NOTE: This is a remake of AverageBear's Role play, there was permission granted to start things back up. Don't get sketchy.

Background

"Harry Potter's story is well known and needs not to be repeated. His colleges and peers have grown into fine adults and have built families of their own in one of the most prosperous times for the wizard community. Their children did not face the gripping fear of Lord Voldemort's rising as they had.

Therefore, their lives must be perfect, right? They find that debatable. With such famous ancestors, the descendants of champions try to live their lives with an equal amount of importance... but without an evil tyrant to defeat, it's hard to be a hero.

It's about time to prove that there's a fine line between the two generations."

This is the IC thread.

James Sirius Potter

James stood by the refreshment table, eying the crowd that filled the Great Hall. They were all dressed up in colorful, majestic, and different Halloween-esque outfits. The Hogwart's Halloween Ball was a somewhat new tradition. It started a few years before James first came to the magical school, and it was quite looked forward to every year. Some students drank Polyjuice potion for the night to look like a certain person, but not many did that. It was quite complicated and, well, horrendous tasting. He shivered at the thought of the disgusting taste of the concoction, but instantly moved on. Most students wore elegant costumes, why not go all out? Costumes ranged from simple Fae, all the way to shocking monsters.

James himself wore a sharp all black tux to keep it simple, but considering it was Halloween, he added on the illusion of his neck being sliced open. That took lots of make up and plenty of time. He didn't want to be droll and boring, after all. James being James, he had already danced with plenty of gorgeous women. In fact, he often didn't have to approach them first. They just came to ask him, and of course he accepted. Who wouldn't accept a dance from a beautiful girl in a sexy costume? Certainly not James.

He sipped his sparkling grape juice and saw his little sister, Lily, in the distance dancing and hanging out with her friends. He always made sure his siblings were safe, no matter what. Seeing that everything was okay, he sighed, a bit bored, and scanned the crowd nonchalantly. No worries, he'd just find another chick to dance with.

James walked away from the table as a slow piano-violin duet started to play, perfect. He spotted a girl dressed up as a skimpy kitten and went straight to her, she was standing all by herself so he had an excuse.

He cleared his throat a bit and smiled down at her genuinely, "May I have this dance?" He extended his hand smoothly and awaited an answer.

She giggled a bit and responded with nodding her head yes.

With that, James took both of her hands and lead her on the dance floor. He wasn't an amazing dancer, but he tried. He swirled her back and forth, smoothly dipped her back and lifted her back up, and pretty much winged the whole thing. It wasn't messy though, she seemed to be enjoying it. James pulled her closer and slowed down a bit, now moving from side to side.

He whispered in her ear, "And may I ask your name, beautiful?"

She got on her tip toes and whispered back, "Julie."

James smiled to himself, there was no doubt who he'd be sneaking away with tonight.

Delilah May Gerdes

Delilah arrived to the dance a bit late. It started at 8:00, but it was only 8:30 now, and it ended at midnight. She had plenty of time, however she really hated being late. She just couldn't help it this time. She spent a lot of time on her costume. She dressed up as a forest faerie. Her whole body glittered a bit, and she wore convincing fake wings that she enchanted to move back and forth realistically. She adorned plenty of beautiful, colorful flowers and plants on her body and in her hair, which was pulled up into a regal bun. Her outfit consisted of a leotard and short-silky skirt with embroidered flowers on it. They were both her mother's, she had sent them a few weeks ago just for this occasion. Delilah considered wearing heels, but threw the idea out the window immediately. No way she would be uncomfortable for that long, so instead she wore ballet slippers with ribbons wrapping all up her calves. She felt pretty, very pretty.

The Great Hall looked amazing, as usual. The ghosts were enjoying the dance as well, which was perfect considering it was Halloween. The candles above them were very dim, making almost completely dark. There were a few velvet red lanterns hanging around the walls though, giving the room a kind of seductive-mysterious look. There were even real spider webs hanging from the ceiling, and spiders to accompany those webs. They stayed up in the ceiling though. There were so many more things that left you staring in awe as soon as you entered, but Lilah didn't have time to examine everything. She was too excited.

The thrill of the dance got to her and she jumped up and down excitedly, waving to her friends who said hello and stopping to chit chat. She hoped that she would see Hugo tonight, for she still had a big crush on him. She was looking forward to showing him her costume, and chit chatting about... Well, whatever there was to chit chat about. A smile crept upon her glittery face, just thinking of him made her warm.

Right then, she spotted Lily in the distance. They had gotten a bit closer over the school year. Lilah was glad to finally have a place where she belonged. She skipped right on over to her closest friend and came to a spinning stop right in front of her.

"Hey Lily!" Her wings fluttered excitedly to go along with her mood and she smiled real big, waiting for an answer.

Roxanne Juliet Weasley

Roxanne, was being the annoying little sister at the moment. Sitting near her older brother, she hadn't moved and hadn't really done anything all night. She was a bumblebee but didn't have the bag in her hand. Fiddling with the headband that was resting in her hair, her eyes once again, glanced towards her older brother. "Fred??" She asked, in quiet voice before her eyes flickered around the room. No one had come up and talked to her, and asked her to dance..apart from her brother. "Am I annoying you? Because I can go and find someone else to hang around, if you want. But..I'd rather not, no one really want's to hang out with me. But you do...right?" Roxanne asked her brother, leaning slightly towards him so he could here her.

While waiting for a response, Roxanne glanced around at all the glittery costumes, scary costumes, the dancing people and the magnificent decorations. They had outdone them selves, this time. Roxi had no idea what to wear, so when her mother sent this costume, she was happy to wear it. But, her father managed to send some bee jokes alon with it, which made her cringe a little. But, that was her father for you. Roxanne smiled..just a little, at the thought of her parents.

Benjamin Mark Anderson

Ben was just wearing a pair of faded denim jeans, with a white t-shirt, a tie around his neck and a crown on his head. He was meant to be a Prom King. His costume wasn't very exciting, but he was sure having fun. He had been twirling a girl around, but then she excused herself, and Ben was now, sitting and chatting to a cute girl. But he had spotted someone else, so he excused himself, and went in search of the girl. Delilah. When he reached her, she was starting to chat to Lily. "Hey, Lily..Deliah. Nice costumes. How are you girls?" He smiled at them before his eyes flickered around the room. "Enjoying yourselves? Hey..Did I interrupt something? I hope I didn't.." Ben shrugged, hoping he didn't.

Ben was very friendly with girls, and usually girl's were very friendly with him. In a good way, of course. Messing up his hair a little, his eyes flickered towards Deliah. "You obviously love your glitter." He laughed a little. Ben glanced at the room. The room looked pretty impressive and so did everyone. Sure, his costume wasn't that exciting, but at least he just didn't come in jeans a shirt. He actually had a reason behind his. Ben tucked on his hands into his back pocket, fiddling with a thread there, as he glanced at the girls again.

