As the name says, post some of the weirdest things you've ever been told (so long as they aren't too inappropriate.)

For example, when I was doing some artwork once, one of my friends came up to me, posed, and said this:
"Go on. Paint me like one of your french girls."

Stuff like that. Let's hear from...You!
It's a shame for you to have lost your head...A careless man who wound up dead...You wore your sin like it was some kind of prize...Too many lies, too many lies...

My mother is an infinite source of amusement, so let's start with a sample!

"Won't you please watch something light hearted for once? All of thinking shows have to be unhealthy for you. Here, Alf is on!" And that's how I missed part of the last DNC.

"I don't care what the bible says, God would hate you for that."

"He is a horrible man; he only tries to say things that make people happy."

And my theater group is also a great source.

"Are the grey rabbits supposed to be painted grey?"

"Everyone, a train is passing by! Point you index fingers in the air and wave your arms around!"

Whilst playing League of Legends with a friend of a friend, on Skype:

"With your voice, you sound like you could be a porn star."

Who says that?

I would, just to mess with your head.

"Don't go onto the subreddit /r/spacedicks."
"Why?"
"Just don't, okay?"
-moments later-
"I hate you."

*eats a slice of lemon meringue pie* Tasty.

This one happened between me and someone I know just yesterday. It involved my brother, who is ill with a lung infection, and, quite possibly, a virus. He is on medicine, and should be fine within a month, or so. I'll just call the guy "Jim".

Jim: So? What did the doctor say?
Me: Take medicine, and see the doctor again in a week.
Jim: Pneumonia, Bronchitis, Black Death?
Me: He is to take five magic beans a day, and he'll be laying golden eggs in no time.

I was in an anime club at my school, and we had a dress up day. While me and my friends were talking, a girl came up to me.
Girl: Aww, you look so cute! Like a little lamb. *starts stroking my fake ears*
Me: Um..... thanks? *I look at my boyfriend for help.*
Boyfriend: Do you really need to stand so close? You're scaring her...
Girl: *hisses at my boyfriend and pulls me to her in a hug* Mine!
Me: !!

I think this is the strangest thing I've heard. I shall leave the guy unnamed and just put the quote here. Please note this occurred on first interactions with the man and this conversation has to have been one of the more interesting conversations I've had so far... In a warped kind of way anyway. ^_^'

"Fear and respect are one in the same. why do you not put your hands in a flame? Because you respect that the fire will burn you, because you fear it. People are afraid of heights because they respect gravity. You get the point. As long as the people have something to fear, they are acknowledging power, and when people see that something is more powerful than themselves, they respect it. That is how all kings are made, and that, is how gods are born."

On my 8th grade field trip, we went to D.C. and while we were at the Lincoln Memorial, a middle-aged woman came up to me and said, "Oh, you look just like my dead husband."

That's weird enough just to say to someone, but I'm female...

Once I went on a school field-trip to Kings Island. (Its an amusement park, for those who don't know. Also, about the "field-trip" part, don't eve ask.) Things were going great until it started raining. I don't mean drizzling. I mean it was like God jumped out of the bushes with a garbage can full of water and dumped it on our teenaged delinquent heads. So, my misfit friends and I were soaked to the bone.

So I'm walking along, and all of a sudden this girl jumps out in front of me from a crowd and says...

"Has anyone ever told you that you're like, REALLY cute?"

That was literally the first time anything "like that" had ever happened to me. I realize now, years later, that she was most likely just trying to get a laugh from her friends. Still, at the time, I went from startled to embarrassed, and finally into INTJ stress eradication mode. I had no idea how to handle the situation, as I had never been approached by a female before, and so I fled.

"Nope." I replied, whilst completing a side-step spin maneuver around her. I vanished into the crowd.

More like one of the weirdest things that I ever said, but while outside in July's summer haze, a cloud of gnats descended upon my friend and I while we were roleplaying (informal, casual in-person style, not really LARP, but definitely more structured than "pretend" games).

I remarked in a sudden excitement, that the gnats "look like invisible hairnets!"

Cue the awkward silence and stares.

One of the weirdest things ever said to me was probably... hmmm... when my friend was binding my chest for a show I was putting on. I was a male character and my chest needed to be binded and she was like "My god your have such giant bubbles." And I was like "Wait. Are you talking about my chest?" "Yes."

I have a variety of colour in my hair and I'm also a person who happens to love marine life. Thus, one of the stranger things said to me I think is one of the most awesome compliments ever.

I was ringing this guy out at work and noticed he was studying me. He saw he was making me feel a bit out-of-place and quickly stated very matter-of-factly: "I'm sorry, you just look as pretty and colourful as a salt-water fish." Needless to say, he made my day.

"You sound like a college lesbian or a telephone sex operator!"

Mind you, I was like a freshman in high school when my friend's mom said this to me. I called my friend and his mom answered the phone instead of him. We still laugh about it till this very day, and always ask her "what exactly does a 'college lesbian' sound like". She just shrugs or laughs in response. Guess I'm stuck with that question until my dying days. o-o

Koi, your story reminded me of an other odd time someone said something wierd to me. I can't believe I almost forgot about this. XD

I was in my senoir year of highshcool. I was in Honour Society and we had to do this thing for the little kids where we pretended we were a 911 operator. They'd call the phone with a made up emergency and we would ask their names, where they lived, etc. so incase something happened at home they'd know what to do.

So, I've been doing this thing for about 10 minutes and I'm getting the usual "Help! My mom/dad is hurt and wont get up' spiel when this little girl calls my phone and exclaims "Help, Help! I killed my husband!" Now, these kids were in kindergarten/1st grade, so I was a bit taken back when she said this. I couldn't help but ask why she killed her husband, but she said she didn't know she just wanted to. So, trying not to laugh, I told her that the cops were on their way and not to go anywhere, in which she happily repsonded 'okay'.
