Well, Tobi, just waiting for someone who's never on kinda kills the fun. I would give up entirely if I were in y'all's position and just start a thread for myself.

backround:was not born in a hidden village, saw a ninja as a small child and decided to work towards that. due to having never been trained, he fights with a style of his own which he calls kimikishinguken or energymixingblade. kimikishinguken is a mix of genjutsu, taijutsu, and a completly unique blade fighting style. is currently in search of the ninja he saw as a child.
weapons:Katana with a blade on the pommel, 6 hand made flashbombs, 9 kunai, and 2 hand made traps that launch three kunai in a predeteruminded direction when triggered.
jutsu: Iarumas figured out how to mold chakra on his own, therefor never learned the traditional jutsu. 1)swingblade clone, clones the movements of his swing only mirriored resulting in him swinging from both the left and the right.
2)air slash, uses chakra to extend the slash of his blade, when swinging, the chakra flings off the blade in an arc cutting as if solid. 3)earthraizer brings blade down causing earth to rise up under desired target. 4)flash step, launches off of any medium, including air and water as well as solid ground.

Scars/Tattoos: Has lots of small white scars around his left hand and lower arm.

Weapons:
Favored weapon: A stout white oak wood bow and has a quiver of 16 matching arrows.
2nd weapon: Thin metal chains (6 in all) that he keeps around his waist with kunai attached at the ends, and are used like a whip. Scrolls can be attached to these kunai w/o destroying the chain. (reason why it is a chain and not leather or cloth)
3rd weapon: He recently keeps around 6 blank scrolls and ink with him rolled up in his cloak.

Personality: He wanders around searching for an 'end' which he is commonly heard mumbling about. No one is entirely sure what he means by this, but when asked about it he feigns ignorance. He is shy and cautious when it comes to new people, but is open with his friends. Even though he seems aware of his surrounding on the field of battle he trips on his own two feet when he is at ease.

History: Always seen as a weak taijutsu fighter by the rest of his class in the Sound village academy. He might not have been able to throw a punch, but he could always take one. Learning from failures he stumbled upon a weapon that was not commonly used by his fellow ninja, the bow. This interesting weapon allowed him to use his keen senses to strike down an advisary without having to resort to using up chakara with ninjutsu or even attempt taijutsu.
After training one evening, he reached back to draw an arrow from his quiver...and nothing... He used up all of his arrows..
Bows are excellent long range weaponry, but what happens is he runs out of arrows during a fight?
Could the bow be used as a weapon, no. His bow was too important to be damaged in a fight. What else is there?
Determined to find another weapon that involved little hand-to-hand combat he began to experiment with other arts.
Even throwing kunai or shirukens had the same disadvantage as the bow. What if I could retrieve the kunai without having to move?
After much trial and error be came up with attaching chains to kunai. A limitless weapon with range!
Range was still nothing unless it has some power; as he saw through experiences fighting other nin. So he began to experiment with ninjutsu and sealing jutsu. *note: this was just prior to him being kicked out cough-cough-hint-hint*
If you didnt catch that last hint, the sound village recently built a new training facility.

Personality: He is very quiet, and rarely talks. He prefers not to get into a conversation, but if he is challenged, he does not hesitate. He is calm during a battle, which overwhelms his opponent and gives him an advantage.
History: When he was born, his parents both died of an assassination. When the news was spread, he was brought to the Village Hidden in the Mist, where he grew up and trained. However, despite his skills in battle, his social skills were desperate. He couldn't talk to anyone, including those who were intrested in him. The only person who heard him speak was the Mizukage, Madara, whom he trusted the most, although not that much.

Clothing: Violet sleeveless shirt and black skirt, resembling what the ANBU females tend to wear at times, a silver arm guard with her Kouken symbol, or guardian symbol, black boots (like Sakura's) that raise nearly to her knees, wraps on her right wrist from scarring from obtaining her Kouken

Tattoos/Scars: A small X tattoo on her back, symbolizing that she was once apart of a cult known as the Xzenos. Her arms and legs have small scars from obtaining her Kouken.
Weapons: Six kunai, eight shuriken, and one demon wind shuriken that is folded up and in a holster on her back. In a small pouch on her left wrist is 10 explosive tags. At her side she carries her blade, the Tezamai. It is used in her lightning-based fighting style.

Personality: Icisia is usually a social butterfly, loving to talk to people and make friends. She hates it when she has to hurt someone; this in turn is a weakness of hers. She holds back in battles because she doesn't want to inflict damage or kill unless she absolutely has to. She will go out of her way to help a friend or family member, even laying her life on the line and nearly dying on several occasions.

History: Icisia was born into the Shikon Clan and was the child of the head family. Her duties were bestowed upon her before her first birthday; each child of the head family must become a guardian of the village. Her father and mother both served the villages as leaders of the clan, but were killed 15 years ago when the nail tailed kyubbi in one of the "forbidden gates" broke free. The nine tails destroyed much of the village and killed many people. The clans did all they could to stop the demon from escaping into Fire Country but none had the power to control it or cancel its chakra. Icisia was about 5 years old at the time the village was attacked and her parents gave their lives to protect it. She was later raised by her uncle (who survived the attack); Xai who was 25 at the time. Icisia would be trained under her uncle and learn lightning, ice, spirit, and summoning jutsu.

