Le Plot.
2004-Unexplained events- "Hello? C-can anybody hear me?" Major explosions, echoed throughtout the background, causing disturbances in the transmission. "Abnormal times are upon us...I don't know how to explain it. So many lifes are being taken away, cities and towns ruined till nothing more is left... I fear that we're next." Another explosion echoes, much louder this time. "Our small S.W.A.T team, is fighting a losing battle against a small group of..." The transmission fuzzes, as the harsh sound of screaming fades out into a terrifying shocks and blasts of electricity. "I don't know how long we can stand this..."

2007-Report from a S.W.A.T member- The city we once knew to be filled with life, tourism, happiness and peace. Has now been swept into our memories. All because of a dangerous group of "experimental" humans, killing innocent ones with no reason at all. Some have the ability to fly, some can even cast fire from their own finger tips... It's like watching X-men come to life. If this is how "talented" ones react to us normal people. Then i'm sure we all agree that they must be put to an end.

2009-Operation Hurricane- The effects of our mission has resulted in a fail. With the addition of thoudsands of lives, taken away from our foolish plot to finish these "freaks." There is nothing else to do... They're becoming stronger by the minute, the city we live in is now a wastelandic graveyard. Our weak attempts has caused the group to be more brutal with their choices, making those suffer for whatever reason they have. All we can do is pray... that the God above saves us all.

2011-Our prayer's answered? One last attempt was made to make the "normal" human race survive within this city. Our differences were put aside, those who could handle a gun was given one. Even those who couldn't still, had a chance to kill atleast one of these mother fuckers. Time blazed by, as our attempts ended with more death's and sorrow. Many more lifeless bodies, surrounded the entire city of San Francsico. Our goverment, is now over-ruled, every single member is now dead. Or..So we beleive. Those who have lived throughout these past years, have decided to flee to other cities and countries, hoping to make a fresh start, and forget about the whole thing. While others have stayed to make their last attempts to finish these "outsiders." A few weeks has gone by now.. And for some strange reason, one mysterious person has appeared. Fighting back against the "demons" that have caused fear and death hang around the city. If there is one good person willing to help...surely there is more...Right? Ha!, i find that hard to believe.

2012-Trust no-one- The one that was supposed to help us, has now U-turned back onto us. But why... What did we do wrong? All we want to do is live peacefully.. Aren't we allowed to do that? No. Apprently not. We have no option now.. We must kill all "abnormal" humans..Or atleast, die trying.

Image

"From what we have gathered, this "abnormal" group of humans, have sprouted into rage to make us "normal" humans suffer. Apprently, the goverment had experimented on them when they were born. Wanting to use them for weapons for war and money-gaining activites. All things related to power. Weapons that could used to withstand the effects of nuclear bombs, and shake fear into the most powerful of countries. Now, it's understandable why they would want to go on a complete outrage, since nobody would want to be used for power. But, killing innocent ones? Thats going to far."

Image

Okay, so there's a group of talented humans, which have gained the ability to control an element/power of some sort. Some may have been born with it, while others have gained them through some sort of event. Nevertheless, the goverment attempted to control these talented humans by capturing them and using them for power against other countries. But of course, none of them would want to do that. So they seek revenge against the main goverment, and the humans that stand in their way. Making those understand the pain that they had to go through.

Then you have a group of "undercover talented" humans. These are certain people that choose to keep their powers hidden from their lives. Which prevented them from being captured from the goverment, as they didn't know that these talented people contained such powers. Prolonging their secret, only now are they starting to protect the human race. Wanting to bond peace between the humans and abnormal ones. They have no reason to fight against the humans, they only want to protect. Leaving them to deal with the "evil" ones. (Unlike the evil group, none of good people know each other, infact, they only think that other people with powers are evil, besides themselves. Don't worry, the good ones will meet up, eventually.)

On the other hand. You have the normal people. Which have suffered for many years. With all that suffering, came the hate of the "abnormal" ones. They believe that every human with a "curse" also has an evil heart. Giving the impression that all of them must die. Some of the humans know alot about the "abnormal ones" since they were once apart of the group that experimented on them. Heh, a couple of them could have been the very ones that assisted kidnapping them from a young age. They have infomation on some of their weaknesses, while possessing the skill of handling different ranges of weapons. Leaving some humans to be completely dragged into this war. Resulting in death and sorrow. (The normal humans, always stick together. No matter what the situation. With the normal humans comes a hardy leader. The leader has the most information on the "abnormal" ones. Giving them the right to give orders and decide weither its the right time to attack or not. They hate all "non" normal humans.

Relationships It is believed that the "cursed" humans come stronger when they love a certain some-one. Although, it is unknown why. heck you could be in love from the very start, or just be...forever alone. No matter what, love always comes in the way of something...right? No, you don't need to be straight to fall in love. You can be gay, lesbian or bisexual. Your choice, love is love, end of story. Now, don't just fall in love to become stronger. No that will just fail. It takes time for love to take full effect on one person, so dont go around, begging for a relationship. Because that will fail. And i will laugh at you. Yes...Yes i will. Love is love, power is power. So why can't they be linked? Think about that.

Jennifer Williams
(San Francisco Bay Bridge)

Patiently waiting, she rolled her shoulders, conscious of the small bite mark Darius the snake had left; and all the while curiously watching the girl. The distrust and internal argument that she was possibly having fluttered in her eyes, something Jen understood. I wouldn't tell a random stranger the truth in her situation, either. “Yea, but I’m not trying to cause any trouble. I’m not like those people up there” Up there? Oh. Them and me. Jen's eyes widened a little at the sudden transition to disgust that the girl went through, obviously at the destruction her group had done. She couldn't help but feel a little down, no matter what rational thinking would've said otherwise. But I'm glad I was right, so she didn't have a past like ours. It was worth it. “I’m just trying to make sure no one else gets hurt” At least she can still think that way, when none of us can anymore.

By then, Jen was softly smiling, sadly if anything at all. However, just as she was about to reply, a slight shift and crackle of her static gave warning of an attack; apparently by some kind of shadow. Annoying little.. he should've stayed down when he had the chance. By pure instinct and reaction (while momentarily forgetting about Sam), a small crunched-up piece of metal suddenly appeared in her hand; and a split second later a shot of railgun thundered before the body of shadow. But that, as it were, only caught the shadow's counter of dark energy; dissipating that but not the actual minion. Crap. Should've seen that coming. The next moment, Jen found herself falling from the air under the cold torso of the being, taken by almost complete surprise. With the sky turning upside down, she could only think of one quick, mostly painless way out before she could be caught by another shot of darkness.

What a pain. Just as she hit the ground, her clouds overhead shifted over to encompass the attacking shadow, as well as her. The rain, thankfully, had stopped; leaving the storm only to be illuminated by the sudden threads of lightning. Well, then. It's only been a day since I tried this. Jen wrestled her body for half a second, praying she not stay winded as she forced her hands to face upwards at the creature (ignoring a new sharp, laced pain in her arm's side); and, without any more delays, called down a pure white bolt from the sky. And it answered with a sharp arc before crashing into the being's back, and her as well. The merit of being able to control Lightning is how much of a good conductor you end up being. As the volts ran through her, she redirected it's course back upwards; rebounding the remaining energy back at the shadow, which dispersed at the second shot of her element.

Jen took a deep breath before getting up, in doing so finally remembered her earlier conversation, as well as a wave of harsher pain from her right forearm. She winced, but didn't take the liberty to check it; instead looking for the girl. I've been in worse situations, really. Suck it up. It didn't take long to find the elementalist since, well, she hadn't moved; and a sense of relief flooded Jen's mind for the smallest of moments, then quickly morphed into half rage. She was getting annoyed at the shadows, and the seemingly uncivilized idiot that controlled them. Can't even have a decent conversation. He'll get it later. With her frustration easily seen flashing in her eyes, Jen took only milliseconds to run lightning to it's side (which is to the right of Sam, so she won't get hit); with her uninjured arm's hand lightly holding up a simple, small rock to it's head. This time, it took only one, point-blank blast of railgun before it, too, dissipated.

