Ah, yes... the bio... Well... for starters, try making things normal at first, and then lead to some sort of conflict, best be with a crime or criminal which makes them discover the Secret Police and join somehow! I'll make my character's bio's soon that way you can get an idea!

Hey Dreamer, if you're interested the one who recruited Kira could've been Yomi (my character) since they're both in the computer/hacking world makes some sense that they could've met/known of each other over the net. Yomi would have a pretty hard time leaving an orphaned little genius girl alone :P

Plus Yomi seems the oldest so she can be something like her "mother"/caretaker? Since Kira is rather young.. .3.
