Nice, nice, nice! This is the first time I've seen a Lovecraftian role-play on this site, and I'd love to join! I'll start writing a character sheet ASAP.

Now this certainly seems like a treat, but may I be so bold to ask how quickly the roleplay might move along? I can manage posting on the weekend, but Mondays through Thursdays are full for studying. I hope that question does not make me seem inept, but you do have a rule that mentions staying in for the long haul for this roleplay, and this appears to be a good oppotunity to broaden my horizens that I do not want to miss.

This won't move too fast. I know as Lovecraft isn't an easy going roleplay, we'll move at steady pace, but also pretty slow.

I think it would be best for me to draft a post that would seem more appropriate for this genre of roleplay, I fear that other roleplays I have participated in are very different from this one, and I should have something for you to judge by tomorrow evening.

Also some factors, firstly your character will either die or go insane. Your choice. Secondly you choose when they do in roleplay and tell us plan. Thirdly your character has to be from another state as anyone in Arkham would avoid Miskatonic like the plague.

Question! How detailed do you want our character profiles to be? Sketchy and mysterious due to already been accepted? Detailed and long? Or however we like? Just I sometimes suck at character sheets except for the basics as I develop my characters IC and things change from when I first imagine them and write up the character sheets.

Just want to know before I send something in that you find too brief/long.

I guess it would be appropriate right to ask when we may expect to start? No pressure, it's just that I had joined another roleplay not too long ago that seemed to flounder when we tried to start, despite the potential that it had and the dedication of the roleplayers who started.