Now, with the adrenaline that came always with danger running low, she started to feel the sting and dull throbs of an impaled object far more than before. But I've still been in worse. Really. A small wave of exhaustion, as well, hit, causing her to sway a little on the spot, before Jen's breathing regulated to the normal. She smiled at Sam, still haven't yet checked her arm. "I think we're good. For the moment. All you have to do is hit a little harder." Dangit, Maxi, you better hold him off. What the hell have you been doing? Now, with the moment's (hopefully) peace, she brought her eyes down to her right injury. A sharp, palm-sized piece of metal shrapnel had embedded itself halfway into her forearm, through her shirt and all. Funny how I don't notice that I conveniently landed in a car's deformed corpse, and took all the weight on my arm. Without a moment's delay, a pair of scissors appear in her remaining hand; which cut the bloody strip of sleeve off, isolating the rest with the shrapnel before disappearing.

I hope Chishio can do something about this... Sighing, Jen lifted her arm up as she'd done so often before; taking a shirt from her storage to apply pressure on it, all the while perfectly calm. The thundercloud rumbled audibly overhead, still there now to strike down any more interruptions shadows could give. Then, as if nothing had happened at all, she lifted her head and smiled at her companion. "So, you're Fire? I'm Lightning." She shifted her weight, now holding her injured arm up as a small stream of blood ran down from the impaled piece of shirt. "I know you don't want people to get hurt, but it's not always avoidable. And trouble tends to find you." Jen's tone of voice remained friendly, still, without the notion of sudden attack.

Maxi Plasmaz (Steelix)

( San Francisco Bay Bridge)

“What is there to gain from destroying the weak? Why are you so intent on killing innocent men, women and children just to prove a point to the government? It is they who you should target, not these innocent people. If it takes my last breath, I will see to it that you and your cronies are stopped,” Noah exclaimed with passion. Although it didn't really phase Maxi, since he wasn't really paying attention at all...Infact, he was too busy looking up at Jen, who was waving constantly at him. Oh..This attack again...Hopefully it works this time. "Are you quite finished Noah? God you can talk for ages..."
“I have nothing else to say to you, I’ll let my actions speak for me.” Noah finished, while some sort of dark energy formed on the end of his staff.

Slowly, Maxi began to hover backwards as rain clouds formed around Noah. The orb that was being generated had now been forced into attack, which rolled rapidly towards Maxi like a bowling ball. He was expecting more, but thanks' to Jennifers' backup, he could concentrate on one thing. "Interesting..." He raised an eyebrow, glaring at the ball heading straight towards him. Quickly, Maxi slammed his feet back onto the ground and created another magnectic field. Due to him finding it really hard to perform two skills at once, he had to cancel out his hovering to concentrate on another skill. "Alright...Protect daddy." With that, mass amounts of cars and metal junk flew themselves into a pile, creating a wall. The ball soon crashed into the wall of metal, untill it haulted into a stop. Despite this, Maxi couldn't see what was going on. For all he knew, Jen could've been suffering in pain...Or keeping all the fun to herself. So, with nothing else to do; both of his earphones became jammed within his ears again. "We're looking for you...we gawn find you...So you can run and tell that..Yeh, run and tell that! Hide yo' kids..Hide yo' wife. Because we're killin everybody out 'ere" Maxi sang to silently, not noticing the shadow figure that appeared only a few feet away from him.

Clicking his fingers once more, the junk wall collapsed into miniture piles. "Ah, somebody new i see?" Maxi smiled, but then noticed that Jen was dealing with the female. Which he didn't mind, since he still had Noah to deal with. But then, Noah actually thought that he could deal with the both of them. The nerve of it all! "Oi, Noah. They have nothing to do with us...Come on already, i've hardily felt a challange." The rain soon enough stopped, and Jen had suddenly reacted to Noah's foolish attack. With a blast of a railgun and the crackle of lightning, her attack was surely to be feared. Well, it did send a shiver down Maxi's spine as he struggled to keep himself still. Urgh; too much electricty is going to draw me in...Yet alone shock me...Gotta' be careful he noted. The constant roaring of thunder floating above them, got louder and louder signaling Jenifer's next attack. "Damn it Jen, not yet!"

An eletrical attack on such a huge scale, would surely send a shock through Maxi. But, there was nothing he could do. Instead, his arm started to take form as an lightning rod, which would draw the huge attack towards him. The clouds roared once more, before a huge white lightning bolt, flashed down towards the bridge. With the rod doing its' job, the bolt redirected itself towards Maxi. "Hopefully this works." He slammed his arm/lightning rod into the ground (Avoiding a decaying head.) making the bolt of lightning strike through the ground below. Not only did it cause the floor to become highly voltaged, but anything metal around it became attracted like a magnet. The bolt had forced itself though the waste of bodies, junk and gravel right towards Noah. Metal objects flew themselves towards him, following the leader lightning bolt. Of course, this included Maxi being thrown into the attack. As he hovered through the air, his other arm became sharp as a knife, enough to cutt through a thick sheet of steel. Currents of electricity flowed, as the pain gradually got worse and worse for Maxi. Yeah...Never doing this kind of thing again. Hopefully, if his aiming was perfect, then Maxi would find his arm jammed within Noah's body.

Daniel Mason
(In Transit)

Having lost the ability to casually sleep like he had planned due to the obnoxious noises coming from the bridge, Daniel had forsaken his crude thrown upon the glistening structure and made his way towards the sounds, hoping to silence them. The quickest route was over the rooftops in a straight line, so he crafted himself a little vehicle with a large enough indent to sit in without worrying about the lack of friction. With this he left the university students, whose lessons on American Literature and Philosophy hadn't helped them live longer, and moved at a brisk pace over the dull skyline that barely managed to get over four stories towards buildings with much more of a compensatory feel to them. It was during this dull journey over the unimpressive city that he spotted two figures jutting out of one of the rooftops. Since the movements of the ice was silent and the people seemed to be facing the other way, he had the ability to get closer, completely hidden from the unnerving ability of Christian's eyes.

When he had come close enough to distinguish more details other than "facing the other way," Daniel was able to determine by their manner of clothing and hair, that before him stood two of his companions, Christian and Belle. He didn't really hold anything against the two people other than a few annoyances that stain human existence as a hole. Christian was a bit boring and predictable with his clichéd alias, worthless journal, and a fifteen year olds sense of how the world worked. Belle on the other hand was not just boring, but incredibly stupid, now that he had a few moments to think about it; she had the power to manipulate anyone through sound. That's the kind of power you use to rule the entire planet completely unopposed and she spent it being a whiny experiment and making people commit suicide.

Since he was well within range and had proper justification for his actions, he cast a spire through the body of the fool, shredding the torso of the shrill voice. The body was flung from its perch towards the asphalt and concrete below as Daniel stepped down from his transport and onto the roof Christian resided on. He placed his hands in his pockets and wore the smirk he usually made when around others. "She couldn't sing very well anyway."

Christian Cassidy

(San Francisco Golden Gate Park)

Christian admired Belle, she was one of the only Elementalists he knew who seemed to maintain her humanity. After living through a childhood of experimentation Christian didn't know how anyone could still hold on to their humanity, since Christian let go of his a long time ago. Belle had however reignited Christian's own humanity, something which he is eternally grateful for. They were good friends, something which was hard to find for Elementalists. Her beauty and music had charmed him, she was his snake charmer. Spending most of their time together Belle and Christian had become really close, their ideals of a better world was something they both shared. Christian wouldn't advocate his world views to anyone except her, he trusted her more so then any other Elementalist within their group. She had a terrifying ability which others were afraid of, the ability to control someone with sound alone was quite a dangerous ability. Belle was not power hungry however, she did not care about her powers. She instead wished she was a normal human so she could pursue her passion of music becoming a musician. All of her wishes and ideals no longer mattered, no, her story was to end abruptly.

At that moment Daniel had appeared on one of his ice contraptions, hitting Belle sending her to fall to her death. Christian knew that she was dead and there was nothing that he could do to stop it. He knew that Daniel did not like Belle's ability, he thought that her powers could've been used to control the world. Daniel was right, her power was powerful but unlike him Belle was not someone who wanted power, all she wanted was a peaceful world and a normal life. Wishful dreams, dreams which Christian also shared. He knew though that such dreams were near impossible, especially the latter, but he didn't care if anyone could achieve it, it would be him. He would achieve the impossible for himself, for Belle, and for the world. Christian knew how he would create world peace, it would be difficult but possible.

