Setting
The known continent is home to lots of plains-land and fertile fields. There isn't much else known about this planet in regards to geography, flora, or fauna; however two types of energy pulsate strong throughout Palisia-cosmic and psionic energy.
In one plain a conference center which caters to various high ranking space faring agencies. The conference center was placed and further funded by the Taiyou. It boasts great food, and is surrounded in launch pads.

"Sire; a reconnaissance fleet has made contact with hostiles in a nearby system." Kesslee reported, before he passed the Emperor a data-slate showing the engagement in the nearby EK-729 system.
"This region of space is close to this system; relatively speaking." Kesslee reported, inclining his head respectfully to Isambard. "The fleet there will hold until you've returned to Langara."
Offering a slight nod, Prince turned to Kesslee. "Have the Langaran fleet make the jump to the nearby system, I'll take the Gigashadow back to Langara, and meet with the Minister of Defense, and the Quorum to determine a course of action."
Rising from his seat, Prince looked to Tetris. "If you have any forces available, I need you to take them to the EK-729 system, and see if they can render assistance to the Aschen fleet there. It's currently under attack by unknown aliens. They have not given their intention, so we can only assume the worst." Prince said, turning to Shimizu.
The Taiyou Emperor simply shook his head.
"I'll see what I can spare in the sector."
"Grand Confessor, take command of the fleet. Render assistance to Admiral Nash, and beat back these Aliens."
The grand Confessor nodded, as Prince stood up, and the two of them headed out of the meeting room.
CT-8 Ais'aell'ss, did you receive that? Put out a missive of critical importance. I want CT-6 K'las'ga to lead a fleet in that direction. She will know what to do with the information from there. Forward all relevant info to her and make sure it is understood that this is a priority task on my orders directly.
Yes...understood CT-10...she shall be informed...I have already sent the missive through the appropriate channels...CT-8 Astragalus recommended 3000 ships and approved a deployment appropriate for the occasion...it shall be done, roger roger...!
With apologies concerning the matter, Tet'ris exited the meeting in a polite and amicable fashion. Emergencies called for such. With her entourage, she quickly hurried back onto her shuttle. From there, she returned to her ship, and the fleet itself would then leave the system as quickly as they were able to arrive to start.
Seki's face turned annoyed as the slime thing entered and was about to say something when Kyritha leaned over and whispered to her in Mauhasinan. ["Maybe... we should help them?"]
Seki turned a glare to Kyritha and shot back in Mauhasinan. ["Help the assholes that insult and threaten us? I think not...Let them burn..."]
Kyritha frowned. ["You know my people's..."] she started.
["Fine... but Send the legion...Should peace be made here I will consider sending in My people..."]
Kyritha knew that was the best she was going to get so she stepped out for a moment to contact one of her Knight-Commanders.
Seki sighed and looked back at the room and speaking in the common now asked. "Does anyone else have to go or shall we speak about the peace treaty between my people and the Imperium now?"
A telekinetic whisper in the ears of the Emperor of Man and the two Primarchs. Though the latter more of efficiency than urgency.
Ever placid it summarized, "We observe ships leaving and surveil the Almanac. There is a developing threat unknown to us attended by Ashen and Black Templar.
We sense something has breached the walls between realities. We do not feel it is Chaos Aetherkind but to cross the barrier brings with it great power."
The two Primarchs it spoke to at once, "We advise without urgency, sons of the Living Emperor, Mada Sybil heard the call for Mechanicus to improve a Thunderhawk. We provided her leave to submit her own. It is upon Terra and the Imperial Fists if either of you choose to consider. Delivered with the first mass-manifestation nodes for Terra's defense direct from her forge tesseract. Imperial Guard attend the cargo. The true rekindled Otto Hannig escaped there from the First Machine. Purity proven by willpower against Daemonkind. He now serves there."
The vessels floated in the void like giant golden crystals. Motes of light danced across their surfaces, which at times rippled like water. There was one ship that stood apart from the others in both size and presence. It dwarfed the other eleven by several orders of magnitude.
”Dimensional stabilizers engaged. The home anchor is tethered. All systems functional.”
“Acknowledged.” Lord Tigris replied. “Set course for Gaia. All crew: maintain your stations.”
