Nima laughed at his respose.
'I will lead the foolish children to a large field of morningflowers. The earth user won't be able to use his little trees there, but you should watch out for his mud flinging that I know he will try to do. There I will blind them and use a spell to make them wander far away from each other. The girls on one side of the forest and the little boys on the other. Then, we may kill them as they are sperated and weakened.' She thought about anything she might have missed.
'But leave the water princess alone. She is mine. Do you understand, evil one?'

She clung to Katelyns shirt as they walked away from the forest. The trees began to get thinner.

Luli was happy that they were getting away from the forrest, though, she was a tad worried why she seemed to know where they were going. It was as if something was guiding her.
"Is that you, little voice in my head?"
'Is that me doing what?'
"I seem to be knowing where I am going. My body is moving on it's own accord in a way where I did not notice before. Is that because of you?"
'No, that is not. Can you stop and go as you please?'
Luli tried to stop in place to see of she had any free will at all. She did stop, but her will wanted to keep going.
"I can stop...but I want to keep going. Hmm...strange."
'That is peculiar. Hmmm. Leave the matter to me and I will try to figure it out. Keep on going, though.'
Luli was a bit taken aback when the voice in her head said 'I will try to figure it out.' What did that mean? Was she not actually crazy at all? What was this voice inside her head?
She continued along the invisible path, bewildered.

Ginger held onto Tobi's hand tightly. She was scared, but they probably all were. A witch that could kill them at any second...it was a frightening thought. She felt like she no longer had any grip on her life: As if she was a chess piece on a playing board, being controlled at someone elses will.
She tried not to show how frightened she was, but it was harder than expected.

Ai began to climb down the tree. 'cOME ON THEN LETS GO!" she yelled trying to brighten the mood.

Tobi stod up and helped Ginger up too. 'We may as well follow the princess, seems they may need some assistance. He looked blankly at Blade who seemed to be th eone in charage of it all. 'You make sure that little girl does nothing funny' He whispered to him. And with that he jumped from the tree to the floor without getting a scratch.

Blade nodded at Tobi, he was hiding his true thought from the girl by thinking fake ones, not too fake too make it obvious, and not too detail to make her notice. Blade was just pretending to lightly think to himself so he will look normal.
~Wonder where that witch is...it better stay away from Ai...~ Blade thought with a look of frustration and anger, he wanted to make it convincing...and the best way to convince that little girl was using thought he would usually think of.

Blade had a trick up his sleeve, he would not fall for it so easily.

Reikoku was now furious.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY!?!?! DID YOU JUST ORDER ME TO DO SOMETHING!?!" Reikoku yells in his mind with a twisted demonic voice "listen you, I can choose who I choose to take...and if I want the water princess so be it...and if you dare order me around again...well this might happen...old dark being of the nether world, attack this worthless cur, ring in her ear, torture her mind, do as you please and make her fall to her knees!"

Reikoku command started booming in Nina ears, as the demon started toturing her mind, with mix of horror, that she have encounter before, she could hear loud screams from her mother and the sound of sword connecting to skin, she could see blood in her mind. Reikoku did not like being told what to do. Reikoku then power up his spell it up a little now she was the one screaming, getting stab, her mind told her she felt it therefore she felt it.

"You see I attack your mind with my this technique..your mind tells you what to do, how you feel, what you say and hear...therefore attacking your mind would make you suffer, if i said you hear something you will hear it and if you should be told you are hurting, then your hurting..." Reikoku laughs cruely "Had enough my child?"

Katelyn shot a stone cold glare at Jiro and sighed in resign. "Fine. But i'll just find something useful to do later to make up for it." Her shoulders slumped as she walked with Nima through the forest, grumbling quietly, only a few words loud enough to be heard if one strained their ears hard enough. "Stupid...annoying.....useless.....idiotic......worrywort......." She finally stopped her grumbling and tried to focus her venom into her mind, her gaze still a deadly glare.

