Meltdown

7 years ago, A Nuclear plant exploded, causing mutations to the people around it. The town was closed off and labeled as a nuclear zone. No one is allowed to go in or out. But what if a group of people actually did get out?

Okay, i'll give the leader a go, but every leader is allowed to make some mistakes in decisons as nobody is perfect XD
I hope it will be okay, im not expirenced on this site but I am on others, so fingers crossed all will go well. I'm a wannabe novelist too, so ideas for plans will pop into mind.
