Mass effect post Reaper War

I saw a few but they all seemed to have died off some time ago. This would be about a fleet that set out to find what happened to the rest of the galaxy, and to get out of Sol. It would take place 15 years after the attack to retake Earth. Based on my understanding most of the fleet fled Sol when the Crucible activates. So the fleet would be made up of repaired ships and ones thrown to gather from all species.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