Dominique Audrey Weasley

Even though a Halloween ball was taking place, Dominique was rather bored. She was standing at the side of the dance floor, dressed in a cute tinkerbell costume, with her green wand, hanging lazily from her hand as she surveyed the dance floor. It wasn't that no one wanted to talk to her or that no one would dance with her, it was that the wrong people kept on asking her. Gross and annoying people that is. She wanted one of her cousins, or at least somebody nice to come up and talk. Crossing her arms over her chest, she stepped a couple of steps and leant back on the wall, sighing. Normally, she'd be having fun at a party. But now, if someone didn't come up to her in the next ten minutes, she was leaving. Sure, it seemed a little snobby of her, but she was bored and didn't really feel like going up to anyone and asking them if they wanted to dance. Dominique, looked quite pretty in her costume and with her hair curled like that.

She glanced around the room once more, before she started to walk, in search of her brother. He could entertain her. He was quite good at it too. Passing some people she knew, she flashed a charming smile at them before her eyes went back to searching for her brother. Where, the heck was he? She had no idea and was rather annoyed that she hadn't found him yet. Dominique, usually wasn't bored at a party like this, but this one, wasn't super exciting. Sure all the colors, sparkles and dancing was cool, but Dominique was sort of out of it. Finally spotting her brother, Dominique hurried towards him. "Louis. I am so glad I found you." She glanced around before smiling at him. "Did I interrupt something? Or are you just hanging here you by yourself?"

Lily was having fun dancing. She wasn't shy when it came to dancing and well she was just her self. Lily had already danced with her brother James. He looked to formal but what ever that was just Lily's thought on the whole thing. See Lily her self had a pretty cool outfit, although it took her nearly three hours just to do the makeup right. Well of course she got help from Holly to do it. Finally she got another girl in her house to help her with her hair style. Which had taken her an hour to do. That was already up to four hours. Her outfitthough only took her half an hour to get together and put on. Over all she only spent four hours and a half on the whole costume.
Lily was just happy that they had a ball like this. When her parents went to school they had nothing like this. Lily wish they had but hey at least they are starting new traditions instead of keeping the old ones that would get boring eventually. When Lilah showed up Lily was super happy. "Hey Lilah!" She said super excited her best friend was finally here. Where Hugo was well he had walked off some where for a little bit but what ever it was Hugo. Nothing much you could do. "Lilah! You look amazing. Well not even you look super stunning." She said with a bright smile. Lily spun around. "What do you think? you like? It took four and a half hours but it looks very beautiful to me." Lily said sounding happy as ever.
Lily could see that her brother was dancing with almost every girl he could fine. Really? Well what else was there to expect of James other then the fact that she knew her older brother cared about her.

___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Holly was a little late. She was helping Lily for awhile so by the time she got to her outfit she took awhile. Holly finally had her hair fixed they way she wanted it. Her pretty brown and blonde locks fell down to below her shoulder in a wavy kind of way. Holly walked down the halls going to where the dance was. Holly took a few breaths in and then entered the room where you could see all the different costumes. Of course what was Holly wearing well she was wearing more of a modern day princess costume.
Holly saw lots of eyes glance over at her when she entered. Holly really didn't want this attention. She just walked in and went over to the refreshments table. Looking around the room. She spotted Lily and Lilah both of them looking pretty as ever. Holly only wished she was that pretty. Holly was now looking for James. Her eyes scanning the room for the one and only James Potter. Yes it was true she liked the Potter boy, was it so wrong to like him? Holly always felt like she was hardly noticed by anyone. Maybe it was due to the fact she was in Hufflepuff? Either way Holly was still glad at the house she was placed in, she met Lilah and Lily who were in their fourth years now and Holly just thought they were awesome. Holly liked to act like an older sister to them to always try and be there for any girl problems they or just flat out any problem at all, although she knew that Lily would go to James for help. Why? Holly didn't know.
Finally Holly spotted James, he was dancing with some slutty kitty. No. Holly just thought that was wrong, if James should be dancing with any body it should be her and the slutty kitty named Julie, who knows how their night might end if it stayed the cat and James all night. Yuck! No thoughts should ever go towards that. Some reason Holly was now walking to James, it was like she didn't even get a say ion what she was doing she just walked on over there. Holly stood beside them. "Good evening, James...Julie." She said. She looked at Julie and tried to think of a distraction. It hit her. The hottest guy above James that wasn't Malfoy. "Julie, I heard that Zach was looking for you." She said.
That made Julie look around. You could tell Julie now wanted to leave and so she did. "Sorry to cause you to lose a dance partner there James, Zach was really looking forward to seeing her." She said with a slight grin.

(Sorry for any mistakes. I am about to fall asleep.)

James Sirius Potter

James was having a blast with Julie, who knew a Ravenclaw could be so... wild? They were only slow dancing, but she hinted at mysteriousness and a slight adventurous side with little things she did like nibble at his ear. Without realizing it, James' attention faded and his gaze wandered about the crowd. His eyes met a figure in the distance that just entered the Great Hall. He looked a bit closer to see it was none other then Holli Longbottom. She was a sixth year as well, and the captain of the Hufflepuff quidditch team. He had to admit, she was quite the looker. Especially in that dress... Before James could finish his thought, Julie pulled his attention back and he snapped out of his little reverie. She started to tug him towards the exit very slowly, squeezing their way through the cramped crowd.

James and Julie didn't get far before Holli approached them both and said, "Good evening, James...Julie. Julie, I heard that Zach was looking for you."

He looked down at her and a sly smile spread across his face. That was clever. He had to give the girl props, that was a good ploy. He continued to chuckle as Julie mumbled somewhat of a goodbye and shuffled away as fast as she could.

"Sorry to cause you to lose a dance partner there James, Zach was really looking forward to seeing her."

Laughed over the music, "I'm sure."

Without another word he took Holli's hand and began dancing with her as the song transitioned into something a bit faster: Electric Feel by MGMT. He started to sway his hips a bit back and forth and raised his arms in the air, spinning her around once. He stopped her so her back was to him and pulled her closer. He continued swaying his hips to the beat and holding her hands. Holli's tiara and jewelery sparkled in the light and her dress fit her perfectly. James honestly thought she was a beautiful girl.

He leaned down a bit and said, "You look amazing tonight." Then continued dancing, smiling down at her. He spun her around once more so they were facing each other again.

Delilah May Gerdes

As soon as Lily realized Lilah was there she exclaimed, "Hey Lilah! Lilah! You look amazing. Well not even you look super stunning." She paused to smile and spin around, "What do you think? You like? It took four and a half hours but it looks very beautiful to me."

