Image Name: Phoenix Rahaim

Age: 28

Gender: Female

Species: Human

Height: 5'8"

Weight: 155lbs

Sexuality: Pansexual

Job: Spy

Appearance: Phoenix is relatively tall and she has a somewhat muscular, athletic build. Her skin is very dark and she has elegant facial features. She has dark eyes and full lips. Phoenix generally always wears makeup, though not for others so much as it is for the fun of it. She wears her hair in a large, curly afro style and she takes excellent care of it. Phoenix generally likes to wear comfortable clothing when possible, opting for stretchy pants or leggings with long tank tops or t-shirts and, if it's cold, a sweater or jacket. She loves to dress up when she can, though, and she enjoys wearing bright colours and bold patterns. She usually wears either tall high heels, heeled boots, or ballerina-style flat shoes. Usually, Phoenix can be seen wearing some sort of jewelry.

Personality: Phoenix has two very different sides to her personality. When Phoenix is focusing on her work, she tends to be very quiet and serious. She's an excellent listener and very observant, though she can sometimes come across as cold and standoffish if she doesn't deem you relevant or important. Phoenix is quite perceptive and can usually tell when somebody is lying or withholding information. When she needs information she tends to find it by asking around, blackmailing, or snooping through somebody else's things as she's never really had the heart for torture. She is a decent fighter. When she isn't focused on her work, though she is highly guarded, she can be a lot of fun. She cares deeply about others when she's had time to build a relationship with them and she enjoys going out and doing things, no matter what the thing is. She's very open-minded and has a tendency to be something of a people-pleaser. She does, however, enjoy pushing others out of their comfort zones.

History/Bio: Phoenix was raised in the world of organized crime and was exposed to a lot of messy things from a young age. Her father took part in all sorts of messy business and her mother worked as a prostitute, in addition to helping her husband with his illicit work. As a little girl, Phoenix's father liked to use her to lure in victims - usually young women - who he'd then kidnap, usually to sell. Phoenix would be dressed in rags and told to attract the target's attention, to ask her as sweetly as possible for help, and then to lead her to an agreed-upon spot so that her father and his men could snatch the woman up. Phoenix grew accustomed to falling asleep to the sound of people pleading for freedom or screaming as they were tortured. She didn't enjoy helping her parents, but she wasn't aware that she had a choice in the matter.

When Phoenix was only sixteen years old, her father essentially traded her virginity as part of a business transaction, leaving her at the mercy of a pair of his friends and informing her that she wasn't permitted to fight against them or she'd be disowned. It was on that night that Phoenix decided she'd had enough of her parents and their shady dealings and she decided to take them down for once and for all. She started to gather all the information she could, taking notes of meeting spots, times and dates, names of individuals, code names, and all the information she could find. Once she'd gathered together as much as she could and had implicated as many of her father's friends and associates as possible, Phoenix took this information to the rulers of her Kingdom. Over the next few weeks, the guards performed several raids, capturing most of the people involved with Phoenix's family and freeing several of their victims, prisoners, and hostages.

The royal family deemed Phoenix a hero of their Kingdom and gave her as much as they could in return for her aid - they signed over her parents' home to her, gave her money and jewels, offered her servants, and assured her that if there was ever anything she needed, they would provide it for her. Phoenix had realized that she was actually quite good at undercover work, having kept her actions a secret from her parents and successfully collected all the information she needed. She'd also used stealth skills to break into rooms, drawers, cabinets, etc. that she wasn't permitted to enter, and she decided that she wanted to continue doing similar work. She started to take formal training through the royal family and became a spy for them.

One day, Phoenix was approached by Sophia Bradley and asked to undertake some highly sensitive work. Sophia revealed to her that her younger brother, Weston, who was supposedly dead, was actually alive and well and living a while away. Sophia had a pair of spies who kept tabs on him but one of them had just stepped down because she wanted to get married and start a family, so she needed somebody new to replace that spy. Phoenix agreed to do the work, despite the stipulation that the royal family was not permitted to find out that Weston was alive, and she cleaned out her home to rent it out - having Sophia collect the rent money on her behalf - while she was away.

For several years now, Phoenix has been following Weston. She always keeps herself at a distance from him, observing only and sending private couriers back to Sophia with the information she gathers. She has interacted directly with Weston only once - accidentally, when she was in line at a coffee shop getting a drink and he came in and got in line behind her - but has interacted indirectly with him on many occasions. She was responsible for persuading his publishers to take a chance on his novel - through blackmail, of course - and she keeps dangerous people away from him; for his good looks he has been targeted by more than one parties in the human trade business, and his secretive nature has drawn the attention of individuals looking to learn more about him.