"She couldn't sing very well anyway." Daniel's comment made Christian's red eyes filled with anger, an emotion which he hated to feel. Appearing in front of Daniel in a split second he held Daniel by his throat, delivering a paralyzing poison instantaneously into Daniel's body. Enraged Christian stared straight into Daniel's eyes saying, "Now that I have you're undivided attention and I know that you won't try anything tricky like you just did now, I will say a few things. We are a team, no matter what differences we will have between each other we do not kill each other or else we are no better then humans. You ever do anything like that again I will personally kill you... I know you believe yourself to be some sort of badass, thinking that none of us could kill you but I do warn you... you are not invincible, I am not invincible, none of us are invincible. You may not wish to be friends with me and at this moment you loss all respect that I use to have for you... but we will have to get over our differences if we want to achieve our goal..." Lowering Daniel for him to stand Darius then appeared from Christian's sleeve, entering Daniel's jacket. Christian's rage then suddenly disappeared as he let go of Daniel, Daniel was still affected by Christian's poison. Christian walked towards the edge of the rooftop, looking down at where Belle lay. "...The paralysis should end in about a minute, I didn't use much. My snake shall stay with you for a while, if you attempt to harm him he will bite you releasing a poison which will kill you... I would be in the right if I were to kill you, but unlike you I won't needlessly kill my team mates... I saw two Elementalists on the Bay Bridge, one was responsible for that explosion. And before you try something funny against me... you are not resistant to my poison. See you soon." Christian then disappeared.

Christian then appeared in front of Belle's lifeless body, a single tear flowing from his left eye. Taking out a rose from out of his suit jacket pocket he placed it on top of her body, saying, "Your soul's beauty is incomparable to this rose but I hope that your afterlife will be as beautiful as yourself and that you will be able to pursue your passion of music... Rest in peace and I will deliver peace unto those of us who are living, even if they do not deserve it." Christian's body then became a purple mist which descended on Belle. As the mist disappeared both Belle and Christian had disappeared from sight.

Who will be the person to kill them? She didn't understand anything at all. Rose walked silently but swiftly, taking in all of the sights that were before her. Everything was a wreck. What happened? Rose didn't have a clue. She ducked behind an abandoned building when she saw a bridge. It was the San Francisco Bridge. But now, it left her petrified. She didn't know who or what caused the attack. Daniel Mason
(In Transit)

"Poor, misguided Christian. Poor, cliched phrase" With the uncomfortable thing now invading the space he disliked all but a few entering, Daniel wondered if the irritable master knew that with his own physical body gone, the snake might as well be wrapped around a solid cube of empty space. "Hey Darius, do you think he like liked her?" He chuckled a bit at the thought along with the knowledge that it was completely unaware of his existence since the boy had gone to retrieve the gory scene. "I wonder if he'll be able to remake you later on? I'll assume he can so I can get this disgusting thing off of me." With that, using the rather disturbing fact that the manifestation was touching his skin in certain spots, he removed the issue. Crushed pieces of a long puzzle fell from his jacket, the occasional shake helping it along, all to the perpetrator's relief and glee. "I wonder if the death of that bit of dismantled flesh and his hissy fit made him forget how pointless the entirety of his insurance was."

Having solved the problem of the insane person's little reptile-thing, the next issue was, as was stated by Christian, the original purpose of his travels to this place. The other had vanished with the bits and pieces he had gathered, leaving only traces of the body and a stain upon the asphalt. So he returned to the vehicle that had stood stationary behind him all this time and reclaimed his relaxation from before the necessary death. He was much closer than before and could see the signs of battle from the clouds all the way down to the rising dust and debris. The occasional voice was heard traveling from far off to confirm the obvious, and they only grew louder as he came closer. Thinking over how the others may react to what would certainly be the main topic after the events of today, he determined a somewhat valid excuse. It played to a sense of protecting each other, self-defense, and the observation that maybe they were already under her control. After all, he could have easily killed Christian as well and, if he tries touching him again, he just might have to do that.

Noah Joél Darwinson
(San Francisco Bay Bridge – Outskirts of Oakland)

There was so much tension on the outskirts of Oakland near the Bay Bridge, so much so that one could cut through it with a knife. There was confrontation between Noah and two other elementals, one of which Noah knew very well. There was a crackling of thunder, and a flash of lightning, but what happened next, Noah did not expect. A great blast of lightning streaked down from the storm cloud and struck his shadow minion, incinerating the poor thing. Maxi took this opportunity of distraction to follow up with an attack of his own. Transforming his limps into conductors, he used his body as a lightning rod and sent a shockwave of electricity into the ground. The electricity entered into Noah with a vengeance. Pain filled him; every inch of his body hurt as he was thrust backwards hitting the ground hard. His body skidded on the ground, uprooting dirt. It was at this time that he noticed the gigantic barrage of metal that was hurdling towards him. He had to do something, or he’d be crushed. One thing was certain, he was not through fighting.

Jumping to his feet, having shaken off the feeling of the electricity from his system, he grabbed his staff that had fallen from his grasp earlier, and dashed towards the metal. Jumping into the air, he dove straight for the ground and right into the shadow of the metal that struck the ground where he had been. It piled up to great heights and created an interesting piece of architecture. Noah rose from the shadow of the piled metal, but hadn’t noticed Maxi barreling towards him with his arms extended, attempting to run him through. Quickly, Noah parried the attack with his staff and used Maxi’s metal body as leverage to flip away from him. A sharp pain filled his arm as he land on one knee. He looked quickly to see blood running down in droplets. Apparently Maxi had gotten in a hit with those sharp metal arms of his. Noah glared and took a stance.

“Come on you SON OF A B***,” Noah stated as he tossed his staff into the air and watched it vanish.

His hands were all he needed for this, besides the staff would only slow him down. Crackling with dark energy, his hands eventually produced two basketball sized orbs. He was wounded and the electrical attack had done a number on him, but he wasn’t going to let them know it, he was going to fight until he didn’t have a breath left. Joining his two hands together over his head, the orb grew large. He thrust it at Maxi and repeated the attack again, and again, and once more before he stopped. Panting, he fell to one knee and looked at his hands. He emitted a growl. He looked up when he heard a scream. A scream had come from somewhere, but he couldn’t see where it had come from.

“Next time Maxi, next time we finish this,” Noah stated as he started backing away.

He could only think about the scream he had heard. If his hearing was accurate, the scream was nearby, possibly close to the Bay Bridge. Sinking into the shadow cast by various surroundings, Noah never took his eyes off of Maxi. He gave him a “we will finish this one day, bet your bottom dollar” look and soon vanished within the shadow. Now he was jumping from one shadow to the next looking for the source of the scream. It wasn’t long before he found an unconscious body laying still. Emerging from the female’s shadow, he quickly grabbed her and found shelter. Using skills he had learned, he did as he had done with the girl before who had been trapped under a car. He made sure the girl had water as their shelter was within an abandoned building. He had bandaged his arm and had checked his vitals to make sure that the electrical attack hadn’t done any internal damage.

To be one hundred percent honest, Sam had seen one person with powers before. He had been an elderly homeless man who always seemed to think she was his granddaughter. And after a while, Sam had started to go along with it. He was really sweet to her and he appreciated how she always seemed to be able to start a fire without much trouble. So Sam went around with him a lot. For about a month, she protected him from thugs and exposure... and he protected her from being alone.

And then one day it had gone bad. She had been starting a trash-can fire; something incredibly easy around here, with all the greasy foods and what not. And it had gotten out of control. He, being her “grandfather”, had tried to help. She wasn’t sure how he did it at first, but then she noticed that his hands where dripping. And there was no water around. She put together two and two, and gotten four. This man was a water elementalist. He was a freak like her. Unfortunately, she wasn’t the only one that had noticed. The next morning a heavyset man had come after them both. He began calling them freaks and other things that Sam hadn’t even dared to look up. And then he had killed Sam’s best friend.

To be one hundred percent honest, Sam killed a man that morning.
______________________________________________________________________________

That day, Sam had also developed a soft spot for other people with powers. And that would explain why she liked this girl so much. Lightning. When it looked as if this girl was about to be seriously hurt by this… shadow (How was that even possible!?!), Sam’s heart jumped into her throat. For those few minutes, time stood still. But then she had won… if only it where that simple. The thing was still there, but it seemed as if Jen had ten times more of a chance of getting rid of it then Sam did.