Lilah nodded in approval, still smiling brightly, "You truly do look amazingly beautiful! I love the make up!"

She giggled and went to bump hips with Lily, feeling pretty giddy. Right as she was about to suggest they find Hugo and get their dance on, a nice guy came walking over to them. He was pretty cute and Lilah blushed immediately. She knew him as Ben Anderson of Hufflepuff, she's seen him around.

"Hey, Lily..Deliah. Nice costumes. How are you girls? Enjoying yourselves? Hey..Did I interrupt something? I hope I didn't.." He asked them.

"I'm doing great Ben! So nice to see you! You didn't interrupt a thing, promise." She smiled up at him genuinely and then looped her arm with Lily's, "We were just about to go find our good friend Hugo and hit the dance floor, if you'd like to join us?"

Then Ben laughed as he commented, "You obviously love your glitter."

Lilah let go of Lily's arm and did a quick turn with her arms in the air, "Just thought it'd be appropriate for the occasion."

She giggled and wrapped her arm back into Lily's, "So what do you say?"

Rose Weasley sat oh-so classily in a chair at a table in a corner... alone. The girl looked radiant, decked out in a little black dress, an elaborate mask she'd spent the last hour spelling up, and equally as gaudy shoes. Her long fiery locks cascaded down her back in loose curls and her lips were stained with a coral color. She was supposed to have been a Fwooper, the very colorful, magical African bird that quill feathers came from. Dad had teasingly given her the nickname Fwoop when she was little because it was well known that the Fwooper's constant loud singing made men go bonkers- as in literally insane. In fact, all Fwoopers are put under a silencing charms in order to keep good wizards and witches from loosing their minds. Yes, father had thought it was delightfully clever to poke at Rose's ability to talk for hours upon hours.

In any case, Rose was not gabbing up a storm at this particular moment. She, as we've previously stated, found herself in the presence of no one. She was waiting for her date (and had been doing so for the last hour), a certain Curt McLaggen had asked her just two weeks ago. Perhaps he'd forgotten when the dance was. Perhaps he'd been hit by a nasty memory charm and had forgotten that there was a dance in the first place. Perhaps he had forgotten how to breath and had tragically keeled over. Rose didn't want to make assumptions, but she knew that the excuse had to be pretty damn good to keep her waiting so long.

What Rose Weasley was unaware of, however, was the fact that Curt McLaggen hadn't forgotten anything at all. The truth of the matter was that he had asked not only her, but a few girls to the dance. When three of them agreed- Rose included- he had quite the dilemma on his hands. His course of action? To use a strong polyjuice potion as a costume, clue Courtney Waller in that he'd be looking different, and dance with her the whole night. Where did this put Rose? Well, it put her in a chair at a table in a corner... alone. Rose had never been the type to observe an event when she could partake in it (she was too much of an opportunist to let fun be wasted) but here she was now, doing precisely that.

Quite frankly, Rose had been duped and was too ignorant oblivious to see it. At this moment in time, the young girl wished nothing more than to have the company of a friend who'd maybe serve as an anti-worry agent, because Rosie's stress level was starting to blow off the charts. Anyone who knew the girl was well aware that she was a bit of a worry wort, and in this particular situation, it was no different. What was worse was that she wasn't worried for herself, but of the well-being of Curt.

Oh, the woes of a young witch.

Hugo Weasley stood out side the doors of the great hall, preparing his hopefully grand entrance. He gave his costume few last tugs to try and make sure that the spandex was laying as flat as possible. "Let us... Boldly go... Where... no student has... gone before." He said, a massive smile crossing his face. He got a couple of weird glances from other late coming students, but that easily could have just been because of his costume. Surely and confidently, Hugo strode into the great hall, trying is best look serious and act like he owned the place. And he mostly succeeded too, he just had to be constantly wiping the smile from his face. He most certainly got many strange looks from the other students. Most had absolutely no idea what he was supposed to be, but it was fairly easy to recognize the muggleborns and and half-bloods.

Hugo quickly spotted Lily and Delilah. Lily had always been his favorite cousin and Lilah was now one of his best friends even though they had only met earlier that year. He started to make his way over to them, but quickly saw his sister Rose sitting all by herself in a corner. She didn't look particularly happy, she actually looked kind of sad, and her date, she had told Hugo she had had one, was nowhere to be seen. Sensing that something was wrong, he quickly changed course to go sit by his sister. He was only stopped once on the way, by a Ravenclaw who was grinning from ear to ear and telling him how "Epic" his costume was.

"Greeting, fellow life-form. Is this seat taken?" Hugo asked in mock seriousness, but not waiting for her to answer and sitting down next to her. "What's up Sis?" This time his question was full of the love and concern he had for his sister.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Fred couldn't help but chuckle a little when his little sister asked if she was annoying him. "Of course you are. You're my little sister. Isn't there a law somewhere that says all little sisters have to be annoying?" He said this in a very teasing manner, making sure she new he was joking, and threw his arm around her, giving her a big hug. "Seriously Sis, you can stay with me the whole night if you really want to, but it will probably be pretty boring. I'm sure you'll want to go find someone else who's much more exciting than me to hang out with before too long."

If it had been his father or his late uncle here at the party, Fred was certain they would have come up with some sort of great and wonderful prank to pull off on the whole school. Unfortunately Fred wasn't nearly the kind of geniuses they were. He also preferred more subtle jokes. He'd spent the past hour scanning the room, looking for small innocent jokes and pranks to play on his fellow students, while hopefully not getting himself in trouble. He already had his eyes on several students, including a group of third year girls, who had been eying the spiders nervously all evening. He couldn't help but wonder what their reaction would be if one of them accidentally fell on them. He was also keeping his eye on his cousin James. James was quite the ladies man, which for Fred meant all sort of possibilities for fun.

Holli was some what shocked at what James had did. He took her hand and started dancing with her, then the song transitioned into a different song. It was easier to dance to. When he spun her around she smiled. Like James's hips hers were swaying to the beat of the music, it was something yet again she couldn't seem to control.

Holli's jewelery and tiara was sparkling in the light that was in the room. It probably looked eye catching but Holli didn't mind. That was when he had leaned down a bit and said that she looked amazing tonight. Holli blushed at that comment. "Thank you." She said. He then spun her around once more so she was now facing him. How in the world did she get lucky enough to be dancing with James. In her whole years here at Hogwarts she figured he had never noticed her, he was always busy chasing all these other girls and needless to say Holli was jealous.