Jiro chuckled and gave Katelyn a one-armed hug. "Worrywort, huh? What, do you want me to not worry at all?" He smiled a little to ease the sting of his words.

"Forget it Jiro, just forget it." Katelyn snapped as she wormed out of the hug and trudged forward, half dragging Nima along with her. She rolled her eyes and tossed the rock in her hand, watching it with her eyes as it went up and down. She sighed and twitched her other hand's fingers, making water sorround the stone as it arched in the air, and dissapate as soon as it touched her hand.

Jiro stood, stunned, for a second or so. Then he hunched his shoulders and looked off to the side a bit. "Tch. Fine," he mumbled. A scowl painted his face. "I suppose I won't worry then, princess." He put more of a bitter tag onto the word princess this time.

Katelyn turned her own head away, crossing her arms and dropping the stone as she walked forward. "Fine." Her tone was a cold and sharp as ice. She felt a bit bad about being mean to Jiro, but she had a lot of pride at times, and she intended to uphold it.

Jiro broke away from the group a bit. He wanted to be alone for a bit, but he didn't want to slow them down. He walked within view, but farther away. After a time, he made up his mind. He passed close to the trail up ahead, in front of the group, and dropped off Katelyn's pack. He then took off on his own. The thought kept crossing his mind that he was being unreasonable, but he didn't know how to deal with an argument like that very well, having had none like it.

Katelyn walked a bit ahead of the others, burning off steam. She frowned when Jiro went off a bit, and kept her eyes trained on him the whole time. "Way to go mondo bitch- Way to go." She turned her head for a moment, looking for the source of a small sound she'd heard. When she looked back, the spot where Jiro had been was empty. "Uh oh..." She scanned the woods worriedly, not being able to see him. She looked at the rest of the group behind her and back to the woods. Then she took off towards the spot, when she reached it she frowned, worry creating a lump in her throat. She spotted hers pack a while away and slung it over her shoulder, still looking around for any trace of Jiro besides his pack. "It's not like he left for good, buck up." She murmured to herself as her looking got a little more frantic.

Jiro crossed over onto the main road leading to the Earth Kingdom. He stopped at the top of a small hill, looking at a small farmhouse. The one he had grown up in. One of his hands was in his pocket, the other holding his pack slung over his shoulder. The sun was in his face, but he could see that the farmhouse was still like it had been when he had left it. He looked back, and saw the group, and Katelyn, coming closer. He made his way down the hill to the farmhouse. He stopped outside the front door, and took a deep breath. He went inside and made sure the place was cleaned up for the others. It was only on the outskirts of the Earth Kingdom, but it was better than the dwellings he made. After he was finished, Jiro made his way out back and created an earthen form to resemble himself. Then gave the form one task, get the others to the farmhouse. It would then break and fall into nothing but dirt again. Jiro then turned and headed farther on, stopping at a pleasantly surprised old friend's house to stay.

Katelyn smiled when she turned onto the earth kingdom's main leading road. "Finally." She spotted the form and her smile grew wider, before she remembered why he had gone ahead in the first place and ducked her head sheepishly. "He doesn't want to talk to me...not that I blame him..." She approached the form, trying to keep her cool. "You left your bag back there. Should I go get it then?"

The form turned to her. In a gravely voice, it said, "Katelyn, I presume? If you are she, then gather the others to stay here for the night. Jiro gives his regards to the two princesses and their escort, wishing them all a good night's sleep. He also wishes it to be known that this was his home growing up, and that he gives his utmost confidence in it being comfortable. Unfortunately, however, he will not be joining you all this evening. He wishes for me not to disclose his location, and apologizes for the secrecy." The form bowed. "And with my job done," it said, "I take my leave." The form crumbled into dust.

