The Year is 2012, five years back humans had finally realized that they aren't the only ones, the forensic evidence had finally proven this...and a few of the "beings" stepped out to reveal what they are, relieved at last that they did not have to hide it anymore. It was broadcasted all over the world when a woman sprouted white wings and a circle of light shone brightly overhead, more reports of these Beings started to appear. Dragon sightings, demons flipping the cameras off, Vampires turning into bats, Feys removing their glamour, elves talking in true elfish, something they did once before for a man named Tolkien, and making trees and plants do their bidding growing beautiful flowers and making sculptures as they removed their prosthetic human ears with smiles. Most hoped to be accepted by the humans....

It would not be so. Humans grew terrified of the powers they possessed! News casted murders in a new light that they once thought were cult to be vampires or demons, protests were rampant and the houses of these Beings set ablaze as riots broke out. A bill was passed, these beings were intruders, they were not human and therefore had no rights.

Kill them all!

That was the cry throughout the world as the murder of these creatures became a rallying point. Some humans disagreed with this outcry. Most accepted it.

The Beings did not go down easily though, they fought back with magic and speed fighting for their lives and the right to be "human".

Eventually a group was formed known simply as "Hunters." These people were trained in the ways to kill these creatures. Their leader caught one, a young woman with gossamer hair and six wings, each wing shimmering a different color. From interrogating her and finally dissecting her they were able to artificial reproduce the magic the Beings wield.

The hunters brought the war to a statement and in fact now seem to be winning. But they had angered the Overlord of the beings, the one where the Beings origins are. The woman they killed was his younger sister. He rallied the young and old Beings forming resistance groups across the world.

Kari let out a yawn as he tried to pay attention to his class, he had been up all night worrying...today was the exam, and not the paper kind... today was the day they checked each student to see if they were human or not. The wind blew wildly outside causing him to smile, it seemed to give him some comfort in his time of panic. His green thin ponytail fell over his shoulder as he looked at his notes and sighed, he had done it again it seemed, he had taken notes in Chinese...he just shrugged and he continued writing.

The loud speaker came on with a soft whine, "attention students will all the males head to the gym, their exam is about to begin, this is mandatory!" the voice told them. Kari sighed and got up as he packed his notebook, praying the group got his message. He saw his friends nudging each other and laughing, "Hey whatever gets out of this dumb class right?" they said before they noticed Kari, "Heh Kari do you think they will find any creatures here?" they asked him. He shrugged, and prayed they didn't.

They reached the room and formed into three lines where at the end were hunters and doctors in a seculded room. When it was his turn Kari wanted to throw up, his heart in his throat. "Kari Zephyr?" an old man with grey hair asked him. Kari walked up and entered the room, stripping out of his school uniform and to his boxers. The man smiled at him as he check his weight height, blood pressure and then took out a needl, "I need some blood. " he told him. Kari just nodded, and held out his arm. The man drew blood and placed it in a small handheld device. Kari wanted to faint, after several minutes, the hunter behind the doctor grew antsy. "Well what is the result?" he growled out loud. Kari wanted to run. "He is clean not a Being." the doctor told him rubbing one eye, almost like something was in it. Kari was relieved and almost sighed, but he held it in as he got dressed and ran out of the room and waited for his friend. He heard a girl scream as she was being dragged out of the school and looked away clenching his fists. His friends soon came back and headed home...they had no class afterwards and the class they were in had just finished.

By the ocean singing could be heard. A soft song, yet it was being carried further then one would think. It was a male voice, yet some could mistake it to being a females. It was a song he had heard from a human band once called Star One he believed...he was amazed they could come up with something that seemed to fit his mood.

"As we return to earth. Memories are haunting me
My strange rebirth, coming back to life
I remember the dark and how my friends set me free.
I sacarficed my life so they could survive.

There's something wrong with planet Earth.
We can not reach our world.
Some strange device slowly emerged.
Can you hear their cries?
There's something wrong, what can we do?
We can't communicate
All systems fail, all power too.
We can't reply.

It must be unaware of the damage it's creating.
They are reaching out to the seven seas.
It's not with man they're communicating.
We're going back in time, back in history.

We shape life, we travel space
But we don't know the words to the songs of the ocean.

We survived the 'human race'
But we do not know the words to the songs of the ocean..." he finished singing and sighed as he let the waves crash into him his eyes closed as the mist coated his turquoise hair a faint smile on his face.