While this girl’s powers where awe-inspiring, Sam saw how hurt she looked. And she felt it too. A sharp pain exploded in her right forearm and Sam winced in agony. It was awful; like a knife was embedded in her arm. And she couldn’t do anything about it. Because it wasn’t even her pain to feel.
Sam jumped as the lightning landed beside her and the creature disappeared. However, with that, came the pain as well. Before it had only been that one moment, but now that Jen was in pain, so was Sam. But she dealt with it.

"I think we're good. For the moment. All you have to do is hit a little harder." Sam reddened. She didn’t know how to hit any harder. Then a pair of scissors appeared in Jen’s hand and she raised her eyebrows in surprise. Interesting power.

"So, you're Fire? I'm lightning. I know you don't want people to get hurt, but it's not always avoidable. And trouble tends to find you."
Sam rolled her eyes. “I can tell. My name is Sam by the way.” She looked down at Jen’s arm. “That looks pretty awful” She pushed the pain away. There was no use in feeling this girl’s injury. Not unless it was life threatening. Then maybe she would help.

Rose Menova

( Somewhere in San Francisco - Outskirts of Oakland)

Rose felt someone with her. She didn't know who it was, but she was so tired. She didn't even know what happened to her. She could feel her powers, something that she isn't proud of, stirring inside of her. Wanting to be unleashed. She couldn't allow that. She might hurt people. And she really didn't want that to happen. She tried to open her eyes, and saw someone, a guy in fact, helping her. And she thought that her brother came back for her. So much for hoping about that. Caleb left her, he left her on her own. Not even an hour passed when they separated, and she ended up getting injured almost suddenly.

She sat up, not minding the pain she was feeling. She looked up at the guy, and realized that she didn't know him. She didn't know what to say. All her life, she hasn't been with any guy, besides her brother. And he doesn't even count. " Um, thank you. For helping me. " Rose muttered to the guy. She didn't even know if he heard her or not. But nevertheless, she was thankful that he helped her.

" What happened? " Rose asked him.

Maxi Plasmaz (Steelix)

( San Francisco Bay Bridge)

Everything seemed to be going alright for Maxi. First of all, he had nailed a attack that he wouldn't of dreamed of doing... I mean, who would have thought of a great move like creating your personal lightning rods and conducting them towards the ground. Simply genius. Not to mention the next move that was being processed...Creating a magnectic force within the lightning bolt...What kind of smarticle would think of that? Maxi of course. Before he knew it, the heaps of junk and metal, soon began to clog together, signaling that they had found their target. Although...Infact, they had missed...completely.

Smart little Noah, used the shadows from the mass amount of junk, and teleported within it...Now, of course this didn't suprise Maxi at all...Since he used the same kind of thing from when they last met. Despite all this, Maxi continued with his spear like attack. The sheer force of the magnectic force, pulled him through the all like a bullet escaping from a shotgun. Time to kill this asshole... Sadly enough, Noah was very quick on his feet. Infact, he managed to grab his giant stick, and perform a reversal against Maxi's bullet-like assault. “Come on you SON OF A B***." The shadow kid yelled, as Maxi continued to crash into the wall of junk that had formed from his last attack. "Mother fucker..."

"Well... i can say one thing kiddo." His blade like hand became jammed within the wall of metal scrap, meaning one thing...He was stuck like a rat within a rat trap. "You surely have improved on the art of combat." Great...How on earth are you going to get out of this one? You friken retard...You've just thrown youself into a endless ditch. Something was about to happen...Nothing was going to get him out of this one; his hand was too jammed within the junk. When apart of his body was trapped within a tight space, there was no possible way of transforming his arm back to normal. "Heh, lay it on me." There was no point in trying to resist the onslaught of what was to come his way, besides; Maxi had-had his fun with striking him with combos endlessly at their last meeting...Maybe it was his turn now. The sound of Dark energy, forming into one spot, popped and crackled like popcorn cooking to perfection. Constant stretching of shadows, crawled from underneath him, right into palms of Noah. Here it comes... Maxi could only close his eyes, and hope that he could endure the outrage that was brewing.

The crackling had stopped...Strangly enough. Only a gust of wind and a couple of people who were conversating nearby could be heard, soon enough that was violently changed. What sounded like a decending bomb, grew louder and louder as if it was coming straight towards him. Some sort of shadow orb...Something Maxi had never experienced before, smashed against his steel like back; causing it to explode on contact. Such pain could only be felt if one was to shoot you with a paintgun...At close range. Now of course, Noah wasn't going to cut him any slack...Without any time for him to recover from the first one, Noah continued his outrage..Orb after orb of darkness, shattering away at his back. It wasn't any suprise that Maxi had began cothing out blood painfully...But then again, one couldn't notice how much pain he was in as he had shwoed no sign of any pain.. Just...Silence..And a cough once in a while. “Next time Maxi, next time we finish this." Noah whailed with a pant. He began to walk away, leaving Maxi to suffer within the steam that had been created. "Running away again? Gosh...I should be getting used to this..." He whimpered quietly to himself, as his hand remained jammed helplessly. "we will finish this one day, bet your bottom dollar.” With a poof, Noah had vanished...

"....Fuck my life..."

Jennifer Williams
(San Francisco Bay Bridge)

Looking up at the (much) taller girl's face, Jen couldn't help but wonder and question exactly why she felt relieved. I mean, really, I know other elementalists and sure as hell don't feel anything when they get out of a pinch. But I do expect them to, so it wouldn't be new. “That looks pretty awful.” She tilted her head, glancing at her injury as if to make sure it hadn't suddenly gotten worse, before returning her somewhat-curious gaze. "It's alright. I've been worse, trust me." And you look like you've went through harsher pains, too. "You don't want to know." At that, Jen's eyes seemed to glaze over for a moment; just as memories from years past played back through her mind (not that they usually do, but every once in a while). This particular time made her remember the corpses of so many of the people she once knew, until she realized that the dead scientists had scarred her more than she thought. Isn't that nice?

Returning to reality, Jen smiled for whatever reassurance. "Oh, right. I'm Jen. Nice to meet you." Even having acquaintances scare me, not even thinking friends. She'd never noticed that she'd subconsciously made herself so isolated for so long. Of course, the members of her group counted mostly for the former, not the latter. She wasn't particularly close and, with the lifestyle they had all chosen to live (as well as their abilities), it was harder to feel bad when hardly anyone could touch them anyway. Then this would be the first time, for a long while, that I've gotten a little attached? Sighing, she was in the process of wrapping strips from her spare shirt to bandage her arm when crashing sounds shook her from her thoughts; sounds which quieted moments later, to bring an almost eerie silence throughout the bridge. It's never good to be so quiet, is it?

Now alert, Jen began to instinctively float a foot in the air as she surveyed the area where Maxi and his opponent had been, just a little while ago. Surveying the scene, it was only when she saw that Maxi (hurt though still alive) that she let down her guard a little. Because he'd be down by now, if that shadow guy was still trying to kill him. I guess I should probably go get him out of that metal wall now, huh? Sighing, she abandoned her hurt arm and let it hang loose, rolling that shoulder and lightly bending the elbow ever so slowly to test if it could be used in any way. It answered with a stabbing, new world of pain; which almost broke her stream of (already very exhausted) consciousness and sent her tumbling into her newfound female friend. With black spots dancing in the edge of her eyes and exhaustion from the day's work creeping up on her, she could only struggle to stay awake; although, fortunately, her weight didn't land on her injured arm. Agh, how embarrassing.

From there, it took Jen a good couple minutes to finally stand back on her own two feet; without lurching and falling over again. That was stupid of me. It took effort to smile, even a shaky one, for more reasons than one. "Sorry about that, I was stupid. Happens all the time, unfortunately. Just, uh.." She began to float again, thinking of Maxi. Well, if Sam's disgusted by him, then he probably won't like her either. But there's not much I can do about that. "I have to go help my friend over there and chances are, everyone else will start trickling in from then. I'm thinking it's kind of obvious that you don't like us and what we do, so.." Jen reached down from her perch in the sky and messed up the older girl's hair from a stray thought. I'd rather not others find her and force her to do something she won't want to do. Or get herself killed. That's happened too many times. "You probably shouldn't be here. Either way, it was nice meeting you." And hopefully we won't, again. Better be safe than sorry, right?

