Centuries ago, a race known as Elenians existed within the universe. They were the most advanced race in the universe, and becasue of that, they belived that they deserved to be above everyone else. So they began to conquer planet after planet, claiming what they belived was rightfully theirs. But the other races banned together and managed to beat them back, wiping their race so they would never threaten the universe again. The world had long fogotten this great war now, and they ancient technology that the Elenians used now remian in ruin through out the universe. Things were at peace, but now for long.

Somewhere within a poor planet, three children were born. Survivors that somehow managed to live through extremination of the Elenians. They grew up together, managing to study their ancestor's lives. Two of the siblings wanted to bring back their race's role, but the third sibling didn't want a part of it. The two saw him as a threat and decided take him out so he wouldn't get in the way. But as they left him to die after their attack, they miscalculated him and he managed to survive. Once he managed to recover, he set out for one goal, get revenge on his siblings. Now he has arrived at a central planet, and plans to form a space pirate crew, using them to help him in searching out the artifacts his siblings went after. So now a hunt for revenge has begun. Little does he know, that a quest for revenge is going to become a battle for the fate of the universe.

The universe is mainly a high level of technology here. Of course, there will be some planets taht are alittle backed up in the level of technology. Traveling from different planets is allowed, but its prohibited fly a ship to a back water type planet that has no technology at all, since they'll most likely freak at seeing a space ship land on their land. Planets can be added as characters start to add more species to the list for the RP, but more will still be added for the story line aswell.

Name: Xavier Kazer
Age: 19
Race: Elenian - One of the only three left in the universe, a race that had the same appearance of a human. But they had a strange energy that rested within them that gave them powers different then that of the humans. The powers differed for each Elenian. We're wiped out due to them attempting to place themselves as the ultimate race.

Weapon: Dual katanas - It's made to resemble the ancient sword it's named after, but it's more modernized. Having only a handel that can be put away, activating it makes a laser form of the blade part, making it more lethel then it's ancient version.
Abilities: He was born with a hightened agility and the ability to transfer his energy into a form of blast. But if he uses the energy to much, he get's weakened by the lack of energy inside him.
Bio: He's one of the three remaining Elenians in the universe, the other two being his brother and sister. When he told them he didn't want to help them in their plan to reclaim their race's place, they tried to kill him. He managed to survive the attack and now has only one thing in mind, to get revenge. He went off to form a crew that he could use to hunt them down, using the excuse that they were also looking for artifacts that they were also aiming for. He's abit laid back at times, but is always looking for a real adventure. But when something has to do with his quest for revenge, he becomes abit obssesed and serious.

I love this. I'll be making a character and posting it later, when I have time. Question: What is the hieght of technology and how easy is it to obtain? Are there phew phew lasers, or does everything have older weapons?

Tell me if you want me to change anything. I didn't have a lot to go off of concerning the rest on the universe, so I kinda made it up as I went along.

Name: Amadika Carillo
Age: 56 (roughly 25 human years)
Race: Half Human, half Hellar-kai

Weapon: Deer Horn Knives

Appearance: She stands just under six feet tall, and weighs in at just 150 pounds. Her body is lithe and thin, abnormally so for a human; but she is considered rather short and a little on the chubby side for a Hellar-kai. Her skin is the soft paleness of a human, but speckled with blue pebble-like scales starting at her temples, working down her cheeks and neck, down her collar bones to spread across her breast, chest, shoulders, and sides, down to encircle her forearms and calves. These scales are coloured a bright iridescent blue that shimmers with rainbows when light is directly on them. Her lips and eyes – pupil-less, iris-less, and without any white – are the same colour as her scales. These she inherited from her hellar-kai mother. Besides her soft skin and body size, the only obvious thing she received from her father is her black hair, which she keeps piled atop her head in messy loops, spirals, and tiny braids held together with more pins and clips than can be counted with a causal glance.