Now, Weston has moved to the floating islands to be closer to his new publisher and has taken up residence with a young woman who owns a chocolate shop. Phoenix, naturally protective over Weston after having spent so many years observing and protecting, has taken it upon herself to go undercover on the floating islands to continue observing for Sophia - and to find out about the young woman with whom Weston is living, though that part may purely be selfish intrigue.

So begins...

Amira nodded. "Mhmm." She said and sipped her wine again just in time for someone to knock on the door. She went and answered it. Seeing a little prince and princess standing there. "Oh look at you two. Arent you just the prettiest princess and most handsome prince I ever did see?" She said with a smile, leaning down to give them both some candy. The little girl giggled while the little prince hid behind her a little ways, quite obviously a shy child.

Lance looked at Phoenix and blinked. "Well of course they dont. Theyre not old enough to realize that it might be slutty." He teased and then chuckled. "We do. Kind of. We dont make a big deal of it really. Its more of a "oh hey, thirty huh? would ya look at that" kind of thing. And then we get sent on a week long vacation somewhere." He said with a shrug.

Weston followed Amira to the door and couldn't help but to grin when he saw the little prince and princess. They looked just adorable. He loved the way Amira interacted with them, and he leaned down as well. "Maybe one day you'll grow to be a big prince and princess, just like us," he said to them.

Phoenix smirked a bit when he said that the kids didn't understand sluttiness and she nodded. "Exactly. That's what I love about it," she said with a laugh. She blinked slightly when Lance explained how birthdays worked and she nodded. "Makes sense, I guess," she said, and then moved a little closer to him. "Thirty, though? Old man," she teased with a smirk, sliding her arms around his neck and gazing up at him.

The little girl looked up at Amira and got wide eyed. "Im gonna get pink face things too!" She said and then giggled before running to her parents. The little boy looked up at Weston and Amira before mumbling a thank you and then running off. "Ugh he was so cute and shy and ughhh." She said as she closed the door. "Also probably put the idea of face tattoos in a little girls brain... oops..." She said.

Lance chuckled. " So old. Practically decaying already. I should have grandchildren by now." He joked and put his hands on her waist. "At least im not like forty though right? I think we'll be finnee with suuuch a large age gap." He teased and then poked her nose.

Weston laughed a little at the little girl's comment and shook his head, looking at Amira. "He sure was cute," he agreed. "I never understood being shy. I was a loud kid," he said with a chuckle. He smirked a bit at the idea of the little girl getting face tattoos. "She's small enough that I'm sure she'll have long since forgotten about this by the time she's old enough to seriously consider it," he said with a shrug.

Phoenix burst out laughing, shaking her head as she looked up at him. "I mean, Weston is older than you and Amira is younger than me, so it's not like our teeny lil' age gap is such a big deal," she said with a shrug. "Besides, maybe I like my men a little older," she added, smirking up at him.

Amira giggled a little bit. "I know. I certainly hope so anyways. Otherwise her parents wont be too happy. You should see the amount of looks I get from really conservative people. Its really dumb." She said and shook her head. It didnt bother her really anymore. It was normal in the elf tribe that she came from, so she had little reason to get insecure over it now.

Lance laughed a little. "Thats true if they can handle a five year age gap, we can handle our itty bitty one." He said and then smirked a little bit. "Ohhh good. Cuz im like, so freaking old." He said and then shook his head. "What a shame it would be if you were into younger men." He said with a dramatic sigh. "I could have missed out on the most wonderful woman ive ever met."

Weston laughed a little and shook his head. "Who knows, maybe she has super supportive parents who will encourage her to do whatever makes her happiest?" he said with a bit of a shrug. He lifted a hand and traced along one of her face tattoos with his fingertips. "Coming from a really conservative family, I can tell you I really like them," he said softly, and then leaned forward and kissed each of her cheeks where the tattoos were. "I've never seen anything like them but they're quite pretty."

Phoenix laughed at his words and shook her head, smirking a bit when he called himself so freaking old. She caressed his cheek at hearing his dramatic sigh, giggling a bit. "I'm sure I could have made an exception for a man as wonderful as you," she said softly. There came a knock at the door so she stepped back, opening the door to reveal an entire group of children, perhaps ten of them, with six or seven adults waiting by the road. She grabbed the candy bag, holding it so Lance would also be able to reach in and grab candy so he could help as she started giving candy to each of the kids as they held out their bags and said trick-or-treat.

Amira giggled a little bit when he traced her tattoos. "Well, you're you. So it makes more sense." She said softly and then snuggled into him after he kissed her cheeks. She sighed happily against him and cuddled up some more until there was another knock on the door. She opened it and handed out candy, and things continued on for the rest of the night until there were no more kids coming to the door and the streets were empty. "Well, that was a lot of fun huh?" She said.