Katelyn sighed. "Wonderful...absolutely wonderful....I've made him madder than I thought." Guilt settled in her stomach, making her squirm with uneasiness as she slowly opened the door to the farmhouse. "Should've just let him carry the darn thing...but nooo I had to go and assert myself. And now he probably doesn't even want to talk to me." Jiro's bitter tone echoed in her head, making her flinch, her own cold voice's echo having the same effect.

Jiro sat at the dinner table at his friend's house, picking at his food. He declined his friend's offer of more food.

"Man, I wish I could've traveled," his friend said. Jiro knew he was trying to make him feel better.

"Don't," Jiro said flatly, beginning to actually eat his food. "You meet other people, and they seem nice at first. You get to liking them. I mean really liking them. Then they turn around and hurt you."

His friend slammed his fist on the table, becoming irritated. "Jiro, I've known you for how long now? Since we were how tall? And not once, ever, did you let anything get to you. But now look at you! You goin' soft on me, Jiro?"

Jiro looked at him. "No. I'm not going soft." He looked back at his food. "I knew I shouldn't have gotten involved with her."

"Her? Jiro, you got a girl?"

"Not really."

His friend leaned forward intently. "Who? Who is she? Where is she from?"

Jiro told him flat out. "She's the freaking heir to the Water Throne."

His friend's laughter died out as he realized Jiro wasn't kidding. "Oh." His friend got up and pretended to go to give him a pat in concern, but instead smacked the back of Jiro's head. "Idiot! You don't let anything she says get to you! She's probably lived a privileged life! She'll have a little more pride than other girls! Whatever you did, you should apologize."

Jiro stood. "I'm going to bed," he said.

Katdlyn set her bag down and plopped down beside it, leaning against a wall as she pulled her knees to her chest. "I'm such a moron....As soon as I see him again i'll apologize." She pulled out her notebook and started writing, trying to lose herself and forget the problems of the world before like she always did, not really looking at what she wrote. When she did look, she blushed and flipped the page, ignoring the millions of hearts interlacing the word love as it splattered the page. She hardened herself and started writing again, ending up with a broken heart. She huffed and stuffed the notebook in her bag. "Great...just great....dern boy's on my mind even when i'm writing." Katelyn felt the lump in her throat again and tried to swallow it as she laid her head on her bag and turned to face the wall, knowing the others would come soon.

Jiro lay in his bed, a good sized rock in his hand. He kept changing its shape into different impressions of Katelyn. It went from happiness, to anger, to sadness, and back, with a multitude of others in between.

"So that's what she looks like." Jiro hadn't heard his friend enter the room.

"How long have you been there?" he asked.

"Oh, since the beginning. I waited until I saw it all before I said anything. You know your face changes with the emotion you depict. When she's happy, you're happy. When she's angry, or sad, you're sad." He shook his head and turned to leave. "You really should apologize, dumbass."

Jiro looked back at the statuette, and returned it back to a rock, setting it on the table next to his bed. He curled up under his covers, feeling a cold chill of being alone, and fell into a troubled sleep.

Katelyn shivered and curled up tighter, unwilling to get up off the floor. Her words became slurred as her eyes started to close. "First thing....." She blinked sleepily and closed her eyes, her face wrinkling into a hurt and guilty expression as she finally drifted off to sleep, waking several times only to fall back into the same routine.

Ai grabbed Blade's hand tightly. 'Looks like we are staying here for the night' She said looking rather scared that the little girl was still with them. She walked into a room to sleep. She heard Katelyn all nught tossing and turning,she knew that Katelyn and Jiro had fought but she never thought it was this bad. It was dark and she herself could not sleep. She felt like taking a walk, she got up and put her shoes on. She tapped Katelyn to wake her up, 'You look troubled, I am going for a walk and your coming because your not exactly sleeping are you?@. She smiled at her hoping to persuade her to come to Katelyn could let it all out to hr and then she could help fix it in the morning.

Tobi was in a deep sleep, he was dreaming of the day his sister was killed by army men.
