I am confused, in the rules it said "Element dragons are special. You have to request it to me first." but in the introduction, it said, "This was the day you would finally get an element."
What is the difference between getting an element and being an Element dragon?
Also, are Half-Dragons treated as lesser people for being half. Or are they treated the same as pure-dragons.
Could you clarify, please?

Element dragons are dragons who have all elements. In the introduction, when it said "You would finally get an element", it meant you would get one element.
Half-Dragons are treated like Pure-Dragons, although they look different than the other dragons.
