make people mad. She loves animals and has two cats at home, both from the rescue center. Compassionate, loving, and all around amazing… What more could you want in a woman?

History Catherine Wakefield was born into the parents of Anna and Joseph Wakefield, two small town store owners. She lived in the small town of Dadie, somewhere in South Carolina. Her father took her to work with him every Sunday and she learned how to run a business. Graduating Dadie High School with a 4.0, Cathy eventually realized she loved fashion and dreams of working for Vogue steadily grew. Her parents fully supported her and instead of sending her to college, gave her money to go find an apartment until she could afford it on her own. She met Anthony Lenna, her next door neighbor, and fell in love almost immediately. Everything was perfect in their relationship before he started to verbally abuse her. It escalated to him beating her one night, leaving her bloody and dying on the streets. A man saw it all happen and called the police. Anthony was locked up and Cathy began a new life for herself. After the death of one of the photographers/journalists, Catherine finally received her dream job and a new start.

Persona Helena Whiteman is vicious and temperamental. The police don’t know exactly what’s wrong with her, but she’s believed to have some sort of mental disease because, really, who could commit so many murders and still be sane? She is a walking time bomb and considered very unstable. The Black Widow has the emotional range of a teaspoon, leaving her cold, calculating, and a deadly opponent. Her ability to fill the roles of these women leave police stunned, wondering how she is such a good liar that her love interests don’t notice that anything’s wrong until it’s too late.

History Not much is know about Helena Whiteman. The few details that can be found in her files is that she was left on the steps of Saint Anna’s Orphanage as a baby. She grew up as a relatively normal child with a not-so-normal mean streak. It started out as innocent fights with the other children and escalated into her ‘accidentally’ pushing a younger child girl out a second story window when she was but five years old. She was never accused for the assault, seeing as the girl made a full recovery. No harm, no foul, right?

What the Nuns of Saint Anna’s didn’t know is that they were housing a future mass murderer. By the age of twenty-one, the ‘Black Widow’ was a household name, having been tied to the death of over thirty men. She was almost caught when she was twenty-four after the murder of John Thomas, a CEO of a famous firm. She went into hiding and was never seen again… Well, the cops never saw her again. Helena has been hiding out somewhere in Africa for that past four years and is ready to continue where she left off.