Abilities: She has no special abilities, as her human blood nullifies the phasing ability that her hellar-kai blood would have granted her. She did however gain better-than-human-speed (although her strength is that of a human).

Bio: Amadika was born by a hellar-kai mother and a human father. Her mother was an ambassador to the humans – sent to live on one of the colonies of a relatively newly inhabited earth. Her father was a cloth merchant, his wife a seamstress. Amadika grew up under her mother’s tutelage, never knowing who her father was. Her mother taught her both her hellar-kai and her human culture and languages, including hellar-kai fighting, determined that Amadaki should become an ambassador like herself – after all, who could be more diplomatic than someone from both worlds? Amadaki accepted this in stride and by the time she was thirty (a middle aged teenager in hellar-kai) she was a good diplomat. However, when radicals swarmed the capitol – determined to rid their world of the ‘tyrant alien scum’ – all the diplomats were slaughtered. Amadaki’s father, who knew of her existence, stormed in with the radicals, disguised Amadaki as a human long enough to get her out of the capitol building and onto a ship headed to a planet known for being a mercenary world– where her presence would be accepted if it was even noticed among the other aliens. Here she joined a group for money and a home, improved her hellar-kai fighting, learned the most common languages of the universe, and learned emergency medical training. After the group disbanded several years ago – due to death of the leader and fighting among insubordinates – she became a lone mercenary, taking jobs where she could. Her most recent job – guarding an expensive shipment of ore to a populous central planet – left her stranded with enough money to support herself for a few months in a low end apartment, but not enough to buy a flight home. She has been there for a week now and is looking for work.

Notes on the Hellar-kai: The hellar-kai come from a planet, which they call Hanoruh in their own language and A7603 in the human language, known for being primarily water. The hellar-kai are spread across the numerous islands of the planet and while they have large boats to transport supplies, most travelling between the islands made by adults is by swimming.
Though they are obviously humanoid in shape, they stand upwards of nine feet and weigh between 150 to 200 pounds, the female being both heavier and taller than the males. Their eyes are one solid colour, with no pupil, iris, or white showing, covered with a nictitating membrane. Their body is covered with fine, flexible scales that insulate them in the water. Their fingers and toes have a membrane between their fingers that stretch out, allowing them extra speed when they swim if needed. Neither sex has hair.
While the hellar-kai live on land, they spend much of their free time in the water and children swim often before they can walk.
Because most of their time is spent in the water, they see little point in destroying the land that supports them and instead of each family living in individual homes; they will often put several families in one home. Their tribal culture has advanced into republics in which several hellar-kai are chosen by the people to govern, set laws, and judge criminals. While they have technology, they rely on other people to bring knowledge to their planet rather than put the time and effort into making it themselves. Keeping this in mind, they have invented one the most cost efficient short-travel space ship and have several medicinal breakthroughs they keep secret.
The hellar-kai live almost four times as long as the average human.

Actually that's pretty good. Don't see anything needing fixing. Only thing is that I would like a kind of explanation of the race she's half of.

Also a note, the basic starting point for the RP will be in a high tech, center marketing planet. Since that would be the most likely to have different races and people. But some people can still start their own thing on another planet.

Weapon: Pistol, and a dagger. Several different forms of martial arts.
Abilities: Incredibly Flexible if that counts as an ability.
Bio: Zerialla was the offspring of rape. She had no choice in the matter but her mother did. The mother chose to give birth to the child instead of kill it for she knew sins of the father didn't pass to the child. Many people did though. The father was a man of high standings so he knew that a poor female Seshran would not even think to press charges. Aribana, Zerialla's mother, was poor and without a job when she was raped. After she had been impregnated she acquired enough money to purchase a ride off of the planet she was on so she could find a new home to raise the baby at. She found a place on a grassland planet that had a small population of colonists. Jobs were easy to come by and she quickly acquired one. Over time as Zerialla grew, Aribana found a man. A human man who had fallen in love with her. After a time, he found she was pregnant, and then asked her to marry him. She agreed. A few months later Zerialla was born. At the age of four, Zerialla was admitted into a private fighting school that she was supposed to attend every four days. Other than that, most of her life was dedicated to helping grow food, harvest it, and take care of the various creatures. Even though she was loved by her human father and her real mother, she felt trapped. One day after she had saved enough money, she left her home with heartfelt goodbyes and went to explore the worlds. That is what she told them but she actually wanted to find her real father. So she hired a ship and left the planet. That is where her adventure started.