Santo panted for breath as he dodged yet another bullet, being careful it did not hit the man slung across his arm. He put the injured behind a crate as he turned to his pursuers. “Damn it…” he cursed, a odd thing for one of his kind to do. He rolled to the side as his sandy blond hair whipped past his sea green eyes. He fired back hearing someone fall to the ground, “Father in Heaven protect this black sheep from these corrupted Shepards.” He muttered in a prayer. He stood back up his tan skin glistening with sweat as he saw more of the Hunters coming. He quickly went to his ally and tried to lift them up. “No… Saint leave… I won’t make it.” He muttered. Santo shook his head, “I will not let a fellow be left behind…” he whispered to the young fire spirit. “So young… to be born into this world now… if only his Guardian was not gone…” he thought to himself his eyes full of sadness. His mind flashed back to a time not too long ago, though few from that time were alive. If any… he kept on forgetting how short lived humans were. He shook his head pushing that to the back of his head.

He again tried to move his ally again, but again he resisted. “Saint. We need you to live on… Don’t let me hold you back…” he managed to whisper to him as he coughed up blood that quickly set on fire. “Please... I already know my flame is going to die out shortly…” he whispered as his fire hair burned blue… Santo knew his friend was near death, but he did not wish to believe it. “…We will reach the base soon, then I can get fire for you and give you proper healing…” he whispered softly. The fire spirit shook his head, “no… If you carry me we both will be killed.” He uttered, “At least here I can stall them for you. I can be of use.” He muttered. Santo shook his head, “I won’t leave you behind!” he roared. He heard Hunters and tried to move him, but he was pushed away. He saw his friend stand up his body blazing. “GO!” The Fire Spirit roared as fire sprang from his hand at the hunters and at Santo behind him forcing Santo to flee. Santo covered his eyes as he ran away clenching his fists.

He got the abandon church and slammed his hand on the back wall; wisps of light sprang from his finger tips and made the holy symbol as the wall parted into a vast cavern he ran into it as he followed the path laid out in front of him. The way behind him closed as he clutched his arm in pain, now starting to feel the injuries he had gotten as he arrived here. He was glad his arm wasn’t bleeding… that would have marked a trail to follow.

He soon reached a room in a cavern with light shining from crystals and vibrant flowers. His legs wobbled as he fell to the ground exhausted soon passing out. A necklace fell out of his shirt, it was a simple silver chain with a feather on it… the feather seemed to glimmer multi colors softly and soothingly.

Vertrag Ragsdale

The rain which fell from the darkening sky was making the vision of pedestrian blurred. The drizzle soon turned into a harsh heavy rain and would surely soak a person to the bone in a second. On the day where’s thunder and storm most likely would come, a young man with bright red hair and a sheathed katana on his right hand stood under the downpour, cornering an old man just beside a warehouse near the harbor.

“Listen, old man old bat shit.” The red head’s voice was loud, even among the sound of rain. “You know I don’t have time for chit-chat, so tell me where do you ‘saw’ this vampiric-dude and I’ll be gone from your sight faster before you can say ‘damn’.”

Unfortunately, the old man did the wrong thing by looking at the red head’s eyes, in that split seconds the red head knew this geezer was lying about seeing the Beings. Lesson number one, if you was planning to lie, looking at the red head eyes was a wrong move. He knew it right away.

“Hey! That’s not the agreement, Red! Where’s the money? I want to see the money first before I tell you!”

The katana guy that was called Red had scratched his head and took a deep sigh before slammed his sheathed katana to the old man head, hard. The man fell unconscious on the ground. At least Red only used his right hand to knock the man out. He couldn’t guarantee the survival of the geezer if he used his left hand. Lesson number two, pissed out Red and you would saw hell.

“Che, what a waste of time.”

Vertrag Ragsdale, code name ‘Crimson Blaze’ or for short ‘Red’, looked toward a puddle of water. He already spent the past week hunting for a vampire that somehow became popular in those area only to turn out to be a rumor some old geezer spread, the same geezer who currently sprawled on Red’s feet. Red cursed loudly and kicked the unconscious man one last time then leaving the place. He hated rain and he was cold and soaked to the bone. Plus he didn’t get any killing for a week now. His day couldn’t get any worse, couldn’t it?

Red saw a black Ducati 749R parked not far from his position, without the owner in the vicinity. With that chrome baby he could cut the time to reach the downtown a lot and by the look of it only the harbor got this nasty rain. Meaning, if he went to the downtown there’s no rain whatsoever.

“Yep, it can’t get worse.” He smirked and fished out his pocket knife. And lesson number three, Red always got what he wanted.

