Also after reading about the vilains having their henchmen, could we heroes get our supports?( police and military connections, informants, etc.( basically the usual intell support a hero might have))

Edit: I read through Paradox's tutorial once more and suddenly realised that the question at the end in fact also is a paradox. Was that on purpose or did I just uncover a hidden joke.

Yes you may have supports but not for real battles. I only allowed him to have one henchmen vs hero scene. Although I highly do not recommend it for heroes as aren't they supposed to save the day and all that jazz? xD
Informants, police and military connections are fine so long as they are not brought into the battles too much. They would delay the battle and probably be eliminated easily against a villain due to his power anyway ^^;