Smiling, she gave a wave and flew off without waiting for a reply, across the missing length of bridge to Maxi's predicament. Getting there, Jen lighted down next to him and inspected his embedded arm, raising an eyebrow at it and his blooded back. "I won't ask." A look in the sky told her that her cloud had reformed there; the moments of pain having erased it. Another at the wall of metal made her sigh. Heavy lifting isn't my expertise, unfortunately. "You want to wait for the others to get here to get your hand out? Only thing I could do is blow it away, right now." And then faint right after. What fun. Her features showed almost none of the pain or exhaustion she herself felt, but that didn't mean it wasn't there. She was just very good at pretending, after a couple years of practice.

Anson Lerfang
Vancouver.... to SanFrancisco Bay Bridge

Anson sighed. He stood in front of the main road that led to the village one way and more forest the other. He turned around and looked at his home. Alone. He had lived alone all his life. Sure he had a few girl friends in his younger days...but he had never found real love. Well maybe it had found him...but he had pushed it away, fearing his “talent” would scare her and he would be branded a freak or something like that. He shrugged and turned away. He took a deep breath and took a step forward into the street. Before he could take another, he turned around and ran into his little garage as if he had forgotten something. Unlocking the door and going inside, he passed his hand along the wall until he found the switch. Flicking it upwards, a dim light opened on the ceiling. The room was fairly large and the small light didn’t light up much. Anson looked on the desk next to the entrance and picked up the flashlight he left there to see better in the barley lit room. “Now...where did I leave it...” he though as he started looking around the room.

A few days ago he had fixed something on his motorcycle. He had taken his little pendant out of his pocket not to lose it while working and left it somewhere. When he had finished with his motorcycle, he had left it there promising himself to pick it up next morning before going to work the next day. Of course, he had forgotten it which made him feel really stupid, considering his amazing memory... With the feeling he wouldn’t see home for a long time, he didn’t want to leave without it. Looking through his things he found his little pendant on a desk, under a cloth. It was a small leaf made of silver. It was 2 inches long and could easily fit in any pocket. His grandfather, a man he hardly ever saw had given this to him. Since that day he had hardly ever separated himself from it. Happy to have found his lucky charm, he tucked it in his pocket and walked back out. Placing the flashlight on the table and closing the light, he locked the door and found himself outside once again. Walking back the street he stood and sighed.

“Now” he said “... how do I get to San Francisco...” He knew what the world map looked like and he knew that San Francisco was far from Vancouver. He closed his eyes and sat down on the ground. All the planes going to San Fran were probably closed and any cruise would be cancelled. So that took out the fastest ways to get there. By motorcycle would take too long...He could teleport but only at short distances. He could talk to animals...but he didn’t know of any flying animal that could carry a human. And then he remembered one of his powers. He could create Gollum type of creatures out of earth to do his bidding. He never tried to morph the earth into an animal. Guess this would be the perfect time to try...

Still sitting he brought his hands together. Planning on making a giant earth dragon, it would take a lot of concentration to build up that creature. Slowly, he let his energy surround the area around him. Soon, the ground and earth in the forest around him started lifting and all becoming a giant ball over him. Once he had accumulated at least a tonne of earth he started moulding. With his mind, he directed the earth and shaped a dragon. Using the images from The Hobbit, he formed the same looking dragon but made of earth. After a few hours of work, his creation was complete. He opened his eyes to find a giant earth dragon standing in front of him. It wasn’t perfect... but it would get him to Sa Fran. Jumping on the Dragon, he used his incredible memory to draw out a map from Vancouver to San Fran. Transferring that data to the earth Dragon, it would automatically rise up into the sky and sore to San Fran.

In the sky, he held on the Dragon’s as hard as he could. The hard winds hit his face forcing him to tuck his face into the earth dragon’s neck. In a matter of hours he found himself flying over the city of San Fran. Spotting the famous bridge, he sent that thought to the Dragon. The dragon immediately flew towards the bridge. Anson could smell the rotting bodies and burning fires. He would end this as soon as possible.

Sam followed Jen’s gaze towards her injury. It really does look painful. She winced and considered what to do. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue, but the smaller girl seemed nice. She seemed... almost as if she might actually care about other people. And it was really hard for Sam to watch anyone nice go through pain. "It's alright. I've been worse, trust me." She kept her gaze steady on the other girl, trying to keep up her defences, and hoping that the blonde wouldn’t get too emotional on her. "You don't want to know." It was true, Sam did not want to know, but emotions still crept through a bit. Sam still felt the dull, poignant edge of Jen’s emotions. "Oh, right. I'm Jen. Nice to meet you."

Sam smiled at the temporary distraction of menial introductions. She took a deep breath and concentrated on the tips of her fingers, it was an old trick to block out any other emotions and feelings but her own. “”I’m Sam” She said with a slight grin, “It’s nice to meet you, but it would have been a lot nicer in any situation but this one. She looked at Jen’s arm again and couldn’t help but feel a twinge of jealousy. Not that Jen was hurt! No, that would be pretty silly. She was jealous that this girl had a spare shirt to wrap her arm in. Any spare shirt that Sam might have would just cause an infection, if she had a spare shirt. The sudden crash and then the eerie silence made Sam’s skin crawl. This couldn’t possibly be good.

Sam watched the scene that followed, the moment flashing by, almost impossibly fast. And then Jen crashed into her, stopping everything in its tracks. “Fuck” She murmured as a sharp pain shot through her arm. Why the hell it this happening to me? And yet, through the annoyance, Sam just had to feel sorry for the girl. “Jen...?” She closed her eyes and tried to tell herself that this wasn’t happening. She was at the shop. She had fallen asleep on the job and this was a horrible, horrible dream.

Jen got up and Sam straightened up as well, really to catch her if she where to stumble. "Sorry about that, I was stupid. Happens all the time, unfortunately. Just, uh.." Sam shook her head and watched as the smaller girl floated back. By this time, Sam was seriously considering taking some of the pain away, but to be honest, she was a bit afraid. "I have to go help my friend over there and chances are, everyone else will start trickling in from then. I'm thinking it's kind of obvious that you don't like us and what we do, so.." Sam closed her eyes. Yea, this had to be a dream. In real life, nice girls didn’t kill innocent people. They just didn’t. "You probably shouldn't be here. Either way, it was nice meeting you."
Watching Jen float away, Sam’s hands began steaming. She was literally fuming with anger. Those two people were going to hurt a lot more innocents if she didn’t do something. Frankly, Sam didn’t give a fuck if Jen had had a moment of kindness. She had also killed children. Maybe not personally, but at least inadvertently. Unfortunately, Sam didn’t think she could do a thing. Her fire starting abilities where useless from far off and she didn’t really know how to do anything else. So she ran towards the broken edge of the bridge and focused on where Jen was, aiming all of her power into that area. Yea, it exhausted her, but in a few minutes, Sam was fired up, and from the look of it, it was getting quite a bit hot over there too. A small fire had started next to Jen and the boy she was with. And Sam knew from experience that her fires where a bit difficult, if not impossible, to put out when she was around.

Noah Joél Darwinson

In his hurried state, he had forgotten about his own bleeding wound. It would soon make itself apparent to him, but at the moment he was more concerned for the girl’s safety than his own. As he did all he could do to help her, he sat on a large rock when he was finished. The girl seemed to have slept for quite a while, that is until he heard her voice. It was soft, almost a whisper, but he heard it, just as he had heard her scream. He had no choice but to hear it, being that his hearing was above perfect.

“Um, thank you for helping me.”

Noah turned around on the rock and looked at Rose. He didn’t know who she was but he smiled and nodded.

“You’re welcome,” he replied as he stood to his feet and walked over to her. She was probably just as scared of him as she was of those who had caused such destruction, but he assured her that he was the “good” guy, if that meant anything.

“What happened?” She asked.

“I don’t know what happened to you, but I heard you scream. While I was fighting off those responsible for this destruction, you let out a scream that my ears picked up on. I found you lying unconscious, and I helped you. We are safe for now, but with the government and agents trying to rectify the situations, we will have to make a move at some point,” Noah replied as he looked at her, “what is such an innocent female doing so close to a battle scene? You could’ve been killed.”

