I need volunteers to assist with the gathering of info for a site Newsletter the staff is currently working on. It's not too intensive, so adding to a heavy workload shouldn't be a problem unless you decided to multitask like crazy, which shouldn't be needed. To get things started, I'll list the things people would be helping with.
Information Topics:
- World-wide news. Current Events.
- User news. (Know a friend's birthday is coming up? Someone getting married? Life related things, not just roleplaying.)
Recommendation Topics:
- Recommended new roleplays.
- Interesting characters.
- Roleplayer of the month.
Now, let me clarify. For the recommendation topics, please do NOT use this as a way to advertise your roleplay or yourself. This is something I wanted to allow you all say in and will hopefully not be taken for granted or it will be a purely staff-made decision. That said, I'd like to see what you all say. Your suggestions will be looked into and the decisions made from there. When the newsletter is closer to being sent out, there will either be a topic in which you guys can suggest people and roleplays, or I will be PM'd directly.
There are more topics in the newsletter, but these are the topics that I wanted your help in. Feel free to PM me if you believe you have an idea for a topic that you would like to see in a newsletter. It may already be included.
The general use of me posting this was for to figure out if there were users willing to help with these things. I will not need a lot of people and I'm not making decisions yet. Just wondering if there's interest.