Holli now knew that a few girls would be jealous that she got to dance with him, knowing James he probably danced with all the hot girls. Holli was just happy and couldn't stop smiling. That was when she looked up at him and smiled. "I can't wait to see Julie's face when she finds out Zach didn't really want her. I didn't want you to dance with some slutty kitty." Holli said laughing a bit.

Rose had already ripped two napkins to shreds and had bitten her fingernails to the skin by the time Hugo had shown up. She'd always had relatively destructive anxiety relievers. Just as she was contemplating whether or not it was a good idea to get some food in this state (she didn't want to pack it like a porker, but if she were to even look at food when she was so anxious, that would more than likely be the case) a very familiar voice broke her out of her trance. "Greeting, fellow life-form. Is this seat taken?" it had said. Even as the red-headed girl lifted her head to see the person, a grin was melting on her face.

It was only widened when she saw his costume. She snorted a couple of times in suppressed laughter, not the least bit in a mocking way but in a pleased way. "What's up Sis?" he continued, and then she remembered the predicament she was in. Her face fell a bit, her beaming smile transforming into an annoyed, tight lipped line. She sighed.

"First of all, I have to congratulate you on your costume, Hu. Mum would be so proud. Second of all," this time she hesitated, swallowing down the pride that threatened to block of her access to speaking such humiliating words "Um. Well, McLaggen must have forgotten about the dance, I figure. No worries." she said overly casually, making a hand motion that was meant to wave off the worries. It was complete with a rather ugly, neurotic sounding giggle and a follow-up gulp. She truly was a terrible actress.

Maganda Kiusatus Wilkinson was wearing a simple, backless black dress and had charmed her teeth so that her lateral incisors and her canines tapered off to a sharp point; she was a vampire. The Halloween ball at Hogwarts hadn't been going on long and was a pretty new tradition, but it was one she very much so enjoyed, and had since she attended her very first one. It was a chance to be someone other than herself, even if only in a small sense of it. Even better, she could look her best while doing it- those uniform robes weren't exactly the most flattering.

Her customary smirk was planted comfortably on her lips, and her eyes were full of their everyday determination and daring, along with an extra hint of amusement. Zach Quimby was known to be one of the hottest boys in school, and she knew it, so it was no surprise to her that while they were dancing almost every girl in the Great Hall was staring. Still, as she twisted, turned, and stepped around elegantly with him, she was surprised to see a skimpy little kitten girl marching up to them as if she had been called on a mission. "Hey, Zach!" the girl exclaimed excitedly. Kiki stopped dancing along with him and stared at the girl, her smirk turning devilish as she raised a brow at her, curious.

"Uhh... who're you?" Zach asked, blinking blankly at her. Her face fell, then she looked back behind her and Kiki followed her gaze to James Potter and a girl named Holli, if she remembered correctly, who were dancing about happily. The two girls realized what must have happened at about the same time.

With her cheeks turning red and her fists clenching, the kitten spun around and yelled her name back at Zach, covering her face as she tried to sneak past Holli. Letting out a jingling giggle, Kiki covered her mouth with the tips of her fingers and watched with sparkling eyes as Julie ran out of the Great Hall. Zach looked at her questioningly and held out his hand to her, offering to continue dancing, but she shook her head slowly, looking up at him through her eyelashes. She disappeared into the crowd, leaving him stranded for a moment in his stunned silence. It wasn't long before he was surrounded by dozens of witches just begging for his attention, though, which again was no surprise to her.

She made her way to Holli and James and swirled around them, her body movements oozing seductiveness before she tapped on Holli's shoulder and whispered in her ear, "Good one." Kiki avoided looking at James for more than a split second, to make it obvious that she wasn't there for him. It had been a while since the two had been around eachother, and she still wasn't exactly sure of her feelings for him, nor was she aware of his feelings or opinions of her- but she knew she couldn't let him or anyone else know that she even thought about it. While more or less waiting for Holli's reaction, she glanced around the room, searching the crowd for a more acceptable 'friend'.

Louis Arthur Weasley's costume wasn't exactly extravagant; he had on a simple, off white, bollowy long sleeved shirt that was torn down the front all the way to the middle of his abs, plain brown, pocketless trowsers, with black boots, a dark brown belt around his middle, a black bandana around his forehead, and a brown leatherpirates' hat atop his head. He also had a nice curved sword, but at the moment it was sitting on the table next to him as he poured himself a beverage.

"Louis. I am so glad I found you." Louis turned around to see his sister Dominique, and a smile spread across his face. He was surprised to see her off of the dance floor- he'd expected her to be quite busy during these festivities. "Did I interrupt something? Or are you just hanging here you by yourself?" She glanced around before smiling back at him, and he shrugged. Handing his sister a full cup, he turned back to fill himself another before picking up his sword and leaning again the table.

"I'm just getting something to drink for now," he took a sip of whatever sort of juice he had scooped up. He had been expecting pumpkin juice, as that's what they normally had all over the place, but this tasted sweeter and more exotic. Looking behind her, he spotted a few of their cousins, all of which seemed to be having a pretty good time- except for Rose. A little curious and slightly worried by the look on her face, Louis made a note in his mind to talk to her if she wasn't up and smiling soon. Turning his attention back to his sister, he titled his head a little, still sipping his juice. "Why aren't you dancing?"

Dominique took the drink from him. "Thanks." Sipping at it, her eyes flickered back to him. "Why aren't I dancing? Because the only guys that want to dance with me, are either jerks or Slytherins." She shrugged. "It won't annoy you..if I hang with you, will it?" Dominique asked, quietly. "Because..no one else has really wanted to hang out with me." Dominique admitted, sipping at the drink again. "This..tastes revolting." Dominique placed it down on a table. "If you don't want me to hang..I can go. I'll go hunt down someone..or annoy someone, like James." A smirk pulled at her lips but she waited for his response, nervously hoping he'd let her stay. Fiddling with her floppy green wand, she sighed. "Do I look weird as Tinkerbell? Because..mom and dad said I looked good. But parents are meant to make you feel good." Dominique looked Louis up and down. "You look good." She commented. "Much better then me." She muttered, under her breath.

-

Roxanne smiled. "No, but you should make one up." She hugged him back. She was grateful for the fact that her brother would give her hugs. "Your not boring. Your exciting. I'm the boring one. and there's no one else to find. Your the one I want to hang with. Everyone else is either my cousin, a Slytherin or they tease me." Roxanne said quietly, brushing a lock of hair behind her ear. "But you don't hate me or tease me..well sometimes..sometimes you are nice." Roxanne grinned. "We need to do something exciting. But something that doesn't get me in trouble. But I'll probably get in trouble, because if it involves you, it will probably involve me." Roxanne shrugged.

