She's sent~ she might be a bit too, er, colorful for a matriarch, but conflict is fun, eh? I can change it at any time, so just let me know if she needs tweaking. And trust me when I say that her mind really does make up for her living on Cloud Cuckooland ;p hopefully, she'll prove herself, in time. It's always an ongoing struggle for her, after all.
