"I like to paint sometimes, love to do watercolors," she thought for another second, "I like to read, I teach gymnastics on weekends to little kids at the local Y, other then that I don't have anything else."
She did do all those things, her weekends job was because of her love of climbing things, like sides of buildings.
"So...you also like following strangers into bars and stuff too," she was being vague, he could either just say in was a concidence or he could admit he followed her there. Truthfully she was just guessing, as he could probably tell by her tone. She wasn't sure about anything with the guy in front of her.

What she said struck a nerve. Not that it meant she was the thief, but it did move her towards that position. He wished he had more than just that knife on his back, just in case things went south. "You think I followed you in," he said almost in a laughing matter, "nah, I have a friend who works as a bouncer there, I went to say hi, and to have a nice drink." He finished his burger, and began to drink his coffee.

She started eating and wiped her mouth off before looking at him. She quirked an eyebrow at him wondering about his response, it didn't give away much.
She shrugged her shoulders as she went back to eating her food, the conversation now not really interesting her in the least. This guy had some nerve though, she knew he followed her from the building she robbed, he even commented on the diamond she wore.
"What is it that you want," she finally asked because truthfully she didn't want to play the cat and mouse game. She did like the chase sometimes mostly because of the thrill of not being caught. She wanted him to be honest, if he wanted the jewel, she probably just give it to him. She could always steal another one, that was the life of being a theif.

He leaned closer, and spoke in a softer tone. "I'm after what you stole," he said. He took a calculated risk, if she wasn't the theif, so be it. "I'm here to take it from you," he stated.
He loosed his right arm. He mentaly prepaired him self and prepaired his moves, in the case she struck at him. He put his foot on the base of the table, to push it in her direction. He waited to see if she would strike.
