Yes gods can if they wish I believe but I think for the most part that's what you Avatar is meant to be for since they're your voice in the mortal world while you're off doing god things.

Yes haha. Your god will be allowed to interact with your civilizations as they wish, but they won't be able to give them a huge edge on everyone else.

This is more along the lines of fantasy, so the most advanced technology would be crossbows and black powder weapons, I think. You might be able to work some steampunk or dwemer like ideas or technologies if you do it well. :)

Oh crud...I wove gypsies in with my guy before I saw your reservation Booker_Dewit47. Are you perhaps ok sharing that demographic, especially since Tashiek really isn't an exclusive or even really nation oriented god? I only ask, because my Avatar Xanti is a gypsy, and its kind of woven into her identity.

Let me know if you're interested perhaps in collaborating as well, since I foresee perhaps a bit of overlap with your guy, and the region I created called the Outlands.