Merdardus Aemillus Latimer looked at the picture through her black sunglasses, holding the photo in her biker gloved hand. She swirled her lollipop in her mouth, the tanginess of the sweet gliding down her throat. The picture staring back at her was of a little girl, perhaps about ten years old with blond curly hair and big green eyes, she seemed to be wearing a cute little green dress with a big old bow in the front, a smile on the cute little tykes face as she showed off the dress. It was the picture of childhood innocence. The little girl was her target this time. She leaned against the wall as she looked at her client, tilting her head down to look above the rim of her glasses as she took the lollipop out of her mouth. “Sure...I can kill her...but it will cost ya about three thousand dollars.” She said to the frantic looking man. The nervous man nodded his head, he didn't like the price, but compaired to others in her profession, she was cheap. And with that simple gesture, a contract was made.

Merdardus waited until the man left before loading her gun, smiling happily as she stuck it into the belt of her pants. She didn't even seem to try and hide it. After all, she was liscensed to wield it, so she would be damned if she didn't flaunt it. As her combat boots thudded across the wooden floor of her office towards the door she grabbed her sword, swinging it over her shoulders as she whistled happily. It was good to be back in business. The past few days have been rather dull. She headed to the local park, more importantly, to the playground, through the deserted back alleyways.

She sucked on her cherry flavored lollipop before she took it out once more and dropped it on the ground, crushing it underneath her boot as she stared at her target. The little girl was swinging on the swings, laughing happily and giggling with her 'friends.' Merdardus grinned a little as pulled out her gun, pulled back the hammer, and took aim. She didn't even bother to put on a silencer, she wouldn't need it. "Nothing personal pet, just business." She said softly, the little girl seemed to turn her head at Merdardus voice. Her forefinger didn't hesitate as she squeezed the trigger.

CRACK! The bullet left her gun and sped threw the air, aiming for the head of the little girl. The 'poor kid' didn't even had time to scream. There was a sickening thwak as the bullet pierced her head, leaving a nice hole. The kids around her were covered in high velocity blood spatter, some even had brain matter. There was a sickening silence before the screaming started. Panic kicked in and people started running around, it was pure chaos. A little kid just got killed! An innocent life snuffed out right before their eyes. But wait?! What was happening to the body of the poor angel?

The creatures glamour had started to fade and her cute little face started to twist and contort, her angelic skin stretching tightly over her face, her eyes bugging out of her skull. She had no lips, only long sharp teeth stained red with blood, teeth that could rip through flesh and crush bones. Her hands grew longer and gnarled, her fingers were spiderlike and twisted. The 'innocent angels' body was nothing more then a bag of bones. The skin was transparent, showing the veins and even the bones.

The girl had been a demon living in disguise among humans. Not only that but the recent disappearances of kids, well they were all because of her. Though Merdardus doubted that they would ever find the body, they would have been eaten long ago, bones and all. It was another job well done. And she had even gotten the money in advanced. She walked away happily through the crowd of panicked civilians, not caring anymore if she stood out with the gun. What she had done wasn't illegal, she just killed a demon, not a human. They didn't have rights anymore, plus in this case they were the bad guy. She headed back to her apartment, whistling once more. It was good to be a hunter.

Dante looked around grabbing her two pistol off the wall of her basement and putting them into her holsters. She grabbed her favorite throwing knife, slipping it into her boot, and took the cross necklace, hanging it around her neck. Slipping on her black finger-less, leather gloves and she paused.

"Dante... I'm b...better now..." -- Cough -- "Just... Come here, let me out..."

Her eyes flicker over to the dark corner where a silver cage sat, and green eyes peered through as her brother stares her down.

She flicks on the light, the florescent bulb flickers on, illuminating her brother's and she walks toward him. With a swift move she pulls his head close, pressing his forehead against the metal bar and he lets out a howl as it burns his skin.

"Bitch!" His long claws grab for her and his eyes flicker to an iris color.

"That's what I thought." She said, "Don't test me, wolf. You are not my brother." She growls and turns away from him, flicking the light off and walking upstairs, locking the door and walking out of the house as a howl rumbles through the house. She shudders, and pauses, her hand on the door knob, but this wasn't her brother anymore. She never knew when the wolf was out versus when her brother was in control.... With a deep breath she shakes her head.

Pay no attention.

She pops a cigarette into her mouth, flicking her lighter and taking a long drag, and blowing a smoke ring, She pulls out a picture of her next victim. A boy, dark hair, green eyes, about 5'6''... A werewolf. Bastard.... Of course she had a special way of treating werewolves, they were nothing but mangy, vile creatures. She growls at the memory of her brother being tortured by the werewolf. Her hands clench, crumpling the picture a little bit.

Her phone rings and she flips it open, "Dante Wright."