Noah let out a sigh. He realized that he was acting like a concerned sibling. He looked at Rose with troubled eyes. He really couldn’t figure out why she had been in the vicinity to begin with. There was so much that could have gone wrong during the battle with Maxi. He was glad that she was alive, even if he didn’t know her. He believed that everyone deserved a second chance, no matter how wrong they’ve been.

“I’m Noah by the way, and you a------”

Those were the last words Noah spoke before he collapsed to the ground, his arm still oozing blood. He was very pale. Maxi really did a number on him with that electric attack, more than Noah had originally thought. He had sped up his heart rate, causing his blood to flow more quickly, and once a gash had been opened on his arm, the blood found the wound and flowed freely. Noah was in danger of losing his life if his wound wasn’t bandaged, and quickly.

Rose Menova

“I’m Noah by the way, and you a------” Noah said as he collapsed on the ground. At first, she was afraid to do anything, but since he saved her life, she owed his too. She looked around his body to search for the bleeding wound. She then found the bleeding on his arm. ‘ I should use my power on this one. But what if it goes wrong? ‘ Rose thought as she placed her hand on the arm of Noah.

Slowly, she forced her power to surge through her hand, but in a gentle way, to clean the wound to prevent any infection. She willed the water to gently clean the wound through her hands, as to not hurt Noah. She closed her eyes and silently prayed that everything will go well. When she finally felt the water through her hands, it came out perfectly just as she thought of. The water was gentle and calm, and it won’t be hurting Noah. Because of this, she smiled as she cleaned his wound.
She then got a little piece of cloth from the bag that her brother left her with and she bandaged Noah’s arm. “ Done. “ she said with a smile.

Now all she had to do was wait for him to wake up. She laid his head on her lap and waited.

Maxi Plasmaz (Steelix)

( San Francisco Bay Bridge)

How could he be so stupid? How on earth do you get your hand stuck...In a wall of junk? Maxi groaned loudly, as he felt the pure shame gather around him. It was embrassing...Most importantly, it made him seem weak. No matter how hard he tried, his arm wouldn't budge...Despite the fact this his blood was mostly metal meterial, there was still a chance of him not being able for the blood to reach the vital areas to keep his hand in full function.. Soon enough, he would have to result in cutting it off completely. That is...If nobody came to his aid.

"I won't ask." Jen said, as she attempted to help him out. Maxi laughed to himself quietly, ignoring the pain that he was enduring. "Isn't it weird...How i always find myself stuck?" He glared at her, wondering why she was wasting her time at trying to free him...Besides, moving heavy objects wasn't her thing. Instead of saying anything, he just watched her...Trying her hardest to set him free, untill she had finally relised that there was no point at all. Maxi sighed softly, "You quiet finished Jen? Hah." She turned to look at him then questioned. "You want to wait for the others to get here to get your hand out? Only thing I could do is blow it away, right now."
Maxi rolled his eyes. "We better wait for the others...Shouldn't take them too long to get here, besides...Blowing the wall over will only make things worse.. And i can't have you dosing off, i might need you to back me up with something." With his free hand, he pushed her slightly. "So no sleeping."

Suddenly, some sort of flame blazed into life. Which caused the smell of rotting bodies to intensify into something even worse... Burning bodies, Yea...Not a nice smell at all. "Erm...Jen, you might want to put that thing out..." This confused Maxi slightly. Where is that fire coming from? Wait a sec...How on earth did it even start...Urgh, today is really taking the piss. Then, a gust of wind blew down from up above; causing Maxi to react, and look up towards the sky...Only to see some kind of soil dragon. Now he had seen everything... A random fire coming out of nowhere... And now a random soil dragon..What was next? No wait...Don't answer that. "Matter of fact Jen." He called out slowly.
"Maybe we will have to result in your idea...I mean, i'm not sure if you will be able to handle all this by yourself... Since you do get tired rather quickly... No offence." Come to think of it...I don' t think i will last long either...Damn it Noah. "Don't try to use too much energy...I'm gonna' need you for this." He turned back to face his arm. "You ready?"

(San Francisco Bay Bridge)

When Maxi had first refused her help, Jen had almost rolled her eyes as she settled herself on the broken cement beside him. Pfft. At this rate, I'll be crashing either way. Her eyes seemed to be drooping already, but that moment of peace was abruptly broken when the temperature rose abnormally; followed by a sudden, unexplained fire that had formed uncomfortably close. She jumped to her feet and put a distance, but she knew there wasn't much she could do. Fire? Where the hell did that-- Oh, she didn't. And I even.. Goddamn. At Maxi's suggestion to put out the fire, she sighed and almost planted a palm into her face in near-exasperation. She was about to tell him about the fact that the flame came from a certain ungrateful Elementalist from across the bridge (and that she controlled lightning, which therefore meant she couldn't douse fires anyway), when some gust of wind caused her to finally notice the second, and far more impending, danger.

Oh, shit. Couldn't have been a worse time. The others better get here soon. A second glance at the rock-and-earth made dragon, however, made Jen chuckle. It's nice how they never look up. Earth, in the sky, in the midst of a thunderstorm? I should be happy this one's not so smart. "Matter of fact Jen. Maybe we will have to result in your idea...I mean, i'm not sure if you will be able to handle all this by yourself... Since you do get tired rather quickly... No offence." She gave a smile, all the more friendly as an idea blossomed in her head. For the moment, all thoughts of the fire flew away in her mind; which instead filled with simpler ways around the next problem. Her gaze followed the dragon and her clouds in the sky, her thoughts so occupied for a plan that she missed Maxi's next phrase completely. When she finished, he had already turned to face his arm.

"Don't worry. I think I've just found a better way around this, if you'll give me a minute." Jen's tone was cheerful, but her features stood to contradict as she painstakingly pulled the embedded shrapnel out of her arm. Because it's better for it to be out, than melted into a limb. Gritting her teeth and steadying herself on the wall of junk, she took a second, thicker spare shirt and wrapped it as tight as she could make it; which would hopefully temporarily (kind of) stop the river of blood that now ran from her wound. With that done, she approached Maxi's arm and, standing beside him, lifted her uninjured arm to the left of his; against the pile of metal junk. "Well, then. This will probably run through you too, since you're just as good of a conductor as I am. I warned you." She smiled at him then and glanced back to the sky, at her clouds and the dragon beneath them. Tough luck.

With only the warning of a slight twitch in her fingers, multiple bolts of lightning shot down from the sky; the majority attracted to (and therefore hitting) the idiotic mass of earth that was flying in her domain. One or two, however, charged straight into Jen herself; providing an excess of energy that she immediately converted to her use. The clouds, at this point, completely dissipated once the bolts had left, as her concentration went elsewhere. From the energy she now had, Jen carefully released an electric current through the wall, creating a powerful (and very small) magnetic field. With this, she removed the various metal parts that surrounded Maxi's arm; but she took the pains not to touch the arm itself. When she was done, she held the surrounding pieces of junk in their places by expanding the current; for only a time long enough for her companion to retrieve the limb. Then, as the field disappeared, the wall collapsed into itself.

Jen's vision flickered for a split second, before she sat down hard on the cement. "That's done and over with." Something bright danced at the corners of her eyes; reminding her of the fire. "That there is from that girl over on the other side of the bridge. There's nothing I can do about it." Well, besides a shot of railgun. But that's such a waste. And no matter how much she wants to hurt us, that mound of earth is way more dangerous. A tiny voice in the back of her head sighed in relief, at the unconscious decision not to kill another innocent. Well, a little discouragement from another fire wouldn't hurt, would it?

She looked to the sky, watching for any signs of the second, fresh elementalist. "Looks like we're a little cornered, aren't we? One moment." Jen formed the classic finger-gun with her left hand and aimed it at the other bridge's side; roughly in Sam's area. Mimicking a gun, she 'shot' a bolt of lightning at the other side's ground; a bolt that would only charge the cement and metal in Sam's vicinity to the point of a stun gun, rather than electrocution. Jen, herself, closed her eyes and took several deep breaths, staying in one place to regain energy. "If that works, we're only up for one for at least a while. Think you can hold that guy off until I can stand up again?"

