Bad guys you are scheduled to fuck up the city a bit and give the good guys are reason to come find you. Or something.

Alek and Yva are going to cause a bit of a ruckus, the mayor will probably get a phone call about said ruckus, and so on and so forth.

Remember it's character driven, so feel free to stray from this little guided intro if you think it'll add to the story. This is just to get things started and everyone acquainted, yeah? :)