Lance laughed a little bit. "Well goooood." He said and then went along with her and saw all of the kids, looking down at her when she held the candy bag. He handed out candy to them one by one until there were no kids on the doorstep anymore. Things picked up and he helped her hand out candy to the kids that came until there werent any coming anymore. When they finally shut the door he locked it. "Oh we're even out of candy too. Looks like we had just the right amount." He said.

Weston laughed a little when she said that he was him and he nodded. "That's true," he said. "Being apart from them has definitely helped me to blossom into my own person." He held her close until there was another knock at the door, and then it was back to the trick or treaters. The kids looked adorable in their costumes, and eventually the streets were empty, most of the houses had gone dark, and there didn't seem to be any more children coming around. When she asked if it was fun, he grinned and nodded. "Yes. Very fun," he said, grabbing her waist and her hand and doing a quick spin with her in his arms, grinning. "We even have a couple baggies of candy left to enjoy for ourselves," he said with a smirk.

Phoenix appreciated that Lance helped her hand out candy. It was a lot of fun. A few kids questioned what his costume was supposed to be and she just explained that he was a tree, which was enough explanation for the kids. There wasn't exactly enough space in the doorway for him to pick her up without having to step outside with her, but the kids seemed quite accepting of a tree costume. When they were out of candy and had closed the door, she grinned and looked at him. "I've become a bit of a champ at guessing how much candy I need," she told him jokingly.

Amira giggled when he spun her around. "Yes, thats always a good thing. Cant run out completely." She said and then smirked a little bit as she looked up at him. "So...Halloween is over..." She said and patted his chest lightly. "Will you make sure that everything is all locked up and stuff and then you can meet me upstairs and I will show you your surprise up there?" She said, looking up at him.

Lance couldnt believe how simple f an explanation the kids needed to just accept the fact that a grown man dressed up as a tree for halloween. When Phoenix spoke he chuckled. "Well im glad you are, because if I had done it, im sure that we would have a ton of extra candy just laying around here." He said.

Weston chuckled slightly and nodded when she agreed that having leftover candy was good. He raised an eyebrow slightly at the smirk that came to her lips. and when she asked him to make sure everything was secure before meeting her upstairs, he nodded. "Sure, princess," he replied. He leaned down and kissed her forehead softly before letting go of her, going to lock up the doors before heading to double check the sun room.

Phoenix giggled a bit when he said that he probably would have bought too much candy and she folded her arms over her chest. "No, babe, you would have bought all sorts of weird fruits that the kids didn't want to eat," she teased with a laugh, sighing and stretching her arms out a bit. "I'll be right back. Do we have any ice cream left? I was thinking we could have some before bed," she suggested before hurrying off. She'd already checked and they only had enough ice cream left for one bowl, but he didn't need to know that. She headed quickly to the washroom to get changed, figuring that the time it took him to go to the kitchen and check the ice cream would be all the time she needed - all she really needed was to take her dress off and put the stockings on - and when he called to her that they only had enough for one bowl, she could make her sexy little entrance.

Amia headed upstairs and got out of her dress, she had been wearing the surprise all day and she made sure that it was looking absolutely perfect. She put her hair up in a very princessy looking bun and then waited for Weston to come up stairs.

Lance laughed a little. "I probably would have bought really weird candy too to be completely honest." He said and then blinked before going to the kitchen and looking in the freezer. "Uhh. We have enough for one bowl if you want ice cream." He said and looked back to where she had gone. He was fine not having any ice cream since he wasnt one to eat sweets a whole bunch. So Phoenix could definitely have that last bowl of ice cream to herself.

Weston finished checking all the doors and windows to be sure everything was secure. He was excited about his surprise. When he was confident that they were safe, he headed upstairs and made his way to her room. When he opened the door, he stopped dead in his tracks for a moment at the sight of her. A smirk started to spread across his lips and he stepped inside, closing the door behind him and moving towards her. "Is this the surprise?" he asked, going to put his hands on her hips. "Because if this is the surprise...then I love it. This is the best Halloween ever," he said before leaning down to softly kiss her lips.

Phoenix quickly got changed into her little surprise. She'd been wearing it under her costume all day but she hadn't included the stockings, so she had to throw those on quickly. She left the ears and whiskers as they were and then left the bathroom, hearing him say in her direction that there was only enough ice cream for one bowl. She smirked a bit, stepping out so he could see her and putting her hands on her hips. "Only for one? What a shame. But that's okay...I think I have an idea we can both enjoy," she said seductively.