In Icisia's case she was naturally gifted and she was one of youngest ever to reach Chuunin rank at the age of 9. When she turned 12 she would be taken to the village council and given her Kouken (guardian). All the members that pass the test for strength, speed, sight, spirit and summons would be granted a guardian. Not just anyone can be bestowed one due to the amount of chakra and skill needed to control it.

When the Chunnin exams were held Icisia was sent to investigate two certain people; Uzumaki Naruto and Gaara of the Sand. There had been many dangerous reports on the safety of the Jinchuuriki and actions against Konoha. On living there for a few months, watching the exams with must interests she befriended Gekkou Hayate after one of the exams when she asked him about the Genin participating. Their friendship would last for a few months until his death. At which his girlfriend Uzuki Yuugao came to her for questions. She hadn't been there to hear the conversation that brought him his death but swore to her that she would get revenge for Hayate. To this Yuugao was moved by her strong will and the feeling they both shared for Hayate, that she gave her his katana.

At the attack of Konoha Icisia quietly helped the village trying her best not to be seen by any nins. When Gaara and Naruto fought in the forest she followed and recorded every action to bring back to the village. Unfortunately, the council decided not to act on the matter and wait for the enemy to make a move.

The first Jinchuuriki and their vessels went ignored by the Kage and the council; one by one they were captured. Until Akatsuki started hunting down the Naruto and Gaara, Icisia had watched the two for years secretly keeping an eye on them against the council’s orders. When the council heard of Icisia's disobedience she was punished by lashing; leaving scars on her back. After how the Kage and council reacted to her and still refused to help in the matter she left the Village of Yobidasu.

Leaving the village is punishable by death and Icisia knew it all too well that they would send ninjas to assassinate her. She traveled around the countryside, as to avoid her village and their wrath. She ultimately changed her last name to "Haishima" meaning Summoner, as not to attract attention from the ninja looking for her.

Although he appreciates the company of others, he is normally on his own. He doesn't care what anyone thinks, but he hates arrogant people. He does whatever he wants when he wants. He's not one to listen to authority, but if he knows he can't beat them in a fight, he does what they say. He loves the water more than anything else. He is always up for learning new justsus and battling others although he normally does not go out picking fights.

History:

At the age of 12 Mashimizu lost both his parents. His father had been reluctant to pay money to a powerful drug lord. As punishment the drug lord drowned both parents in a Water Prison Technique. Mashimizu was not home at the time so he got to live. After finding his dead parents, he set out to find the person(s) responsible. With no home to return to, Mashimizu left his village and traveled to many different countries in order to become stronger. Now 17 years old, he seems more focused on finding a new home than seeking revenge. His travels as brought him the the Forest of Death in Konoha. He now wants to seek out Kisame Hoshigaki and learn everything he can from him. Numerous times he as been told that Kisame would rather kill him then teach him, however Mashimizu continues his search.

Has a ninja cat named Kira that she does jutsu with. She is also a medic ninja. Personality: personality is different from most uchihas. She is a very kind ninja but when someone makes her angry her temper flares. The words tiny, shrimp, and stump are taboo words so no one can say them around her. She is very strong, but on the inside she is weak. She has been sickly ever since she was born. She is very protective of the people who she cares about and will kill anyone who hurts them. She is also hyper because she hangs around with Lee and Gai-sensei to much.
History: She is Sasuke and Itachi’s sister ( Sasuke’s twin sister). She gets picked on all the time for her height and poor health. When the massacre of the uchiha clan happened she ran away from the village. She wandered through the woods and almost died from her weak condition but she was rescued by Kabuto and he nursed her back to health. Kabuto raised her until she was 1o and taught her healing jutsu and the chakra scalpel. She left to return to Konoha and was reunited with Sasuke and her friends. She graduated from the academy and was taught taijutsu by Gai-sensei and Lee. During the chunin exams she was reunited with Kabuto and she found out he worked for Orochimaru who gave her brother a curse mark. When Sasuke left the village Rei wouldn’t go at first but she loved her brother so much and she hates Itachi just as much as Sasuke does that she left a year after he did. Orochimaru let her join only because she was an uchiha also and that Kabuto pleaded with him to let her stay and he gave her a curse mark to. Sasuke and Rei killed Orochimaru, formed a team, and then killed Itachi uchiha and joins the akatsuki.

to his personality Heiin is fairly intelligent and has extreme levels of talent when it comes to the Martial Arts.

Main Techniques:
Black Wind Fist- A unique style of Taijutsu that relies on compressed Chakra to gift the user with great strength, this strength comes at a cost,
due to the taxing nature of the style a user is almost useless in a drawn out conflict.

Rising Wind
An uppercut enhanced by a large amount of heavily compressed Chakra.
It is the only purely "close range" attack of the style, although like all other "Black Wind"
techniques it can only be used sparingly.
