Are you planning for your Jarl to have already sent out that urgent message to the world leaders?

Giving it more thought yes, but the meeting won't till a few weeks from the start. Compensating for time needed for the message to get to all the Sovereign States and of course travel time for them to come. Gives everyone time to do their own thing rather than scramble around for mine.

Astrid will be dealing with the Avuvians separately and immediately so they won't be receiving one. Me and Almos talked it out.

@Anyone with mercenaries

In my upcoming post with Kaellarak I was going to reference the actions of a group of mercenaries, having to do with an attack that was meant to look like it was done by the Artabri. The attack won't actually take place in my post, as it already happened, but if you want the name of a mercenary group or character to be dropped in my dialogue let me know. I can PM you more details if interested. I can make this work without anyone else's characters too, so it's no big deal if no one wants to be a part of it.

if SaiZebra has dropped out of the RP(idk for sure but she hasn't been on since November 10th) maybe the neutral ground for the meet could be in her lands. Otherwise I could volunteer the Northern Commonwealth, if you look at the map of the Commonwealth it is the area anywhere between the snow and the small unnamed town along the coast.