-

Ben laughed. "It's good to see you too." He smiled. "Sure. But im not an expert dancer. Infact..I'm pretty much beginner So you might have to coach me, girls." He said, playfully. "Ahh..Yes..it certainly suits the occasional." He nodded. "Can you guess what I am? Heaps of people don't know. Roxi didn't know, Dominique had now idea..in her beautiful little accent...and...my parents did. My parents guessed exactly what I was..because my brother told them." Ben laughed again. "I believe, that Hugo, went in search of Rose. So let's go." Ben started to lead the way, and they ended up infront of Rose and Hugo. "Rose, Hugo, lovely to see you. These beautiful ladies were looking for Hugo..and I..was wondering if you..Rose..wanted to dance with a clumsy man like me?"

Lucy Weasley

Lucy had been dancing with a few people in her year. Little to be known that Lucy had plans to prank people today, sure her sister might possibly find out but truth was Lucy was too smart to get caught. That would probably be the reason that she was never yelled at by her father. Lucy was dressed in her costume and was dancing around with some girls that were her best friends that loved to be around her and hear her pranks.

That was when a fifth year boy in Slytherin came up to her. "Would you like to dance, beautiful." Lucy rolled her eyes. "I would love to dance, just not with you, so you can do me a favor..Go dig a whole or make one with your wand get in it and die." Lucy said with a bright smile. She hated that fifth year. Lucy had been stalked a little by him and he also touched her butt once, not okay! He looked shocked like he'd never expect to hear that from her. "Yea, you have no chance with me, if you'd like I could always tell my daddy what you did and he'd kill you before you could even find another girls to move onto." Lucy said.

Lucy sighed and walked on with her head held high and didn't show him any expression. "You just make me want you more when you reject me you know that?" He said and walked faster so he was in reach. He wrapped his arms around her waist. "You're so pretty, cruel, and devious. How could have not been a Slytherin." He whispered in her ear. She was filled with rage. "Take.Your.Arms.Off.Me.Now." She said now clenching her teeth ready to snap at him. "Oh lighten up." Lucy rolled her eyes and grinned. "You know what I'll dance with you, I give up." Little did he know she had a plan.

He spun her around so she was facing him. He rested his hands on her hips and held her close to him. She couldn't believe this pervert. Later on she kissed him. He smirked thinking he had won. "I knew you'd come around." Little did he know Lucy was some what of a little con artist. Lucy wrapped her arms around him and slowly slipped her hands into his back pockets. She grabbed the Galleons, Sickles, and Knuts he had in his pocket. That was when she pulled her hands out of his pocket. She whispered in his ear. "I'll be right back." She was then let go and she ran off. Once out of the room the party was in she counted how much she had then put it in her pocket.

Lucy had then sneaked back in the room and smiled brightly. She had won that. Shortly later Lucy found her cousins Roxanne and Fred. "Hey Fred, and Roxanne! You two have any pranks planned yet. I could always add on." She said with a very bright smile.

Lily Potter

Lily smiled at Lilah. "Awe thank you!" She said overly happy that her friend had liked what she picked for a costume. "Holli helped me with the makeup, it would have been way more complicated." That was when they had started to bump hips with each other, Lily giggling as they did. That was when the boy Ben who was also in their house came up to them. "I am just wonderful,Ben thanks for asking, thank you for the compliment on the costume." She said grinning.

When Lilah had started talking Lily kept silent. When Ben started to lead the way to Hugo Lily smiled. Hugo was her favorite cousin, no other cousin could possibly be even close to her favorite, well okay maybe Lucy could be close but other then that no one else was really close to Lily, that was of course her cousin. When they ended up in front of Rose and Hugo, Lily smiled. "Hugo! Come on, you have to come and dance with me and Lilah, leave your sister alone so she can dance!" Lily said grinning. That was when she looked back at Ben. "I really have no clue what you are, Sorry Ben."

(Sorry Lily's is a short post!)

James Sirius Potter

Holli swayed along with him perfectly. It was actually quite... nice. Almost settling. She didn't push anything on him, suggest anything. She just danced, and James liked it. He smiled to himself as the song changed once again, and he pulled her closer than before. Things were going along fine. James was about to start a small conversation, but she had already taken the opportunity.

There was a devilish glint in her eye as she told him, "I can't wait to see Julie's face when she finds out Zach didn't really want her. I didn't want you to dance with some slutty kitty."

He laughed loudly and spun her around before replying, "I knew it. You, Holli Longbottom, are a very clever woman."

Even though she had stopped a night of free lance make out sessions, he honestly didn't care. What Holli and him were doing right now was better than him wasting his night with a slutty kitten that justed wanted his dick, and the bragging rights to say 'I made out with James POTTER, and he liked it.'. That problem was hard to get away from. But just as he was about to make another comment, Julie herself furiously walked by, obviously purposely ignoring both of them. This made James laugh even more and he hoped Holli saw that little stunt as well.

Just then, the mysterious Slytherin girl, Kiki walked up to Holli and whispered something in her ear. She didn't make eye contact with him, so he kept on dancing. Although, his insides were itching to say hello. She was one of the few people that listened to him. They sat outside the castle way back when and had a small conversation. If only she would just make eye contact with him... Maybe he'd ask her to dance? No, no, no. That would be cliche, that would be needy. Would it? It was a dance after all... Why was he questioning himself? This was ridiculous.

James shook his head slightly and coughed a bit, trying to shake it off. He decided to play the mysterious game too, so he just kept dancing like Kiki wasn't there. Hopefully, she would notice him. THEN he could say hello.

Delilah May Gerdes

"I believe, that Hugo, went in search of Rose. So let's go." Ben said before he started to lead the way to both of them. The very mention of Hugo's name made Lilah's heart pound twice as fast, which in turn made her wings go crazy fast. She blushed deeply, hoping they didn't do that when she actually saw Hugo. Lilah tightened her grip on Lily's arm as Ben lead them through the crowd.

Finally, they reached their destination, "Rose, Hugo, lovely to see you. These beautiful ladies were looking for Hugo... and I... was wondering if you, Rose, wanted to dance with a clumsy man like me?"

Lilah smiled up at Ben, "You must be..." She paused a moment, fluttered her 'wings', and fondled her chin, "Must be... A... Prom king!", she jumped up and down excitedly, "Right? That has to be it! You're wearing a crown and everything!" She couldn't help herself from beaming, but suddenly stopped and chuckled nervously, "Sorry to interrupt... Errr... I just had an epiphany."

Lilah tightened her grip even more on Lily's arm to brace herself before looking up at Hugo. He was in a tight-spandexy body suit, and it fit him quite nicely. Only Hugo would wear such a thing, how cute. Lilah couldn't help but smile to herself, feeling her insides get all warm. Without warning, her wings went all crazy, just as she hoped they wouldn't. Again, she blushed a deep, deep red and tried to brush it off.

