Estreia is a large land, with around 6 known cities and countless other forms of gathered civilisation. Although, for as far as the land stretches, so do the rumours of the Grimm Brothers. The two of them are as different as day and night, but they find no difficulty in getting their job done whenever necessary. They are paid by the sole government of Estreia, led by a rather malicious man known as Vincent Crow, to eradicate any and all known undesirables in an attempt to purify Estreia for the future generations, therefore allowing them to live in peace and comfort. As far as anyone really knows, Crow's desire to be rid of the fairy tales is based solely on a personal hatred for them, the true reason for which yet remains unknown. However, through propaganda and similar means, people have built up a general disliking for them, and so they have been made to retreat and hide their existence from the world.
It is not their fault that they resemble fairy tales, or that this - in many ways - makes them special and consequently hated, but it is something they must live with. And they do, with alarming success. Some were not so lucky, unfortunately, but the ones who have managed to escape their hunters have grouped together, and most of them live together whilst also blending in with normal society to the best of their standards. The city with the largest population of fairy tales is called Moreton, and this is where the Grimm Brothers have found themselves. In their attempt to settle into their new surroundings, they will come to meet a few select individuals who are secretly shielding their supposed identities from the world. When and if the Grimm Brothers discover the truth, will they be too attached to do their duties, or will their forced opinions and intentions remain?
Other pieces of information will be added to the OOC in the different sections of the forum, as and when they are considered necessary.
The roleplay, as a whole, will consist of many different story arcs (hopefully) which will contain ideas put forward by each of the participating accounts, sometimes in turns and sometimes collaboratively. Each of the arcs will progress depending on the actions of the characters involved. A basic foundation plot will be discussed once all of the initial four roles are taken or reserved.

1. The roleplay will most definitely contain adult themes, blood & gore and vulgar language. As such, if you are not prepared to deal with any of this, it is highly recommended that you don't join. If, however, you decide to join anyway, please keep the larger majority of your complaints to yourself.
2. There are only four set roles in this roleplay; the two brothers (obviously male) and their two followers (not gender-specific). I will not set a limit on the amount of characters in the roleplay, but I will be setting a limit on the amount of accounts. Too many writers makes things unnecessarily complicated. I'd like to avoid this. And so, because of that, I only want four more accounts (or less, depending on the interest received) aside from the initial four.
3. The four main roles will be regular people. This means, no 'abilities', however slight. Only skills. The other characters (unlimited), depending on their respective tales, may have some abilities, such as an enhanced form or the ability to shift, but nothing along the lines of telekinesis or any superpower for that matter. If I see anything too extreme, I'll always point it out. If not, we've nothing to worry about.
4. If someone has taken a fairy tale, it will be listed in the introduction page as well as the OOC; this is to avoid confusion. Some fairy tales will have several parts and characters. To use an example: Little Red Riding Hood, the Big Bad Wolf, and the Woodsman. Alternatively, your character can be all of the parts, and this can be portrayed in the form of a mental illness of some description, or a part of their past. In most cases, you will be able to collaborate with other writers. To avoid confusion and whatnot, if one fairy tale character is taken, no one else can take that character. There can only be one Big Bad Wolf, even if that character has been featured in many different tales.
As a side note, please reserve all characters in the OOC forum. This is so that everyone has an idea of who is interested in which roles, and which ones are taken/pending approval/open. I don't always have time to edit the introduction straight away, so this is both appreciated and necessary.
5. The roleplay takes place inside of a fictional setting, meaning that the things as they are in our world are open to interpretation here, however this roleplay is set in modern times. The things we have access to with regards to technology do not have to be exactly the same as we personally know them, so go crazy. If you want to invent something bizarre and beneficial to your character, then feel free to do so, but please post information about it in the OOC forum, if nothing else. If your invention is supposed to be common knowledge amongst characters, we'd all appreciate a heads-up. If it is something your character has invented in the RP, and there is only one like it, information can be released throughout the course of the RP as you please.
6. And, lastly, the fairy tale characters in this roleplay are meant to be able to change the Grimm Brothers' opinions for the better. As such, while they will more than likely all have twists and horror aspects to them, please do not make them murderous villains with every mental illness in the book. In turn, they don't all have to be flower-picking peace-lovers. They can't all be bad and they can't all be good; diversity is both appreciated and encouraged.
I don't really like passwords and such, and I don't think it's right to sneakily hide them throughout the rules, though it is an interesting idea. If you've read the rules, just say so in your reservation. Otherwise, I'll ask you to at least skim over them. This is really only to avoid misunderstandings.

I'm not going to provide an actual CS, because I'm trusting you guys to create something with a decent design. I don't need anything beautiful, really. I just don't like clutter; it needs to be easy to navigate, and I'd appreciate a few pictures/gifs of your chosen FC.
If you're new to the site and have no idea what you're doing with coding, I can provide a basic template to follow with easy instructions, but you'll have to ask.
Below you will find a basic set of information/headers for the CS of both the normal people (the hunters) and the fairy tales, as well as some loose guidelines within the code. You may add more information to the sheet if you see reason enough to do so, but keep in mind you may be asked to remove certain things.
Remember to delete all the bracketed information, unless it's a WIP. Otherwise, you will be asked to do so before the sheet is accepted.

Just as a quick notice:
From this point onwards, you won't be seeing a lot of me on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. I've recently started college and due to issues with travelling, I'm awake at 5:50am and I don't actually get back in my house until 6:30-7:00pm. As you can imagine, I don't have a lot of energy left to get things done. If and when I have managed to find time over the past three days, the site has been down anyways, which is the reason for the delay on finished sheets and such, really.
I'll try my hardest to get my own sheets finished within the next few days, and I would ask everyone else who has a WIP sheet or hasn't submitted one yet to do so and get it finished by the 21st of September (I'm willing to make exceptions), so that I can be sure everyone is completely ready to go before my college days. I will be sending out messages tomorrow, anyhow, so that everyone is clear on what's going on.