"Dante... We have located your next Being to catch. We will send you the coordinates on your tracker on your bike. It appears he has a pack with him though."

"I'm on it." She hangs up.

She sighs quietly, looking right, then left, and finishes her cigarette, throwing it on the sidewalk, her heeled boot putting out the last of the sparks. Dante takes a good 360 of the area and hops on her motorbike, turning on the tracker and backs up, speeding down the road. She had a job to do.

Colette had been sitting peacefully in the park by the play ground observing the children playing. She had heard about a demon disguised as a little girl. Children in the neighborhood were disappearing and no one could find any bodies. Colette was studying the child when blood spattered every where. Colette flinched slightly when she got hit a little bit. Unfortunately, I wasn't illegal to kill beings. It hurt her heart a little bit, but she had to report this to Ruby and everyone else. It just reminded her of how close her mortality was. She hurried towards the abandoned church. She knelt before the altar.
"God our Father, Your power brings us to birth, Your providence guides our lives, and by Your command we return to dust. Lord, those who die still live in Your presence, their lives change but do not end. I pray in hope for my family, relatives and friends, and for all the dead known to You alone. In company with Christ, Who died and now lives, may they rejoice in Your kingdom, where all our tears are wiped away. Unite us together again in one family, to sing Your praise forever and ever.
Amen," She finished, crossing herself. She sat down in one of the pews and buried her face in her hands. She was sick of all the slaughter. Humans and Beings should just get along.

Shinobu took a sip of the vintage wine. He looked out from the the terrace unto to the city below him. People were going home through the 5'oclock traffic and rustling about. As the sun started to set, Shinobu finished his wine and opened the glass screen door leading into his room. The room was well furnished with the the finest rugs and furniture, accompanied by a personal theater and jacuzzi, it was one of the finest hotels in the city. There, Shinobu changed into his casual clothes- Blue denim jeans and jacket with a black t-shirt. While brushing his wild brown hair into place he turned on the TV.

'Earlier today a small girl was found shot to death in the local playground, authorities were pleased to find out that she was only a being disguised as one however. This being has been identified as the culprit behind the local neighborhood disappearances. Again, we thank the brave police officers for protecting and defending our freedom in this wonderful country..."

Shinobu smiled and shrugged, 'looks like business is good this time of year" Shinobu turned off the tv, and headed out in to the hallway and press the button for the lobby. After several minutes the elevator reached the lobby and with both hands in his pockets walked casually towards the front desk.

'Aya, what do you have for me today?" Asked Shinobu as he leads against the desk with an aloof grin starting at the receptionist with his amber eyes.

The young athletic brunette receptionist replied 'While you were out this morning you received several messages, one of which pertaining to a a job' She handed him several pages of a fax and a wore a professional grin, her sky blue eyes scanning Shinobu's athletic build.

Shinobu scans through the pages one and at time, and then goes through it a second time slowly before handing them back to Aya as she puts the message through the shredder as had become routine.

'Have a place I need to be' As he was walking away he turned back 'When do you get off of work on Sunday?"

'Seven' She replied.

"Seven it is then." said Shinobu, he walked slowly towards the exit, allowing Aya enough time to stare at him for several moments as he left the hotel. Turning the key to the ignition of his new 2012 black BMW he drove through the private toll roads until he arrives at an old Gothic style mansion.

"Least somebody in this city has a good taste in architecture' commented shinobu as he pressed the button on the console to the right pillar of the large black iron gate, waiting lazily to be let into meet the person who would give him his next high profile job. Life was good and comfortable for now, but he knew that this job would lead to some excitement but it would also and more importantly lead to a hefty sum of cash- That was the name of the game.