"Hey Hugo!" She announced happily, twiddling with her silk skirt.

Before Hugo had a chance to reply to her, a group of sprightly looking people flocked over to their table. Dread starting bubbling in her stomach at the thought of it being someone who might judge her for not dancing at this particular moment, IE: any Slytherin with a sense of sadism. Of course, Rose had once again affirmed what a cautious, pessimistic, worrisome person she could be, as it had just been Lily, a fourth year named Delilah who was often seen with Hugo, and Ben Anderson, a Hufflepuff seventh year. She smiled softly, figuring they'd be asking to whisk Hugo away.

"Rose, Hugo, lovely to see you." Ben had said, to which Rose politely nodded her head to. He continued to speak. "These beautiful ladies were looking for Hugo..and I..was wondering if you..Rose..wanted to dance with a clumsy man like me?" Rose felt her brown doe eyes widen and a bashful smile pawing at her coral-stained lips. 'What a pleasant surprise that was,' she thought contentedly 'He's a seventh year too. Oh, how lovely.' And so, the previously anxious Rose melted into a pool by her feet, a new glowing Rose replacing her. But was it alright for her to dance with him? What if McLaggen finally remembered about her and the Halloween dance? It was just a dance, so it shouldn't be any harm. But, still... Luckily, the other girls began to talk which gave her a reason not to respond right away, because she'd probably just blurt out a lick of pig latin or jumble her words together until they were incomprehensible noises.

"Hugo! Come on, you have to come and dance with me and Lilah, leave your sister alone so she can dance! I really have no clue what you are, Sorry Ben." Lily cried impatiently. Then Hugo's gal friend piped up, "You must be... Must be... A... Prom king! Right? That has to be it! You're wearing a crown and everything! Sorry to interrupt... Errr... I just had an epiphany." Delilah then blushed intensely (after peering at Hugo, to boot) and remarked an extremely perky "Hey Hugo!" Rose couldn't help but to snicker pleasantly, thinking how precious it was that Hugo had a girl crushing so hard over him. 'I bet Hugo has no idea, too. He really is so oblivious.' The ironic part of Rose's musings was that the girl was no better, never having been able to pick up hints that a boy liked her. In order to get Rose's attention, one has to practically tie her to a chair, take away her books, peer directly into her eyes (and correspondingly her soul), and state very firmly "I like you more than in a platonic way. I am interested in pursuing you romantically." in which case she usually cries something along the lines of "Why hadn't you hinted this before?!"

This being said, she peered up at the handsome Prom King from her spot at the table and finally answered "Yes, I'd love to dance with you." She unfolded her long legs from under the table and stood to her full 5'5" height, still 6 inches shorter than the Hufflepuff boy. She looked over at Hugo and said with her eyes "Thanks, bro." which she realized he probably wouldn't notice, anyway.

Rose didn't even have a chance to reply before they were interrupted. Fortunately it was Lily, his favorite cousin, their friend Delilah, and a 7th year Hufflepuff that Hugo barely knew. "Hi Lily, Lilah. You two are looking positively stunning tonight. Lilah blushed for some reason after realizing that Ben was a prom king, whatever the heck that is. "Just know funny business," Hugo told Ben in mock seriousness as he led Rose off to dance, "I do have galactic connections you know. And Rose, just forget the git McLaggen. You're to good for him anyways." With that he took off with Lily and Lilah.

-------------------------------------------

"Just hang here with me Sis." Fred said giving a one armed hug to Roxanne. "It probably won't help your coolness factor, but it will be exciting. And don't worry about getting in trouble. A little detention never hurt anyone." It also didn't help that their dad also encouraged their mischief. They were then joined by their cousin Lucy, who was looking all too pleased with herself.

"I'm going to assume you just stole something off of that loser of a Slytherin you were dancing with." He could help but smile a bit. He and Lucy were a lot alike. They both loved a good prank and a laugh. She just tended to be a lot more clever than himself. He patted the seat next to him on the other side of Roxanne. "Come join us. I was just about to see if our dear cousin Rose has inherited the same fear of spiders that Uncle Ron has." With that he gave his wand a small flick, sending a spider crawling on the webs just above where Rose was to plummet to the earth.

Holli Longbottom

Holli was glad that she had made him laugh. "I knew it. You, Holli Longbottom, are a very clever woman." Holli blushed at that comment. Holli had been told many times that she wasn't smart at all. That was when Holli started to think of where her sister Michella was. Holli always looked out for her little sister, that was when she noticed that James Potter seemed more of a player than anything and wished that her little sister would never fall for a guy like him like Holli has.

It's a mistake to fall for a player. Holli learned that just now. If you fell for a player, you'd end up getting your self hurt, they switched which girl they'd chase after over and over again. Holli knew that one; James thought she was pretty, two; James thought she was clever, and three; James would never ever fall for her. Holli then heard a voice. "Good one." She heard a girl whisper. It was a little scary to Holli. She turned her head behind her and saw Kiki, the slytherin girl. Holli could tell that James had liked her.

Now they were both playing a game of mystery. Holli was still somewhat still and surprised by what Kiki had said to her. Holli let go of his hand and broke away from dancing with him, all she was doing was possibly hurting her self, by trying to get him to notice her. She walked away and left James standing there. Holli knew she'd have to get over the one and only James Potter. It's the most horrible thing to go after a player. Was there any good guys out there? Well there were but they all were taken. Holli made note to self to try and stop Michella from falling for any player.

Holli walked over to a table and sat down. She had her arm propped up on the table and she sighed, as she rested her chin in the palm of her hand. Holli just watched all the other people dancing, for once Holli wished she had a friend to talk to, it seemed like she had no friends. Her eyes picked up looking around for her sister.

"Holli?"
She heard a boy ask. Looking up her hands landed on Ethan Grey. "What are you doing here Ethan?" She asked. "You looked a little lonely over here." He said with a bright smile. Ethan was dressed as a vampire. "I'll suck your blood dry!" He said then chuckled. "I kid." Holli laughed. "Ethan you're such a goof." She said with a small smile. Ethan sat down and smiled. "So I saw you dance with the one and only James Potter, how come you left?" He asked. Ethan was probably one of the nice guys out there. "I just didn't want to dance no more." She said.

Ethan sighed. "Well, I was coming to ask you to dance but since you don't want to dance no more I'll leave you alone." He said as he got up. Holli nodded. After Ethan left she got up and walked around, that was when she saw Louis and Dominique. Holli smiled at Dominique. "Hey, you two look like you're having fun." She said smiling at them both.