Anson Lerfang
San Francisco Bay Bridge

Anson sighed as he flew through the sky. He had no idea what he was doing up here. He had no idea what powers the other elementalists had! The giant mass of earth that had formed into a dragon earlier was losing some parts... Even when created, it hadn’t been perfect. Its face had no details and the earth hadn’t been moulded properly. Meaning a single shot could destroy the dragon. Anson sighed. What the hell was he thinking! Scared shitless at an incoming attack, he looked down as best as he could. Flying low, he noticed some flames sprout out of nowhere on the famous bridge. “Wait what?” he said out loud. Flames? Out of nowhere? His mind quickly raced towards all the possible scenarios. Had one of the cars had a gas leak? No that would have probably caused an explosion... Anson was thinking on more things when he finally found his conclusion. Another elementalist. The flames were traveling fast and seeing how they had just sprouted from the ground...he’d say someone had done that. But was that someone good or bad. Anson hadn’t time to answer that question because as he looked over to the others side, he saw two people. One seemed to have his hand stuck under something. A male. The other was a girl a seemed to be helping him. Or were they arguing? They seemed to notice the flames at well.

That’s when Anson formulated another idea. The flames were heading straight for them so that meant whoever was controlling those flames wanted to “attack” those two. So now which one was good and bad? “Wait a minute...” Anson started “I’m smarter than this?” As he finished his sentence a bolt of lightning slithered past the dragon. Nearly falling off the dragon, he sighed “Apparently not...” Looking down he saw that the girl had noticed him and was directing the bolts. So that answered all Ansons questions. Those two were baddies...well for him they were. Anson grinned but then his smile left. “Wait...I’m on an earth dragon...and she’s controlling lightning...earth conduc-“ Before he could finish his sentence a bolt found its way to the dragon. Exploding, Anson fell from the dragon and found himself falling down straight for the water. He sighed as he fell. Cupping his hands together, he raised them up over his body. A mass of earth under the water surged up. Landing on the small land he had lifted he took the time to fix his clothing. He made sure he still had his guns and staff and then fixed up his bag. Not wanting to lose it, he placed it on the ground. Kneeling and placing his hands on the ground, the bag slowly sunk into the earth. Now that his bag was under ground, Anson could take it out anytime from any “earth” location.

With a strong leap, he threw himself unto the bridge. Planning on making a destructive entry, he got as high as he could and when he landed his fist hit the ground. Using one of his powers, he created a crater and shook the entire bridge. Some cars fell into the water and Anson was scared for a moment that the bridge would collapse. After the tremors ended he stood straight and glared at the girl and guy. His eyes fell on the female. His face that was usually joyful was now deadly looking and dangerous. The energy around him got extremely dense. The green aura around his body was almost visible to others. “You missed...”

Sam Parker

When the fire first started up, Sam had felt almost a jolt of energy. It was as if she had been struck with a bolt of electricity. And then as the fire spread, liquid lava had coursed through her veins. It was… amazing. The only way to describe it would be to say that it was like shooting up right after getting off of the fastest rollercoaster. Not that she had ever done either, but that was how she imagined it would be. She concentrated on the feeling, practically sighing with contentment, and watched the fire grow stronger, bigger.

The smell of burnt flesh didn’t even reach her nose until a few moments later. And the thoughts that accompanied the smell made her face go white with horror. It wasn’t a smell that was unfamiliar to her. She had smelled it enough times to know that, if hungry enough, it made her mouth water. And she hadn’t eaten anything decent since yesterday morning. And then she thought about the people who were burning. There had been innocent people on that bridge. She couldn’t get her mind wrapped around that concept. But she understood perfectly well that they may not have been dead. And as her mouth watered at the smell of roasted human being, she understood that now they definitely where.

The fire flickered for a brief moment as Sam closed her eyes and said a quick prayer to the god that she didn’t even believe in. And as if an answer to her prayer, she fell to the ground, rendered completely paralyzed. Almost immediately she knew that it was from Jen. That just strengthened her resolve to beat them. It had turned into a game of life and death, and Sam was going to win. It didn’t matter that she was probably much weaker than the other girl.

Fortunately, the brief stun had paralyzed her body, not her mind. And her mind was what controlled the fire. She concentrated on the feeling that had almost passed by now and the impending rush told her that the fire was building up again. She wouldn’t be able to start a new one (No, that ability was shot at the moment) but she could keep this one up and running.

Maxi Plasmaz (Steelix)

( San Francisco Bay Bridge)

The sudden rush of blood, dashing towards the blocked out parts within his arm was simply sensational. Normally, you wouldn't take notice of blood flowing around your body, but when it has been blocked from a certain spot for a long period of time; it makes a big difference. Slowly, Maxi dragged his arm back towards his chest, watching it gradually turn back into a normal hand. A little twitch once and in a while occured in his fingertips, recovering the lost movement that he had to edure. "Alright...I should be alright for now..." The pain coming from his back was completely ignored, now wasn't the time to act like a child and cry about a bleeding back...Even if it was pretty bad.

"Oh and Jen... Thanks...I really needed that energy charge." Small sparkles of static, sparked out from his arm, while a small current continued to flow throughout his body. Yes, being a living conductor did have its faults... But when the positves come into effect, well...Maxi could be seen as a real Ironman. His movements, agility and reaction times improved ever so slightly, but it sure as hell made a difference. "Don't mess up on me, i think i will have my work cut out with this guy." He sighed loudly, while the earth dragon...Died, leaving the guy that was controling it to fly like a brick. Ha, looks like i don't have to worry about working my ass off after all. Soon enough, the random person had pludged into the water...Yet there was no splash, no sound of impact.. Just a tearing sound, which seemed to becoming from underneath the water. "Hmm?" Cautiously, Maxi walked over to the edge of the bridge, keeping his guard up as high as possible. The magnectic field that Jen had created, caused him to float slightly...which made his walking seem weird. He looked over the edge of the bridge, only to see a small island. What the hell...

Before it even happend, Maxi began to hover off the ground. Leaving it to vibrate violently, like there was an earthquake on the bridge. But as much as he hoped that it was a normal earthquake...Well it wasn't, the unknown stranger was still alive...And he wasn't around to play any games, this guy ment business. The bridge was hardily a bridge anymore, matter of fact...It was a simple waste land. Cars fell into the river below, sending them to their watery grave; while bodies became hooked on scraps of metal and gravel. "Impressive trick." He called out, clapping while smiling. "Tell me, what brings you to the great land of San fransico?" Jen was busy enough with the fire child, so no matter what; he had to keep this guy away from her. "I'm pretty sure it ain't for tourist reasons. Since there is nothing to see here, unless you like the sight of dead bodies, and errm...Well, that's pretty much it really. In other words, you could just say that.... San fransico is now a mass graveyard." He smiled, while crossing his arms. He had to keep his cool and not rush things, since he wasn't in the perfect state at this moment of time. All he could do for now was stall for time, hoping for any kind of backup.

Noah Darwinson

Grunting, and moving very slowly, Noah’s eyes slowing opened as his body turned over. He found his head in the lap of a female. More than likely it was the girl that he had rescued. She had returned the favor. Sighing, he looked up at her and attempted to smile, but the vision he had received when she touched him worried him. It was a vision of her and some boy. At first everything seemed alright, everything seemed to be going okay between the girl and the boy, but suddenly conflict developed. The boy had grabbed the girl’s arm and had started to shake her. He called her name. Rosa. That is when the government agents appeared, and the boy handed the girl over to them freely. Noah looked at this girl with sincere eyes and sat up in order to get a better view of her.

“Thank you. While I was resting I saw you in a vision. You touched me and I saw something in your future. I saw a boy betray you. Is there anyone you know who would betray you? Did you come here with someone?”

Noah began to describe the boy he saw in his vision. He began to inform Rosa that most of the time his visions came true, but in this case he would help protect her for he felt that she was in danger.

“We shouldn’t stay in one place long. Let’s get out of here, but where to go?” Noah pondered as he placed a finger against his temple. He could feel the auras and energies that resonated from the area he had just left. A new aura had arrived which meant another elemental had come to join the fun. He looked at the girl.

“More have come. We should get out of here before things start to get really dangerous.”

