Constance Calloway
Not much is known about Constance, other than the fact that she runs the place. It was her own father that had started the Calloway Institute, but since his passing she now runs it and hopefully one day her son will take her place when the time comes. She can be seen sometimes on campus, walking around with her entourage that look more like bodyguards. She always looks busy and diplomatic, almost as if the president of the United States was paying Calloway a visit. Occasionally people will get called to her office, but thatās only for prestigious awards or if you really really fucked up.

Itās a marvel that Amelia can keep a cool head when dealing with the trainwreck that is 483. Sheās no nonsense, and always working on turning the group into an actual functioning team. Before becoming a unit mentor Amelia was a recruiter for the institute pulling in plenty of of young operatives, but when a position came up for Unit Mentor Amy applied and ultimately got the position. Unit 483 is her first unit since becoming a mentor and sometimes she feels like she was given a harder task than most unit mentors. Amy's previous role in the Institute while she was training was being a Operations Manager. Fun fact, her and Lincoln used to be on the same Unit known as Unit 307. One thing that is unknown about Amy to others is her power.

The mentor for unit 484. Heās really cool, and most people are jealous of 484 for having a mentor that will smuggle them pizza on practical application test days. His nickname is āhonest abeā though most people just call him Lincoln. Heās also pretty hush about his power, but thats just because when asked, heāll give you a different answer every time. Hard to say if heās telling the truth or not. Maybe heās just the most powerful being on earth who wears henleys and beanies. Itās anyoneās guess.

Sasha is one of those people that make friends within minutes of meeting people. She seems to always be happy and cheerful, which is kinda weird. People thought her and Kitchi were a thing, until she revealed she was a lesbian. She seems to know a lot about the goings on at Calloway.

Kitchi, also known as Kit, is pretty laid back. Nobody has ever really seen him stressed out. Ever. Heās fairly friendly, and is always up for small talk. He and Sasha are pretty close. Heās usually out late running the track or lifting weights in the gym. Heās the one that started the bonding nights for his unit, so theyāre often seen playing board games in the rec room or watching movies.

Sebastian always seems to be fully focused in his work. Heās often in the computer intelligence lab from sun up to sun down, or until one of his teammates comes to pry him away from the screen. Heās pretty shy, and wonāt say much to others. Many people think heās like, sixteen.

Phoenix is sarcastic and rebellious, yet she seems to command her team with ease. Sheās very good at making others laugh, and if circumstances were different sheād probably be a standup comedian or the lead singer for a punk rock band. Sheās always willing to help those in need and occasionally acts as a tutor for lower years. She has a bass guitar in her room and nobody is really sure how she got it.

Cassidy is one of the sweetest people in the world. When people meet her they wonder if itās all an act, but it becomes clear that sheās just genuinely a good person. Sheās soft spoken, but she has a quiet wit about her. Itās rare to see her without her lab goggles on, and working on some new compound. Sometimes sheās seen out and about with the rest of her team on their ābonding nightsā.

Arthur is incredibly friendly, and always willing to help others with their projects. He never seems to act competitive towards others. He seems to be eating at all times, and the only time he gets in trouble is when he sneaks snacks into the tech lab. He is willing to share though.