Paige Elizabeth Moore

Dances, they were never really her thing. The whole socialization and slow dancing especially was something that Paige was never able to get into, though it's not like she ever really tried. The only things she really looked forward to were the loud music should they play anything remotely good and the chance to see some pretty cool costumes, however many people fell short of anything interesting this year, even herself. Paige sat all by her lonesome on the side of the room, looking not particularly interested in anything or anyone, nor like she wanted any company. A few people who walked passed her, guys mostly had cracked jokes about trying to 'melt the ice princess over there'. Paige would always mentally roll her eyes to this. Paige didn't purposely sit alone, it was that no one ever went near her, or at least stayed closed to her for too long. Her temper got her into trouble so often people began to think she was crazy. Or bipolar, she'd gotten bipolar before. Paige watched everyone around her, as they danced, socialized, flirted, and everything in between. She didn't know these people, but she knew of them. And it was most likely they at least knew of her. Not even her fellow Slytherins cared to keep her company, not that that bothered her however, though one herself she thought most of them jerks.

Paige's costume was supposed to be something of a fallen angel, put together with completely random things she already had or bought last minute. The fact she was anything with angel in the name though was laughable to some people. Her costume was all white with pink lace on it. On the top was an outer layer of transparent fabric that was longer in the back than that of the front. Her wings,(despite picture color), were white with pink lining on the left side and white skeletal wings on the right. Her shoes, were white ballet flats with pink laces. She debated wearing some sort of heel but then she figured she'd get some short jokes because of it, as if she were trying to be tall. On her left leg was a white garter, which took her ages to find, as nothing seemed small enough for her leg. Due to Paige's slim and petite figure, it was always hard to find clothes. Usually, she had to have things custom made or wear child's clothing. Usually, it was the first one. In this outfit Paige's tiny stick legs were very much exposed, and her slim figure completely noticable. Her bare stomach revealed a belly button piercing she had done herself, something she had seen muggles have. Something she had also mimicked on her tongue and side of her nose as well. Sadly Paige didn't know this was supposed to be done proffessionally, and just found needles one day and decided to go wild with them. Her right eye, had a red contact in it, whereas the left one was her normal brown color. She had false eyelashes with rhinestones on them, and her eye makeup silver lined with pink wings. Under her left eye she also had some white glitter going down her face as well as a few small rhinestones. On the left side of her hair she had a small pink bow, one which she thought adorable. Lastly, she had a white laced glove on her left hand, and for a special touch, she enchanted her left side of her wings to have feathers fly off of them and dissapear into the air then shimmering for a while.

In her time at Hogwarts, Paige usually saw the same people hang around yet again the same people. No one really seemed to venture out of their normal crowds much. She mentally sighed to herself. Paige turned around slightly so she was now facing the dance floor. The music, the music it was horrible. Paige immediately thought of the muggle popstars or rockbands, oh how she wished they could be here right now. In her mind she created a scenario where she conjured up the singers and everyone went wild, she took the dance floor and started dancing, it was all good. Too bad however, none of those were things that would actually happen. It was true Paige's many passions was dancing. However, no one knew and no one would ever know. Feeling slightly hungry, Paige stood up and walked towards a nearby snack and buffet area and grabbed herself a cookie. Chocolate chip and walnuts of course. She then took sight of the candy and a large grin appeared on her face. Paige loved candy. But candy, it did not love Paige. It made her horribly hyper. Unknown to most Paige is actually a bundle of energy being painfully surpressed, when she lost control well, she was needless to say insane. Paige walked up and down the table, from afar looking like that of a child. She was so tiny and petite, the only thing that could distinguish her from being a child were her breasts. She would hear people snicker about how she didn't ever tip over. Paige magically received large breasts somehow. This is boring, she though, with a glum look on her face. One of her fellow Slytherins stood next to her, taking their share of food, and immediately when Paige looked at them they walked away without having taken any. ....whatever, she thought.

Lily Potter

"Ow!" Lily half screamed. Lilah had squeezed her arm tighter. "Any tighter and just might make my arm fall off." It was obvious to Lily that Lilah had liked her cousin Hugo, although Lily wasn't so sure that Hugo even noticed. Lily could also tell that Rose had noticed the same thing. When Hugo had commented on her and Lilah's costumes Lily grinned. "Awe, thank you Hugo, you're looking fairly stunning your self tonight." She said with a bright cherry smile.

When Hugo had started to come with them, and had told Ben no funny business Lily laughed. "Stop being protective, Ben's to nice to do anything." Lily said smiling and linked her arm with her cousin. "We might want to keep arms linked for a bit, very easy to get lost in a crowd this big." Lily said more of suggesting.

Lucy Weasley

Lucy smiled at her cousin Fred. "You know me too well Fred, yes indeed I stole something. I'm just too clever." She said laughing but it was true, Lucy was very clever when it came to her pranks. Lucy sat down beside Fred, on the other side Roxanne was sitting beside him. "Come join us. I was just about to see if our dear cousin Rose has inherited the same fear of spiders that Uncle Ron has." Lucy laughed at that comment. "I bet you two sickles that she did inherit it from Uncle Ron." Lucy said with a devious grin on her face.

Lucy's eyes skimmed around looking for someone to prank, it was alway a fun thing to do. That's when her cunning and devious brown eyes locked on her cousin James. Lucy couldn't help but grin a whole bunch. The girl Holli Longbottom had left James there to be alone without a dance partner. Way to go Holli! Don't fall for my cousin, he's a player. Lucy thought. It was time he was taught a lesson. Little simple spells would work. With a simple flick of the wand she made her cousin's pants fall down to his ankles. Lucy acted as if she did nothing and hid her wand in the side of her white boots. She tapped her fingers and watched the reaction of many people around her. "Well James is getting what he deserves."

Zachary Michaelson

Zach's eyes were blank as he stared at Kiki, his best friend, moving off into the crowd. The other girl, who had looked so angry and flushed was no nowhere to be seen. "Kii!" he called, walking in the direction she had took off in, only to get lost in the crowd. "Dammit, where could she have gone.." he looked down at his feet that were now stationary and sighed. He just wanted someone to dance with, it was a dance after all. He turned his head and scanned the room for anyone who looked even vaguely familiar. That's when he saw her, she was hugging someone, he assumed was her brother or cousin and looked to be having a good time. 'But she's not dancing, what a pity..' he thought to himself, moving across the crowd, twisting and turning to get around all the dancing bodies.

"Hello, Roxanne." he said softly, only barely knowing her name. "It looks like you are having..." he glanced around at her company "A delightful time, but.. Would you care to dance with me." his eyes moved up and down her slim frame for a moment before resting back upon her eyes. "It's quite a shame for a beautiful girl like yourself not to have a single soul to dance with at such a great event." He reached out a white gloved hand to her and hoped to receive hers in return.