Lord Tigris sat upon his steel throne in the center of the bridge on the KAV Mlimar vya’El. He was a mountain of an aryite, standing head and shoulders above all his peers. His mane was grayed, but rippling cords of muscle still clung to his sturdy frame. Scars from burns, bullets, and blades blended with the natural black stripes of his fur. He tapped at a console on the arm of his chair - the metallic fingers of his left arm clinking against the crystal lattice - and brought up a display screen.
The screen replayed the Niihama broadcast made by the Taiyou government. He watched it silently, his eyes narrowed. One eye, crystalline and glowing with arcane energy, focused upon the princess and her declaration, while his one organic eye read the subtitles at the bottom of the screen.
His fleshly eye flashed with steely resolve as the Khroniktan Alliance fleet soared through the heavens like a flock of stars. Tigris adjusted the sleeve of his admiral uniform, and he waited.
For now, as no one else was leaving the Emperor began to speak. ”Without any further interruption. Let us begin discussion about the peace treaty between the Mauhasinian Empire and the Imperium. Empress Seki, you may have the floor first.” The Emperor stated. These peace talks could now officially begin after some time has passed.
Seki's ear and tail gave a little twitch as she considered her next words. "I believe it would be best to keep up the terms of the ceasefire for a few more months. Let heads cool on both sides.... then we can go to these terms... for both sides"
Seki let out a sigh and added one more thing staring right into the Emperor's eyes. Her eyes seemed to unnaturally darken as she spoke. "Only one other thing. Even when the ceasefire terms are replaced with the peace terms... No ship of the order known as Black Templars will be allowed in Mauhasinan Empire space. For no reason are Black Templars to ever enter my empire. For them to do so will be an act of war."
Seki leaned back in her seat letting the words sink in before saying. "Agree to this and I will consider our nations at peace."
”It will be done. I will oversee the chapter in person and return to our duties.” Dorn simply added.
Though long quiet it now had an issue of concern and whispered to its Emperor, [This results in issues of concern to servitor activities. Injured non-humankind determined Mauhasinan, if absent any local support efforts, have been subject to rekindling attempts when encountered by servitors. Since statements of neutrality within Genesis to Aetherkind Bastakia. Greater servitor Eldrylth maintains souls without available vessels or those souls whose vessels destabilized within her inworld near Mauhasinan space while studying Webway gates. No deposition point for these souls is currently available. No available Mauhasinan parts exist to accrete replacement vessels. It is against Dicta to permit housing non-humankind souls in humankind's vessels. Minimally repaired Mauhasinan citizens are in observation within aether isolation blocks on Genesis to determine repair stability. However, it would benefit your servitors if a diplomatic post exists within the Imperial Arcology we constructed on Genesis. While it is preferable to continue observation this would permit deporting rekindled non-humankind to that neutral entity to preserve its new status.]
The four-vaned projection points to the Emperor then to Seki in its ever-dispassionate dusty voice, "Living Emperor, we now record a Neutral-positive Mauhasinan empire. This permits them to enter Genesis through the Terra Way ingress via servitor escort with approval of Imperial humankind. Non-Imperial entities are expected to not engage in warfare while within the center Arcology. Neutral-positive entities are permitted to defend themselves and infighting will be ignored except by Imperial edict. Imperial assets are prioritized above all others and considered Adjuciators. Neutral or neutral-negative entities engaging in warfare will be immediately subject to security assets. Daemonkind or Outerkind will be attacked without quarter or consideration. No direct interaction by Non-Imperials is permitted with Administratum attempting curation damaged or corrupted souls while Non-Imperials are in Genesis. A core gate does not yet exist to permit access by Non-Imperial ships. Neutral positive entities are permitted to trade with servitors in resolved psimass only. Foreign agents of ingress from neutral-positive entities must remain at their point of entry. Any guarded or positive threatened non-aetherkind with them will be permitted to reside until Imperial Administratum initiates deportation or a suitable safe egress point is located by Servitor Administratum."
Seki turned to the Origin King her ally. "I welcome you and your people to come and visit My Empire when you are able."
Without a word and only a nod Seki and those with her where covered in rings of light and vanished being teleported to the Mauhasinan fleet above.
A few moments later a Stargate portal was opened and the fleet vanished into it headed back home to Mauhasinan space.
Of course as the Empress left, there still remained the others that were gathered. Many had left during the course of this meeting to solve other troubles or were simply done with this and left almost like a petulant child. Whatever the case, there were still a few delegates left and if they wished to negotiate with the Imperium now was the chance now that most everything was complete.