The light from the windows hit Daniel as he opened his eyes. He got off the couch he was sleeping on. He wiped his eyes with his hands and picked up his suitcase that sat next to the couch. He looked at the room he was in. It was clean, presentable, and most importantly not his. He had been sleeping in someone else s house. For others this would be strange but he found it quite normal. Although he felt it was time to leave since he had been here for about 5 days. Before he left he took out some of their wine and poured a glass for himself. He raised his glass a bit and said" Cheers" with a faint smile. When he finished his glass he rinsed it off and cleaned it. He poured water in the wine bottle to fill up what he had took. He then opened a window, lepted out and walked out; again just like it was normal. He walked for quite some time people stared at him because of his worn clothes but he just smiled and waived. He saw a young boy in the street with a sign that said (will dance for money). He walked past the child and dropped a huge amount of cash in his can. The kid stood and said "Hey, hey mister are you sure". With a smile he said "All yours" as he continued to walk. He passed a park on his walk and saw the remnants of yellow tape. He walked towards it and saw many people surrounding the tape. He walked to one of them and said "Hello I don't mean to be rude but do you know what happened here". The man turned around and with an annoyed look he said " Yeah some sick being disguised itself as a child and was kidnapping our kids and killing them, thank God for the police". "Thank God indeed" he said before backing away. He noticed as he looked ahead that there was an old church. He thought to himself "I haven't been to a church in a while I think I owe him a visit, I owe them both a visit". He followed the road and found the old church. It was run down and abandoned. There appeared to be a burnt image on one of the doors. He put down and opened his suitcase as he thought "there must have been a battle or at least a remnant of one better safe than sorry" as he pulled out his tome. He peaked in and saw two bodies on the ground they were both burnt to a crisp. One was a being from what he could tell the other was human, a hunter most likely. "God sure has a funny way of teaching us things" he said as he walked toward the bodies. He examined the body and found it was a fire being its blood was still warm. He picked up its hand and pressed it to his forehead as he said "May you find peace in death that you could not in life, for we are all children of God". He then placed the hands in a more presentable position and did the cross with his fingers. He then did the same with the other body. As he finished he heard a person come in and kneel at the alter. He heard her prayer her plea to unite both sides and stop the fighting he could not agree more but he was a hunter that much was clear, peace had to wait. He put down his suitcase and as she finished he took out a little bible from his pocket. He opened it and read aloud “Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven”. He closed the book and waited for a response.

Lifting the large blade up from the mauled body of the werewolf she had just killed. Smirking as blood dripped from the blade onto the ground.
Pulling out the phone from her pocket as she crouched down on the floor collecting some blood into a small glass vial. “Need a clean up crew for the dark forest.” she spoke into the phone.
Pushing herself up from the ground whilst putting the vial of blood onto her belt.
The sound vans approaching echoed through-out the forest. Airi turned around to face on of the clean up crew members. “You do know how to make them suffer don't you Airi?” one of the members said, Smiling as she pulled the vial of blood from her belt. Walking over to him she placed the vial in his hand, “Make sure Uncle runs some tests on the blood” she mumbled as she walked over towards her car parked out on the outskirts of the forest.

Within and hour of driving Airi arrived at the school building. Saying hello's and waving to other students as she headed inside. Airi was standing outside her locker at school, pulling out her notebooks for her next lesson. “Airi!” she heard echo though the corridor, she turned around the face her best friend Itsuki. Smiling at him as he approached her, “Hey Itsuki, how did the test go?” she asked him, everyone knew that starting today was the day every school and work place was being tested for beings. Itsuki's face dropped when she asked him the questions “I have something to tell you” he said looking nervous and scared, Airi's hand travelled down her thigh reaching for the small throwing knife attached to the sheathe. Her eyes narrowing in on him, “Im 100% percent human!” he shouted laughing at her reaction. She started to scowl at him not being impressed of his little trick. She released her grip of the blade and pulled her hand up and shoved him in the chest. “Not funny, I thought I was going to have to kill you” she spat at him.
Itsuki just smiled putting her hand on her head and ruffling up her hair, “Sorry Airi but you should of seen your face” he smiled. Pushing his hand away she sighed as they headed towards their first class of the day.

Kai sighed...it was already daylight, he would have to sleep soon, he could feel himself getting tired, but then he always was by this point, he hadn't fed for about a week now. It had been too dangerous for that lately, many people like him had already been hunted down and slaughtered like animals, he did not want to end up the same way. He glanced at his reflection, smirking at the irony. He was a vampire, which according to common myth, didn't have reflections. Showed what humans knew, didn't it? The thing about sunlight killing him was true enough though, so he went to his bedroom, the blackout curtains already drawn over for the day. He didn't conform with the notion of coffins either, that was just silly in his opinion. Beds were more comfortable, and aroused less suspicion when he decided to bring his dinner home with him. He didn't kill them, that drew too much attention, only made them sleep for the day as he did, and then clouded their minds so that they thought they were hungover, allowing Kai to politely offer to walk them home, or phone them a taxi, before he had went to teach his class...when he had actually had a class to teach. His pretence at being human had been found out, and he had been fired for it. He was actually very lucky he hadn't been turned over to the Hunters right there and then. And he would have been, had it not been for the fact that he had developed a close friendship with the Dean of the college. It was that friendship that had saved him.
He lay down on the bed, running a slim, pale hand through his equally pale hair, letting his crimson eyes drift closed...
Within minutes, he was sleeping, although to the casual observer, he would appear to be dead: his white skin looking like wax in the darkness, the dark circles under his eyes giving his face a strange, haunted look, like a corpse, which, when you really thought of it, wasn't a bad comparison, given what he was...

