Is there a specific age range you'd like us to stick to? And do you want our characters to have surnames, if they're an Innocent and still have their memories from life off the island?

No there isn't a specific age range that has been set for the characters. Hmmm, yes the innocents have last names since they are all from earth and still have their memories. But they will rarely use them during the Rp because to protect the innocents the Soulless' will tell your characters not to use their last names so they can blend in on the island since no one on the island has a last name.

So I'm assuming that the Owner hasn't revealed themselves in front of anyone yet, is this also applies to Fides or is it possible that he and the Owner had met, since he is the closest to them and stuff?

No one has met the Owner yet not even Fides or at least no one remembers meeting him.

Also, I'll announce this in the information thread, but Graces have the ability to talk to the Owner,
but it has to be done through a temple(The only Grace that can't really talk to the owner yet is Truth, since they are a Grace in training), Fides connection with the Owner is that he can hear them and talk to them even if he isn't in a temple, unlike the others.

When our characters wake up in the garden, will they be wearing whatever clothes they were wearing when the light brought them to the Island, and would their hairstyles be the same? Or would they all be dressed more "pure" in like, white robes or something?

You'll be in your original clothing because your memories haven't been erased, same with your hair, but if you had a hairbow it might have broken. Though you will be changing out of your clothing, but that will be in part two when they enter the Grace's temple, and then they will be dressed more "pure" like ancient clothing.