He was dressed in a butler style tux and had white gloves upon his hands to make him look just a little more like an old time butler that he'd seen in his father's Muggle movies. He thought he looked quite good in his costume, but was still a little bit self conscious. Hoping that she would say yes, he waited patiently, his hand extended, and a sweet smile spread across his face.

Michella Longbottom

Honey's shoes clicked on the floor of the great hall as she slowly walked into through it's entrance. She was fashionably late, and hoped she at least looked good enough to claim that reason. Her hair was down and flowing around her head, antennae were displayed on a headband that she had placed there and polka dotted wings were spouting from her back. She was dressed up as a little ladybug, the cute polka dotted striped dress fit her curves perfectly, while the skirt and tights showed off just enough of her pretty legs to look hot, but not flat out slutty. She was happy with the outfit that Holli had helped her come up with, and was now just looking for someone she knew.

Walking slowly through the mass of dancing bodies, her search for a person to stick with seemed to be in vain, until she saw Holli with Louis and Dominique a few feet away. Her cheeks flushed as she looked at Louis, he was so handsome and didn't even seem to notice it. Pushing those thoughts back away. "Holli!" she called out, softly, moving more quickly across the room and standing next to her sister. "Hey.." she directed her smile first at Holli and then to Dominique, and then slowly on to Louis, though she did try to avoid eye contact with him. "What's up sis?" her quickly looked back to her sister, a pleading look on her face. She needed to get away from Louis before she said, or did, something stupid.

Lysander Scamander

Standing along the side of the room, Lysander was watching the rest of the people great hall dancing as one large mass. His thoughts were far away, and the ball was barely in them at all. Then, snapping back to reality, he wondered where his friend Lily might be. He moved his feet and started dancing along the crowd, moving from person to person and moving his eyes around the dance floor for the signature red hair and cute face. "Lily.." he called out, dreamily, his mind slowly starting to wander off again. "Lily?" he glanced to the left and saw her surrounded by a group of her friends.

He danced his way over to her and smiled at everyone. "Hey, Lily!" his eyes were sparkling as he looked around at everyone else and nodded a little. "I thought I wouldn't find you!"

Louis Arthur Weasley

"Because the only guys that want to dance with me, are either jerks or Slytherins. It won't annoy you..if I hang with you, will it?" Dominique asked, quietly. Louis opened his mouth to reply, but she kept talking. "Because..no one else has really wanted to hang out with me." Louis smiled a bit as his sister sipped at the drink again. "This..tastes revolting." Louis laughed, and was about to speak when she continued again, "If you don't want me to hang..I can go. I'll go hunt down someone..or annoy someone, like James." She smirked and fiddled with her floppy green wand, sighing.

"I don't mind, Dominique. I just expected you to be having a great time; usually you love things like this." Louis finally got out, shaking his head slowly and taking a couple more sips of his drink. "I like it. I want to know what it is, though..." she trailed off, raising a brow as he looked over towards the punch bowl curiously, still sipping at his drink. It was going to be gone soon if he didn't slow down.

"Do I look weird as Tinkerbell? Because..mom and dad said I looked good. But parents are meant to make you feel good." Dominique questioned, looking him up and down. "You look good."

Louis shook his head slowly, a slightly amused but slightly worried look spreading across his features. "You look beautiful, Dominique. Most of the people here probably don't know you're a specific fairy, though, since I doubt most of the Wizarding World knows who Tinker Bell is."

A few seconds later, Holli Longbottom walked up to them and smiled at Dominique, "Hey, you two look like you're having fun," the girl was full of smiles. It would probably be a good idea to keep her around them right now, in Louis' mind. Maybe she would rub off on his sister. He went and got himself a refill and filled a cup for Holli, smiling as he handed it to her.

"So, why aren't you dancing?" he questioned, then his eyes went to his cousin James and he burst into barely contained laughter, "Wow, you guys... look," he pointed, "looks like we're not the only ones having 'fun' tonight." He shook his head slowly. It was probably the resulting cause of one of his other cousins, too, which somehow made it more amusing to him. Poor James. He probably deserved it.

Before much else happened, they were joined with Holli's sister, Michella. Louis nodded a greeting to her, but wasn't sure she saw, as she seemed to be avoiding looking at him. Mentally shrugging it off as simply wanting to talk to her sister, he got her a glass of the sweet, exotic liquid and offered it to her with a smile, "Hello, Michella."

Maganda Kiusatus Wilkinson

She was surprised and kind of insulted when Holli ignored her and simply left. Kiki raised a brow and scowled a bit for a second, placing a hand on her nearly bare hip and turning around to watch the Longbottom girl disappear off into the croud. Her body was twisted in a way that accensuated the muscles in her back and made the curves of her body more apparent, making her look even more alluring than she had mere seconds before, but for once that wasn't consciously her goal. The girl wasn't used to being ignored like that when walking through a crowd, let alone when she actually spoke to someone. Pouting a bit for a second, she quickly made sure to shake it off and place her face back into a determined and confident look before turning back around.

When she turned around, she looked up at James in a questioning way, as if asking if he knew why his dance partner had just ditched him. There wasn't much time to say anything before his pants suddenly fell to the floor. Surprised and more than a little amused, she smirked and raised her brows, looking him up and down. Crossing one arm around her stomach and covering the front of her lips with the tips of her fingers, she bit her bottom lip and tried not to laugh. Her efforts were in vain, however, and after glancing back down at his pants and blinking slowly, tinkling giggles arose from her throat. Resting her hand just below her chin, Kiki smirked and looked up at him through her lashes in a teasing way, still giggling playfully.

Jaqairee Maelissa Michaelson

Quairee had danced with many people already, of both genders, and she was beyond enjoying herself- but she was hungry. Thankfully, the song changed to a faster pace, and she got away without much effort and without having to make an excuse, apologize, or directly ditch anyone. Rubbing her tummy lightly, she shimmied her way over to the snack table and grabbed up a cookie; it had little pieces of peppermint candy, chunks of dark chocolate, and macadamia nuts in it. "Yum," she practically moaned, bouncing on her heels excitedly and grinning, happy with her choice. It didn't take her long to scarf down the cookie and grab up another just like it.

While she was munching her cookie, Jaq caught sight of a small girl walking back and forth, staring at the table of candy as if it was her forbidden love. Giggling and with a small glint of curiousity and determination in her eye, she copped up and handful of individually packaged candy and skipped on over to the girl. After making a few very obvious circles around her with a mock professional look on her face, Lil Lissapop cracked a smile and bent over a bit, holding her hand out flat a few inches in front of the girl's face. With a small giggle, she waved the candy in front of her tauntingly, "You look like you could use some candy."