At a well-guarded manor outside of town a man with blue eyes and black hair was reading the newspaper chuckling to himself as he read the deaths of more Beings. He checked his cell phone and sighed as it buzzed, it seemed he would not be able to enjoy this peaceful evening. "Yes this is Aries." he said flatly. "...I see...and you were a fool to let the doctor use that device on the boy?" there was stuttering as the man tried to explain, "no, no I think I got the idea quite clearly. I will be right over to you. Stay put." he commanded as he hung up. "Viktor! We need to go and deliver the punishment...pack your weapons." he told him. A blindfolded man with white hair nodded as he soon walked to the car with a small suitcase. Tsuyiko Irriochi or as some called him, Tikaius, was the leader of the Hunter Organization, ever since his father died in an...accident.

Tsuyiko got into the back of the limo and poured himself some red wine, "Drive, you know where." he said flatly as he took a sip of the wine. Viktor only nodded as he drove fast yet smoothly. They soon reached a house, the kids gawking as the limo pulled up. Tsuyiko smiled and patted one on the head as he entered, his business suit fluttering a bit in a breeze. The male hunter gawked at him, this was the first time he saw the infamous leader, and he was terrified. Tsuyiko flashed him a smile, "nice house you have, I brought some wine I thought we could enjoy together." The hunters’ wife entered and gasped at him. "You didn't tell me we were expecting guests." she told her husband. Tsuyiko chuckled, "I am sorry, I came...unannounced." he told her. "But my you are quite the sight! He is a lucky man to have you." he told her with fake cheer. "Viktor if you could get the red wine? I also brought some...gifts for the kids. They are in the Limo." he told his servant who followed his orders.

"Now then tell me about this boy? What did he look like?" he asked his employee as he entered the house. The man described the green haired boy and Tsuyiko Irriochi nodded. "I see...what makes you think he was a Being?" he asked him as wine was poured for them and he sipped it, the elegant flavor staining his tongue. "It was his movements they were to fluid." he remarked. Tsuyiko nodded. "I see, but the doctor handled the device and it came up negative correct?" he asked. The man nodded, "Yes but I double checked it using it on a girl we have locked up...the device said she was human too." he told him. Tsuyiko frowned, "I see... well then this was planned to cover up all the beings that entered that room...You were good to double check." Tsuyiko replied to him as he got up and left the room. "W-wait! You aren't going to punish me?" he asked him frightened. Tsuyiko Irriochi chuckled softly, one with no mirth. "no." he replied as he left the house and turned to Viktor. "Do it." he calmly stated. Viktor took out a gun as his bullets sprayed into the children playing. Tsuyiko smiled as he raised his hand and set the whole house on fire hearing the people trapped inside screaming as they tried to break free when the earth sank the house trapping them inside to burn. The people on the street stared in horror as Tsuyiko Irriochi reassured them, "They were beings plotting to kill this whole neighborhood. The Hunters have dealt with them." he walked back into his limo and poured himself some more wine as they drove off, the flames flickering behind him as he smiled and let out a chuckle, "He should have known I do not accept failures from anyone..." he murmured gently as he took a sip of the wine.

Red had stopped his motorcycle in front of an old workshop. As soon as he stepped down, a man around his mid forty patted Red in the back. “Heya Red, Nice bike you have there.”

“Heh, nice, isn’t it? Ducati 749R, my favorite.”

“Humm…Bet you spent a lot of money for it.”

“What are you talking about?” Red smirked at the man and showed him his pocket knife. “I spent nothing~” Red’s sing song voice had made the man blinked twice then laughing out loud.

“You hotwire it?!?” The man asked between chuckles.

Red didn’t need to answer it. “By the way, what’s up with the commotion?” He looked toward the crowd of people.

“Some hunter dude got his house burned along with his wife and kid. He’s apparently a traitor.” The man angled his head toward the end of the street, mentioning the direction of the fire. From his position, Red could faintly see the trail of smoke which rose to the sky.

“Whoa. Glad he died then. Too bad for the kid” He said without any sympathy on his tone.

And in that split second, a limousine whizzed pass them.

A sudden chill entered Red. It was as if a bucket of ice was thrown on his back and entering straight to his brain. The feeling was, of course, uncomfortable. Then, something clicked in his brain.

“Holly shit!”

“Huh? What’s up Red?”

Red had revived the engine without looking back at the man. “Gotta go. You know, the hunters stuff. See ya!” And he had speeding to the main street, the destination was the hunters main HQ. It’s all thanks to that limo, he just remembered about the forgotten report he was supposed to give today.

