I've used various characters' birthdates and dates of death and other significant dates in their lifetimes as PINs and as parts of passwords in long combinations of various ones in various orders. (I feel safe posting this because there are so many of them and always in long seemingly random combinations.) They're just easy for me to remember that way.

Well, this isn't crazy, but when I have to write something in first person, to sort of get a feel of my character better and how they'd talk, I like to read it out loud, using expression. Haha, it's not crazy, but it's effective and helps me know my character and write about them better. It's a good practice, especially if you're trying to get into the mood for the roleplay. :)

Well D: Compared to some, my actions dont seem so extreme. I'd only say ive done two things specifically for a character. I planned out and went on a vacation through the south (well... i liked it too, but it was to see where my character comes from. I usually dont get to see firsthand the places my characters originate from, so i was excited when i had the chance) and the other would be to study for & take a test. It was hard, because my character wasn't exactly a genius. I had to make a 75% in math, a 50% in science, a 90-100% in English, and a 80% in social studies. It's surprisingly much easier to go for a 100% than it is to reach for a 70% or something like that.