Probably would have been here earlier, but I hadn't checked posts for a few days.

Name: Calion Grulhead
Age: 124 (apparent age 18)
Race: Mechnoid, a biological machine race, although they appear human, they are made out of a rare metallic substance known as biomechrolium (which is only found on their home planet called Mechnoria and can not be made artificially) because it is a living metal. Their lifespan is 500-1000 years, but age like humans till 18, then keep same age appearance till death. Their mind is like a machine and thus is very analytical and no emotion at all, but their body is made up of an organ system similar to humans. Instead of blood they have an oil like substance called biopenrolium which conducts electricity very well. They can eat food and drink, although it has no effect on them and just passes through their system, all they need to sustain themselves is electricity which they need to replenish daily. This living metal has something similar to DNA, and they reproduce like most biological creatures. They can also connect themselves to machines and hack into them(see abilities)

Weapon: Any simple weapon with non moving parts imaginable-see abilities, 2 standard laser pistols.
Abilities: Because they are made of a living metal, they can mimic any life form that they see if it has approximately the same amount of volume, but only for a limited time as it uses up electricity, but at least a couple of hours , also they can change the hardness and toughness of their skin from as soft as regular skin to an incredibly hard and tough, similar to the strengths of metals used in spaceship armour, they have a cord which is connected to their brain through their tongue, and can change the shape of the connector to connect to any machine with a connection port and can hack into it, control it etc, but individual talent dictates how long it takes and how much security can be beaten, they also have a port in the back of their head which is a connection unique to their planet which very few if any non mechnoids, they can manipulate their body to make any weapon which has no moving parts like knives, hammers, claws, swords, axes etc as long as they have seen it before and its volume is similar to the body part they wish to make the weapon from. They can absorb electricity, but too much can be harmful to them, or even kill them, but the amount needed for this is very high, like at power stations or ship power generators. They can store electricity and shoot out excess amounts, but they need to discharge and recharge daily. Also the living metal can slowly regenerate, but much faster than a human. Water is harmless going through them or on them, but if it gets into a open wound will be harmful if not deadly. Their normal strength is of an average human, but if they expand extra electricity they can increase their strength to that of many times greater of a human, the same goes for speed, but their reaction speed is at least 10 times greater of a human. Their eyesight, hearing, smell, taste and touch is also 10 times greater of a human, but they process that info like a machine, i.e. no good or bad tastes, but could tell what ingredients were used and a percentage of the major tastes, like 70% sweetness, 30% sour for example.Their analytical ability is that of super computers. Also they analyse the composition of anything that they see including DNA for biological lifeforms and the internal structures of machines.
Bio: Grew up on the planet Mechnoria as the son of the current Prime minster of Mechnoria, who had just won his election the year before he was born and is now halfway through his third term. He was uninterested in politics and got sent to the best private boarding school on the planet at age of 18 and graduated at the age of 100(the government set age with the best results in his class, and some of the best results in the history of the school. After he graduated, he discovered an interest in the biological thinking process, something which he did not process. So he got his life savings and set off from the planet, at the edge of known space and traveled towards the central planets to learn more about them. He rented a high speed space shuttle to get him to the famous resort planet Miamia located in the next solar system, which he got a chartered flight on a star liner to the central planets. Currently he is on a central planet(whichever one the Elenian is looking for a crew). He has most of his life savings and is living in a specialist hotel with a high quality recharger(originally made for androids) which is better than his portable one . He is currently looking for a source of employment, but so far as found none that he thinks he is not over qualified for. He was originally looking for legal work, but is not considering non legal work as well due to the lack of work available that he thinks he is not over qualified for.