The bike went passed the speeding limit but he didn’t care. After all, he would got his ass fried if he’s late giving the report again. To hell with the rule

Dante followed the coordinates and found herself at a rickety barn. She parks her bike and loads her gun, busting down the door with a single kick.

"Shows over." She pulls the hammer down on her gun as four of the werewolves came out, the Alpha in front. They step out of the shadows, in human form. Two of them launch forward towards Dante and the Alpha raises his hand, and pulls them both back throwing them against the back of the barn wall.

"Nobody touch her. She's mine," He walks forward, his nostrils flare once and he begins to laugh, "Well, well, well, if it isn't the boy's sister."

Dante growls at him, "You.."

"How is the boy doing?" He asks, a sneer flashing on his face.

Dante points the gun at him, aims and lets the bullet loose, but as that happened one of the pack members yanked her shoulder, literally crushing it with his grip.

She yelps a bit, and the bullet lodged itself in the Alpha's leg, he lets out a growl and walks towards her, slashing his claws out across her face.

"Feisty." He grins and she attempts to kick him but he grabs her foot and twists her ankle to a pop. She lets out a whimper.

"Just like your brother. Weak. Spineless." He turns to her, "Worthless. Not even worth the time to kill." He throws her against the wall and she hits it with a forceful thud. With her ankle broken and her shoulder crushed and now the cuts from the claws of the Alpha she began to feel light headed.

No... She shakes her head, loading her pistol.

The Alpha turns to the sound of her pulling back the hammer and grins, "Still putting up a fight? How cute."

She aims it right at his heart and he dashes forward but she pulls the trigger and the silver bullet lodges right in his heart. He staggers back as she watches the hole in his chest try to close up, but the silver wouldn't let it heal, making the skin bubble and sizzle. She pulled out her two throwing daggers and leaned herself against a pillar, standing up, as the pack begins to charge her and she slices their throats with her daggers and finishes them off with silver bullets to the heart. She began to feel dizzy from blood loss and she staggered this way and that towards the entrance of the barn. She makes it to her bike and whips out her phone.

"I need... clean up..." She stutters, her bloodied hands smearing against the leather seat of her bike and she slumps over.

"Dante, Dante... Come in Dante...." Her phone sang over and over, but she could barely focus.

Colette had heard someone enter the church behind her.
“Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven," he said. Colette turned to face him.
"Bonjour, monsieur. the bible says, 'and I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.'* But, what brings you to such a... grim place?" Colette replied with a hint of french in her voice. She wasn't really that into the whole organized religion, but she always said a prayer for any being that was slaughtered. She had been a seraphim, the highest choir of angels before she was sent down to earth to protect the beings. She had a slight curiosity who he was and why he was here. She studied him, her light blue eyes glinting in the dim light of the cathedral.
"Oh, excusez-moi, monsieur, it was rude of me to ask questions before introducing myself. My name is Colette," she said, a slight blush came across her cheeks.

Kari walked home after he left his friends waving good bye to them. He sighed and looked around as if he was looking to see if he was being followed. Seeing he wasn't he went into an a coffee shop and nodded at the owner before he went into the back room, once there he concentrated and turned into a wisp of wind and slipped through a crack in the wall, he arrived in another room and changed into an oriental outfit and a coat lined with feathers, while it would look silly on another person he pulled it off as he climbed down a ladder and then once again turned into wind following a winding trail before he reached a circular room underground...he hated the fact it was underground, but it was safe down here. He waved at an earth elemental and an angel talking before he continued on. He bumped into an Angel called Ash, “Ah Ash! Is Ruby here?” he asked. Ash shook his head. “Haven’t seen her Windborn. Probably not in yet… she does have that meeting remember?” Ash replied.

Kari nodded, “Right, right! Wasn’t an envoy supposed to come from one of the other cities?” he asked. Ash nodded, “No sign of em.” He remarked. Kari nodded, “Welp I will be back later than….” He replied as he headed back the way he came waving bye to Ash as he did so. Near the entrance he changed back into his uniform and stuffed the other clothing into his bag as he again changed into wisps of wind. He exited the way he came and wandered the streets the wind blowing making him smile as he heard the comforting sound of a wind chime close by. He saw the sight of a burned house along with fire trucks putting out the remains, he shook his head having a feeling none survived. He held his bag close to him as a motorcycle whizzed by him whipping his long green hair around. He shook his head in annoyance as he looked up at the night sky frowning at the sight of so few stars… He sighed a bit, “Wish there were more in this city…” he muttered softly as the wind blew his hair, his eyes flashed a light purple as he quickly looked down.