He couldn’t help but feel that someone on the bridge needed his help. He had left without even another thought in order to help Rosa, and now he was wondering if the girl who had showed up earlier was in danger. Of course she was in danger, she was on a bridge with two elementals that had no value for the lives of others. Sighing, he realized what he’d have to do. He looked back at Rosa and gave her a look that she would know meant to stay put.

Rose Menova

She immediately thought of her brother. And as Noah described the boy he saw in his vision, it really was her brother. She knew it though. The moment he left her, she knew that he would betray her. He said that it was for her own good, but then he just wanted to get away from her. She was a freak after all. Of course he would want to leave her. Then Noah said something, then he left. Probably to help the girl on the bridge. She then realized that she was not as powerless as she thinks. She stood up, placed herself in a distance, where the evil elementals couldn't see her.

She closed her eyes and tried to control the water from under the bridge. She commanded the water to move at her will. She could feel the water rising as she held her arms up high. When she was sure that the water had risen, she imagined them putting out the fire from the destruction site. She knew she could help Noah distract the other elementals, but she didn't want to get attention from them. If she did, she's dead.

Jennifer Williams
(San Francisco Bay Bridge)

“You missed...” Actually, I didn't, Mr. Self-centered ass. My target exploded just a little while ago, thank you. For what several minutes (or long seconds) had passed, Jen had been calmly watching the newly arrived enemy; on the comfy seat of broken cement. She had to resist the urge to roll her eyes at his 'intimidating' look. Do they always have to do that? She was, quite plainly, exhausted, or she would've insulted him right then and there. But still, the fact that the impending doom of being burned to death and dodging whatever clumps of earth that would evidently come her way was making her more than just a little annoyed. It was when Maxi went forward to stall for time, that she really began to think for how to deal with one of the immediate problems: the fire.

Maybe I can run on over there and-- Dear god. Through Jen's insistent stare at both the approaching inferno and the little miss who made it, she hadn't noticed the growing, looming body of water that had slowly, unnaturally, risen to a mini tsunami-wave just by the bridge. Or, rather, the wrecked, barely recognizable mass of metal that used to be the bridge. But this is ridiculous. It was only when the wave, like a god-sent gift to wash away all her problems (or only one), crashed downwards to douse the fire (and then effectively push everything else off) that she broke out of shock. But even then, she had already fallen halfway towards the lake --or whatever it was-- before she remembered how to fly again. And thank god I caught myself in time. Swimming.. agh.

Now completely soaked and mentally thanking whatever person had made the wave, though Jen knew it was probably not for the purpose of helping the predicament, she flew back to land on the bridge; this time on Sam's side. Because, well, it seemed minutely safer; if for the chance that Earth didn't notice in the chaos. Though he'll probably come dashing here anyway like a prince in shining armor, when he notices a certain stunned troublemaker with me. But, unfortunately, there's not much I can do about that. So, without further ado, Jen dragged herself over to Sam's still-electrically-charged vicinity and sat down hard against the remnants of a car; close enough to be able to talk to her and help out Maxi if she needed to. A crude butter knife appeared and danced between her fingers, on her uninjured side.

It took less than a moment to regather the stray electricity she had spent; besides what had hit Sam. Well, I won't make craters with this railgun, but that doesn't mean it won't get lodged in a stomach or something. "Hey. So, the fire. I could lodge this through your head, right now." Jen sounded annoyed (and ever so slightly nervous), absentmindedly playing with the knife and looking for Earth. But, unfortunately, I'm too tired to play with children when the big bad wolf is inevitably coming. "The hell's wrong with you? Are you trying to get yourself killed?" Hm, no wait. Have I had this kind of conversation before? "Or is this your version of 'avenging the people we've killed'? Because, believe it or not, it's not working." Or at least, you wouldn't know it almost did. "Stay out of it, would you? We have reasons for doing this. We've tried everything else."

Anson Lerfang
San Fransisco Bridge

Anson clenched his fist and turned around, glaring at Jen. At this point he hadn’t really cared about the other guy right now. He had planned to go on a full scale attack but that wasn’t the best idea right now. There were two bad guys. Then there was Anson, someone controlling the flames and maybe more. They could easily take them with no problem. But more would come and in its current state, the bridge wouldn’t survive a full scale elemental attack. Only his little display had almost caused it to get destroyed or blow up. As much as he really wanted to kill them and get it over with, he wasn’t stupid. These guys had destroyed a whole city... and even if only two of them where here now, more would be coming. Anson turned his head to see how far he was to the other side of the bridge. If he ran...fast he would be able to make it. At the same time he could catch Flamy and anybody else on the way. He looked back at the guy standing in front of him.
"Tell me, what brings you to the great land of San Francisco I'm pretty sure it ain't for tourist reasons. Since there is nothing to see here, unless you like the sight of dead bodies, and errm...Well, that's pretty much it really. In other words, you could just say that.... San Francisco is now a mass graveyard." The man spoke. He had gotten up and walked forward. Anson smiled at his remark. In his angry state, he would have ripped him to pieces right there and now. He spoke of death and killing millions like if it was a walk in the park...disgusting. Anson rubbed his face with his sleeve and sighed, controlling his anger. Looking at him once again, he spoke in a semi aggressive voice. “No, I saw this stuff on T.V and thought it would be interesting to visit the city...and you guys. I always knew I wasn’t alone...it was impossible. And now I’m right....but it seems as you “kids” think that you can destroy people’s lives just because you see fit? I don’t think so...”

Anson would have moved out of the way, as the flames were getting closer to him. But suddenly something happened that would either be a curse or gift. A giant wave came crashing down on the bridge, putting out the fire and taking down rumbles and cars on the way. Anson quickly grabbed on the edge of the bridge and held on as water fell down on him and pulled him towards the lake. Once the water was gone he cursed and whispered under his breath “I try my hardest not to get wet and what do you know....I’m wet...” He knew whoever had done this was probably doing it to help but he couldn’t help thinking about kicking that person’s ass... He looked back at the male who and noticed Jen was gone. She was now near Flamy, which was still paralyzed. Now what... Lightning girl had a knife in hand and any sudden movement from Anson would cause Flamy’s death...

He coughed a little and passed a hand threw his damp hair. Fixing his jacket he looked at him and then the lightning girl behind him. “Alright well It’s been a blast and I hope to see you guys again....I’m sorry that I can’t stay but I’m sure we will meet again...if you survive this one...” With that Anson cupped his hands, raised them in the air and with a loud roar smashed them on the ground of the bridge. At once his compressed aura was released in one blast, shaking the bridge. Cars fell from the bridge and exploded, followed by stone and soon the bridge started trembling. Poles and columns holding the bridge started cracking and the bridge started moving. Turning around, Anson dashed to the other side of the bridge. Jumping over cars and dodging flames, he saw the girl that had caused the flames. Noticing that Jen had dropped her knife, he tackled her to the side, making her fall on the side she had been hurt earlier. “Hey! Get the hell out of here I still have a fight to settle with you!” With that he tackled grabbed Flamy(Sam) as he ran. Holding her in his arms, he pushed past the flames, getting burnt in the process. Pushing back the pain he saw the other side of the bridge and another guy that had started walking on it.

With one last push of energy, Anson leaped forward, tackling the male (Noah) at the same time and landed on land as the bridge collapsed in the water. On the ground, Anson coughed and turned on his back. He was hurt at multiple places and couldn’t feel his legs. Chuckling he said “I still got it...” He had no idea if the baddies had survived that and if yes they would be on the other side of the bridge. Anson felt weak...a release of power that large had cost a lot of energy. A few hours of sleep would get him back on track...

Rose Menova

Seeing another guy (Anson) collapse near the place where she was hiding made her nervous. But she quickly got over it when she realized that there were others with him. One was Noah, he seemed okay, just tired. The other one, who looked like a boy (Sam), seemed to be very tired. She laid him (or her) to the side and did the same thing that she did to Noah several moments ago. The last one (Anson), seemed to be the one who was really weak and needed healing the most. She positioned his head on her duffel bag and she held her hands out to him. He was already wet though, due to the fact that she willed a tidal wave to wash over the now destroyed bridge. She took off his jacket, so that he wouldn't get even more sick. She closed her eyes and healed him, it was slow, due to the damage done on him, but she finished it nevertheless.

" Now, I'd have to wait for you to wake up " she muttered. She felt a little tired too.