Note on the mechnoids: They are a living machine race that come from the edge of the known universe. It is not well known and very few mechnoids ever leave the home planet, never mind their solar system. They are known to the universe, but not very much and they usually keep to themselves as their planet has everything that they need. They think they evolved from a meteorite made of the living metal, but without the thing similar to DNA. It crashed on their planet with the size of it no more than a football, the creator it left known as the origin point. Then some microorganism, most likely one celled, came into contact with it which activated it. It started splitting into many smaller and smaller parts each resembling the organism. Then bigger living organisms got absorbed and it changed into similar versions of them. As it started to absorb more intelligent organisms they got smarter, but the thing similar to DNA was still not stabilized. They kept going after more successful and successful organisms. Then it finally stabilized when they absorbed human like organisms who were at the level of humans at the Upper Paleolithic era. Then they quickly advanced into the dominant life form on the planet, forgoing the creative and religious development for more scientific and technological knowledge. Although now they have studied things like music and art, they can "create and make" things like music and art if they have a good reason to do so, but this is done scientifically and by using past data as a reference point, thus never being able to create original masterpieces. They may simulate things like emotion and creativity, but they rarely see a point to it, and it must be remembered that it is merely a simulation and thus fake. They are a very scientific planet and therefore have no religion. They have many high end technologies that are more advanced than the rest of the universe and have a small space fleet of highly advanced space ships which constantly patrol their system to defeat any possible invaders. Obviously technologies like medicine and food production are null and void. While they do not need computers or androids, they still produce and make them if only to do jobs which they do not want to do or are too dangerous to do. They are somewhat mistrusted throughout the universe due to their secrecy and ability to mimic most sentient lifeforms. Their planet did have normal organic lifeforms, but the mechnoids viewed them as useless except for research so they killed them off in the wild and now only the few test subjects of each kind of plant, animal etc exist. Also the planet has a rather unusual weather system that produced a lot of lighting storms all over the planet. This is how the early mechnoids were able to recharge before they gained the knowledge of generating/harnessing electricity themselves. Now all of the lightning is stored for the daily recharging of the mechnoids. The atmosphere is similar to earth's except that it doesn't change because while air is breathed in and out, they do not use any of it up, it is merely used for internal ventilation.

Well it can only mimic lifeforms that have a similar size to humans, so not really small or big lifeforms, and the machines must have a connection device and be controlled by some of computer program, and then he must effectively hack this program, for simple programs this would be easy, but for complex ones it would take a lot longer or be impossible to control the machine/computer. And if the computer program is capable of sentient thought or has an auto hacking of hacker feature could potentially reprogram my character.

Bio: Luzo was a soldier for many years on the planet Roanok like his father and his father's father before him. Being a war like planet, the majority of the population of males on the planet are employed as soldiers, the majority of them are fierce but honorable warriors. A brief attempt at creating an empire under the Dictator Mazan was crushed only 5 years ago by a joint effort of planets near Roanok's location. Luzo fought in the in the war but he and a few others who had not been brain washed by Mazan questioned the purpose of the war, but they were honor bound to serve their people and fought anyways. Following Roanok's defeat and Mazan's execution the majority of Roanok's military was disbanded. Luzo was one of the soldiers decommissioned. He traveled around the galaxy performing various jobs and tasks, though he refused to accept any assassination contracts as he refuses to kill an unarmed opponent, though a bounty placed on the head of an armed criminal is not above him.
Other: He looks like an ordinary human, the only thing that sets him apart from a regular human is a tattoo, that looks like nothing more than an intricate lightning bolt, on the back of his neck, a tattoo which all Roanoks have.

Wow...my guy is the youngest character so far. XD