He waited for her reply. She turned and said to him "Bonjour, monsieur. the bible says, 'and I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.'* But, what brings you to such a... grim place?"

He thought to himself and said * she seems to know some quotes from the bible I wasn't expecting that. She also seems to be french at least from that accent of hers. I wonder what she is doing here all alone, I guess there is no other way than to ask*. As he finished thinking she said "Oh, excusez-moi, monsieur, it was rude of me to ask questions before introducing myself. My name is Colette".

Putting the little bible away into his pocket, taking his beret and putting it over his heart he stepped forward and introduced himself. He said "Oh no it is my fault I did not mean to interrupt I was just simply giving these two their....last prayer". His eyes darted away almost afraid of what he said " My name is Daniel and I overheard your prayer...I am glad that there are still those who still believe in peace and love..it is something I don't get to hear often". With a cough to get rid of the awkwardness he asked " May I sit down for a moment."

With a sharp *click* the gates opened up and Shinobu made his way across the courtyard. The courtyard was barren and without furnishing, perfect for defending against a frontal attack observed shinobu. As he reached the halfway point shinbou stopped abruptly as a small needle whizzed in front of him. Immediately shinobu took tabs on his surroundings.
'two men in front, large, slow-but strong, armed with cudgels." Retrieving his hunting knife from his pocket he observed "One hidden under a trench, leads down into an underground bunker.. blowgun, probably a woman... Can't hear any snipers.." Then the two men were upon him. One wrinkled his tailor-made suit as he made a large full-bodied swipe towards shinobus left shoulder. Shinobu quickly side-steps in a circular motion and deftly dodges the attack, swinging around him, ready to plunge his knife into the careless goon. At that moment the other guard smiles as he plunges his fist into shinobus side, knocking him into the other goon. Shinobu in a desperate attempt to shield his fall and avoid the coming cudgel attack, grabs the guard who was still swinging from the previous blow and takes him down with him by the neck. In the next moment, several things happened very quickly. First of all, shinobu attempts to finish off the fallen guard with his hunting knife, the other guard however is able to stop his blow short from being fatal, but the guard on the ground remains bleeding in pain. The guard left standing, now holding on to shinobus right arm, process to pull him back into a grapple. But before he is able to grab onto shinobus other side, shinobu retrieves one of his hidden needles and uses the force of his rotating body to place one directly behind the guards knee bone. The guard, now having shinobu in a haphazard grapple, yelps in a disciplined grunt as shinobu hears the sound of a click

Another needle from afar shoots outwards towards shinobus neck. Shinobu, reacting more on instinct gained from experience than anything else, drops towards the ground, the sound of the needle entering the mans back barely noticeable through his soft grunt. On the ground and 300 pounds of goon on him, shinobu stuggles to get free, knowing that his only chance to escape is in the next few moments. As shinobu shakes off the grunt he gets up and runs sideways towards the wall that meets the mansions. Shinobu makes out a soft swearing sound and he hears a shaft open. Shinobu stops abruptly, throwing one of his hidden needles towards the exiting assailant. The assailant covered in brown camouflage lets out a small high pitched yelp of surprise as the needle, aimed at the heart lodges itself into the assailants weapon, a small flute shaped blow gun. The assailant reaches into the brown camouflage clothing and attempts to retrieve a weapon. Shinobu uses the opportunity to close the distance and grabs the assailant in a sleeper hold.

Shinobu raised an eyebrow as he unmasks the assailant "Not that I'm not used to getting attacked but, I didn't expect to be attacked by employers own daughter"
The woman was young, probably no older than twenty with short red hair and eyes of jade green. "well I..." shinobu quickly puts his hunting knife against her throat.

"how did you.." the woman remarked before the sounds of footsteps could be heard, followed by the sound of clapping" On top of the 3rd floor balcony stands a man in a grey suit with ivory lining, with a receding dark hairline and iron grey eyes with a smile of glee on his face.

"well done Mr. Ishikawa, I didn't expect you to do so well against my guards. I suppose your reputation precedes you!" exclaimed the gentleman as he stops clapping ans starts speaking in more measured and authoritative tones "I will need to to return my daughter on your way inside, we wouldn't want to have a misunderstanding I take it.." At that moment shinobu detected several snipers all over there complex, impressive- considering the short amount of time they had to set up, these guys were specialists..

Shinobu releases the daughter and puts up his hand briefly in a gesture of peace. He waits a few moments and detects that the snipers have back down, they move silently back from the corridor the came from. The girls curses under breath and leads him into the mansions main doorway.
