Mrs. Genevieve Watters

What We Know:
Little is known about this character, but if you ask around town...

She's never at the house. The house is empty, but well kept. No one knows when she visits, if she visits.
She's never gone to the open houses, or met any tenant face-to-face.
Everyone assumes she's old, since she owns the house that's ancient.
Kids think she's a witch and have quite the exaggerated descriptions of her from 'Halloween Nights'

Ms. Burns

Permission to Play this Character? Absolutely. Use her to your heart's content.
What We Know:

is who showed up in place of Mrs. Watters to rent out the rooms for Wicker House.
refuses to go in the basement. No exceptions.
has a consistent joke about who lives in the basements, "Residents of the past."
seems generally patient.

If asked:

insists she visits frequently but will hardly be in the way or hover.
doesn't talk about her family or history. "As old a memory as I am."
will not cook for clean for anyone. Her duties are to upkeep the house itself, not to upkeep the tenants.

Subtly is it's friend.
Only appears when the shower is running water.

Hugo Jameson

Creator: Possibility
Permission to Play this Character? Yes, as he would in general be the one manning/operating the cafe before noon, and even after Haven gets into work he would be the one taking orders for Haven to make.
What We Know:

Hugo owns "Cafe Hugo" which is right near the University, and where Haven works.
He is, in general, a very kind man and polite.
The cafe is small, but gets lots of student business, and he's very professional about the upkeep of the place.
Hugo adores Haven, or at least thinks of her as a daughter. He is one of the few people in town who know her whole story.
