The prince would probably not be with Raine, since she's still trying to look for him at this time. But he can be on his way to the hideout, or even at the hideout, or anywhere in between. It's wherever you want as long as everyone meets up eventually.

Oh, I apologize for that. The hideout is a cave carved out of the side of a mountain, shielded by some vines. It's pretty big and deep and dark.
